Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Content Marketing Strategy, Social Media Engagement, and Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty on TikTok Shop E-commerce. Data was taken using purposive sampling from 95 respondents through a questionnaire with the Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression and hypothesis tests (F test and t test) with the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results showed that simultaneously, the three variables had a significant influence on customer loyalty (significance 0.000 < 0.05). However, partially, Content Marketing Strategy had no significant effect (significance 0.228 > 0.05), while Social Media Engagement and Customer Experience had a positive and significant effect (significance 0.000 and 0.008 < 0.05). Keywords: Strategies Content Marketing, Social Media Engagement and Customer Experince on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of Brand Image, Promotion, and Price Perception on the Decision to Purchase Flight Tickets on the Traveloka Application. The population in this study is Imade. The sampling method used in this research is the Likert scale method, by distributing questionnaires to respondents. This study involves 134 respondents. The research employs multiple linear regression analysis. The brand image variable has a partial effect on the decision to purchase flight tickets on the Traveloka application. The promotion variable has a partial effect on the decision to purchase flight tickets on the Traveloka application. The price perception variable has a partial effect on the decision to purchase flight tickets on the Traveloka application. Simultaneously, brand image, promotion, and price perception influence the decision to purchase flight tickets on the Traveloka application. Keywords: Brand Image, Promotion, Price Perception and Buying Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the impact of customer experience, customer trust, and customer value on the loyalty of Wizzmie customers at the Tlogomas branch in Malang. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing primary data collected from respondents' answers through questionnaires distributed to Wizzmie customers at the Tlogomas branch. The study's population consists of all Wizzmie customers at this branch. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, resulting in 80 samples being selected for testing, with sample size measurement conducted using a Likert scale. The analysis results indicate that customer experience influences customer loyalty, customer trust affects customer loyalty, and customer value also has an impact on customer loyalty among Wizzmie customers at the Tlogomas branch in Malang. Keywords: Customer Experience, Customer Trust, Customer Value, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract The Islamic banking industry in Indonesia continues to grow rapidly supported by technological advances and financial inclusion policies. This study aims to analyse the effect of Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based service quality, religiosity, and trust on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah branch Malang Unisma. The research method uses quantitative methods, the method used is multiple linear regression, this study collected data from 80 respondents who are customers of the Islamic bank. The variables studied include AI-based service quality, religiosity and trust. The results showed that AI-based service quality partially had a positive but insignificant effect on customer loyalty, religiosity and trust partially had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty.This study confirms the importance of religiosity and trust in building customer loyalty in Islamic banks. customer loyalty in Islamic banks, while AI technology provides added value to the quality of services offered. added value to the quality of services offered. Abstract

Background: Bites Baker Malang merupakan salah satu jenis usaha UMKM pembuatan kue yang fokus pada brownies. Usaha ini memiliki potensi yang cukup besar dalam perjalanan bisnisnya sehingga produknya cukup diminati oleh konsumen. Tujuan untuk tetap bersaing dan meningkatkan penjualan pada UMKM Kue Bites Biker Malang dapat tercapai dengan cara mempertahankan dan memperluas pangsa pasar pelanggan serta merebut pangsa pasar. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan bersama SDM Biker UMKM Bites untuk memecahkan masalah dengan menjabarkan permasalahan yaitu Penerapan Strategi Pemasaran Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Penjualan. Hasil: Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa produk dari UMKM Biter Biker sesuai dengan selera konsumen yang menyukai kue, namun perlu adanya inovasi rasa dan bentuk agar penjualan meningkat. Lokasi usaha harus mudah dijangkau oleh pelanggan. Harga produk terjangkau yaitu berkisar Rp12.000 hingga Rp17.000. Promosi penjualan cukup efektif karena sudah dilakukan secara daring melalui platform seperti Shopee, WhatsApp, dan Instagram. Kesimpulan: Dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui bauran pemasaran, termasuk produk UMKM Biter Biker memang menarik bagi pecinta kue, namun diperlukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan penjualan, Lokasi harus mudah diakses. Harga sangat terjangkau, dan Promosi sudah efektif secara online.

The solution needed is counseling and mentoring for MSME actors in managefinances. The method used is descriptive with technique observation, companion, and evaluation. Research results This show that training and mentoring knowledge management finance and science communication in UMKM Crackers Amplang Sumenep show that A deeper understanding Good about management finance more understand importance recording finance and start take notes transaction in a way regular and able make report finance simple, like report profit loss. This helps management understand cash flow and determine profit or losses, as well as plan expenses and income with more okay. Then increase communication effective business and capabilities more communication good, polite and friendly to customer.

Abstract

Tourism has now developed into one of the largest industries in various parts of the world by providing many benefits in each sector In addition this study also aims to determine whether there is an influence of the perception of tourists in the Jolotundo area as an ecotourism attraction in the village of Seloliman. Ethnography was used to conduct this study. Qualitative data related to local wisdom were obtained through several techniques. Interview and observation were used to gain the main data, while secondary data were taken from related document analysis. The result The most frequent activity of visitors to Jolotundo is at night. On certain nights, such as on the full moon night, Friday night legi, 1 muharram night, and on the night of one Suro. On that night Jolotundo was full of pilgrims, many thousands of pilgrims came to hold rituals with a specific purpose. Every day the Jolotundo temple is crowded by visitors. Many of them are carrying out activities in the temple. Every activity carried out by the community varies depending on their desires and beliefs. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to evaluate and explain how brand awareness, price perception, and online customer reviews affect customer decisions to buy pinkflash cosmetic products in shopee e-commerce. The population in this study was female students in Malang city, this study uses a quantitative approach. The sample was determined using the Maholtra formula, resulting in a total of 85 samples. This study uses SPSS 24 for data analysis tools. These include validity, reliability, normality, classical assumptions, hypotheses, multiple linear regressions, and the Adjusted R2 determination coefficient. The results of the study show that brand awareness, price perception, and online customer reviews have a significant simultaneous effect on purchase decisions. However, in non-simultaneous analysis brand awareness does not have a significant effect on purchase decisions, while price perception and online customer reviews play a significant role in purchase decisions. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Price Perceptions, Online Customer Review, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract Increasingly fierce industry competition encourages companies to implement more effective marketing strategies, one of which is through brand storytelling marketing that builds emotional connections with consumers. This study analyzes the effect of brand storytelling marketing and emotional connection on purchasing decisions for Teh Botol Sosro in Malang City. The research method used is quantitative with survey techniques on 75 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which shows that both brand storytelling marketing and emotional connection have a effect on purchasing decisions. Consumers are more interested and loyal to brands that are able to build strong stories and emotional attachments. This research emphasizes the importance of companies in developing compelling brand communication and building emotional connections with consumers to increase market competitiveness. Keywords: Brand Storytelling Marketing, Emotional Connection, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of pricing, quality, and product availability on customer loyalty of 3 Kg LPG gas cylinders in Pangkalan Silet Adi Putro, Malang City. These factors are very crucial in determining whether customers will continue to use the product or switch to another provider. Therefore, understanding the relationship between price, quality, and product availability on customer loyalty is an important aspect in LPG gas business management. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale as a measuring tool distributed to 3 Kg LPG gas cylinder customers to determine their perceptions of price, quality, and product availability. The number of samples was determined using the Slovin formula with a total of 85 respondents. The data analysis test in this study used a validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R²) using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that price, quality, and product availability factors simultaneously influenced customer loyalty. In addition, partially competitive prices, good product quality, and consistent availability have a significant effect on customer loyalty, indicating that improvements in each of these aspects can increase overall customer loyalty. Keywords : Price Determination, Quality, Product Availability, Customer Loyalty
