Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of sustainability (X1), fashion trends (X2), and digital thrifting communities (X3) on purchasing decisions (Y) of thrift clothing in Lowokwaru District. The background of the research is based on the increasing phenomenon of thrifting, which is not only perceived as an affordable shopping alternative but also as a lifestyle associated with environmental issues and digital development. This research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents selected based on specific criteria. Data analysis was conducted through validity, reliability, normality tests, and multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results indicate that sustainability has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while fashion trends and digital thrifting communities do not show a significant effect. Theoretically, this reflects a knowledge–behavior gap among consumers, where knowledge about trends or digital engagement does not directly influence purchasing decisions. Practically, this study suggests that thrift marketing strategies in Lowokwaru should focus more on emphasizing the sustainability value of products. Keywords: Sustainability, Fashion Trends, Digital Thrifting Communities, Purchasing Decisions, Thrift

Abstract

Abstract This study explores how talent management, work–life balance, and employees’ perceptions of organisational support relate to staff retention within PT. Supralita Mandiri. The aim is to determine whether these three aspects, when considered together, significantly shape retention outcomes. Employing a total population sampling approach, the research engaged all 150 employees as respondents. Information was gathered through a Likert-scale questionnaire, and the responses were processed via multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS 26.0. The analysis demonstrates that talent management exerts a statistically significant but negative influence on retention, indicated by a p-value of 0.012 (below the 0.05 threshold) and a t-statistic of -2.553, which falls short of the critical value of 1.976. Work–life balance similarly shows a negative and significant relationship, with a p-value of 0.000 and a t-score of -3.877. Perceived organisational support also displays a negative, significant effect, with a p-value of 0.001 and a t-score of -3.323. Furthermore, the overall F-test yields a statistic of 18.269, exceeding the critical F-value of 2.43, and a p-value of 0.000, confirming that—when considered simultaneously—talent management, work–life balance, and perceived organisational support collectively exert a substantial impact on the company’s ability to retain employees. Keywords: Talent Management, Work Life Balance, Perceived Organizational Support, Employee Retention

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and product/brand image on purchasing decisions for the Nevada brand at Matahari Department Store Malang Town Square. Competition in the fashion industry requires companies to continuously innovate in marketing strategies, especially in terms of promotion and brand image. Effective promotion and a strong brand image can influence consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 150 respondents who have purchased Nevada products. The analysis results show that both promotion and brand image have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. These findings indicate the importance of innovative promotional strategies and a good brand image in increasing consumer purchasing decisions in fashion products. Keywords : The Influence of Promotion and Product Image/Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Indonesia’s MSME sector faces growing competition and changing consumer demands. Traditional food processors must improve operational efficiency to stay competitive. However, many still rely on conventional management methods that may not meet today’s market challenges. This study examines the interrelationships between management practices, innovation adoption, and operational performance within food processing MSMEs in East Java. Using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), the research analyzed census data from 70 registered enterprises. Primary data were collected through validated questionnaires measuring management capabilities, innovation implementation, and performance outcomes across operational dimensions. The findings reveal significant positive relationships among all variables. Management practices demonstrate substantial direct influence on operational performance (path coefficient = 0.798, p < 0.001) while fostering innovation adoption (path coefficient = 0.504, p < 0.001). Innovation significantly enhances performance outcomes (path coefficient = 0.633, p < 0.001). Crucially, mediation analysis confirms innovation as a significant mediator in the management-performance relationship, explaining how managerial effectiveness translates into operational improvements. The model explains 63.6% of performance variance, with effect size analysis confirming large management effects on performance (f² = 1.372) and moderate effects on innovation (f² = 0.340). Results indicate that effective management creates environments conducive to innovation adoption, subsequently driving operational efficiency. The research establishes innovation as a critical mediating mechanism, suggesting enterprise development programs should integrate management capacity building with innovation facilitation to maximize outcomes.

