This study aims to investigate the impact of customer reviews and Influencer reviews on purchase intention and the mediating role of trust in the relationship. A quantitative study was conducted. Two hundred respondents from students who live in Yogyakarta consist of five districts: The cities of Yogyakarta, Bantul, Sleman, Gunung Kidul, and Kulon Progo. divided into two groups to self-assess their opinions on customer reviews, Influencer reviews, trust, and purchase intent. The collected data were analyzed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) using SPSS version 25.00. The results of the study show that Influencer Reviews and Customer Reviews have a positive effect on purchase intentions. On the other hand, trust failed to moderate Customer Reviews and failed to show its effect. However, Trust Moderates Influencers' Purchase Intentions and strengthens significantly and positively. Indonesia adalah negara hukum sesuai dengan yang diamanatkanoleh Pasal 1 Ayat (3) Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik IndonesiaTahun 1945. Indonesia memiliki banyak sekali peraturan yang mengaturberbagai macam hal demi menjamin kepastian hukum bangsanya. Hak tanggungan adalah hak jaminan yang dibebankan pada hak atas tanah sebagaimana dimaksud dalam UndangUndang Nomor 5 tahun 1960 tentang Peraturan Dasar Pokok-Pokok Agraria. Pelaksanaan pembebanan Hak Tanggungan dilakukan penyederhanaan proses dengan diterbitkannya Peraturan Menteri Agraria danTata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Nomor 5 Tahun 2020 tentang Pelayanan Hak Tanggungan Terintegrasi Secara Elektronik. Pelayanan hak tanggungan dilaksanakan terintegrasi secara elektronik bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan Hak Tanggungan yang memenuhi asas keterbukaan, ketetapan waktu, kecepatan, kemudahan, efektifitas dan efisiensi. semula dilakukan secara manual menjadi berbasis pada sistem elektronik yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini Merupakan penelitian empiris, yaitu jenis penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data yang diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan (library research), yaitu peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku, jurnal-jurnal dan dokumen-dokumen lain yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini serta media elektronik (internet). Permasalahan yang diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan hak tanggungan terintegrasi secara elektronik di kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional, dan Kendala dalam pelaksanaan hak tanggungan terintegrasi secara elektronik di kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional.

This study aims to find out the impact of the women's directory on the performance of financial companies imitating the Tobin's Q ratio. This research uses the Weighted Least Square method with the IBM SPSS application. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. The data in this study consisted of secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange or related company websites (the number of samples in this study were 49 companies spread across Southeast Asia from 2017 - 2020). The results of this study indicate that the variables of female directors, profitability and company size have no effect on the company's financial performance, while the leverage variable has a significant positive effect on the company's financial performance.

The current condition of industrial competition is getting tougher, including in the printing industry. CV. Dex Media Kreasi is a printing company in Karawang. With this competition, CV. Dex Media Kreasi must have a strategy to survive and excel in attracting consumers. This study aims to analyze the best marketing strategy that can be applied by CV. Dex Media Kreasi. The method used is SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the IFE value was 2,735 and the EFE was 2,784. Then obtained 12 alternative strategies were obtained from the SWOT matrix which was analyzed using QSPM to obtain priority strategies. Three priority strategies were obtained, namely ST2 Strategy with a TAS value of 5,424. WO3 strategy with a TAS value of 5,373. SO1 strategy with a TAS value of 5,354. The three proposed alternative strategies are Promoting with the help of influencers to increase consumer confidence, Rearranging the process and layout of production machines and regulating the availability of raw materials so that production delays do not occur, as well as establishing cooperation and conducting special promotions to large companies at least is in Karawang Regency.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between self-confidence and student mathematics learning outcomes. This kind of study can be called a quantitative descriptive conducted at SMPN 9 Pontianak. The population in this study was class VIII students, the research sample, namely class VIII D students, was 30 students. The data collected are the results of learning tests in the form of mathematical description problems and self-confidence questionnaires. Based on processed data assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS 16 by applying tests for correlation of product moments the results of the analysis data are descriptive. Based on the research findings, it can be said that learning outcomes in mathematics and student confidence are interrelated with a correlation of 0.877. That way it can be concluded that the level of self-confidence that students have correlates with the results of learning mathematics. Online loans represent a form of financial service wherein borrowers can apply for loans through digital platforms without the need to visit physical offices. The application, approval, and disbursement processes are conducted online, leveraging technology to facilitate financial access and transactions. However, some online lending services impose high-interest rates, resulting in a significant financial burden for borrowers. Moreover, there are instances of inappropriate debt collection practices, such as contacting the borrower's friends or family, leading to discussions and comments on social media platforms like Twitter. This research aims to analyze the patterns of comments in Indonesian society regarding online lending. The study utilizes sentiment analysis and compares machine learning algorithms to assess their accuracy. The algorithms employed in this study are Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Random Forest. The results indicate that the SVM algorithm achieves an accuracy of 93.85%, while Random Forest achieves an accuracy of 91.62%.

