Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan dan perubahan organisasi yang dilakukan oleh D’Sruput melalui tanya jawab untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diperlukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif yang sifatnya deksriptif berupa wawancara mendalam kepada manajer pemasaran D’Sruput Padang. Pengembangan organisasi adalah suatu upaya terencana yang dilakukan oleh manajer atau pimpinan di tingkat organisasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi sehingga dapat mencapai sasaran strategisnya, pengembangan organisasi tersebut dilakukan secara terus menerus sehingga mempunyai pengaruh dalam organisasi. Perubahan Organisasi adalah suatu proses dimana organisasi tersebut berpindah dari keadaannya yang sekarang menuju ke masa depan yang diinginkan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas organisasi. Tujuannya adalah untuk mencari cara baru atau memperbaiki dalam menggunakan resources dan capabilities serta untuk meningkatkan kemampuan organisasi dalam menciptakan nilai dan hasil yang diinginkan kepada stakeholders. Dalam usaha d'sruput ini faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan disini yang dimaksud adalah d’sruput terus mengikuti perkembangan dari tren-tren yang ada dalam bisnis yang sama, sehingganya ketika mengikuti tren tersebut dapat mengait konsumen lebih banyak, perbaruan tersebut sudah dijalani sehingganya perubahan tersebut terus dapat mengikuti arah tren kemana.

Abstract

PT Taspen (Persero) issued a digital-based innovation in the form of an authentication taspen application. This authentication taspen application is a requirement in the payment of pension funds. However, there are still obstacles in the use of taspen authentication application. This research uses empirical law or law in action research methods. This research uses primary data and secondary data obtained through direct interviews and document studies. The data obtained will be processed by editing techniques and then analyzed by qualitative analysis methods. The result of this research is the Taspen Authentication Application in fulfilling the rights of pension fund recipients at PT. Bank Mandiri Taspen Bengkulu City has not been effective because not all pension fund recipients can use the Taspen Authentication Application so that there is a delay in fulfilling the rights of pension fund recipients. While in fulfilling the rights of participants receiving pension funds due to failed authentication in the Taspen Application at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Bengkulu City, PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Bengkulu City provides 3 (three) solutions that can be carried out by participants receiving pension funds according to the obstacles and physical conditions of the participants receiving pension funds, namely manual authentication through customer service (CS), power of attorney, customer visit services (LKN).

Abstract

This study examines the effect of the Quiz Case game in the Kemp model on students' creative thinking and learning motivation. Using a Quasi-Experimental Design with Nonequivalent (Pretest-Posttest) Control Group Design, 66 students were divided into experimental and control groups (33 each) through purposive sampling. The experimental class used the Quiz Case game, while the control class used Matching Pairs. Data were collected via tests and questionnaires, analyzed with N-gain, Mann-Whitney U, effect size, and Spearman correlation. The experimental class showed higher creative thinking improvement (N-gain 0.68; 68.97%) than the control (0.30; 30.61%). Learning motivation improvement was similar in both classes (0.62 vs. 0.59). Mann-Whitney U indicated significant differences in creative thinking (sig. = 0.000) but not motivation (sig. = 0.346). Spearman correlation showed a strong relationship (r = 0.756). Thus, the Quiz Case game effectively enhances creative thinking and learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Green Human Resource Management and Green Organizational Culture on Green Employee Behavior with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving a sample of 85 employee respondents who work at PT Selamat Selamat Tbk. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS V.4.0 application to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The research results show that: 1) Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 2) Green Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 3) Green Human Resource Management has a positive and significant effect on Green Employee Behavior. 4) Green Organizational Culture has a significant positive effect on Green Employee Behavior. 5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Green Employee Behavior. 6) Job Satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of Green Human Resource Management on Green Employee Behavior. (7) Job Satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of Green Organizational Culture on Green Employee Behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job insecurity and work flexibility on turnover intention of Generation Z employees, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving a sample of 50 Generation Z office employee respondents who work at PT PJM. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using the SmartPLS V.40 application to test direct and indirect relationships between variables. The research results show that: 1) Job Insecurity has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 2) Work Flexibility has a negative and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. 3) Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention. 4) Work Flexibility has no effect on Turnover Intention. 5) Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. 6) Job Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention, (7) Job Satisfaction can mediate the influence of Work Flexibility on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Technology-based learning is learning that is widely implemented in the current era, but there are several gaps in its implementation, one of which is that technology is misused by students for mere entertainment, and there are also challenges that educational institutions must pay attention to in managing learning. To address obstacles and challenges in implementing technology-based learning, good preparation and management is needed by schools and teachers before implementing the learning process, so that in its implementation teachers have insight, anticipation and solutions if learning obstacles occur. There are six things that schools must prepare in managing technology-based learning, namely: qualified human resources, sufficient finances for learning needs, teachers must prepare effective learning theories and practices, supporting infrastructure, learning methods that are appropriate to students' conditions. Apart from that, technology-based learning management strategies that must also be prepared by teachers are: learning implementation plans, which must be created and displayed through technology, in implementing learning, teachers prepare learning activities by utilizing technology, such as learning media, learning materials and teaching materials, and in Teachers can also use technology to evaluate their learning. So with a well-prepared management strategy, technology-based learning will run effectively and efficiently so that it can increase students' digital intelligence.

