Abstract

This study aims to analyze the zakat management of the Zakat Management Organization (OPZ) of Al-Ikhwan Mosque in empowering the community’s economy in Nagari Sungai Rumbai and Sungai Rumbai Timur, as well as its alignment with Social Safety Net (JPS) indicators for sustainable economic development. This qualitative research used a case study approach with units of analysis consisting of OPZ administrators, muzakki, and asnaf. The results show that the distribution of consumptive and productive zakat by Al-Ikhwan Mosque’s OPZ has contributed positively to the welfare of mustahik, especially through business capital assistance and systematic zakat distribution. However, program effectiveness still faces obstacles in business assistance, skills training, and long-term impact evaluation. Governance based on the IC COSO framework is adequate in internal control and reporting aspects but needs strengthening in risk assessment and two-way communication. This study produces an Integrated Zakat Management Model based on governance and social protection, which is expected to serve as a reference for other OPZs in developing zakat functions as instruments for community economic empowerment. Keywords: zakat, social safety net, mosque, economic empowerment, governance

Abstract

Active dynamic archives are very important in an institution, namely as a memory center and presentation of information for leaders to be able to make decisions and formulate policies. To provide accurate and precise information you must have good procedures and an appropriate archive system because archives are well maintained. will be useful in the long term. This research aims to determine active dynamic archive management and the obstacles faced at SDIT Al-Muddatsiriyah Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research data source consists of three informants, namely the school principal, the head of administration, and the administrative staff. This research data collection technique uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research show that active dynamic archive management consists of creating archives, using archives, maintaining archives, and depreciating archives. SDIT Al-Muddatsiriyah Jakarta has carried out archive management quite well, but there are several factors such as the borrowing stage which are not by borrowing theory. Facilities are also inadequate, and there is no special archive room. Obstacles include a lack of archivists and human resources' understanding of active dynamic archive management, inadequate retrieval of archives, and insufficient attention to archive maintenance. Efforts are being made to improve and pay attention to archive management so that not many are damaged, as well as keeping the archives well and neatly organized.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) of climate village programs, with particular attention to institutional support, community participation, and sustainability practices. Guided by the PRISMA protocol, 42 eligible articles were analyzed to map the geographical scope, journal quality, theoretical frameworks, governance arrangements, and the role of local resources. The review reveals significant heterogeneity across contexts: African studies emphasize renewable energy, Bangladesh highlights adaptation politics, Indonesia adopts a multi-sectoral approach, while small island states prioritize coastal conservation. Most studies employ qualitative and participatory methods, drawing on resilience theory, socio-ecological systems, participatory governance, and energy transition perspectives. Institutional support is found to operate through multi-level governance involving government, NGOs, communities, and private actors. However, power asymmetries often constrain long-term sustainability. Local resources and indigenous knowledge emerge as critical for resilience but require supportive legal and institutional frameworks to avoid elite capture and ensure genuine empowerment. Theoretically, this review advances the concept of Climate Villages as socio-ecological laboratories linking global climate agendas with local action. Practically, it identifies the need for contextualized interventions, stronger governance coordination, and knowledge co-production. The findings provide actionable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers seeking to strengthen the design, implementation, and sustainability of Climate Village initiatives.

Abstract

The increasing complexity of halal supply chains has intensified transparency challenges, yet limited studies integrate behavioural and innovation theories to explain consumer adoption of blockchain-based halal traceability systems. This study aims to analyze consumer demand and identify key drivers influencing the adoption of blockchain-based halal traceability using an integrated theoretical framework. A mixed-method design was employed, involving a survey of 400 respondents across four Indonesian provinces (Aceh, North Sumatra, DKI Jakarta, and West Java), complemented by in-depth interviews with industry stakeholders and thematic analysis. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive and explanatory techniques, while qualitative data provided contextual insights into adoption barriers and opportunities. The findings reveal that perceived transparency, trust enhancement, and relative advantage significantly influence consumers’ intention to adopt blockchain-based systems. However, adoption is constrained by low technological literacy, high implementation costs, and regulatory uncertainty. This study integrates TPB, DOI, and SCTT into a unified adoption model while proposing a validated blockchain-based halal traceability framework that emphasizes the need for regulatory harmonization, technological literacy, and financial support to accelerate digital transformation in the halal ecosystem.

Abstract

The era of disruption has brought significant changes to educational management systems and demands school leadership that is adaptive, reflective, and grounded in philosophical values. However, the practical orientation of education has often overlooked the philosophical foundations that should guide thinking and strategic decision-making in educational leadership. This study aims to examine the essence of the philosophy of educational management as a conceptual basis for an adaptive school leadership model in the disruption era. This research employs a qualitative approach using the library research method. Data were obtained from books, national and international scholarly journals, and educational policy documents relevant to the theme of the philosophy of educational management. The data were analyzed through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and reflective conclusion drawing using ontological, epistemological, and axiological approaches. The findings indicate that the philosophy of educational management functions as a conceptual framework that guides school principals in understanding the nature of human beings, knowledge, and values in leadership practice. The integration of these three philosophical dimensions produces a reflective leadership model that emphasizes a balance between managerial rationality, morality, and spirituality. The results affirm that the philosophy of educational management can serve as a foundation for school leadership that is oriented toward humanity and value transformation amid technological and social change. The implications of this study highlight opportunities for developing value-based leadership models to address the complexities of the disruption era.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the religiosity of high school students using the Glock-Stark theory and its impact on curriculum development and Islamic Education learning. The research utilized a mixed-method approach with a sequential explanatory design. The data show that the level of religiosity among students differs. The ANOVA test indicates that there are substantial differences in religiosity levels across 9 high schools in West Java. Research shows that variations in students' levels of religiosity are shaped by internal factors like cognitive abilities and external factors like the religious environment of families, schools, and communities, including the characteristics of teachers. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive examination of both internal and external factors influencing religiosity and its specific focus on the implications for curriculum development in Islamic Education. This study's findings have significant implications for curriculum development and school physical activity instruction, encompassing planning, execution, and learning assessment
