Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze whether there is an influence from work-life balance and compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervention variable for PT Hayati Pratama Mandiri employees, Padang, West Sumatra. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive and explanatory research methods. The population in this study is employees of PT Hayati Pratama Mandiri, Padang, West Sumatra with a total of 54 employees with a research sample of 54 people. Data collection techniques in this research are questionnaires, interviews, and observations. This research model is structural equation modelings (SEM), with analysis tools using SmartPLS 3. The results obtained that work-life balance has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work life balance indirectly through job satisfaction as an intervention variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Indirect compensation through job satisfaction as an intervention variable has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

.This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of Competency and Discipline on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment. For District Education and Culture Service Office Employees. Agam. The sample used was a saturated sample, where the entire population was sampled, namely 75 respondents. The data collection technique is through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to test the hypothesis in this research using SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of Competency on Organizational Commitment. There is a positive and significant influence of discipline on organizational commitment. There is a significant positive Competence on Employee Performance. There is a positive and significant Discipline on Employee Performance. There is a positive and insignificant influence of Organizational Commitment on employee performance. There is a positive and insignificant influence of Competency on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment and there is a positive and insignificant influence of Discipline on Employee Performance through Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Digital burnout has emerged as a critical global workplace challenge, particularly in digitally intensive environments where constant connectivity strains employee wellbeing. This study examines how digital literacy and affective leadership shape digital burnout and employee wellbeing within the Department of Communication and Informatics of Padang City. It also assessed the mediating effect of burnout on employee wellbeing. An explanatory, cross-sectional survey design was employed, and data were analyzed using variance-based structural equation modeling. The measurement model meets conventional standards for convergent validity, construct reliability, and discriminant validity, with a noted conceptual proximity between digital literacy and wellbeing that warrants attention. Structural findings indicate that affective leadership is negatively related to digital burnout, whereas digital literacy both reduces burnout and strongly enhances employee wellbeing. By contrast, the direct paths from affective leadership to wellbeing, from burnout to wellbeing, and the indirect routes through burnout did not show significant effects. Overall, digital literacy emerges as a central lever for improving wellbeing and curbing technology-related exhaustion in digitally intensive settings, while leadership contributes chiefly through preventive influences on fatigue. Practical implications include tiered digital upskilling, responsive technical support, and digital wellbeing policies aligned with empathic leadership. Future work should refine indicators, explore contextual moderators, and adopt longitudinal designs to strengthen causal inferences.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi perencanaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Stellindo Motor Body Repair, bengkel spesialis perbaikan bodi sepeda motor yang berlokasi di Padang, Sumatera Barat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis SWOT, penelitian ini mengungkap berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi kinerja operasional dan prospek pengembangan bengkel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Stellindo Motor memiliki keunggulan dalam hal kualitas teknisi, layanan pelanggan yang baik, dan lokasi yang strategis. Namun, bengkel ini masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti promosi digital yang belum optimal, terbatasnya fasilitas pendukung, dan ketergantungan pada pemasok lokal. Di sisi lain, terdapat peluang besar yang dapat dimanfaatkan, seperti permintaan pasar yang meningkat dan kemungkinan menjalin kemitraan dengan perusahaan asuransi. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini merekomendasikan beberapa langkah strategis, antara lain penguatan strategi pemasaran, diversifikasi layanan yang ditawarkan, dan memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Dengan perencanaan pengembangan yang lebih sistematis dan inovatif, Stellindo Motor memiliki potensi besar untuk tumbuh menjadi bengkel terkemuka di tingkat regional dalam industri otomotif.

Abstract

The occurrence of the Covid-19 Pandemic around the world has had an impact on changing consumer patterns and behavior. This study aims to analyze the impact of price on the buying interest of Samsung smartphones with Celebrity endorsers as an antecedent variable. The sample in this study were 98 students of the Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3 as an analysis tool. The results of the study found that celebrity endorser is a factor that influences price and buying interest. Meanwhile, the price does not influence buying interest, nor does it play a role in strengthening the influence of Celebrity endorsers on buying interest. For this reason, producers must improve the quality of competitive prices while also maintaining the use of celebrity endorsers in supporting the marketing of their products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of mentoring and coaching on teacher career development with self-confidence as an intervening variable at SMA Negeri 2 Pulau Punjung. The research is motivated by the phenomenon of fluctuations in teacher career development over the last three years. The research method used is quantitative, with a population and sample of 50 teachers using a total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results found that mentoring has a positive and significant effect on career development, but coaching and self-confidence do not significantly affect career development. Additionally, coaching has a significant effect on self-confidence, while mentoring does not. Self-confidence was also found unable to mediate the influence of mentoring or coaching on teacher career development at SMA Negeri 2 Pulau Punjung. These results are expected to contribute to school management in improving human resource quality through more effective and targeted development programs in the future.

