Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of green marketing, product quality, and social media marketing on purchasing decisions for Point Coffee Indomaret Dr Sutomo Pandaan products. The method used is quantitative, with questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The population in this study is buyers who have purchased Point Coffee at Indomaret Fresh Dr Sutomo Pandaan. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the data was analyzed using SPSS Version 25 software. The analysis methods employed were the F-test and t-test to determine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that green marketing and product quality have a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions, while social media marketing does not have a significant influence and has a negative influence on purchasing decisions for Point Coffee products at Indomaret Fresh Dr Sutomo Pandaan. However, simultaneously, all three variables influence purchasing decisions for Point Coffee products at Indomaret Dr Sutomo Pandaan. Keywords: Green Marketing, Product Quality, Social Media Marketing, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of E-Promotion, Voucher Discounts, and E-Reviews on Purchase Decisions on the ShopeeFood platform. The research was conducted as a case study involving 111 students from the Islamic University of Malang as respondents, selected through purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed assistance of SPSS version 26. The results indicate that E-Promotion, Voucher Discounts, and E-Reviews have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, both simultaneously and partially. These findings demonstrate that digital promotions, discount offers, and online customer reviews play a significant role in influencing consumer purchasing behavior on online food delivery platforms such as ShopeeFood. Keywords: E-Promotion, Voucher Discounts, E-Reviews, Purchase Decision, ShopeeFood

Abstract

Abstract The aim of research using this type of explanatory research and quantitative approach is to determine and analyze the influence of shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and discount products on the impulse buying behavior of students in Malang City, both simultaneously and partially. The population of this research is students in the city of Malang who make purchases at thrift shops whose number is unknown. The sampling technique used was the Malhotra formula, determining the number of uncounted samples or populations of at least 5 x the number of indicators used in the research which was then found to be 85 respondents. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS analysis tools. Based on the results of this research, shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and discount products simultaneously have a significant influence on the impulse buying behavior of students in Malang City. Partially, shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement and discount products all have a positive and significant influence on the impulse buying behavior of students in Malang City. Keywords: Shopping Lifestyle, Fashion Involvement, Discount Product And Impulse Buying Behavior

Abstract Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are crucial for Indonesia's economic development. This importance arises from their role as a socio-economic platform for communities, their substantial contribution to job creation, and their involvement in income distribution. The significant potential of MSMEs to stimulate economic activity and serve as a primary source of income for the majority of the population, thereby improving their welfare, makes them strategically significant as the backbone of the people's economy Research ObjectiveThe study aims to explore the development strategies for the Kintaram Tempe Chips MSME by enhancing human resource (HR) quality in Blimbing Sub-district, Malang City.Research Methodology A qualitative research methodology, specifically a descriptive study design, is employed. Three pathways are identified in the Kintaram Tempe Chips MSME's efforts to improve HR quality for its employees.Training Practices Using On-The-Job and Demonstration-and-Example ApproachesIn the On-The-Job approach, the owner instructs new employees to observe experienced staff performing their tasks, after which they are expected to replicate what they have seen.The Demonstration-and-Example technique involves the owner demonstrating and explaining the steps required to complete specific tasks.Educational Activities The Kintaram Tempe Chips MSME employs Coaching and Counseling as a short-term educational procedure for staff members. Through this approach, the owner imparts skills and knowledge to their subordinates.Work ExperienceThe owner gives preference to applicants with prior work experience. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of influencers, brand image, price, and product quality on the purchasing decision of Eiger Adventure products. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach, employing multiple linear regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, involving 120 respondents who are users of Eiger products and have previously purchased Eiger Adventure products. The results show that influencers, brand image, price, and product quality simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, and each independent variable  influencer, brand image, price, and product quality also has a partial influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Influencer, Brand Image, Price, And Product Quality

