Abstract

Health facilities equipped with adequate infrastructure and competent healthcare personnel represent the most ideal setting for providing care during pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, and the neonatal phase. Consequently, the availability of Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) capable of providing Basic Emergency Obstetric and Neonatal Care (PONED) is expected to contribute significantly to the reduction of maternal mortality (AKI) and infant mortality (AKB), particularly in East Lombok Regency. However, research findings indicate that the implementation of health services at Puskesmas capable of PONED in East Lombok Regency remains ineffective. Contributing factors include inadequate facilities and infrastructure, the limited number of healthcare personnel certified in PONED training, delays in updating assignment letters related to staff transfers (which affects their authority), and a lack of adequate evaluation and supervision in service delivery. Legal certainty in the implementation of health services at Puskesmas capable of PONED can be strengthened through several measures: (a) Regular evaluation and supervision of operational eligibility, formalized through official decrees; (b) Increased budget allocation for PONED training programs for healthcare workers; (c) Alignment of staff transfers with the conditions and needs of PONED-capable Puskesmas; and (d) The formulation and issuance of new regulations that provide comprehensive guidelines for health service delivery at PONED Puskesmas. These legal and operational enhancements are essential for ensuring quality and continuity in maternal and neonatal healthcare, which in turn supports broader public health goals in the region.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the construction of power and knowledge within the polemics that occurred at Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding Schools. The study adopts a critical discourse analysis (CDA) approach, utilizing the framework of Michel Foucault's thinking. The primary data source for this research consists of news coverage published by Kompas.com, a leading news website in Indonesia. The collected news articles underwent a rigorous qualitative analysis process guided by the principles of critical discourse analysis and Michel Foucault's framework. Research shows that differences in interpretation and understanding of religious teachings cause controversies in Islamic boarding schools. The construction of power and knowledge in Islamic boarding schools plays a vital role in shaping the views and actions of individuals and the wider community. Islamic boarding schools have authority in interpreting and teaching religious teachings to students, and this includes a hierarchical structure in leadership, decisions taken by kyai or caregivers, and control over the religious knowledge conveyed to students. This research provides a deeper understanding of power, knowledge, and resistance dynamics within the context of polemics. From Michel Foucault's perspective, critical discourse analysis offers a critical view of the relationship between power, knowledge, and discourse in society.

Abstract

Tindak pidana korupsi merupakan kejahatan ekonomi yang luar biasa (extra ordinery crime) karena korupsi tidak hanya menyebabkan kerugian keuangan negara, namun berimplikasi kepada pelanggaran hak-hak sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat secara luas yang dapat mendatangkan kemiskinan bagi masyarakat dan merusak perekonomian negara sehingga penanganannya harus pula melalui cara-cara yang luar biasa. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengungkap apa saja yang merupakan problematika pembebanan uang pengganti sebelum, pada saat dan setelah persidangan dan bagaimana cara mengatasi problematika tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris, hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui berlakunya suatu norma dalam putusan pengadilan khususnya terhadap kasus pembebanan uang pengganti dalam putusan di Pengadilan Tipikor. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa penanganan perkara tindak pidana korupsi telah dilakukan secara luar biasa akan tetapi masih terdapat problem menyangkut perampasan aset yang belum ada payung hukumnya, penyitaan asset, dan audit perhitungan kerugian keuangan negara yang tidak sampai kepada tataran mengalirnya uang dan Persepsi Jaksa Eksekutor atas amar putusan Hakim. Abstract

Community service aims to create a Literacy Village at the village level. This community service program is to provide assistance in preparing digital literacy materials for the community in the village through GEMATI-POKDESI (Gerakan Jumat Berliterasi – Pojok Desa Menginspirasi). The purpose of the activity is to provide assistance to cadets in the village environment so that they can develop a culture of community literacy through the management of digitalization of information literacy in the village corner. The method of implementing community service activities is carried out through lectures (socialization of the formation of literacy villages), information editing activities, displaying digital information on the Website. . In addition to being displayed on the Sukoharjo Village website, digital text from Sukoharjo village youth is pasted in the corner of the village. The results of the activities provide social changes in the Sukoharjo Village environment both in the fields of education, lifestyle, and community literacy culture.

Abstract

Innuendo serves to enhance the understanding of the meanings of a song. Hence, this article aims to provide insights into strengthening the concept of satirical language within a song. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. The focus was explicitly on the song "Cincin" by Hindia, sourced from a YouTube video. The data consisted of words and sentences found in the song lyrics, which were subsequently transcribed from the video and converted into narrative forms. The analysis in this study was descriptive, outlining patterns of word selection and sentences conveying satirical meaning in the song lyrics. The results demonstrated various forms of satirical language and different degrees of satirical meaning, illustrating that songwriters carefully considered concepts to reinforce satirical language in the compositions, encompassing irony, sarcasm, and cynicism. Correspondingly, the gradation of the satirical sense within the song included implicit and explicit meanings. The primary objective of this research was to delineate various forms of satirical language and the gradations of meanings within the lyrics of the song "Cincin" by Hindia. This case study is essential for providing song listeners with a comprehension of the use of satirical language by songwriters to convey social criticism. Hence, this research yielded findings regarding the selection of various forms of satirical language containing appropriate meanings and concepts, refining the accuracy and development.