Abstract

Disrupsi yang terjadi akibat perkembangan teknologi, perubahan perilaku konsumen, serta dinamika lingkungan bisnis menuntut organisasi untuk mampu beradaptasi secara cepat dan strategis. Mengelola perubahan cepat di tengah disrupsi menjadi kunci dalam mempertahankan daya saing dan keberlanjutan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep, strategi, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitas manajemen perubahan di era disrupsi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan perubahan bergantung pada kepemimpinan transformatif, budaya organisasi yang adaptif, kemampuan inovasi, serta kesiapan sumber daya manusia dalam menerima dan mengimplementasikan perubahan. Selain itu, penggunaan pendekatan manajemen perubahan yang terstruktur, seperti komunikasi efektif, pelibatan karyawan, dan pemantauan berkelanjutan, menjadi faktor pendukung utama. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi organisasi dalam merumuskan strategi perubahan yang responsif dan berkelanjutan di tengah lingkungan yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

Kampung tematik adalah sebuah kampung di mana masyarakatnya memutusukan untuk mengembangkan daerah mereka berdasarkan sebuah gagasan atau topik yang dapat membuat kampung tersebut mudah dikenali dan menjadi salah satu yang terbaik.Gunung Padang salah satu kampung tematik yang berada di Kota Padang. Tujuan pengabdian yaitu untuk mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat sekitar dan pengurus mengenai strategi promosi destinasi wisata Gunung Padang melalui social media. Harapan dari diadakannya kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah untuk kembali meramaikan objek wisata Gunung Padang seperti sebelum adanya pandemic covid-19. Beberapa permasalahan yang didapat dari kegiatan ini diantaranya adalah sebaiknya masyarakat, pengurus, dan pengunjung serta pemerintah lebih gencar lagi dalam mempromosikan pariwisatanya melalui media sosial, pengurus atau ketua RT juga dapat menghimbau dan meminta bantuan masyakat sekitar terkhusus muda mudi untuk mempromosikan di media sosial sehingga dapat menarik banyak pengunjung dan juga memanfaatkan pengunjung untuk mempromosikan melalui media sosialnya masing masing sehingga banyak yang mengetahui pariwisata Gunung Padang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, tahap pertama adalah pembentukan kelompok dan penentuan lokasi praktek kerja lapangan, lalu tahap kedua melakukan survey lokasi dan meminta izin kepada ketua RT setempat kemudian melakukan beberapa kali kunjungan dan pada tahap terakhir adalah mengumpulkan semua data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui suasana Café,kualitas Produk dan Keputusan Pembelian, pada salah satu pelaku usaha cafe yaitu Café Trend yang berada di jalan gajah mada no. 3 gunung pangilun,simp.depan MAN 2 pdg. Kec. Padang utara,padang, sumatra barat 25173. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapati bahwa interior atau suasana dalam café tersebut juga mempengaruhi Pelanggan ( konsumen ) dalam minat beli  atau berbelanja dan kualitas produk juga mempengaruhi bisnis minuman boba ini, baik dalam segi kemasan, keaman dan lain-lainnya, dan ini dapat juga menjadi keputusan dalm pembeli  di café trend, sehingga masih banyak yang perlu diterapkan nilai-nilai yang meningkatkan pada Cafe ini, terutama pada keputusan pembeli pada café trend.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of intellectual capital, leverage, and firm size on firm value, with dividend policy as a moderating variable, in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2024. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, selecting 12 companies. The analysis method used moderated regression analysis with Eviews 13.Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that intellectual capital has a significant effect on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024. Leverage has a significant effect on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024. Company size does not have a significant effect on company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024. Intellectual capital does not have a significant effect on company value with dividend policy as a moderator in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024. Dividend policy is able to weaken the influence between intellectual capital on company value. Leverage does not have a significant effect on company value with dividend policy as a moderator in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024. Dividend policy is able to weaken the influence between leverage on company value. Company size does not have a significant effect on company value with dividend policy as a moderator in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2024.
