Abstract

Pendidikan perempuan dalam Islam menempati posisi yang sangat penting, tidak ada perbedaan antara laki laki dan perempuan dalam hal kewajiban menuntut ilmu. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa orang perempuan harus memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam kehidupan. Bahkan ada hadis yang mengayakan bahwa jika perempuan baik, maka baiklah negara tersebut. Hadis ini secara tegas menandaskan bahwa perempuan merupakan pilar yang tinggi nilainya. Karenanya perempuan harus mengoptimalkan diri untuk kebaikan agama, bangsa dan masyarakat. Peran perempuan tidak hanya terbatas dalam keluarga, namun dapat melebihi atau luas lagi lagi cakupannya seperti tingkat gampong, kecamatan, kabupaten, provinsi atau bahkan tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Dalam Islam pendidikan perempuan dimulai sejak belum baliq atau bahkan saat masih dalam kandungan. Ini membuktikan bahwa pendidikan bagi perempuan sangat besar perhatiannya oleh Islam, khusunya dalam al-Qur’an.Tulisan ini memakai metode terjun ke pustaka langsung untuk memperoleh bahan bacaan primer, sekunder maupun tersier. Oleh karenya semua data yang akan dihasilkan dalam tulisan ini bersumber dari pustaka sehingga dapat ditelusuri kembali jika dirasakan ada kekeliruan. Dalam tulisan ini disimpulkan bahwa peran perempuan dalam al-Qur’an sangat signifikan sehingga masalah ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian dari semua kita tanpa ada kecualinya. Dengan adanya pendidikan yang memadai bagi perempuan, mereka akan dapat mengoptimalkan dirinya secara sempurna dan tepat sasaran, dimana tentunya akan memberikan kontribusi yang sangat singinfikan bagi kehidupan umat manusia dalam skala luas maupun keluarga dan dirinya dalam skala kecil.

Abstract

Examination of the blood hemoglobin level of pregnant women is carried out at least once in the first trimester and third. Based on the report from the Riau Provincial Health Office in 2018, the hemoglobin examination rate for pregnant women was 67.72%, only 9.3% of pregnant women had hemoglobin examinations.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and husband's supportwith pregnant women checking for hemoglobin at the Siak Health Center.The research design was cross sectional. The population of this study were all pregnant women in the first and third trimesters, with a sample of as many as 54 people, sampling technique accidental sampling. The measuring instrument used isquestionnaire. Univariate analysis is known most of the respondents with less knowledge as many as 29 people (53.7%) good as many as 25 people (46.3%), respondents who stated that their husbands did not support as many as 29 people (27.3%), husbands supported as many as 25 people (46.3%). Bivariate results are known tthere connection knowledge P value 0.016 POR (5,200) and known tthere husband's support relationship P value 0.003 POR(7,955)by checking hemoglobin in pregnant women at the Siak Health Center.It is hoped that health workers can provide information about the importance of conducting Hb checks on pregnant women and increasing knowledge of pregnant women through outreach activities in Maternity Classes and health facilities.

Abstract

The emergence of the phenomenon of using multiple Instagram accounts by one individual is increasingly widespread, especially in the younger generation. For this reason, the purpose of this research is to explain why someone has multiple accounts on Instagram and what factors cause this behavior by using Fritz Heider's attribution theory. The method used is qualitative with data collection through observation of social media content and supporting literature. The results showed that one of the reasons for having multiple Instagram accounts is due to feelings of FOMO and the desire to create an ideal self and real self. The internal factors found arise from low self-confidence and self-limitation to do self-disclosure in public spaces, making someone maintain an image by forming personal branding. While external factors come from the environment, in addition to the feeling of FOMO brought by the environment. There is also an influence on social risk, with anonymity making someone more free to express and show their real self without risking judgment. From these results, it shows that behavioral attributions of multiple account users arise from social pressure, privacy, security, functional needs and social media culture.

