Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan dan penerapan prinsip ekonomi syariah dalam tradisi pesta panen di Desa Mario. Menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan petani, aparat desa, dan pemangku adat, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pesta panen adalah tradisi turun-temurun yang mencerminkan rasa syukur, memperkuat ikatan sosial, serta memiliki dampak ekonomi melalui sistem patungan dan keterlibatan usaha kecil. Meskipun ada perbedaan pandangan, mayoritas masyarakat tetap mempertahankannya sebagai bagian dari identitas budaya. Tradisi ini berhubungan dengan hasil panen sebagai ungkapan syukur, bukan faktor penentu keberhasilan pertanian. Selain itu, pesta panen selaras dengan prinsip ekonomi syariah, seperti ketauhidan, keadilan, khilafah, dan kemaslahatan, menjadikannya lebih dari sekadar perayaan, tetapi juga manifestasi nilai sosial, ekonomi, dan spiritual bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Education plays a vital role in shaping individual development and national progress. One key factor influencing learning effectiveness is students' learning styles, which determine how individuals absorb, organize, and process information. Understanding these differences is crucial for designing effective teaching methods. This research develops a Decision Support System (DSS) to determine student learning styles at SMA Negeri 1 Jangka using the Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method. MAUT is chosen for its ability to evaluate multiple criteria, convert them into numerical values, and systematically identify the most suitable learning approach. The alternatives in this study include Project Based Learning (PBL), Problem-Based Learning (PrBL), Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL), Discovery Learning (DL), and Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). The MAUT analysis considers five criteria: student activeness, material understanding, collaboration, initiative and creativity, and teacher-student communication. The research stages include literature study, data collection, system and database design, MAUT implementation, and system evaluation. The results, based on MAUT calculations, show that Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) scores the highest at 13.611, followed by Discovery Learning (DL) at 13.018, Problem-Based Learning (PrBL) at 12.975, Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) at 12.929, and Project Based Learning (PBL) at 12.558. This system assists educators in designing personalized learning strategies that align with students' strengths. Leveraging data-driven analysis enhances education quality, fosters a student-centred learning environment, and improves academic performance and lifelong learning habits.

Abstract

School Operational Assistance (SOA) is a government program that provides funding for personnel operational costs for basic education units as implementing compulsory learning programs. The SOA program policy, programmed in elementary and junior high schools, is one form of policy implementation with the aim of equity and improving the quality of basic education. Therefore, SOA funds must be managed properly and carried out orderly and responsibly. The management of SOA funds is the principal’s responsibility, assisted by the SOA Treasurer. However, in practice, there was a misappropriation of SOA funds. The misappropriation of SOA funds was found to several factors that lead to the achievement of the objectives of managing funds have not been achieved, including planning aspects, implementation aspects, and accountability aspects. In the implementation aspect, it was found that, basically, all use of the budget was in accordance with the technical guidelines. Still, the lack of socialization among parents caused many parties to misunderstand the problem of SOA funds, even though socialization is a very important stage in determining the success and smooth implementation of the program. In accountability, not a few schools have difficulty compiling financial reports because not all schools have competent personnel in their fields. Furthermore, in the 2021 Supreme Audit Agency’s (BPK/Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan) audit report, there are findings obtained by Supreme Audit Agency, one of which is that there are weaknesses in the administration and accountability of School Operational Assistance funds (SOA) in Tojo Una Una, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to do service in the form of socialization related to the administration of the SOA Fund Treasurer, which will be framed in an effective communicative and relaxed manner so that it can provide a stimulus to participants so that they can comprehensively understand administrative technicalities in accordance with the latest developments in the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs No. 24 of 2020 concerning administration for the management of SOA grants.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparative financial performance of PT TBS Energi. The financial performance is analyzed using financial statement data from 2019 to 2023, which includes key indicators such as revenue and net profit, as well as financial ratios, including profitability, liquidity, and solvency ratios. The main focus on liquidity ratios includes the Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, which indicate the company's ability to meet short-term obligations. The entire financial statements of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk published during the period under study were used as the subject of this research. The analysis results show that after the IPO, PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk experienced a significant increase in revenue and net profit, with consistent annual growth. Profitability ratios, including gross profit margin and net profit, also showed positive improvements. In addition, liquidity ratios, both Current Ratio and Quick Ratio, improved significantly, indicating that the company is better able to meet its short-term obligations after securing funds from the IPO.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah dan pembayaran digital (E-Wallet) terhadap peningkatan omset UMKM di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang yang telah menggunakan pembayaran digital (E-Wallet). Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel adalah dengan Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 97 responden. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Teknik analisis data meliputi: uji instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, multikoliearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linear berganda serta uji T, uji F, dan uji R Square. Hasil penelitian untuk uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R-squared adalah 0,567 atau 56,7%. Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh simultan antara variabel literasi keuangan syariah dan pembayaran digital (E-Wallet) terhadap peningkatan omset UMKM sebesar 56,7%. Sementara itu, sisanya sebesar 43,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

