Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Cooperative Learning Model on students' learning motivation through literature review. High learning motivation is an important factor in enhancing students' engagement and achievement. The Cooperative Learning Model is the focus of this study as it emphasizes cooperation and social interaction among students. The research method used is literature review, by searching and analyzing relevant sources regarding the influence of Cooperative Learning Model on students' learning motivation. Based on the findings of the literature review, the Cooperative Learning Model has great potential in improving students' learning motivation. Students who are engaged in cooperative learning tend to exhibit higher motivation, active engagement, and greater interest in the subject matter. The effective implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model in enhancing students' learning motivation can be influenced by factors such as group size, interaction among group members, the role of the teacher, and the support from the learning environment. Therefore, it is important to consider these factors in designing and implementing the Cooperative Learning Model. This research provides a comprehensive understanding of the influence of the Cooperative Learning Model on students' learning motivation through literature review. Practical implications and future research directions are also discussed to provide guidance in the application and further exploration of the Cooperative Learning Model. The results of this research are expected to contribute positively to efforts in enhancing students' learning motivation.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine and analyze the effects of the work environment, communication, and discipline on employee performance. The background of this study is the phenomenon of inadequate company facilities, budget constraints, poor communication with colleagues, where employees tend to form separate groups, and the low level of discipline and self-awareness of employees and superiors regarding compliance with regulations. The study is quantitative, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. A sample of 41 employees was taken with the saturated sampling approach. The results showed that work facilities had a good and statistically significant effect on staff performance at PT. Prosperous Administration Development, as well as on work communication and work discipline. Furthermore, the impact of work facilities, communication, and discipline on the performance of PT. Bina Administration Sejahtera staff was also significant.

Abstract

This research investigates the psychological factors influencing pro-environmental behavior among adolescents in Bandung City, Indonesia. Adopting a quantitative approach, a cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect data from a representative sample of 500 adolescents aged 14 to 18. The study focused on assessing environmental attitudes, environmental knowledge, environmental consciousness, and environmental self-efficacy about pro-environmental behavior. Additionally, the potential moderating effects of socio-demographic factors on the relationship between psychological factors and pro-environmental behavior were explored. The findings reveal that environmental attitudes and self-efficacy are the strongest predictors of pro-environmental behavior. Ecological consciousness and environmental knowledge also play significant roles in influencing sustainable actions. Furthermore, education level was found to moderate the relationship between environmental learning and pro-environmental behavior. The implications of these findings are discussed, providing recommendations for targeted interventions to promote sustainable behavior among adolescents in urban areas.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter di perguruan tinggi telah menjadi perhatian penting dalam mengembangkan mahasiswa menjadi individu yang lebih berintegritas dan bertanggung jawab dalam masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesadaran moral dan kemampuan komunikasi mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam program pendidikan karakter di perguruan tinggi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa dari berbagai jurusan di beberapa perguruan tinggi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara statistik untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pendidikan karakter dan tingkat kesadaran moral serta kemampuan komunikasi mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam tentang efektivitas program pendidikan karakter di perguruan tinggi dalam membentuk mahasiswa yang beretika dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam konteks sosial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi perguruan tinggi dalam meningkatkan program pendidikan karakter dan membentuk generasi mahasiswa yang lebih berkualitas dan berdampak positif pada masyarakat.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan aspek penting dalam proses pendidikan untuk membentuk kepribadian dan moral mahasiswa. Kepercayaan diri adalah salah satu hasil yang diharapkan dari pendidikan karakter yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh pendidikan karakter terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa di Universitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada sampel mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi di Universitas. Kuesioner ini dirancang untuk mengukur tingkat pendidikan karakter yang diterima oleh mahasiswa dan tingkat kepercayaan diri yang mereka miliki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara pendidikan karakter dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang mendapatkan pendidikan karakter yang lebih baik cenderung memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri yang lebih tinggi. Beberapa aspek pendidikan karakter, seperti integritas, empati, ketekunan, dan tanggung jawab, secara khusus berkontribusi pada peningkatan kepercayaan diri. Penemuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam mengembangkan program pendidikan karakter yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa. Peningkatan kepercayaan diri dapat membawa dampak positif pada prestasi akademik, hubungan sosial, dan kesiapan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi tantangan di dunia nyata.

