Abstract

Menyusui permanen dapat berdampak pada perjalanan seseorang melalui kehidupan karena efek negatifnya pada kesehatan anak dan ibu,menyusui telah terbukti meningkatkan kesehatan anak dengan menurunkan kejadian penyakit tidak menular pada anak, meningkatkan kecerdasan, mengurangi infeksi, Menyusui melindungi ibu dari diabetes melitus, kanker ovarium, kanker payudara. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini bagaimana gaya yang berbeda efektif dalam meningkatkan produksi susu, bagaimana melakukan teknik pijat yang berbeda, besarnya hasil pengobatan dan efisiensi.Tinjauan sistematis ini, yang dilakukan antara 2019 - 2023 menggunakan menggunakan Pelaporan Terpilih untuk Tinjauan Sistematis (PRISMA).Hasil Artikel yang banyak di teliti pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 24 artikel atau sebesar (34,28 %) sedangkan artikel yang sedikit pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebanyak 8 artikel atau sebesar (11,43%).Sangat menarik bahwa semua penelitian tentang kemampuan terapi pijat untuk meningkatkan produksi susu dilakukan di Asia. Secara khusus, Indonesia menyumbang berbagai terapi pijat bervariasi antar negara berdasarkan latar belakang budaya.Akibatnya, aromaterapi, pijat sebagian atau seluruh tubuh, termasuk pijat oksitosin, pijat leher, dan pijat seluruh tubuh, semuanya disediakan di Indonesia pijat punggung diselidiki di India.

Abstract

Abstract Background: The potential for a pandemic to trigger an increase in the malnutrition crisis in 2020 is that 132 million people suffer from hunger and 370 million school-age children do not receive adequate food, as well as 6.7 million The potential for triggering a pandemic triggering a malnutrition crisis in 2020 is that 132 million people suffer and 370 million school-age children do not get enough food, and 6.7 million neglected children in addition to 2019 before the pandemic 47 million children are deprived and 14 million children stunting. The problem of malnutrition is caused by environmental factors (insufficient sanitation and drinking water sources), inadequate health services, low knowledge of maternal nutrition, and poor feeding practices. The purpose of the study was to analyze environmental factors with the incidence of stunting in children under five based on the results of internationally published health research. Method: The research design is a literature review, by conducting a literature search through international journal articles from 2018-2022 regarding stunting in toddlers. Correlation research articles used cross sectional, case control and cohort studies. The research population is all research articles in published journals regarding the analysis of environmental factors with the incidence of stunting in toddlers through the ScienceDirect, Biomed Central, PubMed, SAGE journals, ProQuest and Google Scholar databases, while the sample is the relevant articles. Results: The incidence of stunting is still high in Indonesia with a prevalence rate of 19%-61.8%, mostly caused by environmental factors including sources of drinking water, sanitation facilities and latrines as well as hygiene practices. Conclusion: Environmental factors are factors related to the incidence of stunting in toddlers. Key words: Stunting, Environmental Factors, literature review

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a nutritional problem caused by insufficient food intake for a long time. Routine exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months and followed by the provision of nutritious weaning foods is one of the efforts to prevent stunting. Purpose: community service activities are to provide knowledge about the risk factors and causes of stunting, provide knowledge about the potential of tempeh as a potential food to prevent stunting, provide knowledge and skills on how to make weaning food. Method: this activity is a collaboration between TJSL PT KILANG PERTAMINA INTERNATIONAL RU III and the Faculty of Public Health, Sriwijaya University. Participants consisted of cadres and mothers of toddlers at Melati Deswita Plaju integrated health care. The activities carried out were counseling on preventing stunting, counseling on potential food tempeh preventing stunting, story telling, let's eat tempeh. Result: as many as 85% of respondents have good knowledge after being given counseling related to stunting. Conclusion: there is an increase in knowledge where the percentage of respondents who have a good category increases after the extension activities are carried out.   Keywords: stunting, tempeh, toddlers, weaning foods, integrated health care