The research analyzes the educational experiences of rural junior high school Indonesian language teachers by examining their teaching competence improvement barriers. A qualitative method enabled researchers to obtain data from classroom observations together with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions involving twelve teachers who teach at different rural educational facilities. Research demonstrates that rural teachers experience important barriers because they face restricted access to basic resources together with restricted access to professional development and technological support. Despite these obstacles, teachers employ various strategies for self-improvement, such as peer collaboration, online learning, and community support. Rural teachers receive essential help from neighborhood residents who provide facilities along with encouragement to bridge their educational deficiencies. This research demonstrates both the significance of nonformal professional support systems used by teachers as well as their ability to cope with their individual teaching situations effectively. Rural schools need both enhanced organizational backing and stronger community involvement to build teacher qualification levels which produces better academic outcomes in their areas. The study contributes to research overlooking rural education while providing concrete suggestions for authorities and education leaders to enhance teacher development in underserved rural regions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of education of KH. Imam Zarkasyi and its relevance to Arabic language learning at the Sheikh Hasan Yamani Islamic Boarding School Campalagian District Polewali Mandar Regency. The concept of KH. Imam Zarkasyi rests on educational goals that want to make students not only understand the lesson, but more than that, practice and preach it. To achieve this goal, he made the concept of integral education between religious and general subjects. This is what the Sheikh Hasan Yamani Islamic Boarding School tried to adopt in learning Arabic so that it is interesting to study the extent of its relationship.Furthermore, the research method used in this research is qualitative research whose type is included in field research. Data collection in the study through interviews with research informants. Then analyzed using three stages, namely: 1) Data reduction, 2) Presentation of data, and 3) Data verification and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the concept of education of KH. Imam Zarkasyi showed an update in the field of education, starting from the renewal of the pesantren curriculum, system and language teaching methods, especially in Arabic language learning, namely by applying the direct method or direct method which leads to active language mastery by increasing practice, both oral and written. The relevance between Arabic language learning at Pondok Hasan Yamani and the concept of KH. Imam Zarkasyi's education lies in the goals, systems, methods, and curriculum that have in common in an effort to produce students who are fluent in Arabic and able to understand and spread the teachings of Islam well.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas Metode Fun Learning dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlak di MTs DDI Amparita. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen kuantitatif dengan desain One-Group Pre-Test Post-Test. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 siswa kelas VIII B sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, pre-test, dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan motivasi belajar sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Metode Fun Learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Metode Fun Learning efektif menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, interaktif, dan mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa. Motivasi belajar siswa meningkat secara signifikan setelah diterapkannya metode ini, terutama pada aspek kreativitas, inisiatif, kepercayaan diri, dan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami materi. Metode ini juga memperlihatkan peningkatan interaksi antara siswa dan guru, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih bermakna. Fun Learning menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi siswa untuk mengembangkan potensi mereka secara optimal, baik secara akademik maupun sosial. Dengan suasana yang rileks tetapi terarah, siswa lebih termotivasi untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, menjadikan metode ini relevan untuk diterapkan secara luas.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the difficulties of reading journals for students in the English Language Education department of Hamzanwadi University. This study was analyzed using a descriptive-qualitative design. The 27 students in the fourth semester as participants by using purposive sampling. The documentation and interviews were used as instruments to collect the data. Findings show that the biggest challenges are: 1.) The students have a bad perception of academic journals; 2.) The vocabulary is too high; 3.) The sentence structure is hard to understand.

Abstract

Abstract:  This study discusses the "Implementation of Active Learning Strategies (Active Learning) in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru" with the background of active learning strategies because there are still students who are less focused on learning. Islamic religious education teachers not only have a function as teachers but are also able to make students interested in the lesson. The objectives of the study are: (1) to describe the Implementation of Active Learning Strategies (Active Learning) in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru; (2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. Subjects in the study: Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru and students as research reinforcements. Objects in the study: active learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru. Data collection using observation, interview, documentation techniques. Data processing using data collection, data classification, editing and data interpretation. Then analyzed descriptively qualitatively, for conclusions using the inductive method.Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Implementation of Active Learning Strategies for Islamic Religious Education at SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru has several components, namely: Delivering teacher and student opinions, students responding to friends' opinions, finding learning resources, solving problems (discussion). Supporting factors are educators, students, and facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are students, time factors and facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: Active Learning, Islamic Religious Education, Strategy.  Abstract: Penelitian ini membahas tentang “Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif (Active learning) Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru” dilatar belakangi tentang strategi pembelajaran aktif karena masih ada siswa yang kurang fokus dalam pembelajaran. Guru pendidikan agama Islam selain memiliki fungsi sebagai pengajar tetapi juga mampu membuat ketertarikan siswa terhadap pelajaran. tujuan dari penelitian yaitu: (1) mendeskripsikan Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif (Active Learning) pada Mata Pelajaran PAI di SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru; (2) mengetahui faktor pendukung penghambatnya. Subjek dalam penelitian: guru PAI di SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru dan siswa sebagai penguat penelitian. Objek dalam penelitian: pembelajaran aktif pada mata pelajaran PAI di SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru. Penggalian data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Pengolahan data menggunakan pengumpulan data, klasifikasi data, editing dan interpretasi data. Kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, untuk kesimpulan menggunakan metode induktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Penerapan Strategi Pembelajaran Aktif PAI di SMP Plus Citra Madinatul Ilmi Banjarbaru ada beberapa komponen yaitu: Menyampaikan pendapat guru dan peserta didik, peserta didik menanggapi pendapat teman, menemukan sumber belajar, memecahkan masalah (diskusi). Faktor pendukung yaitu pendidik, peserta didik, dan sarana prasarana. Sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu peserta didik, faktor waktu dan sarana prasarana. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Aktif, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Strategi.