Abstract

The School Work Plan is a very urgent activity that needs to be carried out and developed in the world of education as a reference in implementing the educational process, so that the steps that will be taken can be in accordance with the needs of students in the future, especially as the country of Indonesia is expected to become Indonesia. Gold in 2045. Therefore, it is necessary to plan and develop effective school work plans, because without planning and developing work plans that are tailored to the needs of students, educational institutions will be stagnant and even uninterested by the community, therefore, this research focuses in developing school work plans with the hope that they can become a guide in developing school work plans. The results of this research explain that it is urgent to develop school work plans and there is a need to simplify the curriculum so that students focus more on certain subjects. It is hoped that the process of developing this school work plan can produce a generation that is skilled and competent in its field so that it can progress and compete at the international level.

Abstract

Every Islamic educational institution has the same target to achieve national education standards (SNP). The quality of education is important and is taken into account because of institutional demands so that these achievements can be recognized at the national level. One effort that can be made by education providers is to manage and utilize the finances obtained by Islamic education institutions so that they can be allocated to the needs of improving the quality of the institution. The aim of this research is to examine the financing management part in order to improve the quality of Islamic education institutions. This research can be useful as a reference for Islamic educational institutions in reviewing income, expenditure and allocation to fulfill education quality standards through management methods.

Abstract

The business world is an activity that includes the economy, including production, distribution, and other activities that aim to meet human needs and desires. Welding workshop services are one of the business sectors that continue to grow along with the increasing demand for security and aesthetics in buildings. The canopy functions as a protector from the heat of the sun and rain of a building. Therefore, it is important for welding workshop workers to have reliable skills and knowledge in making canopies. Community service activities aim to provide training and assistance on basic welding techniques on canopies that are useful for improving student competence. The method of activity carried out is a training technique with an allocation of theoretical and practical materials related to the basics of SMAW welding and welding on canopies which are attended by students of the Welding Engineering and Metal Fabrication Department, SMK Negeri 1 Bener Meriah. The results of the activity are as follows: can provide skills for vocational school students to enter the world of work related to the competence of operating SMAW welding machines correctly and can also connect plates on canopy construction using SMAW welding. The results of the material absorption of the student post-test showed a competence of 82%, this shows that students have gained welding skills on canopies and they hope that next year there will be a follow-up program.

Abstract

Tanggung jawab perdata adalah konsep yang sangat penting dalam hukum yang berhubungan dengan kewajiban seseorang untuk memberikan ganti rugi akibat perbuatannya yang merugikan pihak lain. Dalam sistem hukum Indonesia, wanprestasi dan perbuatan melawan hukum adalah dua sumber utama yang dapat menyebabkan timbulnya tanggung jawab perdata. Wanprestasi merujuk pada kegagalan dalam memenuhi kewajiban yang terdapat dalam suatu perjanjian, sedangkan perbuatan melawan hukum mencakup tindakan yang melanggar norma hukum yang berlaku dan menyebabkan kerugian bagi pihak lain. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membahas berbagai aspek tanggung jawab perdata dalam konteks wanprestasi dan perbuatan melawan hukum, serta dampaknya dalam hukum perdata Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif, artikel ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam mengenai bagaimana kedua hal tersebut berkontribusi terhadap timbulnya tanggung jawab perdata dan bagaimana hukum memberikan perlindungan kepada pihak yang dirugikan dalam hal ini.
