Abstract

Abstrak: Judul penelitian ini adalah Upaya Guru dalam Mengatasi Rendahnya Minat Baca Siswa di Perpustakaan SD Negeri 4 Singkawang Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam mengatasi rendahnya minat baca siswa di suatu lembaga pendidikan yaitu sekolah dasar. Selain itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab rendahnya minat baca sehingga selanjutnya bisa dilakukan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasinya berdasarkan dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab rendahnya minat baca siswa dan upaya guru mengatasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data diperoleh dengan melakukuan observasi terlebih dahulu selama beberapa hari, kemudian dilanjutkan lagi dengan wawancara kepada guru selaku informan bersangkutan yang dianggap paling tahu mengenai masalah yang akan diteliti, mengenai upaya guru dalam mengatasi rendahnya minat baca siswa SD Negeri 4 Singkawang Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang menyebabkan rendahnya minat baca siswa, karena siswa lebih senang berkumpul dengan teman sebaya dari pada membaca buku,  siswa menganggap membaca buku dituntut untuk dan diam saja. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru adalah mengadakan event atau perlombaan yang membuat siswa gemar membaca dan mencintai buku.   Kata kunci: Upaya Guru, Minat Baca, Perpustakaan SD Negeri 4. Abstract: The title of this research is Teacher Effort Overcome the Students Low Reading the Public Elementary School Library 4 Singkawang East, Singkawang City. The purpose of this research to know how teacher effort to overcome the students low reading in eduacational institution is elementary school. The purpose of this research to know causative factor the students low reading, then can doing the efforts to overcome based what the teacher of school do. The purpose of the research to know causative factor the student low reading and effort can teacher of the school do. This research done with descriptive qualitative research method. The data obtained with the first for several day. Then resumed again interviews with teachers who know the problem of the students low reading. The result showing that the low of student interest in reading, because students like to be with their friends everyday, more than reading. Students consider reading in demand to sit down and be quiet. Effort by the teacher is holding events and competition that make student love to read. Abstract

Abstract :The purpose of this research is to This study entitled Social interaction between ethnic Melayu and Dayak in Balai Berkuak village, Simpang Hulu District, Ketapang Regency. With the problem of how the form of cooperation, accommodation and forms of community competition between ethnic Melayu and Dayak. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. The data source of this research is primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that: Spontaneous cooperation that is shown by mutual assistance when there are residents who experience a disaster, regardless of status, direct cooperation, namely cooperation carried out by the community on orders or socialization from the RT or Village Head. Accommodation, tolerance is maintained both among Dayak and Melayu. It is considered the same because good actions are not seen from the tribe but by the nature or character of a person. Individual competition looks normal and is said to be good, group competition, still a bit in the economic and sports fields can be said to be good and positive.Keywords: Social Interaction,Ethnic, Melayu, Dayak.

