Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kompetensi kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 49 orang karyawan sebagai responden yaitu pada PT. Travesindo Multi Elektrik. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja. (2) Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi kerja (3) Pengalaman keja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kompetensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompetensi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. (7) Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kompetensi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Business competition in the restaurant sector continues to experience quite rapid development, which means businesspeople have to be careful when making decisions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of raw material quality, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions with competitive advantage as an intervening variable in Silungkang Restaurant. The sample of this study is 100 consumers of the Silungkang Restaurant. The model of this research is structural equation modeling (SEM), with an analysis tool using SmartPLS 3. The findings of this study show that raw material quality, product quality, and competitive advantage have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. In addition, it was also found that the quality of raw materials, product quality, and price had a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Meanwhile, price has an effect, but significantly, on the purchase decision. For the indirect influence through the competitive advantage variable, it was found that competitive advantage could not play a role in strengthening the influence of price on purchasing decisions. However, indirect influence through competitive advantage variables, a significant influence was found on the quality of raw materials and product quality on purchasing decisions.

This report presents the findings from the fieldwork conducted at Vapemu Store, focusing on promotional strategies and sales enhancement through e-commerce. The practical work experience provided valuable insights into the significance of innovation in product development and marketing strategies. The team emphasized the importance of introducing new product variants and actively listening to customer feedback, which has proven essential for expanding productivity and market share The project involved effective external communication, serving as a bridge between the fieldwork team, partners, supervising lecturers, and the university institution. A detailed budget was prepared for promotional materials, including banners and souvenirs, to support the marketing efforts The team aimed to motivate Vapemu Store to continue its growth trajectory, improve sales outcomes, and attract a larger consumer base in the future. Recommendations for ongoing development were also provided, highlighting the need for continuous innovation and adaptation to market demands The procedural framework for the project included regular coordination meetings among the fieldwork team, ensuring that activities were well-organized and timely. The report concludes with reflections on the practical experience gained, emphasizing the importance of bridging academic knowledge with real-world business applications Overall, this fieldwork experience not only contributed to the operational success of Vapemu Store but also enriched the students' understanding of practical business dynamics, thereby fulfilling the educational objectives of the internship program.

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Pengaruh Ketersedian Produk Dan Kecepatan Layanan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Mie Gacoan Dengan Kepuasan Konsumen Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Dengan Mengunakan Data Primer Yang Diperoleh Dengan Menyebarkan Kuesioner Kepada 100 Mahasiswa UPI YPTK Jurusan Manajemen Sebagai Responden. Metode Penelitian Yang Digunakan Adalah Kuantitatif Dengan Pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) Berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil Analisis Menunjukkan Bahwa (1) Ketersedian Produk Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. (2) Kecepatan Layanan Berpengaruh Negatif Dan Tidak Signifikan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. (3) Ketersedian Produk Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. Documentation methods and types of primary data.. Research results obtained based on partial tests (T tests) obtained: There is a significant positive influence between work motivation and job satisfaction at the West Sumatra Population and Civil Registration Service. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job mutations and promotion on job satisfaction of employees of the Padang City Trade Office. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The independent variables used are job mutations (X1) and promotion (X2), the dependent variable is job performance (Y), and the intervening variable is job satisfaction (Z). The sample selection technique used a clear sample, with a total of 94 employees of the Padang City Trade Department. The results of this study are job mutations that have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Padang City Trade Office. Job promotions have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction at the Padang City Trade Department. Job transfers have a positive and significant effect on work performance at the Padang City Trade Service. Job promotions have a positive and significant effect on work performance at the Padang City Trade Service. Job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on work performance at the Padang City Trade Service. Job transfers do not have a significant effect on work performance through job satisfaction as an intervention at the Padang City Trade Service. Job promotion does not have a significant effect on work performance through job satisfaction as an intervention at the Padang City Trade Service.

This study aims to determine the influence of discipline and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. PGAS Solution Area Riau. This research was carried out with a quantitative approach with a data collection method through surveys and distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 60 respondents using the random sampling method, namely the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). For hypothesis tests, they are used, namely Path Coeficient, which is a test that is carried out to see the direct influence and Indirect Effect is a test that aims to see the indirect influence. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work discipline and job satisfaction. There was a positive and significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and employee performance. There is a negative and insignificant influence between work motivation and performance at PT. PGAS Solution Area Riau.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat potensi kewirausahaan dan UMKM sebagai salah satu sektor penting dalam perekonomian nasional melalui edukasi fiskal dan moneter pada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) di Kelurahan Koto Lua Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi survei, wawancara, penyusunan materi edukasi, dan diskusi. Survei dan wawancara dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kewirausahaan dan UMKM dan permasalah yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha kecil. Kemudian, materi edukasi disusun untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang fiskal dan moneter serta pentingnya kedua hal tersebut dalam perekonomian.Pelaksanaan Edukasi dan pelatihan dilakukan untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk memperdalam pemahaman mereka tentang fiskal dan moneter serta bagaimana menerapkannya dalam pengelolaan usaha. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan ini, masyarakat miliki pemahaman yang kuat terkait dengan Kebijakan Fiskal dan moneter yang dapat meningkatkan potensi kewirausahaan dan UMKM sehingga mampu memiliki daya saing yang kuat dan mendukung perekonomian nasional

Quality health services are a basic need of the community and are an important factor in the success of national health development. The quality of human resources (HR) is the main element in determining the success of health services. One of the Health Centers in Pauh Kambar, West Sumatra still faces challenges in planning and developing HR. The challenges faced include health workers, low technical competence, suboptimal distribution and managerial and development in the form of training that is still lacking. The purpose of this study was to identify inhibiting and supporting factors in planning and developing HR and their relationship to the quality of health services at the Pauh Kambar Health Center. This study is a descriptive qualitative study with direct interview observation methods and journal literature reviews. The results of the study indicate that there are Human Resource problems at the Pauh Kambar Health Center that affect health services, namely the lack of Human Resource development through training and seminars due to the lack of attention and role of the local government, then the limited budget efficiency factor in developing health worker HR.

This study aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance through the influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and competency, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable and the work environment as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BBPOM) in Padang, West Sumatra. Data was collected through survey of BBPOM employees to assess the direct and indirect effects between these variables. The results show that transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and competency have a significant impact on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of OCB. Furthermore, the work environment plays a crucial role in moderating the relationships between these variables. In conclusion, the combination of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, competency, OCB, and conduciveness work environment significantly enhance employee performance. This research contribute to the development of human resources management in the public sector, significantly in improving organizational performance through leadership and fostering organizational citizenship behavior
