Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and communication style have on work performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of SMPN 1 Dharmasraya. The method used is Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. By distributing questionnaires as many as 63 respondents. The results of data analysis concluded that there was a significant positive effect between work involvement variables on organizational commitment variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the communication style variables on the organizational commitment variable. There is a significant positive effect between work involvement variables on work performance variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the communication style variables on the work performance variables. There is a significant positive effect between organizational commitment variables and work performance variables. There is a positive and insignificant effect between work involvement variables on work performance through organizational commitment. There is a positive and insignificant effect between the variables of communication style on work performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment to organizational citizenship behavior through organizational support as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at PT. Famili Raya Padang data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 80 respondents. Data testing techniques in this study include validity tests, reliability tests with Alpha Cronbach, Inner Model and analysis: (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Support with a significant level of 0.039 <0.05. (2) Organizational Commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Support with a significant level of 0.792 > 0.05. (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.045 <0.05. (4) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.044 <0.05. (5) Organizational support has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.716 <0.05. (6) Organizational support cannot mediate the influence of Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.631 < 0.05. (7) Organizational support cannot mediate the effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant level of 0.921 < 0.05.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are an important asset for the success of a company, especially in a competitive automotive sector such as Sentral Yamaha Padang. Facing the challenges of market competition and changes in consumer behavior, companies are required to develop comprehensive and innovative HR strategies. Sentral Yamaha Padang faces significant problems in the form of budget constraints, inadequate employee mapping, work culture and others. This condition indicates a gap in the HR management system that requires strategic and sustainable solutions. This activity aims to analyze effective HR strategy planning and development in improving employee performance at Sentral Yamaha Padang, as well as reviewing the implementation of a technology-based workforce optimization system to create a productive and competitive work environment. The activity was carried out using an interview and observation approach involving selected managers and employees. The implementation of HR planning and development strategies in the form of ongoing training programs, performance-based reward systems, clear communication, motivating employees and maintaining work-life balance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh Kompensasi dan Produktivitas Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Kasus: JNE Express di Kabupaten Sijunjung). Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh sebanyak 35 orang karyawan. Data dianalisis menggunakan model SEM dengan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan kerja. (2) Produktivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. (4) Produktivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja . (5) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. (6) Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening (7) produktivitas kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja.dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effects of Financial Performance, Environmental Performance and Tax Avoidance on Corporate Values ​​with Corporate Governance as a moderating variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample selection technique in this study used porpusive sampling and obtained 29 companies as research samples. The method of analysis uses regression moderation analysis with Eviews 10. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it was found that Financial Performance has a significant effect on Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Environmental Performance has no significant effect on the Firm Value (NP) of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Tax Avoidance has a significant effect on the Company Value of Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Financial Performance has no significant effect on Corporate Value with Corporate Governance as a moderation for Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Environmental Performance has a significant effect on Company Value with Corporate Governance as a moderation for Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. Tax Avoidance has no significant effect on Corporate Value with Corporate Governance as a moderation for Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication on employee performance with work enthusiasm as an intervening variable at PT. Surya Andalan Primatama Mukomuko. The population and research sample were 110 respondents with a sampling technique using the total sampling method. The data processing method uses Structure equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS tool. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence of leadership style and interpersonal communication on work morale. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and interpersonal communication has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work morale has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. For indirect effects, this research also reveals that leadership style and interpersonal communication influence employee performance through work morale

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have. The research variables are Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Employee Performance (Y) and Job Satisfaction (Z). The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The analysis method used is the outer model and inner model test using the smart PLS 3.0 data processing tool. The research results show (a) Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction of 8,152 with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05) (b) Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction of 2,918 with a significant level (0.069 < 0.05) (c) Work Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance of 1,460 with a significant level (0.002< 0.05) (d) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 3,111 with a significant level (0.000< 0.05) (e) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect significant effect on Employee Performance of 8,152 with a significant level of (0.047< 0.05) (f) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction through Employee Performance of 2,600 with a significant level of (0.078> 0.05) (g)

Abstract

Eksistensi organisasi bisnis dimasa mendatang ditentukan oleh strategi bisnis yang andal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan dan merumuskan strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk Toserba 165 Universitas Putra Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah Toserba 165 yang merupakan unit Usaha dari Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan kuesioner kepada pihak pengelola. Teknik Analisis data mengunakan analisis SWOT meliputi IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy dan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menemukan Matrik IFE dan EFE bahwa Toserba 165 telah memiliki kekuatan internal yang baik yang mampu meminimalkan kelemahan dan mampu memanfaakan peluang untuk mengurangi acaman. Hasil analisis Matriks TOWS, SPACE, IE, Grand Strategy sebagai hasil akhir, merekomendasi kepada Toserba 165 untuk menerapkan strategi bisnis strategi pengembangan pasar yang diikuti oleh pengembangan produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening, Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan kuesioner dengan populasi 137 karyawan secara bersama-sama dan sebagian terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel penelitian yaitu Motivasi (X1), Lingkungan kerja (X2), dan Disiplin kerja (Z) sebagai variabel intervening. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model luar dan model dalam menggunakan Smart PLS (SEM). Berdasarkan uji model luar dan model dalam diperoleh: (a) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (b) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. (c) lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (d) lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja (e) disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (f) lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja melalui kinerja tidak ada karyawan yang signifikan dan berpengaruh (g) motivasi dan disiplin kerja melalui kinerja karyawan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan signifikan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the ethnic influence of the board of commissioners (Chinese) on company performance, family ownership of company performance and company age on company performance. And the effect of all independent variables on dependent. The population of this study is the LQ45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2017. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling. Based on observations from 2013-2017 the samples in this study were 23 companies from the LQ45 company. This study uses panel data and the method used is the Hausman Test using Random Effect Model. The results of this study indicate that the Ethnic Board of Commissioners and family ownership do not affect the Company Performance while the Company Age has a positive effect on Company Performance. Taken together,it turns out that Ethnic Board of Commissioners, Family and Company Ownership have a negative influence on the Company's Performance in LQ45 Companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. Finally, the authors suggest that the performance of the company increases the company must increase the Age of the Company by continuing to carry out or run company activities so that they have more experience and the authors also suggest that further research add variable size companies to get better research results.