Abstract

Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X SMA Wisuda Pontianak. Masalah penelitian, bagaimana persiapan model pembelajaran student teams achivement divisions pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X di SMA Wisuda Pontianak. Metode penelitian adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pre-experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah Siswa 30 Orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan tes dan observasi. Alat pengumpul data adalah tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi. Hasil belajar Siswa dengan menggunakan model STAD yang tuntas sebanyak 18 Orang Siswa dengan presentase sebesar 60% sedangkan Siswa yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 12 Orang Siswa dengan presentase sebesar 40% dengan nilai rata-rata 75,17. Sedangkan nilai Siswa pada saat menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional  yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 21 Orang dengan persentase 70%, sedangkan Siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 8 Orang dengan persentase 30%, dengan nilai rata-rata 57.00.   Kata Kunci: Model STAD, Hasil Belajar Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD to improve student learning outcomes on economic subjects in class X SMA Wisuda Pontianak. The research problem, how the learning model student teams achievement divisions on economic subjects in class X SMA Wisuda Pontianak. The research method is a method of experimental study with pre-experimental design to study design One-group pretest-posttest. Subjects in the study were students 30 people. Data collection techniques and observation tests. Data collector is the achievement test and observation sheet. Student learning outcomes by using STAD model who completed a total of 18 people Students with a percentage of 60%, while students who did not complete as many as 12 people Students with a percentage of 40% with an average value of 75.17. While the value of Students when using conventional learning models who did not complete as many as 21 people with a percentage of 70%, while students complete as many as 8 people with a percentage of 30%, with an average value of 57.00. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pandangan Tokoh Agama dalam Upacara Adat Pernikahan Melayu Sambas, pada saat pra pernikahan, pada saat pelaksanaan pernikahan serta pada saat pasca pernikahan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode desktriptif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung, teknik komunikasi langsung dan teknik studi dokumenter, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data adalah, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunkan informan sebanyak 6 Tokoh Agama Kecamtan Sambas. Pandangan Tokoh Agama dalam Upacara Adat Pernikahan Melayu Sambas yaitu Tokoh Agama sebagai penengah, meluruskan pemahaman masyarakat, dan memutuskan sebuah masalah terhadap adat dan agama dalam masyarakat. Pandangan Tokoh Agama pada saat pra pernikahan masih dalam kewajaran. Pandangan Tokoh Agama pada saat pelaksanaan banyak yang disederhanakan namun tidak menghilangkan adat aslinya. Pandangan Tokoh Agama pada saat pasca pernikahan ada beberapa yang bertentangan dengan ajaran Agama Islam. Kata kunci: Pandangan Tokoh Agama, Upacara Adat Pernikahan, Melayu Sambas.   Abstract: The purpose of this research is to investigate Islamic missionary point of view about tradition of marriage ceremony toward Melayu Sambas, during pre-marriage ceremony, main process of marriage ceremony, and post-marriage ceremony. The method used in this research is descriptive research. The technique used in collecting data is direct observation, direct communication, and documentation technique, meanwhile the tools of collecting data are interview and documentation. The analysis is provided in form of descriptive qualitative with 6 interviewees of Islam Missionaries from Sambas district. The way point of view delivered by the missionaries toward the tradition of marriage ceremony of Melayu Sambas is to take place as an intermediary, to correct people’s misunderstanding, and to solve a problem related to aspect of tradition and religion. The missionaries claim that the traditions people do during pre-marriage ceremony is naturally tolerated to do. Then, they claim that the traditions people do during the main process of marriage has to be slightly restrained without putting away the value of the tradition. Furthermore, they also claim that most of traditions which people do during post-marriage ceremony are way against the teaching of Islam.   Key Words: Islamic missionary point of view, Traditions of marriage ceremony, Melayu Sambas

