Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1). Memahami penerapan manajemen informasi di SD Esa Kareem 2). Mengetahui proses pembelajaran di SD Esa Kareem. 3). Memahami faktor-faktor pendukung penerapan manajemen informasi di SD Esa Kareem. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Beberapa temuan survei ini antara lain: (1). Implementasi Manajemen Informasi di SD Esa Kareem yang diwujudkan melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi pengelolaan data dapodik dan teknologi informasi seperti google form dan manajemen basis data komputer yang dapat diolah untuk menghasilkan informasi. (2). Pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran di SD Esa Kareem dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan terlebih dahulu dengan melakukan analisis program pembelajaran, tahunan, semester, menyusun summary dan modul, menyusun Rencana Proses Pembelajaran (RPP). Kedua, tahap pelaksanaan aspek metode dan teknik dalam pembelajaran, yakni dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang bertujuan untuk menajamkan potensi siswa berdasarkan data potensi siswa. Ketiga, tahap penilaian dilaksanakan dengan evaluasi pembelajaran siswa secara harian bahkan bulanan, dengan menerapkan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal sebagai indikator kelulusan. (3). Faktor yang mendukung manajemen informasi adanya sistem informasi manajemen seperti sistem dapodik. Dari sini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Manajemen Informasi memiliki pengaruh yang sangat mendukung dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran di SD Esa Kareem.

Abstract

Stikes Bhakti Pertiwi Indonesia sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi kesehatan berupaya untuk menjadi pioner dalam mengembangkan SDM kesehatan yang Unggul. Stikes BPI sebagai satuan pendidikan sekaligus sebagai organisasi pendidikan harus bergerak maju dalam rangka membangun kualitas pendidikan secara nasional maupun dalam tingkat internasional di era 4.0. Era digital saat ini membutuhkan kapasitas kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan yang mampu mengantisipasi perubahan yang terjadi. Kekuatan kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan akan berhasil menghadapi tantangan jaman dengan mendorong dosen, staf ataupun mahasiswa untuk mampu mengembangkan seluruh potensi yang dimiliki melalui motivasi, inspirasi, kerjasama, seluruh sumber daya manusia dalam mencapai tujuan. Stikes Bhakti Pertiwi Indonesia menjadikan faktor kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan menjadi pusat keunggulan bagi lulusan yang akan berprofesi sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang handal dan berdaya saing internasional. Kondisi sesuai dengan bonus demografi bangsa Indonesia sekarang ini, dimana keunggulan daya saing SDM akan menjadi kunci bagi kemajuan dan daya saing bangsa. Kepemimpinan menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam keberhasilan gerak organisasi, kepemimpinan yang efektif akan mampu membawa organisasi pada tujuannya secara kolektif, olehnya itu kepemimpinan harus mampu mengantisipasi dan mengikuti perubahan–perubahan yang terjadi dalam organisasi internal maupun lingkungan organisasi eksternal dalam rangka membangun keunggulan melalui sistem, budaya, struktur maupun mekanisme kerja baru yang lebih efektif, efisien dan produktif.

Abstract

Devotion to strengthening the capacity of educators to welcome the era of society 5.0 through a prophetic leadership approach is motivated by the integration of digital skills, understanding of the latest technology, and the ability to adapt to rapid changes. The Society 5.0 era demands new skills that go beyond conventional understanding. Educational institutions need to prepare students with skills such as complex problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, digital literacy, and adaptability. If an educational institution is unable to adapt, it is feared that the existence of the institution will have a negative impact on credibility in society. The implementation of this service is carried out using the counseling method which collaborates lecture and presentation systems with participant discussions to measure the participants' contribution to the counseling carried out. The results of the implementation of this service are emphasized on the capacity of educators to prepare students in the dynamics of change in the era of society 5.0. some of the actions that are expected to be carried out by educators in this preparation are a balance between cognitive (quality of learning), instilling moral values, and the ability to collaborate on the actualization of learning with business units and industry.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan untuk penguatan kapasitas pendidik menyongsong era Society 5.0 melalui pendekatan profetik leadership. Dilatar belakangi oleh integrasi keterampilan digital, pemahaman tentang teknologi mutakhir, dan kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang cepat. Era Society 5.0 menuntut keterampilan baru yang melampaui pemahaman konvensional. Lembaga pendidikan perlu mempersiapkan siswa dengan keterampilan seperti pemecahan masalah kompleks, pemikiran kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, literasi digital, dan kemampuan beradaptasi. Jika sebuah lembaga pendidikan tidak mampu beradaptasi ditakutkan eksistensi lembaga tersebut berdampak negatif terhadap kredibilitas di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan yang mengkolaborasikan sistem ceramah dan presentasi dengan diskusi peserta untuk mengukur kontribusi peserta terhadap penyuluhan yang dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil penyuluhan yang dilakukan ditekankan pada kapasitas pendidik mempersiapkan peserta didik dalam dinamika perubahan di era Society 5.0. Dari hasil pengukuran ketercapaian yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner ketercapaian dan wawancara kepada peserta penyuluhan bahwa beberapa tindakan yang diharapkan untuk dilakukan pendidik dalam persiapan tersebut adalah adanya keseimbangan antara kognitif (kualitas pembelajaran), penanaman nilai moral, dan kemampuan mengkolaborasikan aktualisasi pembelajaran dengan unit usaha dan industri

Abstract

This article research is based namely the low implementation of innovative learning with the concept of a child-friendly school. Considering that innovative learning is an integral part of implementing the concept of child-friendly schools which is the responsibility of school principals, teachers and education implementers.The school treats a good attitude towards students by educating children sincerely and with love like their own children; the learning method used is adapted to the needs of kindergarten children, the teaching and learning process is fun; involvement of students in learning, interesting and fun classroom arrangements, as well as a clean, beautiful, safe and orderly school environment, The concept of a child-friendly school, students are more confident in themselves, high intrinsic motivation, students are able and dare to make their own choices, students are responsible responsibility to accept the consequences that accompany their choice, students can adjust to their environment, students are not dependent on others.