Abstract

Pengetahuan gizi berperan penting dalam pemilihan makanan yang baik dan konsumsi harian. Status gizi mencerminkan kondisi nutrisi seseorang, seperti buruk, kurang, baik, lebih, atau obesitas. Kurangnya pengetahuan gizi pada remaja dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan dan produktivitas. Pengetahuan gizi memberikan pemahaman kepada remaja tentang pentingnya makanan sehat dan hubungannya dengan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan status gizi pada remaja usia 15-18 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah Literature Review dengan subyek penelitian remaja usia 15-18 tahun. Pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui Google Scholar dengan tahun publikasi 2017-2020. Hasil dari 10 jurnal yang dianalisis menunjukkan bahwa 6 jurnal menemukan adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan status gizi remaja, dengan nilai p masing-masing (0,000, 0,007, 0,046, 0,044, 0.261, dan 0,006). Sementara 4 jurnal menyatakan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan status gizi remaja, dengan nilai p (0,323, 0,147, 0,619, 0,064, dan 0,165). Kesimpulannya, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan status gizi remaja karena pengetahuan gizi memengaruhi sikap dan perilaku dalam memilih makanan. Namun, hubungan tersebut tidak selalu signifikan karena kurangnya penerapan pengetahuan tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that the number of people with diabetes mellitus (DM) worldwide will increase rapidly to reach 21.3 million by 2030, an increase from 8.4 million in 2020. Workers are one of the groups most vulnerable to the risk of diabetes mellitus (DM). Almost all of the worker time is spent working indoors and doing only a few physical movements. This can lead to health problems. Due to the pressure brought on by their jobs, workers tend to engage in bad habits such as smoking, alcohol, and eating unhealthy foods, among others, which have an impact on their behavior and their lifestyle. The high level of stress experienced by para is the cause of this behavioural tendency. The impact of this behaviour makes workers vulnerable to diabetes mellitus (DM). Diabetes mellitus (DM) can appear suddenly without symptoms (silent killer). Workers must carry out health checks immediately to find out and prevent diseases such as diabetes mellitus (DM) early. Because Diabetes Mellitus tends to increase and begin to appear at a younger age of workers, companies must plan and optimize the management of screening examinations early for workers to detect the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus through occupational health activities, especially by involving all workers so that the risk of Diabetes Mellitus events with risk factors that already exist in each worker can be predicted early through The Chronic Disease Management Program (PROLANIS) has a positive impact in managing type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) in the prevention of degenerative diseases in Indonesia. However, there are still several obstacles, such as inappropriate schedules, lack of public awareness, and the need for role models and peer group support in running this program. Therefore, efforts to optimize the PROLANIS DM program and increase the understanding of participants and the public about the importance of DM prevention are very important to overcome this problem and its impact on Indonesian workers in the prevention of degenerative NCDs that can prevent productive age.

Abstract

Background: Workers have nutritional adequacy rates that must be met and differ for each individual because it depends on body condition and workload. Upstream oil and gas workers have a heavy workload and are at risk of exposure to very dangerous chemicals in the long term, so workers must also pay attention to the food they eat to maintain balanced nutrition and maximize health. Purpose: To find out the benefits of processed river or freshwater fish in fulfilling nutrition for workers in upstream oil and gas companies. Method: Systematic literature review research related to the nutritional content of various types of freshwater fish with a focus on nutrients such as protein, fat, vitamins and minerals. There are four steps in conducting a review, namely formulating the problem, searching for various relevant literature sources, evaluating the data that has been obtained, and analyzing and interpreting it. Results: Processed river or freshwater fish such as catfish, snakehead, tilapia, gourami, toman, betutu, tilapia fulfill the daily consumption of good protein, fat and vitamins because their nutritional content is protein which averages 18 to 20 grams per 100 grams. grams and fat from 1 to 3 grams, where daily you must consume around 60 to 70 grams of protein and 50 to 75 grams of total fat depending on the condition of each worker. Apart from that, the nutritional content of freshwater fish can minimize problems such as exposure to benzene. Conclusion: River fish can be used as food to fulfill the nutrition of upstream oil and gas workers because of its nutritional content which can reduce inflammation caused by exposure to chemicals while working.   Keywords: Fulfillment of Nutrition; River Fish; Worker.   Pendahuluan: Para pekerja memiliki angka kecukupan gizi yang harus dipenuhi dan berbeda setiap individu karena tergantung dengan kondisi tubuh dan beban kerja. Pekerja hulu migas memiliki beban kerja yang berat dan berisiko terpapar bahan kimia yang sangat berbahaya dalam jangka panjang, sehingga para pekerja juga harus memperhatikan konsumsi makanan yang harus dimakan untuk tetap memenuhi gizi yang seimbang dan dapat memaksimalkan kesehatan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui manfaat dari olahan ikan sungai atau air tawar dalam pemenuhan gizi bagi pekerja di perusahaan hulu migas. Metode: Penelitian systematic literature review terkait dengan kandungan gizi dari berbagai jenis ikan air tawar dengan fokus pada nutrisi seperti protein, lemak, vitamin, dan mineral. Terdapat empat langkah dalam melakukan review yaitu memformulasikan permasalahan, mencari berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan, mengevaluasi data yang telah didapatkan, dan menganalisis serta menginterpretasikannya. Hasil: Olahan ikan sungai atau air tawar seperti ikan lele, gabus, nila, gurame, toman, betutu, mujair dalam memenuhi konsumsi harian protein, lemak, dan vitamin yang baik karena kandungan gizinya yaitu protein yang rata-rata 18 hingga 20 gram tiap 100 gram serta lemak dari 1 hingga 3 gram karena dalam harian harus mengkonsumsi sekitar 60 hingga 70 gram protein dan 50 hingga 75 gram lemak total tergantung dari kondisi tiap pekerja. Selain itu, karena kandungan gizi dari ikan air tawar yang dapat untuk meminimalisir permasalahan seperti terpapar benzene. Simpulan: Ikan sungai mampu dijadikan sebagai bahan pangan dalam pemenuhan gizi pekerja hulu migas karena kandungan gizinya yang mampu meredakan peradangan akibat terpapar bahan kimia ketika bekerja.   Kata Kunci : Ikan Sungai; Pekerja; Pemenuhan Gizi.

