Abstract

Background: Café Result yang berlokasi di Tengah pusat kota Sumenep dengan konsep yang cukup bagus cocok buat tongkrongan mahasiswa kemudian banyak menawarkan sajian menu atau produk dengan harga sangat terjangkau untuk kalangan umum khususnya mahasiswa. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan strategi komunikasi pemasaran dalam meningkatkan penjualan Café Result. Metode: Metode pengabdian yang digunakan dengan pendampingan, observasi dan evaluasi. Hasil: Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa Cafe Result di Sumenep harus menerapkan strategi unik untuk menarik pelanggan dengan teknologi internet berperan besar dalam pemasaran, dan Cafe Result memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Instagram untuk menjangkau konsumen. Strategi pemasaran mereka terdiri dari tiga bagian utama: periklanan, pemasaran penjualan, dan penjualan personal sehingga bisa meningkatkan penjualan. Kesimpulan: Dalam persaingan cafe yang dinamis saat ini, Cafe Result dapat memastikan keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan jangka panjang cafe dengan menerapkan komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif agar penjualan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Bank Syariah Indonesia mengimplementasikan strategi digital marketing untuk mempromosikan produk pembiayaan Mitraguna dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat beli nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia Mitraguna Kota Malang. Metode: Pelatihan, observasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil: Memudahkan akses ke bank syariah secara digital dengan layanan cepat dan informasi yang jelas kemudian memberikan desain menarik bisa meningkatkan minat beli produk di Bank Syariah Indonesia Mitraguna. Digital marketing digunakan untuk promosi, sehingga konsumen lebih mudah mengakses produk, menarik perhatian, minat produk dan mendapatkan respon positif dari nasabah. Kesimpulan: Dalam persaingan perusahaan Bank Syariah yang semakin pesat, Bank Syariah Indonesia Mitraguna Kota Malang dapat memastikan keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan jangka panjang perusahaan dengan memberikan penawaran produk melalui platform digital seperti aplikasi pelayanan sehingga bisa meningkatkan minat beli produk.

Abstract

Background: Mobile banking merupakan layanan perbankan digital yang memungkinkan nasabah untuk mengakses rekening dan melakukan berbagai transaksi keuangan melalui aplikasi yang diinstal pada perangkat seluler. Generasi Milenial khususnya di daerah Kota Malang masih banyak yang belum menggunakan layanan Digital Banking. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh ketidakpahaman mereka akan fitur-fitur yang disediakan oleh Digital Banking. Dari beberapa anak muda generasi milenial yang sudah menggunakan Digital Banking merasa nyaman dengan penggunaan dasar layanan digital seperti transfer uang dan pembayaran tagihan, namun ketika ditanya tentang fitur lanjutan seperti pengelolaan portofolio investasi atau penggunaan aplikasi untuk perencanaan keuangan, banyak yang menunjukkan ketidakpahaman. Adanya Penyuluhan dan Edukasi ini untuk menambah pemahaman generasi milenial akan fungsi Bank Digital itu sendiri Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik penyuluhan, dan evaluasi. Hasil: Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai Digital Banking maka akan semakin baik juga untuk mengelola keuangan. Dari Penyuluhan ini ada 10 peserta yang sekitar 40% paham dan bersedia untuk membuat akun bank digital. Kesimpulan: Peserta antusias mengikuti kegiatan karena contoh-contohnya nyata dan diikuti praktek langsung membuat rekening Bank Digital. Serta antusias peserta juga dipancing oleh masalah-masalah terkini atas perubahan perilaku masyarakat dalam transaksi keuangan. Ada perubahan pengetahuan peserta terhadap Bank Digital dan cara tepat menggunakannya.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether purchase intention can be influenced by green marketing and product knowledge while being mediated by price perception. The research method used is a quantitative approach. This study utilizes a cross-sectional method and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to test the proposed research model. Eighty Gen Z who live in Indonesia and have the intention to buy Honda Em1 e: are being used as a sample for this research. The hypothesis was tested using descriptive statistical analysis, instrument testing, structural model testing, and hypothesis testing using the SmartPLS 4. The result of this study indicates that green marketing has a positive and significant influence on price perception and purchase intention, product knowledge has a positive and significant influence on price perception and purchase intention, price perception has negative and insignificant influence on purchase intention, green marketing has negative and insignificant influence on purchase intention through price perception, and product knowledge has negative and insignificant influence on purchase intention through price perception. The study provides practical insight for marketing and product managers to utilize green marketing, product knowledge, and price perception to enhance the consumers’ purchase intention.  Keywords: Purchase Intention, Price Perception, Green Marketing, Product Knowledge, Electric Vehicle.