Abstract

A product will not be known to potential consumers if there is no effort to inform them about it. Through the communication process, companies have the opportunity to introduce, inform, and spread news about the products they offer to potential consumers. Marketing communication encompasses various multidisciplinary approaches that combine theories and concepts from communication and marketing sciences. The role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is of significant importance in the effort to develop the economic well-being of society. This is particularly related to the effort to empower the community economically and the number of jobs that can be created by these enterprises. In addition to having strategic importance in the development process, SMEs also serve as a tool for achieving a more equitable distribution of the development outcomes achieved so far. The research method uses Participatory Action Research (PAR) with socialization assistance to several SMEs in the city of Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Improving brand image is an important aspect of business in the field of beauty clinics. Likewise for Bening's Clinic Kemang South Jakarta Branch, improving a good brand image by public relations to customers so as to increase satisfaction and have a good effect on service. This is the background so that the role of public relations can improve brand image. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Public Relations in enhancing the brand image of Bening Clinic, Kemang Branch, South Jakarta through Instagram as a service company providing facial skin health services in Indonesia. In addition, this study aims to analyze the obstacles and solutions implemented to overcome obstacles to the role of Public Relations in increasing the brand image of the Bening Clinic, Kemang Branch, South Jakarta. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. This study uses Dozier and Broom's concept regarding the role of Public Relations and Atmoko's concept regarding Instagram features and Biel's concept regarding brand image dimensions. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of Public Relations at Bening's Clinic, Kemang Branch, South Jakarta, uses Instagram to find out the experiences felt by customers, both positive and negative experiences. Instagram content from Bening's Clinic Public Relations, Kemang South Jakarta Branch is very interesting, informative, and has a huge impact on customers because the information conveyed is quite routine through the Brand Ambassador by utilizing the features available on Instagram as an intermediary medium in enhancing brand image.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the description on the strategy mixture of public relations in increasing positive image and to find out what obstacles facing of PT. KONE Indo Elevator. This study used qualitative research method along with interview, observation, and documentation technic. This study used the theory of the seven strategy mixtures of public relations which are publication, event, news, relation to public, negotiation and lobbying technic, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and company identity. The result of the conducted study shows that strategy mixture of public relations implemented by PT. KONE Indo Elevator works quite well. The effort is proven to be succeeded that there are still many people who put in their trust to choose and recommend KONE.

Abstract

The company applies motivation to its employees with the aim of encouraging its employees to be productive. The company implements the motivation to get maximum performance from employees for the production section, there are demands from the company to be able to produce good quality for its production results. There are two methods used by PT Artistika Kreasi Mandiri, the direct method, where employees feel what they get directly, and the indirect method, such as facilities that can be felt, such as comfort at work, proven to motivate employees. From the observation results that the application of motivation applied by PT Artistika Kreasi Mandiri to its employees when viewed from Herzberg's two factor theory is in accordance with the theory but for the hygienic factor, namely salary according to the results of the salary questionnaire besides being a hygienic factor it can be a motivational factor because it can motivate employees in the production department

Abstract

BAF Bussan Auto Finance is a financial service provider company focusing on financing new motorbikes specifically for the Yamaha brand. Not only providing financing services for Yamaha brand motorcycles, Bussan Auto Finance also provides financing for car loans, electronic devices, gadgets, furniture, and agricultural machinery. Therefore, PT. BAF realizes there must be concrete steps to increase motivation and morale between employees and leaders. This study aims to determine organizational communication strategies for increasing the motivation and morale of Motor Yahama employees. Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) has the vision to become a leading and trusted finance company for customers, business partners, employees and the public. To realize this vision, Bussan Auto Finance has a mission to provide the best financial solutions for the welfare of society. The research method used is qualitative research with observations, interviews, and documentation conducted on Toyota Perintis Sales Department employees. The research results obtained by drawing this conclusion are the company's organizational communication strategy in increasing motivation and achieving good credit sales targets so that companies can achieve optimal or desired profits.
