This study examines the influence of (1) the relationship between Non-Performing Loan on company profits, (2) the relationship between Net Interest Margin on company profits, (3) the relationship between Operating Expenses Compared to Operating Income on company profits, and (4) the relationship between Fee-Based Income on company profits at Local Development Bank in Indonesia. The population in this study were all Local Development Banks in Indonesia, numbering 26 banks, while the sampling technique used was Saturation Sampling. The method of collecting secondary data is based on the annual report of the Local Development Bank in Indonesia with an observation period of 2015-2020. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis with double-log regression model and SPSS. The analysis found that Non-Performing Loan, Net Interest Margin, Operating Expenses Compared to Operating Income and Fee-Based Income affect company profits.

The background of this research is that there are some students who are less active, less enthusiastic and less serious in participating in the learning process, the importance of applying skills to open and close lessons in the learning process and the importance of increasing student learning activity to achieve learning goals. The purpose of this study was to describe the theacher’s skills in opening and closing Fiqh learning in increasing student learning activeness and knowing student learning activeness based on the teacher’s skills in opening and closing Fiqh learning. This type of research used is qualitative. By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and document review. Test the credibility of the data through data triangulation and data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the teacher has implemented the skills of opening and closing lessons well by carrying out each component in opening and closing lessons, with the implementation of these components students experience an increase in active learning students become more active both asking questions and expressing opinions during the learning process. The conclusion from this research is that the teacher has carried out the skills of opening and closing lessons in the Fiqh learning process, but there are several indicators in the opening and closing components of lessons that are rarely even seen being used by teachers, such as the use of assistive devices, apperception activities and follow-up at the end of learning that are not routinely carried out.

The Riau Province Quranic Recitation Development Institute (LPTQ) has the main task of assisting in nurturing prospective Quranic reciters, conducting selections, and deciding participants eligible to compete i Lembaga Pengembangan Tilawatil Quran (LPTQ) Provinsi Riau mempunyai tugas pokok membantu melaksanakan pembibitan calon tilawah hingga seleksi untuk memutuskan peserta untuk mengikuti Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an dilevel nasional. LPTQ secara berkala melakukan seleksi dari tingkat kabupaten dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa kriteria wajib dan kriteria pertimbangan. Selama ini keberadaan LPTQ sangat efektif namun masalah yang kemudian muncul adalah belum adanya peran teknologi dalam proses seleksi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini memberikan solusi terkait perhitungan seleksi dengan menggunakan metode AHP. Perhitungan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), AHP adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dan membuat keputusan dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria. Metode ini mengevaluasi alternatif berdasarkan kriteria yang berbeda, memberikan skor relatif untuk setiap alternatif. Penelitian ini melakukan pembobotan berdasarkan kriteria yaitu Waktu, Suara, Lagu, Fasahah, dan Tajwid. Setelah itu dirumuskan perankingan yang mana dapat menetukan alternatif terbaik sebagai penunjang keputusan peserta MTQ yang layak. Percobaan yang dilakukan menggunakan perwakilan dari masing-masing kabupaten dan kota yang ada di provinsi riau. Perhitungan bobot menggunakan Microsoft excel dan software Expert Choice 2000. Hasil dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan tools yang berbeda namun hasil yang dihasilkan tetap sama. n the national-level Quranic Recitation Competition (Musabaqah Tilawatil Qur’an). Periodically, the LPTQ carries out selections at the district level, considering both mandatory criteria and additional considerations. Although the existence of LPTQ has been effective, a challenge arises due to the absence of technological involvement in the selection process. Hence, this study, titled "Implementation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process in the Decision Support System to determine eligibility criteria for participants in the Riau Province Quranic Recitation Competition," aims to assign weight values to each attribute based on the mentioned criteria. Subsequently, a ranking process will be conducted to determine the optimal alternatives in supporting the decision-making for eligible participants in the provincial-level Quranic Recitation Competition. The system is expected to assist LPTQ in making decisions on whether an individual qualifies to represent Riau at the national level.

The Merdeka Curriculum in Madrasas, when viewed from the perspective of the Humanist Education philosophy, emphasizes developing the unique potential of each student. This research aims to explore the views of humanist educational philosophy on the Independent Curriculum. This research uses descriptive analysis methods with library research and observations at MTs Rambatan, Tanah Datar Regency. The implications of this research can guide the view of humanist educational philosophy towards the implementation of the independent curriculum in Madrasas. The Humanism Education Philosophy focuses on human values, freedom and individual equality. In the context of the Independent Curriculum, this approach leads to giving Madrasahs the freedom to adapt the curriculum to pay more attention to students' individual needs, allowing them to explore their interests, talents and needs in more depth. Teachers in Madrasas become facilitators who support the holistic development process of students, both in terms of academics and moral values. Apart from that, this approach also encourages inclusivity and tolerance, respects differences and strengthens the values of mutual respect for cultural diversity and beliefs in the Madrasa educational environment. Thus, the Merdeka Curriculum in Madrasas, seen from the perspective of the Humanist Education philosophy, emphasizes individual empowerment, the development of human values, and inclusive and in-depth learning for each student.