Abstract

Strengthening character education through planting multicultural values into the basic values of culture and national character. The culture and character education of this nation can be developed from the religious values and ideology of the Indonesian nation which are formulated in the goals of national education. Abstract

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is the most basic level educational institution which is a continuation of the Raudhatul Athfal (RA) or Kindergarten (TK) level in formal education in Indonesia, which is managed by the Ministry of Religion. The problem is whether partially and simultaneously Motivation, Work Ethic and Work Discipline on Teacher Work Productivity. The technique in the research was carried out by means of a questionnaire by distributing a list of questions to respondents as many as 40 teachers. The research shows that the Fcount value is 544.007 with a significant level of 0.00. Because Fcount 544.007> Ftable 2.87 and the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, namely 0.00 t table 1.688 with a significant 0.046 < 0.05, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant effect of Work Motivation on Work Productivity. The results of the work ethic variable test, the value of tcount -3.848 < t table 1.688 with a significant 0.000> 0.05, meaning that it is partially influential but not significant on work ethics on work productivity. The result of the work discipline variable test, tcount 4,912 > t table 1,688 with a significant 0,000 > 0.05, meaning that partially there is a positive and significant influence of Work Discipline on Work Productivity. While the adjusted R square is 0.977, this means that 97.8% of the variation in Work Productivity can be explained by the independent variable Work Motivation, Work Ethic, Work Discipline, while the rest (100% - 97.7% = 2.3%) can be explained by other independent variables.

Abstract

To improve learning outcomes in educational institutions, it is necessary to apply learning management, which is part of education management. Because educational management is a set of interrelated processes in achieving the goals of an educational institution. Based on the management theory of preliminary studies to improve student learning outcomes, educational institutions must apply the concept of learning management to educational institutions. This research will be carried out at MTS N 16 Ciamis, MTs Alhuda Sadananya, Ciamis Regency and MTs S Mujahidin, Tasikmalaya Regency on science learning management in an effort to improve learning outcomes. Natural Science learning management as an effort to improve student learning outcomes in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 16 Ciamis Regency, Madrasah Tsanawiyah Alhuda Sadanaya Ciamis Regency and Madrasah Tsanawiyah Mujahidin Sukaratu, Tasikmalaya Regency. Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of work motivation and work environment variables simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used quantitative models, using a questionnaire as a means of collecting data distributed to 50 employees at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The research method used is a quantitative method through an associative approach. Research location of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra. The sample selection method in this research is saturated sample (census). The data analysis technique used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate: 1) Work motivation and work environment simultaneously influence employee performance. 2) Partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that observers of cleanliness and observers of work space so that the tasks given by employees are done well and it is hoped that with work motivation

Abstract

The development of social, cultural and economic forms of human growth today is based on character development as an inseparable part of every human individual. Management of Character Education Management in Discipline Development is part of forming human resources towards sustainable life. Resume & Eulogy Theory as the basis of research. Qualitative method through a process of observation, documentation and interviews developed with a triangulation system. Research questions 1) How is Character Education Planning in Discipline Development; 2) How to Organize Character Education in Discipline Development; 3) How is the Implementation of Character Education in Discipline Development; 4)) How to Supervise Character Education in Discipline Development. The results showed that the Character Education Planning in Discipline Development is defined as an attitude in which the development of knowledge, attitudes and skills is balanced. In the process of organizing all the components of the work unit structure in governance put forward the goal of building the character of the discipline itself. Implementation, the form of development of the educational implementation process leads to the formation of discipline in line with the basic goals of education. Supervision is arranged in line with the planning that human resources aim at achieving its goals.

Abstract

Tax Service Office (KPP) of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) work unit that provides taxation services to the public, whether registered as Taxpayers (WP) or not, within the scope of the Directorate General of Taxes working area. The problem of this research is whether work stress, work conflict, and work environment affect the morale of employees of the Pratama Binjai Tax Office (KPP). The data collection technique in this study was carried out with a questionnaire by distributing a list of questions to 53 respondents, from the results of the Fcount value of 4489.184 with a significant level of 0.00. Because Fcount 4489.184> Ftable 2.79 and the significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, namely 0.00 <0.05, the regression model can be said that work stress, work conflict, and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on morale. work. Partial test (t-test) shows that: for the variable work stress, the value of tcount is 4.465 <ttable 1.676 with a significant value of 0.029> 0.05, meaning that partially, the variable of work stress has a positive and significant effect on morale. Work conflict variable value tcount 18.576> ttable 1.676 with a significant 0.000 <0.050, meaning that partially the work conflict variable has a positive and significant effect on morale. Work Environment Variable tcount 19.648> ttable 1.676 with a significant 0.001 <0.050, meaning that partially the Work Environment variable has a positive and significant effect on morale. The determination test is the adjusted R square of 0.996, this means that 99.6% of the variation in morale can be explained by the independent variables of work stress, work conflict, and work environment while the rest (100% - 99.6% = 0.4%) can be explained by other independent variables which not included in this study