Abstract

Digital transformation and innovation culture are two strategic elements in strengthening human resource performance, particularly in the Islamic banking sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of digitalization and innovation culture on human resource productivity, with work motivation as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at Bank Muamalat Regional East Java using a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. A total of 110 respondents were randomly selected from the branch employee population. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on AMOS. The results of the study indicate that digitization and innovation culture have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Innovation culture has also been proven to have a direct and significant effect on human resource productivity. However, digitization and work motivation do not have a significant direct effect on productivity. Furthermore, the indirect paths from digitalization and innovation culture to productivity through work motivation are also not statistically significant. These findings indicate that the role of work motivation as a mediator in the relationship between digitalization and innovation culture on human resource productivity has not yet been strongly established in the context of Islamic banking under study.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of long-term relationships (LTR) and process integration (PI) on company performance, with supply chain management (SCM) as a mediator, using a quantitative approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). Data from 88 suppliers in PT Paiton Operation and Maintenance Indonesia were analyzed. Results show that PI positively influences SCM, and SCM significantly enhances company performance. LTR, while important, lacks impact when it remains solely contractual and without collaborative planning. SCM is crucial for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. This research highlights the strategic importance of SCM in linking relational and structural factors to performance outcomes, supporting frameworks like Relational View, Transaction Cost Economics, and Dynamic Capabilities Theory. The study suggests enhancing LTR through collaborative SCM practices and extending PI for optimal performance improvement.

Abstract

Abstract This study seeks to assess the impact of product quality, influencers, and TikTok media marketing on the purchasing interest in Somethinc skincare products within Malang City. This research employs a quantitative methodology utilizing an explanatory research design. The study sample comprised 125 respondents chosen by purposive sampling. The employed data analysis method is multiple linear regression. The findings of the study indicate that product quality, influencers, and advertisements on TikTok collectively have a positive and substantial impact on purchase intention. Each of the factors—product quality, influencers, and TikTok media advertisements—individually contributes positively and significantly to the purchase intention for Somethinc skincare products. Keywords: Purchase Intent, Product Quality, Influencer, TikTok Media Ads, Somethinc

Abstract

Abstract This study aims examine and explain the impact of product completeness, price and brand on purchasing decisions of h&m produkct. This quantitative research employ the maholtra formula, tested using multiple steps in spss. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian  yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh OCB terhadap kinerja pegawai, menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap OCB, menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap OCB, menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui OCB  dan menganalisis pengaruh employee engagement terhadap  kinerja pegawai melalui OCB. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 181 responden. Analisis data menggunakan smarPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional memengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai. Employee Engagement memengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai. OCB memengaruhi Kinerja Pegawai. Kepemimpinan Transformasional memengaruhi OCB. Employee Engagement memengaruhi OCB. OCB memediasi pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional. OCB memediasi pengaruh Employee Engagement terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at BMT NU Pamekasan Regency. Employee performance can be interpreted as an assessment tool that compares the abilities and skills of employee work results or that have been completed. This study is an explanatory research study with a quantitative approach. This study collected data with a total of 60 respondents who were employees of BMT NU Pamekasan Regency. The variables contained in this study are organizational culture, work motivation, and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. This study suggests that companies continue to maintain and improve employee consistency by providing job promotions, appreciation, and benefits, as well as improving more communicative services. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance
