Abstract

This study aims to ascertain perceived usefulness and service variables together with the degree of user satisfaction with the online travel agent application using the end-user computing satisfaction (EUCS) technique. Scholars employ a quantitative methodology. Questionnaires and literature reviews were the data collection techniques utilized to get the information required for this study. Respondents or clients who have downloaded or utilized the online travel agency application comprise the population used in this study. Purposive sampling is one of the sample techniques that the researcher utilized. One hundred individuals made up the sample. Microsoft Excel and the SmartPLS application version 3.3.9 are used for data processing. The measurement model, also known as the outer model, and the structural model, often known as the inner model, are the two models used in inferential data analysis using SmartPLS. According to the analysis's findings, user happiness is significantly impacted by and related to the content variable. User happiness is significantly impacted by and related to format variations. User satisfaction is significantly impacted by and related to the ease-of-use attribute. User happiness is influenced by and related to the perceived usefulness variable. User happiness is significantly impacted by and related to the service variable. In the meantime, user satisfaction is unaffected by the variables in this study that are rejected, specifically the accuracy variable, which is unrelated to user pleasure with the online travel agent application. User happiness is unaffected by the timing variable.

Abstract

A logistics company is a distribution channel company that provides goods delivery transportation through product packages. The problem raised in this thesis is the analysis of logistics distribution channels in the supply of goods to increase sales volume. This research aims to determine and analyze the distribution channels and sales levels of a logistics company and to determine the influence of distribution channels on the sales volume levels of a logistics company To solve the problem the author used two research methods, namely the data collection method and the data analysis method. The data collection method was carried out using questionnaires and the data analysis method used simple correlation and regression. From the results of the analysis, the author concludes that 78.7% of customers rate the distribution channels provided by logistics companies highly, and 78.3% of customers rate the level of sales volume provided by logistics companies correlation coefficient of 0.737 means that the influence of the distribution channel level on the level of sales volume is very high. The determining coefficient of 54.3% is determined by the distribution channel and the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other factors, the results of the t-test calculation, where ????count = 5.763 while ????????????????????e=1.701. So, ????count > ????????????????le or 5,763 > 1.701. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between distribution channels on the sales volume level of the logistics company. Abstract

This study aims to explain how distinctive competency can leverage the competitive advantages of Indonesia’s ferry transport companies, mediated by value creation and moderated by service innovation. A quantitative approach (positivistic paradigm) and survey methods were employed. The research population consisted of 249 directors from 42 ferry transportation companies operating on four commercial routes, with a sample size of 153. The main findings indicate that distinctive competency has a direct, positive, and significant effect on the competitive advantages of Indonesia’s ferry transport companies. Additionally, value creation mediates the relationship between distinctive competency and competitive advantages, while service innovation moderates the relationship between value creation and competitive advantages. The findings suggest that ferry transport companies in Indonesia should focus on developing and enhancing their distinctive competencies to create value and sustain competitive advantages. Moreover, investing in service innovation can strengthen the impact of value creation on competitive advantages, ensuring long-term success in a competitive market. This study contributes to the literature by integrating the roles of value creation and service innovation into the relationship between distinctive competency and competitive advantages in the context of the ferry transport industry, a sector that has received limited attention in previous research.