Abstract

The high incidence of stunting in Indonesia according to SSGI data in 2021 is 24.4% (WHO Target 20%). One of the prevention and control efforts from the government is the Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) movement, which is the first 1000 days of life movement based on Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2021 by carrying out specific interventions. This article aims to analyze the implementation of the SUN-Movement program in overcoming stunting cases. This research uses a literature review method that reviews 9 articles. The articles reviewed were based on the results of screening by reading all and only focusing on SUN-Movement, Stunting Program, Stunting Program, and Stunting. The results of the review of 9 articles in 7 districts in west Indonesia, that of the 9 specific interventions in the SUN-Movement policy, 6 interventions were identified that had been carried out such as in Aceh Besar and Subang exclusive breastfeeding was implemented. Consuming blood supplement tablets for adolescent girls and supplementary nutrition for pregnant women has been implemented in Palembang, Subang, and Bebes. Supplementary food for toddlers in Demak has been implemented. Complementary feeding for infants over 6 months has been implemented in Semarang and Pasaman. However, interventions for toddlers such as nutrition care services, growth and development monitoring, and complete basic immunization have not been implemented. It was revealed that about 3 specific intervention programs in 7 districts in Indonesia had not been implemented.

Abstract

Masalah anemia di Indonesia masih termasuk masalah kesehatan di dunia, tak terkecuali di Indonesia terdapat tiga penyebab utama kematian ibu salah satunya yakni perdarahan yang penyebab tidak langsungnya terjadi akibat anemia yang dialami selama kehamilan. Menurut Riskesdas terdapat peningkatan pravalensi anemia dari tahun 2013 37.1 % dan pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 48.9%. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran hubungan pola makan dan kepatuhan tablet tambah darah pada anemia ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review yang mengkaji artikel 5 tahun terakhir dari tahun 2019-2023. Penelusuran dengan kata kunci yaitu pola makan, kepatuhan tablet tambah darah, dan anemia ibu hamil menghasilkan 265 artikel. Beberapa artikel didiskualifikasi karena tidak sesuai dan teks tidak lengkap. Sehingga ada 7 artikel yang diikutsertakan dalam proses pembuatan artikel. Analisi menunjukkan adanya hubungan pola makan dan kepatuhan tablet tambah darah terhadap anemia ibu hamil.

Abstract

Instalasi gizi di rumah sakit berfungsi sebagai sarana manajemen untuk mengawasi pelayanan gizi di institusi Kesehatan. Food safety di rumah sakit harus sangat diperhatikan karena konsumen dari makanan tersebut merupakan pasien yang sedang dalam tahap pengobatan. Pasien lebih rentan terkontaminasi bakteri dan bahan berbahaya lainnya yang dapat masuk ke dalam tubuh melalui makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereview pengetahuan mengenai food safety di kalangan staf pelayanan gizi di Rumah Sakit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literature review yaitu mengkaji secara kritis temuan-temuan yang telah dipublikasikan sebelumnya. Artikel dari 3 database, yaitu Science Direct, PubMed, dan Google Scholar yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi kemudian dianalisis untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian. Kriteria inklusi artikel yang disertakan dalan penelitian meliputi artikel yang telah dipublikasikan pada jurnal internasional dengan rentang publikasi dari 2021 sampai Desember 2023 dan berbentuk full-text. Enam artikel dianalisis dan disintesis untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian berdasarkan proses skrining, seleksi, dan pemilihan artikel. iterature review ini menunjukkan bahwa Sebagian besar staf pelayanan gizi atau penjamah makanan di rumah sakit sudah memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai food safety dan sudah pernah mengikuti pelatihan keamanan pangan, tetapi dibeberapa rumah sakit juga masih harus perlu dilakukan Pendidikan dan pelatihan keamanan pangan karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan kualitas dan keamanan makanan pasien di rumah sakit. Analisi menunjukkan sebagian besar staf di intalasi gizi dan staf penjamah makanan sudah memiliki pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenai food safety.
