Abstract

Abstract From January to April 2023, the Mixue franchise went viral due to its very rapid development in Indonesia. These contents can increase brand awareness of a brand of a product or service. Increasing brand awareness of a brand can create purchasing interest in someone who sees the content. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of EWOM on Instagram on purchasing interest with brand awareness as an intervening variable. This study is a rare study on the analysis of EWOM and social media factors in the form of brand awareness that influence purchasing interest in Mixue Malang so that it can be a reference in academic aspects and managerial knowledge. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of EWOM on Instagram on purchase intention with brand awareness as an intervening variable. The study design is quantitative. This study uses primary data as data provider. This study uses a questionnaire data collection method. This study's population consisted of Business and Economic Faculty students from the 2022 batch at Universitas Islam Malang. The data sampling procedure applied was Nonprobability sample with purposive sampling procedure. There were 100 respondents that serves as samples in this study. This study uses data analysis approach in classic assumptions test, path analysis, and mediation test using the help of IBM SPSS software. Findings of this study are that: 1) EWOM on Instagram has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention on Mixue; 2) EWOM on Instagram has a positive and significant effect on Brand Awareness on Mixue; 3) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention on Mixue; 4) Brand Awareness has a positive but insignificant effect as intervening variable between brand awareness and purchase intention on Mixue. Keywords: EWOM, Social Media, Brand Awareness, purchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted on UNISMA students who are actively studying at the Islamic University of Malang who have Ventela shoes, Jl. Mayjen Haryono 193, Dinoyo, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java. The purpose of the study was to determine whether the Role of Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Experience influence Customer Purchasing Decisions. The type of research used is quantitative research with a questionnaire distribution method. The sample in this study was 70 respondents and data processing used the SPSS computer program. The variables used in this study are Customer Purchasing Decisions (dependent variables), while the independent variables are the Role of Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Experience. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study conclude that the variables Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Experience have a significant positive effect on Customer Purchasing Decisions, for Ventela shoes, they should be able to improve their brand reputation by developing themselves to continue to be able to create new things that are in accordance with the needs of society in current conditions. Keywords: Role of Brand Image, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Experience, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price and comfort of place on consumer satisfaction at Joker Stalls. Quantitative research is the focus of this research. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data anaysis method used in this research uses multiple linier regression analysis. The population in this research is warung Joker consumers. The sample in this study was 80 respondens. The result of this research are that product quality, price and comfort of the place have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Joker Stalls simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Confort of Place, Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the simultaneous influence of service quality, price perceptions, and promotions on customer satisfaction at Kepu Barbershop Malang, involving a sample of 85 respondents. Using SPSS Version 16 for data analysis, the study applied quantitative methods and various tests, including validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that while service quality and price perceptions do not significantly affect customer satisfaction individually, promotions have a notable impact on customer satisfaction at the barbershop. Keywords: Service Quality, Perceived Price and Promotion on Customer Satisfaction in Kepu Barbeshp Malang

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of promotion, price, and service quality simultaneously and partially on Shegoo purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative method with stages of data collection through distributing questionnaires, analyzing data and testing hypotheses. The population in this study were students of UB, UM, UIN Malang who live in Malang City who have visited and made purchase transactions at SHEGOO. The sample used was students who had made Shegoo purchases. The number of samples used in this study was 72 respondents and was determined using the Malhota formula. The results of the study showed that promotion, price and service quality simultaneously had a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Promotion has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Service quality has a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Keywords : Promotion, Price, Service Quality And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of product promotion, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions of Kebab Arfa. The type of research conducted uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were consumers of Kebab Arfa, especially UNISMA students who had purchased Kebab Arfa products at least 1 time, the number of which is not known for sure. The sample was determined using the Malhotra formula 18 x 5 = 90 respondents. The results of the study showed that product promotion, service quality, and price simultaneously had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product promotion had a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This research was carried out to identify the influence of experiential marketing and green marketing on customer loyalty: the role of customer satisfaction as a mediator. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population consists of Superindo customers in Malang City, with a sample size of 95 respondents selected using non-probability sampling techniques and a purposive sampling approach. Data analysis is conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, assisted by SmartPLS 4.1.0.9 software. The outcomes of this study indicate that experiential marketing influences customer satisfaction, and green marketing also affects customer satisfaction, experiential marketing has an effect on customer loyalty, green marketing has no effect on customer loyalty, experiential marketing influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, and similarly, green marketing impacts customer loyalty via customer satisfaction. Keywords:Experiential marketing, Green marketing, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to test and explain the influence of lifestyle, brand image and word of mouth on purchasing decisions for the Friday Killer in Pamekasan City. This type of research is explanatory research. The data analysis method usedis multiple linier regressions analysis.the sampling technique used the Maholtra Formula with a sample size of 65 respondents. To solve problem in research using SPSS assistance. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and service quality on customer satisfaction at Angkringan Van Java located in Banyuurip Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously, product quality, price, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. This means that customer satisfaction is influenced by a combination of these three factors. Therefore, to improve customer satisfaction, companies need to pay attention to and improve these three elements simultaneously.However, when analyzed partially, product quality was found to have a significant negative effect on customer satisfaction. competitive and in line with customer expectations will be very important to maintain high customer satisfaction.In addition, service quality also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This shows that the service provided by Angkringan Van Java staff is considered good by customers. Friendly, fast, and responsive service to customer requests are key factors in creating a positive experience for customers. Good service quality can strengthen the relationship between customers and the company, as well as increase customer loyalty, which is very important in the food and beverage service industry. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Service Quality

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the extent of the cause-and-effect relationship between variables of Perception of Product Variety, Taste, and Experiential Marketing on Consumer Loyalty at Kogu Coffee Shop in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling technique. The research sample used was Kogu Coffee Shop consumers in Malang City with a total of 90 respondents who provided research data through a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 26 to carry out instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient tests (Adjusted R2). This research shows that simultaneously Perception of Product Variety, Taste, and Experiential Marketing have a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. Partially, Perception of Product Variety has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, Taste has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty, and Experiential Marketing has a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty.  Keywords: Perception of Product Variety, Taste, Experiential Marketing, and Consumer Loyalty
