Abstract

Whitelabel is an activity that refers to buying a product/service by a reseller and then given a new label as if the reseller produced it. Meanwhile, payment point online bank (PPOB) is a bill payment system and products selling such as phone credit, phone quota, electricity tokens, electronic vouchers, etc. The background of this research is that currently there is one PPOB service provider in Indonesia, PT XYZ (the company name is obscured). PPOB PT XYZ has approximately 26,000 users, 17% of which are members owned by PT XYZ partners. PT XYZ opened a partnership with other companies / organizations to develop PPOB on behalf of the company / organization. This method is a marketing method called whitelabel. Although currently the PPOB whitelabel application with partners has been running well, but there are some new needs including adjustment of product profits, use of partner bank accounts, SMS notifications on PLN token purchases, and web-based PPOB applications. To be able to solve these new needs easily, quickly, and have a fairly good quality, the use of reuse oriented development methods is highly recommended. In this study a simple PPOB system was produced that could meet the new needs of PT XYZ's existing PPOB whitelabel, using a microservice structure and using a library (reusable component) and services from third parties (software as a service). The system gets 100% valid results on validation testing, also there are no critical issues in compatibility testing, and gets a score of 81.5% on user acceptance tests (UAT).

Abstract

PT. MaksiPlus Utama Indonesia is a distribution company that is engaged in agriculture, fisheries and animal husbandry in Indonesia. PT. MaksiPlus Utama Indonesia wants a marketplace for selling catfish named Lelenesia that can create a strong supply chain between catfish breeder, processed catfish sellers, and end consumers. Based on the problems, the authors provide a solution by designing the user experience of a mobile-based Lelenesia application which the final result will be a high-fidelity prototype. This design can facilitate people in buying and selling fish easily and also improve the Indonesian economy. This design process uses design thinking method, where there are five stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and validate. Testing in this study will achieve learnability, efficiency, and satisfaction aspects by using usability testing with task scenarios and system usability scales. Based on the test results for the consumer system, the value is 85 which is included in the characteristics of a high level of acceptability, grade scale equal to B, and classified as excellent for the adjective rating. For the processed seller system, the value is 85.5 which is included in the characteristics of a high acceptability level, grade scale equal to B, and classified as excellent for the adjective rating. For the catfish breeder system, which is included in the characteristics of a high level of acceptability, grade scale equal to B, and classified as excellent for the adjective rating.

Abstract

The absence of mid-term test and final exam score reporting system at SMAN 1 Bululawang was causing the students to be unaware of the score they have been obtained. Aside from the solution of the existing problems, E-Pembelajaran system here functioned as the form of teaching and learning activities as well. The system of E-Pembelajaran also provides a feature named plagiarism checking for the assignments as well as quizzes which form is descriptive or essay. The feature of plagiarism checking is being developed using cosine similarity method. The development of this system is conducted using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and waterfall modeling. Requirement analysis done in this system is resulting in 4 actors, 46 functional requirements, and 1 non-functional requirement. This research used blackbox and whitebox test method with unit testing strategies, integration testing, and validation testing. The results of the tests conducted on those unit testing from 3 functional requirement tests produce valid values,, then on the integration test of 1 functional requirement tests valid values, and validation test which yields 100% valid from all functional requirement indicates that the system is in accordance with the requirement specification. Non-functional test conducted is the compatibility test which expected the system to be able to run in different user environments, such as in google chrome, mozila firefox, internet explorer, microsoft edge, opera dan perangkat mobile.

Abstract

Party dress is one of the identities of the party in every election, there is a group of people who wear uniform party dresses. Party clothes are used during campaigns to convey party messages and information to the public. The 2019 general election is a general election whose polling is the most complex and stunning of the world. It is this election system that raises challenges for the community because of simultaneous elections. The simultaneous election to elect the president and legislature is evident from the survey results of the Indonesian Survey Circle (2019) showing that "Many legislative candidates (candidates) in their constituencies (electoral districts) have chosen the average election for each legislative candidate. As many as 70.6 percent of the 1,200 did not know the legislative candidates, 25.8 percent already knew the legislative candidates in their electoral districts. In general, only 25.8 percent already know the legislative candidates to be elected in their respective electoral districts. "The survey shows that elections are needed so that people understand the legislative candidates by adjusting to the current era in which technological developments continue to develop. messages and information today are using assistive technology, augmented reality technology is a solution to help resolve the problem, 3D concepts in augmented reality technology can be applied in group selection campaigns by making campaign clothes, a single marker of the author expects the help process of candidates for DPRD members Nganjuk Regency from the general election and giving new innovations in the general election Based on the optimal examination results the marker produced the results correctly FALSE indicates that the marker was not determined or the marker was selected but did not display the infallibility, ie the optimal marker with a size of 15x1 5cm between 30-240cm, markers of 15x20cm between 30-270cm, markers of 20x20cm between 30-300cm, markers of 20x25cm between 30-330cm, and markers of 20x30cm between 30-360cm. Based on the usability testing using the System Usability Scale method, the usability test shows satisfactory results. Based on the questions raised to 10 respondents with a weighting rating scale of 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree) a usability test result of 81.25 was obtained with a Very Good ranking qualification