Abstract

Pendampingan remaja dalam meningkatkan kemampuan qiraatul Quran denganmetode tajwid merupakan upaya penting dalam memperkuat pemahaman agama dan bacaan AlQur'an yang sesuai dengan kaidah. Artikel ini membahas pelaksanaan program pendampinganbagi remaja di Desa Tambaagung Tengah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuanmembaca Al-Qur'an dengan benar melalui penerapan tajwid. Program ini melibatkan tahapantahapan seperti observasi awal, pengajaran teori tajwid, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi berkala.Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan qiraatul Quranremaja, baik dalam penerapan hukum tailwind maupun kelancaran bacaan. Antusiasme remajadalam mempelajari Al-Qur'an juga meningkatseiring dengan pelaksanaan program ini. Kendalayang dihadapi, seperti perbedaan tingkat pemahaman antar peserta, diatasi dengan metodetajwid. Dengan keberhasilan program ini, diharapkan pendampingan serupa dapat terusdikembangkan untuk mendukung pembinaan spiritual remaja di lingkungan pedesaan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education needs to be instilled from an early age to form a generation that is independent, creative, and ready to face the challenges of the digital era. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct communication and entrepreneurship training at SD IT Al Fazhira with the aim of fostering students' entrepreneurial spirit through an interactive and practical approach. The methods used include lectures, educational videos, discussions, and simulations of entrepreneurial activities by utilizing digital media. The results of the activity showed that students were very enthusiastic and able to understand the concept of entrepreneurship and the application of digital communication in simple businesses. Simulation activities show students' ability to apply the material through the utilization of digital platforms such as social media and e-commerce. In conclusion, this training is effective in improving students' digital literacy and entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, while equipping them with relevant life skills in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the social condition of Islamic education in Gunungsitoli, the contribution of the Ummi Kalsum Islamic Boarding School in Islamic Education in Gunungsitoli, and the involvement of alumni of the Ummi Kalsum Islamic Boarding School in the development of Islamic and social education in Gunungsitoli. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of the research in this thesis first; highlight that the development of Islamic education in Gunungsitoli is not as fast as in areas with a majority Muslim population. The main factor influencing this is Gunungsitoli's status as an area with a minority Muslim population, which makes Islamic education have to compete with other education systems that may be more dominant. In this context, the biggest challenge is how to increase the attractiveness of Islamic education in the midst of the diversity of society. Second; the contribution of the pesantren extends to the surrounding community through various service activities. Pesantren actively organizes programs such as religious counseling, social service skills training, and community-based economic empowerment activities. These activities are designed to provide real benefits to the community, while strengthening the role of pesantren as a center for the development of the people. Third; the contribution of alumni who return to Gunungsitoli to teach, become religious leaders, and support the construction of Islamic boarding schools. Alumni of the pesantren function as a liaison that strengthens the social network between the pesantren and the community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of internal audit in enhancing the effectiveness of cash flow control through a systematic review of publicly available literature, including official publications from OJK, BI, BPS, and academic journals. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research synthesizes findings related to audit procedures, internal control mechanisms, fraud prevention, and organizational governance. The results indicate that internal audit plays a crucial role in strengthening the structure of internal control, improving the accuracy of cash transaction records, and ensuring compliance with authorization and verification procedures. Internal audit also contributes to identifying early indicators of misstatements, irregularities, and fraud risks within the cash flow cycle. Moreover, the competence, independence, and professionalism of internal auditors significantly influence the quality of audit outcomes and the reliability of financial information produced. This study concludes that internal audit is a strategic function that not only safeguards company assets but also enhances financial transparency, accountability, and decision-making effectiveness. The implications highlight the need for continuous auditor development and the adoption of robust internal control frameworks to optimize cash flow governance.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sekolah dasar berperan penting dalam mendukung kegiatan literasi dan pembelajaran siswa. Namun, proses pencatatan pengunjung perpustakaan di SDS Lazuardi Cordova Global Islamic School (GIS) masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku tamu, sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan seperti kesulitan rekapitulasi data, rendahnya akurasi pencatatan, serta keterlambatan penyajian laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan website laporan pengunjung perpustakaan berbasis web sebagai solusi digital pengganti sistem manual. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem menggunakan Activity Diagram dan Use Case Diagram, perancangan basis data dengan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Logical Record Structure (LRS), serta implementasi sistem berbasis web. Sistem yang dikembangkan memungkinkan pencatatan kunjungan pengunjung secara digital, pengelolaan data pengunjung, dan penyajian laporan kunjungan secara otomatis dan real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem usulan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses pencatatan, mempercepat penyusunan laporan, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan keamanan data dibandingkan sistem manual. Dengan demikian, website laporan pengunjung perpustakaan ini dapat mendukung evaluasi layanan perpustakaan dan pengambilan keputusan pihak sekolah secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

The performance of LiFePO₄ (LFP) cathodes was successfully enhanced by incorporating two types of graphene obtained through green and low-cost liquid shear exfoliation processes. Commercial LFP was combined with few-layer graphene (FLG) and very few-layer graphene (VFLG), with compositions ranging from 0-4 wt.%. LFP, LFP/FLG, and LFP/VFLG, were characterized using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), charge–discharge (CD), XRD, FTIR, and FESEM–EDX. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were further employed to probe the electronic structure of LFP and an idealized LFP(001)/pristine-graphene interface as a baseline model for interfacial electronic coupling. DFT indicated interfacial charge redistribution and the emergence of C-2p π-derived states near the Fermi level, resulting in bandgap narrowing relative to pristine LFP and suggesting an additional electronic percolation pathway at the interface. Experimentally, EIS showed that VFLG reduced charge-transfer resistance and increased effective electrochemical conductivity, while FLG addition was associated with improved interfacial charge-transfer behavior inferred from EIS. CD tests at 0.5 C showed that the 4 wt.% FLG and 4 wt.% VFLG electrodes delivered the highest specific capacities of 29.98 mAh/g and 44.66 mAh/g, corresponding to increases of 81.9% and 170.5% compared to bare LFP. XRD and FTIR confirmed that LFP phase integrity was maintained, and FESEM–EDX revealed a uniform particle distribution with well-dispersed graphene networks. Overall, these results demonstrated that shear-exfoliated graphene effectively improved electronic connectivity and charge-transfer behavior in LFP cathodes, supported by consistent electrochemical measurements and electronic-structure insights from DFT.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the digital economy in Indonesia has shifted the transaction paradigm from conventional to e-commerce platforms , which brings new challenges to the national tax system. This article aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of implementing e-commerce taxes and Income Tax (PPh) on Indonesia's economic stability and their impact on the welfare of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through a systematic literature review and descriptive analysis, this study found that imposing taxes on the digital sector can create a fair competition ( level playing field ) between online and offline businesses and significantly increase state revenue. However, on the other hand, administrative burdens and the potential for reduced competitiveness are major challenges for MSMEs still in the economic recovery phase. The study concludes that although tax policies are necessary for fiscal sustainability, the government needs to implement progressive tariff policies and simplify the tax bureaucracy to maintain a balance between state revenue targets and the sustainability of MSMEs as the backbone of the national economy.