Abstract

Abstract Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic boarding schools with one of the exemplary Islamic boarding schools for other Islamic boarding schools. One of them is an example with good waqf management. Since the establishment of the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school which was founded by KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari in 1899 AD. Already had a picture for the management of waqf in the future, after the regeneration of the change of caretakers until the time of KH. Salahuddin Wahid with the development period continued by the current caretaker, namely KH. Abdul Hakim Mahfudz or commonly called Gus Kikin continued the development of the Islamic boarding school. This study aims to see the waqf fundraising strategy in the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school during the leadership of Gus Kikin, and also to find out the extent of the waqf management carried out for the development of the Islamic boarding school. From the results of the research conducted, there are strategies carried out by the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school during the leadership of Gus Kikin, namely: Development of Islamic boarding schools, effectiveness of waqf, and improvement of educational and study institutions. Of the three strategies carried out, the results will automatically be seen by the community and alumni and guardians of students, which will raise interest in the investment of the afterlife in the form of waqf. The strategy is with the productive waqf version of Tebuireng. In addition, the utilization of waqf carried out by the Tebuireng Islamic boarding school is to create buildings and institutions to reserve damaged items and reuse them, such as chairs and study tables in existing educational institutions.. Keywords: Waqf Strategy, Tebuireng Waqf, Tebuireng Islamic Boarding School, Fundraising

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of innovation and product quality on consumer loyality mediated by service quality among consumers of Champion Noodles Tlogomas Branch, particularly students of the Islamic University of Malang. A quantitative approach with explanatory research design was employed. The sample consisted of 75 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS software. The results show that innovation and product quality significantly influence consumer loyalty, both directly and through the mediation of service quality. Service quality also has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. These findings suggest that Champion Noodles management should continuously enhance innovation, product quality, and service excellence to maintain customer loyalty. Moreover, service quality plays a crucial mediating role, reinforcing the relationship between innovation and product quality on consumer loyalty. These findings suggest that to maintain consumer loyalty, Mie Gacoan should focus on continuous product innovation, maintaining high product standards, and delivering excellent service. Keywords: Innovation, Product Quality, Service Quality, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of social media influencers, customer reviews, and product quality on purchasing decisions for the Eiger brand. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents—students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, class of 2021—and analyzed using SPSS version 27 through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all three independent variables, namely influencer role, customer reviews, and product quality, have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The Adjusted R² value of 0.734 indicates that the model explains 73.4% of the variance in consumers' purchasing decisions regarding Eiger products. These findings highlight the importance of effective digital marketing strategies through influencer collaboration, proper customer review management, and continuous product quality improvement in driving consumer buying interest, particularly among the younger generation. Keywords: Social Media Influencers, Customer Reviews, Product Quality, Purchase Decision, Eiger

Abstract

Abstract These research is designed to investigate impact of Perceived Price, Label Experience, plus Visual Design towards purchasing decisions at Sardo Store Malang, with a case study involving students of the Islamic University of Malang. The study adopts a quantitative explanatory approach and employs multiple linear regression analysis. A total of 75 respondents were selected using the Malhotra formula. Data were analyzed with SPSS version 25, including tests for validity, reliability, normality, classical assumptions, hypotheses, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results reveal that the three independent variables jointly exert a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Sardo Store Malang. More specifically, Perceived Price and Brand Experience show a positive effect on purchasing decisions, whereas Visual Design does not exhibit a significant effect. Keywords: Perceived Price, Brand Experience, Visual Design, Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Digital Marketing, Brand Image, and Product Innovation on Repurchase Intention on Somethinc skincare products among Malang City students. The study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 85 respondents from the Islamic University of Malang (UNISMA), State University of Malang (UM), and Brawijaya University (UB). The selection of respondents was based on ease of access, efficiency of questionnaire distribution, and affordability of researchers as active students of UNISMA. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire using Google Form, and analyzed using SPSS version 27. The results showed that Digital Marketing has no significant effect on repurchase intention, while Brand Image and Product Innovation have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.
