Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality of liquid soap and bar soap on purchasing decisions among students. This study used data collection techniques by surveying respondents through an online questionnaire with a sample size of 128 respondents for students with Likert scale measurements. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and determination coefficient using quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study concluded that liquid soap and bar soap have an influence on purchasing decisions. In this study, companies that have liquid soap and bar soap products are able to improve the quality of their products

Abstract

The phenomenon of Indonesians' increasing need for skincare products is the purpose behind this research. Similarly, Somethinc skincare products emerged and showed optimal performance, causing the product to go viral. The purpose of this study is to determine how customer behavior towards Somenthinc products. This research method is quantitative and the data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis. The sample was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a Likert Scale. The research methods carried out are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and descriptive statistical tests. The results showed that the relationship between customer behavior and Somethinc products had a positive influence or in other words, customers were able to refer Somethinc products to others.

The electric motorcycle has captured the attention of various groups, including students, due to its combination of unique design, quality that matches the price, and environmental friendliness by not emitting smoke. Increased awareness of environmental impact has driven interest in this vehicle in the market. Factors such as energy efficiency, low operational costs, and user convenience are also the primary reasons for its popularity among students. Abstract

Each company is formed to achieve a specific goal and it is said to be successful when it has been achieved is necessary to achieve success incompetent human resources. There are competence becomes very useful to help organizations to improve their performance. This research aims to specify the influence of knowledge competence, skills, and attitudes on employee performance at PT. Nikomas Gemilang. The Data were collected using the method of survey, interviews, a questionnaire with 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The analyzed model of the equation is the outer model, the inner model, and the hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the calculations using software SmartPLS version 3.3.2 for Windows has a significant influence on the employee's performance with the value of 2.545 significance of 0.011, the value of significance is less than 0.05. Knowledge has no significant effect on the employee's performance with a value of 1.705 in its significance of 0.089 more than 0.05. Attitudes have a significant influence on the performance of employees with the statistical value of 3.313 significance value 0.001, a significant value is less than 0.05. Conclusion Skills and attitudes have a positive influence on employee performance and knowledge does not influence employee performance

Abstract

This research aims to find out what the marketing strategy is for skintific products, especially among millennials. The method in this research uses qualitative methods while the population in this research is Bina Bangsa University students in the 5th semester majoring in management. The sampling technique used was random sampling by distributing questionnaires online. There were 88 students who filled out the questionnaire so that the sample determined was 88 samples. The results of the research show that the marketing strategy carried out by skintific products with cognitive, affective and conative dimensions with the sub dimensions of product quality, brand, price, promotion and purchasing decisions all have good categories, so the conclusion regarding the strategy carried out by skintific products, especially among millennials, is Good.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a person's effort to create a job of their own, either opening a business or creating something new to improve the economy for themselves and for others.This study aims to determine the influence of business interest on business success in young entrepreneurs, the influence of business motivation on business success in young entrepreneurs, and self-efficacy on business success in young entrepreneurs in Pandeglang district.The research method used is quantitative. By using primary data. The total population in this study amounted to 189,660 business actors and the sample used was 100 samples of business actors in Pandeglang Regency. This research was processed using SmartPLS data test version 0.4.The results of the t-test of the Business Interest statistics on business success in young entrepreneurs show a statistical T value of 6,229 > table 1,661 with a significant level of 0,000. This means that the Business Interest variable has a significant effect on business success in young entrepreneurs. Motivation obtained a statistical T value of 0.799 < table 1.661 With a significant level of 0.424, this indicates that the variable Business Motivation does not have a significant effect on Entrepreneurship. While Self-Efficacy obtained a t-statistic value of 2,003 > table 1,661 With a significant level of 0.045, this indicates that the Self-Efficacy variable has a significant effect on business success in young entrepreneurs.The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence on business interest variables and self-efficacy variables on business success in young entrepreneurs in Pandeglang Regency. However, in the variable of business motivation, there is no influence on business success on young entrepreneurs in Pandeglang district.

Abstract

Desa Pagutan Kecamatan Batukliang Kabupaten Lombok Tengah merupakan salaha satu desa yang sedang giat melakukan pembangunan fisik dan sumber daya manusia. Pembangunan tersebut dananya antara lain diperoleh dari Bantuan Dana Desa dari pemerintah pusat. Program Bantuan dana desa ini jumlahnya cukup besar hingga rentan untuk diselewengakan. Tindakan penyelewengan penggunaan keuangan ini dalam hukum kemudian disebut sebagai tindak pidana korupsi. Unsur utama dari tindak pidana korupsi ini adalah adanya kerugian keuangan negara. Namun, ada juga kasus korupsi bantuan dana desa terjadi karena kesalahan pengelolaan keuangan. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan kegiatan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentana pencehana tindak pidana korupsi dana desa

Abstract

This paper is a study of the philosophy of Islamic education that seeks to formulate the concept of the purpose of Islamic education by examining the essential thing in the educational process, namely, humans. Referring to the main guideline for all forms of Islamic activity, namely the Qur'an, is the main source of this study. To limit the scope of the study, the author limits human verses that contain the sentence Human; then, to understand the meaning of the verses being studied, the author conducts an interpretive study of Prof. Hamka, Tafsir al-Azhar. The research paradigm is qualitative, and the type of research is library research with a philosophical approach. The analytical method that the author uses is content analysis to reveal the content of the message contained in the data source in this study, namely al-Azhar's interpretation. The research findings show that human nature lies in the potential or innate character possessed, namely Positive Potential and Negative Potential. In the process of education, all these potentials can be trained so that humans remain on the path of their creation goal. The goal of Islamic education that is needed is an integrated education. Education that is integrated between science (intellectual), faith (spiritual) and morals and morals (emotional). Not education that focuses on one of the potentials contained in humans

Abstract

Secara kenyataan tidak semua persoalan diselesaikan secara hukum, tetapi masyarakat menyelesaiakannya dengan cara diluar hukum atau dengan kekerasan sebagai salah satu bentuk kejahatan yang melahirkan perkara pidana. Di dalam upaya penyelesaian tindak pidana atau perkara pidana dapat diselesaiakan dengan cara penal atau sistem peradilan pidana dan dengan cara non penal atau cara-cara di luar hukum pidana oleh para pihak sebagai pilihan hukum untuk menyelesaikan perkara pidana. Bagaimana faktor-faktor apakah yang menyebabkan terjadinya tindak pidana di daerah wisata Kuta Mandalika Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dan bagaimana upaya penyelesaian perkara pidana dengan menggunakan Instrumen non penal di daerah wisata Kuta Mandalika Kabupaten Lombok Tengah.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum emprik dengan pendekatan sosio-legal Jenis penelitian ini adalah sosio-legal yang merupakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian tentang data yang dikumpulkan dan dinyatakan dalam bentuk kata-kata dan gambar, kata-kata disusun dalam kalimat, misalnya kalimat hasil wawancara antara peneliti dengan informan. Faktor Kejahatan Secara Umum di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah Yaitu : Faktor keturunan dan kejiwaan, faktor yang kedua adalah faktor yang berasal atau terdapat di luar diri pribadi si pelaku. Upaya Penyelesaian perkara pidana menggunakan non penal di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Sarana Nonpenal melalui usaha pencegahan tanpa harus menggunakan hukum pidana yaitu dengan adanya penyelesaian kasus melalui proses perdamaian.
