Abstract

Dewasa ini merupakan masa perekonomian yang semakin berat untuk dihadapi dunia usaha. Sektor UMKM dengan berbagai kelemahan yang dimilikinya dihadapkan pada tantangan yang semakin kompleks pula. Keberadaan sektor UMKM akan lebih kuat jika diintegrasikan ke dalam usaha yang lebih besar. Koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang potensial melakukan penguatan dan pengintegrasian sektor UMKM. Oleh karena itu koperasi harus terus berbenah diri dalam meningkatkan kapasitasnya sebagai organisasi usaha yang berdaya saing tinggi. Sehingga bersama-sama pelaku UMKM menghimpun kekuatan melalui koperasi dan bersama-sama bisa memperkuat posisi dan daya saingnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan perspektif strategi yang bisa diterapkan koperasi untuk memusatkan pelayanan berkualitas yang diberikan pada anggotanya. Dengan fokus pada pelayanan terbaik yang diberikan pada anggota (customer focus), koperasi dapat memberikan manfaat kepada para anggotanya. Pemberian manfaat akan berdampak pada kepercayaan dan loyalitas yang diberikan anggota pada koperasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara individu dan kelompok, observasi dan dokumentasi. Narasumber yang diambil sebanyak delapan orang, yaitu manajer, humas dan enam anggota koperasi SAE. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan customer focus memberikan manfaat sebesar-besarnya pada anggota. Customer focus mengarahkan koperasi pada efisiensi yang berorientasi pada penguatan usaha anggota. Dengan strategi itu, koperasi dapat meraih dua tujuan sekaligus, yaitu memenuhi kepentingan dan tujuan ekonomi para anggotanya yang sekaligus digunakan untuk menunjang bisnis koperasi itu sendiri.Keywords:  Koperasi, customer focus, penguatan UMKM Recently the economic period is getting harder to face by the bussiness sector. UMKM sector with various weaknesses it has faced with increasingly complex challenges. The existence of the UMKM sector will be stronger if integrated into larger businesses. Cooperatives are business entities that have the potential to strengthen and integrate the UMKM sector. Therefore, cooperatives must continue to improve themselves in increasing their capacity as highly competitive business organizations. So that together the UMKM actors gathered strength through cooperatives and together can strengthen their position and competitiveness. This study aims to provide a strategy perspective that can be applied by cooperatives to focus on the quality services provided to their members. With a focus on the best service provided to members (customer focus), the cooperative can provide benefits to its members. Providing benefits will have an impact on the trust and loyalty that members give to the cooperative. The study was conducted using qualitative methods, data was collected by individual and group interview methods, observation and documentation. Eight people were taken as interviewees , there are, managers, public relations and six members of the SAE cooperative. The results shown that the implementation of customer focus brought about maximum benefits to members. Customer focuses on directing cooperatives to efficiency that is oriented towards strengthening member businesses. With this strategy, cooperatives can achieve two goals at once, firstly to meet the economic interests and objectives of its members and second which are also used to support the cooperative business itself.Keywords:  cooperative, customer focus, UMKM strengthening

Abstract

Bank Rakyat Indonesia merupakan Bank Pemerintah Pertama di Indonesia. Memiliki visi yaitu menjadi bank komersial terkemuka yang selalu mengutamakan kepuasan nasabah. Berdasarkan visi tersebut BRI Cabang Kota Makassar selalu melakukan evaluasi dari tahun ke tahun dalam hal penciptaan kepuasan nasabah. BRI Cabang Kota Makassar sadar betul bahwa kualitas produk memiliki peran penting dalam penciptaan kepuasan nasabah. Nasabah yang semakin kritis terhadap kualitas produk yang diperoleh, membuat BRI Cabang Kota Makassar harus dapat melaksanakan kegiatan operasional sebaik mungkin untuk memberikan produk terbaik kepada nasabahnya penelitian ini mencakup dua hal yaitu kualitas produk mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah atau kualitas produk tidak mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada unit kerja operasional Bank BRI di Sulawesi Selatan yang terdiri dari 10 buah kantor cabang untuk 10 kabupaten dan Kota, antara lain Kantor Cabang BRI Makassar, Maros, Pangkep, Sidrap, Sengkang, Palopo, Sungguminasa, Takalar, Jeneponto, dan Bulukumba, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah nasabah yang menabung pada rekening tabungan Britama BRI pada Kantor Cabang BRI di Sulawesi Selatan, karena jenis tabungan ini memiliki fitur dan karakteristik yang relatif sama dan merupakan produk tabungan Bank BRI yang diunggulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan nasabah terdapat pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan, yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi nasabah terhadap kualitas produk tabungan Britama, maka nasabah semakin merasa puas. Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik kualitas produk tabungan yang diberikan oleh Bank BRI di Sulawesi Selatan, maka nasabah semakin merasa puas terhadap produk Bank BRI di Sulawesi Selatan

Abstract

The research objectives are effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance through work motivation of employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Bojonegoro Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population used in this study are employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Bojonegoro Regency, totaling 36. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. The sample in this study are employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Bojonegoro Regency, totaling 36. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with the help of partial least square analysis tools. The results show that transformational leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance of employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Bojonegoro Regency. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Bojonegoro Regency. Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation of employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Bojonegoro Regency. Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation of employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