Abstract

Abstract                                                                                                       The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of Brand Image, Price, and Brand Ambassador on Purchase Decision. This study employs a quantitative explanatory research design with purposive sampling as the sampling method. A total of 95 respondents, who are consumers of Vans shoes, participated in this study. The data were processed using IBM SPSS version 27. The findings indicate that the variables Brand Image (X1), Price (X2), and Brand Ambassador (X3) each have a significant partial effect on Purchase Decision (Y). Based on the F-test, the calculated F-value is 89.628, with a significance level of < 0.05 (0.01 < 0.05). The coefficient of determination shows that Brand Image (X1), Price (X2), and Brand Ambassador (X3) collectively influence Purchase Decision by 73.9%, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Brand Image, Price, Brand Ambassador, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Organisational culture and work motivation are crucial factors that influence employee performance in multinational companies, but the complex relationship between these variables is still not comprehensively explained. This study aims to analyse the influence of organisational culture and work motivation on employee performance using a Partial Least Squares (PLS)-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Data were collected from 250 employees of multinational companies in the ASEAN region using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The results of the analysis show that organisational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with work motivation also acting as a partial mediator in the relationship between organisational culture and performance. The findings confirm the importance of integrating a strong organisational culture and effective motivational strategies to improve employee performance across cultures. The practical implications of this study provide guidance for human resource management in multinational companies to develop an inclusive work culture and motivational programmes that are adaptive to cultural diversity. This research also opens up opportunities for further studies with longitudinal designs and mixed methods approaches to deepen the understanding of the dynamics of the variable relationships.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis yang semakin pesat tentunya menciptakan persaingan yang sangat ketat, tanpa terkecuali pada UMKM. Pada akhirnya persaingan yang ketat inilah menuntut para pelaku UMKM untuk bisa menciptakan sebuah ekonomi kreatif agar dapat bisa bertahan dan mengembangkan usahanya, salah satunya menciptakan inovasi dan branding produk. Terlebih dalam situasi pandemi covid-19 apabila suatu UMKM tidak menciptakan ekonomi kreatif maka akan rentan mengalami penurunan dalam berbagai aspek salah satunya brand atau citra merk di mata masyarakat. menciptakan inovasi tentunya berani berpikir secara positif, berani mengambil resiko, serta mampu dalam menghadapi segala perubahan. Untuk itu diperlukan sosialisasi, edukasi, dan pelatihan mengenai strategi branding dan inovasi produk bagi pelaku usaha kripik gadung di Dusun Glagah Ombo Desa Sumbersuko yang terletak di Kecamatan Wagir Kabupaten Malang ini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman strategi branding dan Inovasi produk dengan harapan UMKM didusun Glagah Ombo ini  mampu bersaing dalam bisnis global.

Abstract The purpose of this study is to test and analyze whether Live Streaming, Customer Review, and Free Shipping simultaneously influence the Purchase Decision of Tiktok Shop The type of research used in this study is a questionnaire with a quantitative approach. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of E-Service Quality, Brand Loyalty, and Customer Value on the Purchase Decision of Apple Music subscription packages among students at the Islamic University of Malang. This research employed a quantitative method with a survey, in which data were collected through a Google Form questionnaire from 75 respondents selected using purposive sampling based on the criteria of active Apple Music users. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that E-Service Quality, Customer Value, and Brand Loyalty each have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, and simultaneously these three variables significantly influence the purchase decision of Apple Music subscription packages. These findings highlight that digital service quality, perceived value, and brand loyalty collectively play an important role in encouraging consumers to subscribe.. Keywords: E-Service Quality, Brand Loyalty, Customer Value, Purchase Decision, Apple Music.

Abstract

Abstract This inquiry aims at analyze the influence of Green Product, Green Promotion, and Green Pricing on consumer purchasing decisions for Adidas products. The background of this research is based on increasing consumer awareness of environmental issues, which encourages companies to implement environmentally friendly marketing strategies. This study was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Management Study Program, University of Islam Malang, class of 2022, as the research population. The research method used was quantitative. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performedMultiple linear regression was employed to examine the impact of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings indicate that Green Product, Green Promotion, and Green Pricing collectively exert a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Individually, Green Product and Green Promotion demonstrated an affirmative and material impact, whereas Green Pricing exhibited an affirmative yet insignificant role in purchase choices. These findings indicate that product sustainability and environmentally friendly promotions are more dominant factors in influencing students' purchasing decisions for Adidas products than price. Keywords: Green Product, Green Promotion, Green Pricing, buying decision