The Two Pelita Weaving Business has recorded significant sales in the weaving industry, despite facing challenges in managing product stock due to the accumulation of excess stock caused by a lack of customer interest. This study employs data mining techniques, specifically the Association Rule and Apriori algorithms, to analyze sales patterns. The analysis results using Python and Orange Data Mining showed consistency in the relationship between Siku Keluang Weaving and Pucuk Rebung Weaving products, with high occurrence rates of purchase patterns (11.74% and 10%, respectively). High confidence levels with Python at 96.36% and Orange Data Mining at 99.1% indicate that customers who purchase Siku Keluang Weaving are also likely to purchase Pucuk Rebung Weaving products.

Untuk menghasilkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang unggul, profesional dan memiliki rasa tanggung jawab serta bermanfaat bagi masyarakat maka setiap Perguruan Tinggi baik Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) dan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) menjalankan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Salah satu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima yaitu Kuliah Kerja Nyata Tematik Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (KKNT-MBKM). Kegiatan KKNT-MBKM ini dimaksudkan agar mahasiswa bekerja membantu masyarakat pedesaan untuk memecahkan persoalan pembangunan sebagai bagian dari kurikulum perguruan tinggi. Berdasarkan program MBKM yang dikeluarkan oleh Kemendikbudristek maka untuk pengembangan model KKN Tematik Sinergi MBKM Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima disusun mengambil 5 tema dari 8 tema MBKM berdasarkan kebijakan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia yang bisa sinergi capaian pembelajaran dari mata kuliah yang diprogramkan mahasiswa pada semester berjalan yang mencakup (1) Proyek Kemanusiaan, (2) Kewirausahaan, (3) Asistensi Mengajar, (4) Proyek di Desa dan (5) Studi Independent. Namun berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pihak Sekolah oleh mahasiswa KKNT-MBKM STIE Bima Kelompok V Rabangodu Selatan di SMPN 5 Kota Bima & SDN 49 Kota Bima ditemukan permasalahan yaitu bahwa dalam mata pelajaran nya tidak ada tentang kewirausahaan dan siswa-siswi minim pengetahuan tentang Kewirausahaan oleh karena itu salah satu program kerja KKNT-MBKM STIE Bima kelompok V Rabangodu Selatan yaitu melaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada tema asistensi mengajar guna membangun atmosfir pendidikan pada Sekolah Dasar Dan Sekolah Menengah Pertama mengenal tentang kewirausahaan dan edukasi kewirausahaan di era digital dengan memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai promosi dan sekaligus pengenalan produk yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa KKNT-MBKM Kelompok Rabangodu Selatan. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan tempat bagi mahasiswa untuk belajar hidup dan mengabdi di masyarakat. Dengan adanya KKNT-MBKM Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Bima diharapkan mahasiswa dapat berperan dan berpatisipasi secara aktif dalam masyarakat khusussnya tema asistensi mengajar. Kegiatan asistensi mengajar yang dilaksanakan oleh mahasiswa KKNT-MBKM STIE Bima Kelompok V Rabangosu Selatan memberikan dampak yaitu meningkatnya motivasi dan minat belajar siswa (i) tentang kewirausahaan dan antusias dan semangat untuk mempraktekkan produk yang dibuat oleh mahasiswa KKNT-MBKM Kelompok V Rabangodu Selatan serta peningkatan pengetahuan siswa (i) tentang digital marketing seperti IG dan Tiktok dan Facebook sebagai salah satu media penjualan online.

Issues raised in this thesis is the analysis of potential retribution tourism locations in Banda Aceh. The purpose of this study was to determine the levy to identify potential locations in Banda Aceh tourism and how big the potential contribution of tourism levy locations in Banda Aceh Banda Aceh to PAD. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive method whose aim is to shortly describe or depict phenomena or relations among the phenomena studied with a systematic, factual and accurate. Data obtained in this research is secondary data. The analysis showed levy Potential attractions in Banda Aceh from 2011 to 2015 increased by different percentages in each year. Of 26 attractions in Banda Aceh new 8 attractions which collected the fees or by 31%, while as many as 18 attractions more or 69% has not levied the fees and have not yet developed well and Contributions levy attractions for the year 2011 to the year 2015 in Banda Aceh is still low and its effect on local revenue (PAD).

This activity aims to facilitate one of the distribution permits for micro and small business products, namely free halal certification for micro and small business actors. The micro-business actors involved and taking part in the activities are business actors in Banda Aceh, Aceh Besar, Pidie, Aceh Jaya, and Southeast Aceh, totaling 25 micro and small business actors (UMK). Facilitate the application of 20 Free Halal Certificates (SH) for MSEs in Aceh. The results of this activity are: educating the MSME community about the importance of distribution permits; MSEs understand the procedures for Halal Product Processing (PPH); The MSE community understands the procedures for applying for SH through the SEHATI 2023 Program, the self-declare route on a SIHALAL account. Free SH counseling and assistance for MSE products in Aceh can increase product marketing and increase public enthusiasm for obtaining halal certificates.