Line balancing adalah suatu penugasan sejumlah pekerjaan ke dalam stasiun-stasiun kerja yang saling berkaitan dalam satu lintasan atau lini produksi. UD. Sofi Garment merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri garment yang memproduksi pakaian jadi. Pada UD. Sofi Garment terdapat 7 stasiun kerja yang di mana pada setiap stasiun kerja terdiri dari 1 operator. Selama pengerjaan berlangsung,sering terjadi masalah unbalance worlkloadseperti banyak sekali waktu menganggur pada beberapa operator, sementara terdapat pula operator yang terlalu sibuk. Dengan melihat hal tersebut perlu dilakukan perhitungan ulang pada jumlah stasiun kerja dan pemerataan beban kerja agar tidak terjadi waktu menganggur yang cukup berlebihan agar pekerjaan dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi hal ini adalah dengan menerapkan metode line balancing, dengan tujuan hasil implementasi line balancing ini dapat menghasilkan hasil yang optimal dan setiap stasiun kerja bekerja efektis dan efisiensi kerja yang baik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan jumlah stasiun kerja akan tetapi terdapat penyesuaian beban kerja.

Abstract

The MSMEs sector has a very important role in supporting the economy of Malang Regency. However, MSMEs have difficulty obtaining access to Islamic banking financing because of a few reasons: their management lacks a good financial administration system, business management is still manual and traditional, and most MSME owners are unable to separate the operational money for their households and businesses. These technical constraints make the owner think less about the goals or long-term strategic plans of his business. In Karangsuko Village, most of its population still rely on the MSMEs sector as a means of livelihood. This service aims to make MSMEs actors understand financial management, sharia accounts, financing rules from Islamic banks, preparation of financial reports, and drafting financing proposals to Islamic banks. This activity was implemented using the RRA (Rapid Rural Appraisal) method. With the systematic implementation of service activities by a team of lecturers at the Islamic University of Malang, the percentage of participants' understanding before and after the assistance was 18% and 87.20% respectively.

Abstract

The development of e-commerce in Indonesia has made the competition for e-commerce players even tighter. Thus, customer loyalty is an important factor for the company. Tokopedia is one of the online marketplaces in Indonesia. Along with the number of e-commerce companies in Indonesia, one way that can be done to be able to compete is through increasing e-service escape on the website marketplace. E-Servicescape are all elements on the website that are used by companies to deliver digital services to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of e-serviceescape in increasing customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and trust as intervening variables for Tokopedia users in the city of Malang. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The variables in this study are e-serviceescape, customer satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty. The population in this study were Tokopedia users in the city of Malang. The sample in this study amounted to 90 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis using SmartPLS. The results showed that e-serviceescape had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer trust and loyalty, customer satisfaction and trust had a significant effect on customer loyalty, e-serviceescape had a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction and trust as intervening variables.

Abstract

Management of the state budget by implementing fiscal Policy; fiscal Policy is a large-scale economic policy that is also implemented through the State Budget. The modern concept of the State Budget (APBN) uses the idea of Baitul Mal or a balanced budget, which in Islam is used to spend the budget even if it is in debt but should not and is not recommended in Islam. The purpose of this article is to analyze the country's financial management after the enactment of law number 17 of 2003. The results of the study stated that in managing state finances which are expected to create a stable economy for the welfare of the community, management must be balanced between expenditure and income and must be balanced with the Islamic economic system so that the country's economy can grow well and avoid deficits.

Abstract

This article reveals the strategy of modernizing the curriculum of the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jember based on the Indonesian national qualifications framework. With their salaf characteristics, Islamic boarding schools continue to innovate continuously in adapting the curriculum. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach, data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, then analyzed by condensing, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The findings of the study indicate that based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that first, pesantren remain consistent in exclusively studying classical books with a class system like modern schools, except that the subject matter of the study remains in the field of religion. Second, Islamic boarding schools incorporate the national curriculum into the cottage learning system so that the practice of teaching religion and science is realized in a balanced class form. Third, pesantren is consistent in traditional spending to study the yellow books and provide opportunities for santri to gain education provided by pesantren, which has been adapted to the Indonesian national qualification framework.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze Maqasid as-Syaria in Islamic business management. This research is a qualitative research of the library. The study results stated that business activities require good governance, so the business can continue to develop and advance. In addition, Muslims must base business management on the provisions of Shari'a. The practicality of Islamic business management is in line with Maqasid as-Syaria. Where it has fulfilled the element of benefit based on hifdzu ad-dien, hifdzu annafs, hifdzu al-aql, hifdzu an-nasl, and hifdzu al-maal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of Digital Marketing in Sumenep Regency, especially in the Jamjamyeon business, namely by analyzing the effect of Video Marketing and User Generated Content on Purchase Intention both directly and indirectly through Brand Awareness as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling technique. The type of data in this study is primary data with a guttman scale. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the data analysis method used in this study was the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study show that Video Marketing has no effect on Purchase Intention, but Video Marketing has an effect on Brand Awareness. User Generated Content has no influence on Purchase Intention and Brand Awareness. And Brand Awareness has no effect on Purchase Intention. As for the indirect effect, Brand Awareness is unable to mediate the effect of Video Marketing and User Generated Content on Purchase Intention.