Abstract

Foreign Language Anxiety (FLA) is a significant obstacle influencing students’ academic performance and participation during the learning process. This paper aims to describe factors contributing to Foreign Language Anxiety (FLA) systematically and its strategies to reduce Foreign Language Anxiety (FLA) through a Systematic Literature Review approach of selected national and international literature (2015–2025). The findings showed that (1) psychological factors such as low self-confidence, fear of making mistakes, and fear of negative evaluation are major causes of FLA. Furthermore, linguistic limitations and sociocultural backgrounds also contributed to worsening students’ anxiety. (2) Coping strategies to overcome FLA are divided into two: individual strategies and instructional strategies. In addition, this paper also found that the relationship between the factors of FLA and coping strategies has rarely been investigated. Therefore, these findings are expected to be a reference for designing more adaptive and contextual English language learning in facing FLA.

Abstract

Background: Enhancing English language learning activities can be achieved by integrating Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). However, not all EFL teachers, particularly those participating in Indonesia's Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG), effectively harness TPACK to optimize their teaching methods. This study aims to explore TPACK proficiency among EFL teachers, emphasizing the disparities influenced by gender and school status, to guide targeted professional development strategies. Methodology: This study, conducted in 2023, was carried out by English Language Education study program lecturers who teach in the PPG. It employed a mixed-method study to investigate TPACK mastery among 285 EFL teachers. A comprehensive research questionnaire was developed and administered to assess TPACK proficiency, focusing on gender and school status as potential differentiators. Findings:The study delves into integrating TPACK dimensions in EFL teaching, revealing gender-neutral proficiency levels but significant disparities based on school status. While male and female teachers exhibited similar TPACK mastery, state school teachers demonstrated higher proficiency, indicating the influence of school context. Tailored professional development initiatives are crucial to address these disparities and foster effective technology integration in ELT, necessitating collaborative efforts among stakeholders to overcome challenges and promote innovative pedagogical practices conducive to modern learning environments. Conclusion:This study illuminates EFL teachers' TPACK mastery and obstacles and prospects. While ICT integration is difficult, the TPACK framework offers potential ways to create engaging learning environments. Successful implementation requires overcoming instructional challenges and maintaining stakeholder support. To maximize teaching and learning, educators must adapt their methods to technology. Originality: The study fills a knowledge gap by examining EFL teachers' TPACK proficiency, providing insights into gender and school status differences, and insights on challenges and opportunities. Given the prevalent use of technology in education, it is imperative to assess TPACK among professionally employed EFL teachers

Abstract

This research is motivated by factors that influence the development of student achievement including parenting and student learning styles. The purpose of this study was: to examine whether or not there is an effect of parenting styles and student learning styles on student achievement in social studies subjects at SMPN 18 Bengkulu Selatan. This research uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study consisted of all students of SMPN 18 Bengkulu Selatan, namely from grades, VII, VIII and IX at SMPN 18 Bengkulu Selatan as many as 169 students. The number of samples was 42 students and the sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the effect of parenting on students' learning achievement in social studies subjects at SMPN 18 Bengkulu Selatan was 0,207 <2,021, meaning that there was an influence, but not significant, the influence of learning styles on student achievement in social studies subjects at SMPN 18 Bengkulu Selatan. 2.068 > 2.021 means that there is a significant effect, and the results of the simultaneous test (F) that Fcount > Ftable is 14.93 > 3.24. Then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So that there is a significant influence between parenting and learning styles simultaneously on student achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat ekonomi orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar anak pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP IT Insan Kamil Kaur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, angket, dokumentasi dan nilai raport siswa yang sampelnya berjumlah 45 sampel dengan menggunakan analisis koefisien kontinguensi. Dari kegaiatan penelitian maka diperoleh hasil penelitian yang perhitungannya dengan SPSS V.22, yang kemudian didapatk nilai uji korelasi koefisien kontinguensi sebesar 0,457 dan nilai signifikansinya 0,003 < 0,05, yang dimana variabel tingkat ekonomi orang tua dikategorikan kedalam tingkatan sedang ke atas dengan sama-sama memperoleh nilai presentase sebeasar 48,89% dan variabel prestasi belajar anak dikategorikan kedalam tingkatan sedang dengan peresentase 88,88% dengan jumlah siswa nya 45 orang. Maka dari hasil perhitingan uji hipotesis yaitu uji korelasi koefisien kontinguensi yang memperoleh nilai 0,457 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,003 < 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variable tingkat ekonomi orang tua dan prestasi belajar anak atau secara unum bahwa tingkat ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh terhadap prestasi anak.. Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis secara signifikan terdapat hubungan atau pengaruh tingkat ekonomi orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar anak pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP IT Insan Kamil Kaur.

Abstract

Salah satu penompang perekonomian bangsa Indonesia adalah terletak pada usaha mirko, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) Untuk dapat berkembang dan bersaing pemerintah, akadimisi selalu membuat rancangan alat sederhana dalam mempermudah dan mengefesien perkerjaan, rata-rata suhu air awal 28.60C dan dan pada pemasakan 15 menit suhu mencapai 66.90C dan suhu pada pemasakan 2.5 menit mancapai 98.50C dan suhu pemasakan 3 jam 98.50C dan suhu pemasakan terakhir 97.90C Suhu produk yang dihasilkan selama proses pemaskan mencapai 90-980C, energi yang dihasilkan oelh alat mencapai 10.675360 J bahan bakar yang digunakan hanya 5 kg dengan 2 kali pemasakan 1 kali masak mencapai 30 kg ikan pindang.