Abstract

Telkom Indonesia is a company that utilizes technology to manage leave. But on the implementation, there are still several obstacles to that leave management. One of them is when the employee wants to apply for leave but the head is not in place, leave approval cannot be given. Another obstacle is the process of leave submission cannot be monitored. Therefore, the redesign process is needed for desktop and mobile-based applications so the leave management process can be easier. The redesign process must be considered user experience therefore the application can long-lasting to be used by the user. This redesign process is used the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach. HCD involves a human, perspective, in this case the users and stakeholders, in the whole process of developing solutions, which consist of several phases. The phase of specifying the context of use and the user requirements is carried out by interviewing Telkom Indonesia stakeholders and also observing pre-existing applications. From this process, the information obtained is there will be three users in the application, that is employee, admin, and approver, which each of them has different characteristics and tasks. The produced design solution phase is generated wireframe, screenflow, and high-fidelity prototype which is the final result of the application interface display later. The phase of evaluating the design carried out using the heuristic evaluation method by three evaluators. Total of nineteen problems found in the design solutions. From all the problems, there are five problems that are priorities for improvement. However, improvements were also made to other problems so as to leave as many as zero problems.

Abstract

Various plans and strategies were made by Indonesian educational institutions to increase a quality of education, one of them is a work program from Brawijaya University called "UBAQA (UB Annual Quality Award)". UBAQA has goals to evaluate and appreciate all unit in Brawijaya that give a good services. In this case, a system needed to assist the work of UBAQA. In additional to existing features, the user experience is also important to improve usability system Designing user experience by applying information visualization so the information is easier to understand. The monitoring process can be more effective by designing an UBAQA information system dashboard. An approach that used in this research is human centered design, and used the elements of user experience for design phases. The design stages are context specifications, user needs analysis, design, and evaluation. Evaluation was done in 2 times, that is testing with user use Single Ease Questionnaire (SEQ) and expert use heuristic evaluation, From the evaluation result 17 interface problems were found, 8 of them are from user and 9 of them are from expert. After the evaluation phase, the author make improvements to the interface according to suggestions given. This research was done by three times iteration to meet user needs.

Abstract

Entertainment is important for the public, one of which is by watching movies in theaters. With the increasingly sophisticated technology, now we do not need to queue to order cinema tickets and wait for advertisements on television related to the film you want to watch but can be through the application. Cinépolis Indonesia and Cinema 21 are applications that provide these services. Cinépolis Indonesia, which has just renewed its application, previously received poor reviews regarding the appearance and comfort of the user when using it and is still lacking compared to Cinema 21. However, an application cannot be judged by its existence alone, the application must present things that can make it comfortable users in using so that it is necessary to evaluate each other. To find out how well the application user experience level is and identify the problems found in the application being evaluated, namely the Cinépolis Indonesia and Cinema 21 applications. Measurement of user experience is measured using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) instrument where 25 respondents fill out the UEQ. To find the problem is done using the heuristic evaluation method by the selected evaluator. From the data obtained, for the UEQ results the Cinépolis Indonesia application has an average neutral/normal UEQ scale because all the scales are in the range of -0.8 to 0.8. Whereas for the UEQ results Cinema 21 application tends to be positive on average, the UEQ scale obtained exceeds 0.8. For the heuristic evaluation results, there are 15 usability problems found in the Cinépolis Indonesia application and 8 problems in the Cinema 21 application so that it can be concluded that both methods obtain the same results namely Cinema 21 is superior in terms of user experience.

Abstract

Dunia Games is a news portal founded by PT. Telekomunikasi Selular as a media provider of the latest information for the video game, gaming industry, e-Sport and technology. But there are still problems in this application such as poor display and complicated journeys that make users difficult to find information or achieve their goals. From these problems, it is necessary to evaluate and improve the design and journey that is likely to complicate the user. This study aims to identify usability issues and design user experience from the Dunia Games application. Problem identification is done by evaluating using the heuristic evaluation method with expert evaluators. After the problem is identified in the first stage of evaluation, the user experience design will be done using the Human Centered Design method. The design of user experience is based on qualitative analysis which contains requests from stakeholders and the findings of the problem carried out in the first stage of evaluation. There were 27 problem findings found in the first stage of evaluation such as complicated journey and the absence of assistance functions in using the Dunia Games application. In the second stage of the evaluation the problem that found was fewer than the problem in the first stage of evaluation. The results of this study are the identification and analysis of usability issues and design recommendations in the form of high-fidelity prototypes as a repair solution.

Abstract

PT Sampoerna Pagi is a building materials company that is experienced in the field of building materials that guarantee the price and quality of the materials provided. In the direction of the company towards large and complex developments, the needs for information systems and its management that is not integrated becomes an obstacle for the company to progress. The company does not have an information system that facilitates the management of purchasing materials from suppliers, shipping materials from warehouse to stores, to fellow stores, and the history of materials availability in the warehouse. In addition, the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules that have not been integrated cause the company to still manage data manually. Thus, the company needs new supply chain management (SCM) modules that are integrated by existing systems in the company's ERP. As a result, the company's activities become longer and prone to mistakes, so the company's activities become ineffective and inefficient, and affect the company's profits. Therefore, we need an Electronic Supply Chain Management (e-SCM) module that is integrated with other ERP modules. To overcome these problems, the author builds a supply chain management system using prototyping methods and laravel framework. The research results obtained a usability score of 72.5. The score is included in the predicate B- which means the score is interpreted as an above average score. Therefore, the system is categorized as a system that is easy to use and well-received by users.