The Merdeka Madrasah curriculum is an innovative effort to strengthen character education which includes the values of Pancasila and Rahmatanlilalamin. This research aims to explore strategies for strengthening character values in student profiles that integrate the principles of Pancasila and Rahmatanlilalamin in the context of this new curriculum. This research uses descriptive analysis methods with library research. The implications of this research can be a guide for developing a more inclusive and comprehensive curriculum in promoting character values for students, promoting harmony between Pancasila and Rahmatan lil 'alamin in the context of Madrasah education. The character values of the Pancasila student profile and their implementation in Madrasas are faith, devotion to Allah SWT and noble character; global diversity; mutual cooperation; independent; creative; and critical reasoning. The character values of the Rahmatan Lil'alamin student profile and their implementation in Madrasas are civility (ta'addub); exemplary (qudwah); citizenship and nationality (muwatanah); taking the middle path (tawassut); balanced (tawazun); straight and firm (I'tidal); equality (musawah); deliberation (shura); tolerance (tasamuh); dynamic and innovative (tathawwur wa ibtikar).

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak dari pendekatan pembelajaran Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) terhadap kualitas hasil belajar dan retensi dalam kajian gelombang mekanik. Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan desain pra-eksperimental bertipe Pretest-Posttest-Retest one group design, dengan memilih 35 pelajar dari kelas XI IPA 2 di SMAN 9 Pontianak sebagai sampel, yang dianalisa dengan teknik purposive sampel. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari 5 soal esai. Dari hasil penelitian, peningkatan hasil belajar disaksikan melalui angka awal pretest yang hanya mencapai 43,42 dalam klasifikasi rendah, beranjak meningkat pada posttest menjadi 78,71 dengan klasifikasi tinggi. Uji statistik Paired Sample T-test membuktikan adanya disparitas hasil belajar yang berarti antara sebelum dan setelah penerapan skema pedagogis Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) dalam konteks materi gelombang mekanik. Selanjutnya, kapabilitas retensi siswa pasca-pembelajaran melalui model AIR mencatatkan persentase nilai yang impresif, yakni 91%, dalam klasifikasi sangat tinggi. Efikasi dari model pembelajaran AIR dalam merangsang hasil belajar siswa dinilai sangat positif, dengan indikator effect size sejumlah 2, dan dalam konteks penguatan kapabilitas retensi, efikasi model AIR diukur dengan nilai effect size sebesar 0,6 yang termasuk dalam klasifikasi sedang. Dengan demikian, temuan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai sebuah opsi strategis untuk memaksimalkan hasil belajar serta retensi siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran AIR.

The objectives of the research conducted in Banjarmasin City are: 1) To assess and analyze economic financing patterns in the community based on slum environmental characteristics, 2) To assess and analyze the level of economic empowerment in the community, 3) To assess and analyze the characteristics of communities targeted for slum environment empowerment , 4) Identify and analyze community economic empowerment strategies through financing models for slums environment. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive supported by qualitative descriptive. The result of this prospective study suggests that further research needs to be done to focus on the appropriate financing model for the empowerment of slum community in Banjarmasin.

This study aims to determine the chain of sales of vegetables in Teluk Jambe, Karawang Regency. In addition, it can cut off the chain of sales from farmers to consumers. While the scope of this study only discusses the vegetables only. This research type is descriptive qualitative and done with the concept of qualitative descriptive. Descriptive qualitative is the concept of research with the process of obtaining data that is potluck. Analyze the supply chain of vegetables commercial with the methods of Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR). The results of the study showed the presence of Sis-Log In Apps could be cut chain sales. So from the results of this study provide a positive impact for farmers. In conclusion, Sis-Log In Apps is designed to cut the chain of sale of commodity vegetables only. With the results as a liaison and direct intermediaries between farmers and consumers. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi memberikan dampak signifikan pada perilaku manusia, termasuk dalam penggunaan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran. Instagram, dengan fitur Reels dan Stories, menjadi platform dominan yang mendukung strategi pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas Reels dan Stories dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan audiens dan mendukung tujuan pemasaran di Instagram. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel 100 pengguna Instagram di Kota Bengkulu, dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0 melalui uji korelasi, regresi, dan uji signifikansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Reels memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam menjangkau audiens baru dan meningkatkan brand awareness, sedangkan Stories efektif untuk membangun interaksi dan loyalitas audiens. Kombinasi penggunaan keduanya menghasilkan efektivitas pemasaran yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini menyarankan integrasi strategis Reels dan Stories untuk mencapai hasil pemasaran yang lebih maksimal di Instagram.

This research aims to analyze the influence of Earning Management, Fixed Asset Intensity, and Accounting Conservatism on Tax Avoidance with Company Size as a Moderating Variable. This research was conducted by analyzing the financial reports of companies in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2017 to 2022. The sample used in this research was 12 property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period. 2017 to 2022 using purposive sampling techniques. The data used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial reports from each company that has been used as a research sample. The panel data regression method was used as the research methodology in this study. Analysis of research results using e-views version 9. The results of this study show that Earning Management, Fixed Asset Intensity, and Accounting Conservatism have an effect on Tax Avoidance, Earning Management has no effect on Tax Avoidance, Fixed Asset Intensity has an effect on Tax Avoidance, Accounting Conservatism has an effect on Tax Avoidance, Company Size does not moderate the effect of Earnings Management on Tax Avoidance, Company Size does not moderate the influence of Fixed Asset Intensity on Tax Avoidance, Company Size moderates the influence of Accounting Conservatism on Tax Avoidance