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang Analisis Keterampilan Dasar Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Mata Pelajaran Sosiologi Siswa Kelas XI Di Madrasah Aliyah bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Perencanaan mengajar guru sesuai Keterampilan dasar mengajar guru guna meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sosiologi di kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil perencanaan mengajar guru dikategorikan relatif baik (skor 5), keterampilan bertanya dengan kategori relatif baik (skor 3,76), Keterampilan menjelaskan dengan kategori relatif baik (skor 3,75), keterampilan mengajar perorangan dengan kategori relatif baik (skor 3,75), keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran dengan kategori baik (skor 3,47), keterampilan memberi penguatan dengan kategori baik (skor 3), keterampilan menggunakan variasi dengan kategori kurang (skor 2,8), keterampilan mengelola kelas dengan kategori kurang (skor 2,64), keterampilan membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil dengan kategori relatif kurang. Hasil belajar siswa kelas XI belum mencapai KKM (75) yaitu kelas XI IPS 1 dengan rata-rata 49,39, XI IPS 2 dengan rata-rata 68,97, XI IPS 3 dengan rata-rata 70,5. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan agar guru sosiologi di madrasah Aliyah lebih mendalami lagi keterampilan dasar guru terutama pada keterampilan mengadakan variasi, keterampilan mengelola kelas, dan keterampilan membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil, serta menerapkanya dalam pembelajaran di kelas dengan bermacam variasi dan media pembelajaran. Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Dasar Guru, Proses Pembelajaran, mata pelajaran sosiologi di Madrasah Aliyah. Abstract: This research is aiming to describe the teachers teaching planning according to the basic skills of teachers to improve the achievement of sociology subject at class XI Madrasah Aliyah. The method that used in this research is descriptive method. The result of teachers teaching planning with relatively good category (score 5), the skills of asked with relatively good category (score 3,76), explaining skills with relatively good category (score 3,75), individual teaching skills with relatively good category (3,75), opening and closing lessons skills with good category (score 3,47), provide reinforcement skills with a good category (score 3), using variation skills with a less category (score 2,8), classroom management skills with a less category (score 2,64), and the skills to guiding small group discussions with very less category. The achievement of class XI was not reached the KKM (75), class XI IPS 1 with an average of 49.39, class XI IPS 2 with an average of 68.97, class XI IPS 3 with an average of 70.5. From the result concluded that sociology teacher in Madrasah Aliyah must further explore the teachers basic skills, especially using variation skills, classroom management skills, and the skills to guiding small group discussions, and than apply on the learning in classroom with a various variety and learning media. Abstract

The title of this study is "The impact of the habit of social irregularities of drinking alcohol at the students of Kapuas Hulu Regency". A general problem of research is how the impact of drinking habits at the students of Kapuas Hulu Regency on Jl. Budi Karya Pontianak. The purpose of this study is to know and describe the impact of drinking habits on lectures and interactions of Kapuas Hulu students. The approach used is qualitative approach with descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews, and lectures documentation, with data collection tools such as observation guides, interview guides, and documentation. The analysis in this study is presented descriptively qualitative by using informans as many as 16 people, consisting of 13 students who do social deviation drinking alcohol as a subject and 3 people as crosschek community. The results of this study indicate that the habit of social deviation drinking badly affect the lectures and interactions of Kapuas Hulu Kapuas students with the community. Based on the observations, interviews, and documentation that the researchers have conducted, proves that the habit of social deviation from drinking can be bad for the lectures and interaction of Kapuas Hulu students with the community. Keywords: Social Deviance, Habit of  Drinking

Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kesiapan belajar dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS semester ganjil pada mata pelajaran sosiologi di SMA Negeri 04 Sungai Raya. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel bebas (X) yaitu kesiapan belajar dengan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu hasil belajar kelas XI IPS sebesar 0.417 yang dikategorikan sedang. Koefisien determinasi (Kd) hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y sebesar 17.38%,dan sisanya sebesar 82.62% berhubungan dengan variabel lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini. Setelah diadakan uji hipotesis dengan membandingkan r hitung terhadap r tabel didapat bahwa r hitung lebih besar dari pada r tabel yaitu 0.417 > 0.378, sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel bebas (X) yaitu kesiapan belajar dengan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu hasil belajar kelas XI IPS.   Kata kunci :Kesiapan Belajar, Hasil Belajar   Abstract:The aim of researchto determine the relationshipbetweenreadinessto learnthelearning outcomes of studentsof class XIIPSsemesteron the subjects ofsociologyatSMAN04SungaiRaya. It is a qualitative descriptive research. The results showedthatthere is apositive relationshipbetweenthe independent variable(X) isthe readinessto learnwith the dependent variable(Y) isstudyingin class XIIPSresultsfor0.417arecategorized asmoderate. While thedetermination coefficient(Kd) relationshipbetweenvariables X andYat17:38%, And the balance of 82.62% associated with other variables that are not included in this study. Having held hypothesis testing by comparing r count against r table obtained that r count is greater than the r table is 0.417> 0.378, so that Ha Ho accepted and rejected. Thus it can be said that there is a positive relationship between the independent variable (X) is the readiness to learn with the dependent variable (Y) is the result of studying in class XI IPS. Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui makna dari perilaku menyimpang yang dilakukan oleh siswa.Metode penelitian kualitatifdeskriptif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang melakukan tindakan perkelahian memaknai perilaku mereka tersebut sebagai suatu cara menunjukan rasa solidaritas yang tinggi terhadap teman-temannya, juga sebagai cara mempertahankan harga diri mereka di depan teman-teman satu sekolah. Selain itu siswa yang membolos dari sekolah memaknai perilaku mereka tersebut juga sebagai suatu cara menunjukan rasa solidaritas yang tinggi terhadap teman-temannya.Kemudian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang melakukan tindakan keluar pada saat jam pelajaran berlangsung memaknai perilaku mereka tersebut sebagai suatu cara untuk menghilang kebosanan di dalam kelas pada saat pelajaran berlangsung. Siswa yang terlambat datang ke sekolah memaknai perilaku mereka tersebut sebagai hal yang tidak disengajai oleh mereka, karena alasan tidak bisa bangun pagi, macet, dan lama nunggu jemputan.   Kata Kunci :Perilaku Menyimpang, Interaksi Simbolik Abstract: This research purposes to known the meaning of deviant behavior by students. An qualitative descriptive research method. The research result shown the students who was fighting is to express their solidarity to their friends, and also as the way to self-esteem in the front of friends in school. Moreover there are students was skip from school that mean to express their solidarity to their friends. Then show us the students who was skip on lesson time thats is one way to relieve boredom in class. The students who was coming late to the school as an inadvertent, because they can’t woke up early, traffic jam, and long wait for pickup.   Key words : deviant behavior, symbolic interaction.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan penerapan program pembelajaran remedial sosiologi, penerapan program pembelajaran remedial sosiologi serta penerapan evaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran remedial sosiologi kelas XI IPS. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik komunikasi langsung, teknik observasi langsung dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpulan data adalah pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif naratif.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan yang dilakukan sudah diterapkan sesuai dengan program pembelajaran remedial sosiologi, penerapan program pembelajaran remedial sesuai dengan ketentuan – ketentuan pelaksanaan pembelajaran remedial dan penerapan evaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran remedial sosiologi sudah dilakukan dengan baik.   Kata Kunci:  Penerapan, Program, dan Pembelajaran Remedial   Abstract: This study aims to determine the planning application of remedial learning programs sociology, sociology remedial learning program implementation and application of the evaluation of remedial learning activities sociology class XI IPS. Forms of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection technique used is the technique of direct communication, direct observation and documentation techniques. Data collection tool was a guidance interview, observation and documentation. The analysis in this study are presented descriptively naratif. These result of this research is the planning done already implemented in accordance with the sociology remedial learning programs, implementation of remedial learning programs in accordance with the provisions - provisions for the implementation of remedial teaching and evaluation of the implementation of remedial learning activities sociology has been done well. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to describe the cultural orientation of mixed marriage from the aspects of language, kinship, and religion. The method applied in the study is descriptive in the form of qualitative research. The data resource in this study is a couple from the mixed marriage between Malay and Madurese in Tangaran District of Sambas Regency. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation technique. Based on the analysis, the language used in daily communication is Sambas Malay that it is the language used by Malay ethnicity. The kinship tends to be closer to the family of the Sambas Malay ethnic group. This can be seen from the use of nicknames originating from ethnic Malays. From the religious aspect, it tends to be oriented towards the Malay ethnic culture. Those from Madura have experienced adjustments to the Sambas Malay ethnic group because they live in the village where the majority of the population are ethnic Malays. Henceforward, it is concluded that the cultural orientation from the results of mixed marriage from aspects of language, kinship, and religion are generally oriented to Malay ethnicity.  Keywords: Culture, Mixed Marriage, Orientation
