Abstract

In the context of post-pandemic recovery of learning from Covid 19, the Ministry of Education and Culture 2022 will roll out the Independent Curriculum Implementation (IKM) program for the Independent pathway category which consists of 3 categories, namely Independent Learning IKM, Changing Independent IKM, and Independent Sharing IKM. Karya Pembangunan (KP) Baleendah High School is a school implementing the Independent Changing IKM category which must implement the Independent Curriculum in the 2022/2023 academic year for class X students, using teaching tools from the government or adapt them according to the conditions of Baleendah KP High School, as well as implementing the Cocurricular Strengthening Project Pancasila Student Profile (5P). In realizing the Pancasila student profile which acts as the main reference that directs educational policies including being a reference for educators in building the character and competence of students, the implementation is carried out through intracurricular, co-curricular activities (5P project), extracurriculars and school culture/climate. The form of community service carried out at KP Baleendah High School is a form of training in carrying out co-curricular activities of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (5P) with the theme "Sustainable Lifestyle", through the topic "SMA KP BERHIAS" (SMA KP Clean, Green, Innovation, and Creation ) which is the second choice of theme, which previously implemented the Bhineka Tunggal Ika theme. The 3 dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile selected are the most relevant dimensions and are a priority scale as the goal of the Sustainable Lifestyle Project, namely (1) Faith, Fear of God Almighty and noble character; (2) Mutual Cooperation; and (3) Creative. This research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. This research was conducted using observation guidelines, interviews, and documentation with research sources, namely the school principal, teachers who served as coordinators, project facilitator teams, and class X students. The results stated that in the activities of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (5P), which was carried out, the ability of teachers as coordinators and facilitators of the 5P project has increased compared to the implementation of the previous 5P Project, so this has a positive impact on student development in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project shown by the emergence of student characters, namely morals in nature who realize themselves as part of the environment, have a responsibility, compassion, and care for the natural environment, realizing that as a human being, he has a duty to protect and preserve nature as God's creation. This made him realize the importance of caring for the environment as an element of the dimension of Faith, Fear of God Almighty, and noble character. Demonstrate the ability to cooperate, care for others, and the ability to share which are elements of Mutual Cooperation, and show creative abilities that are able to modify and produce something meaningful, useful, and impactful. The inhibiting factors for the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile (5P) Project include the limited learning environment for the project because the learning environment between SMA and SMK students is still unified, there are also teachers in a team of facilitators who always rely on other teachers so that when the teacher they rely on cannot attend which sometimes lacks the provision of infrastructure, and still 5P project activities do not go according to the flow of project activities that have been prepared due to the teacher's lack of understanding of the 5P concept

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19  mengakibatkan  adanya perubahan kurikulum, salah satunya dengan diberlakukannya  Kurikulum Darurat sebagai pengganti Kurikulum Tiga Belas (Kurtilas). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan kurikulum masa pandemic dan capaian pembelajaran siswa SD Pameungpeuk Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu memperoleh gambaran penerapan kurikulum darurat di SD Pameungpeuk Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan Kurikulum Darurat dan orang tua murid.  Metode pengumpulan data adalah melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analis data mendeskripsikan secara mendalam aspek-aspek penerapan penggunaan kurikulum darurat di SD Pameungpeuk Cisarua Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Hasil penelitian adalah pembelajaran daring di SD Pameungpeuk Cisarua Kabupaten Bandung Barat menggunakan metode JARONAH, JARUNGJUNG, JARNASI dan JALURAH untuk meminimalisir hambatan-hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah penggunaan kurikulum darurat dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran secara daring  berdapak kurang baik terhadap penerapan kurikulum berikutnya,  serta berimbas pada sikap dan perilaku peserta didik yang sangat mengalami penurunan secara drastic. Untuk mengoptimalkan pembelajaran dimasa pasca pandemic disarankan untuk menggunakan rancangan model (Discovery/Inquiry Learning) dengan pendekatan humanistic.

Abstract

One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is the application of a curriculum that is in accordance with the needs and developments of the times. Reality shows that the practice of national education with a curriculum that is made and structured in such a way has even been refined many times, has not been able to present an Indonesian human figure with a complete personality.Efforts to achieve the quality of education as expected by all components of the nation have been carried out, including by issuing various policies that support both from an institutional perspective, human resources and the operationalization of quality implementation in schools and madrasas, including Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, Law no. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers and PP No. 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards, and most recently the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 28 of 2016 which states that Education Quality Assurance is a systematic, integrated and sustainable mechanism to ensure that the entire process the implementation of education is in accordance with quality standards. Islamic boarding school-based schools such as MA Al-Masthuriyah, MA Sunanul Huda and MA Al-Amin in Sukabumi Regency implement education by combining general education and religious education into one curriculum building. With this approach, all formal school subjects and activities cannot be separated from the frame of teachings and messages of Islamic values. There is no dichotomy, separation, and secularization where lessons and all discussions are separated from Islamic values and teachings, or "sacredization" where Islam is taught regardless of the context of the benefit of present and future life. Based on the phenomenon above, the researcher is interested in conducting research on the Application of Islamic Boarding School-Based National Curriculum Management to Improve the Quality of Madrasah Aliyah (Analytical Descriptive Study at MA Al-Masthuriyah, MA Sunanul Huda and MA Al-Amin, Sukabumi Regency). This study aims to examine the management of the implementation of the national curriculum at Islamic boarding schools based on Madrasah Aliyah. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The method used is descriptive analytical method, in which the researcher will describe and then analyze in depth the research findings. Sallis stated, to measure quality education, of course, criteria/indicators are needed. Sallis revealed that there are many indicators of good quality in educational institutions, including: 1) upholding moral values; 2) very satisfactory test results; 3) support from parents, place of business and the surrounding environment; 4) abundant resources; 5) application of the latest technology; 6) strong leadership and clear vision; 7) care and concern for students; 8) a balanced and relevant curriculum. Based on the findings, interpretations and discussion, the general conclusion regarding Management of Implementation of the National Curriculum Based on Islamic Boarding School Education at MA Al-Masthuriyah, MA Sunanul Huda, MA Al Amin has been implemented, but has not yet had an optimal impact. The management of implementing the national curriculum based on Islamic boarding schools is still constrained by internal and external constraints. The internal obstacle is the low understanding, skills and motivation to make improvements to the curriculum itself because the teacher's understanding of the integrated curriculum is still not optimal. External constraints are also marked by the low level of supervision from the local Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena adanya perubahan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang berkembang dengan pesat dan membawa banyak perubahan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Pendidikan dewasa ini harus dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan sesuai jamannya.  Untuk itu diperlukan kehandalan Manajemen Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan. Maju mundurnya pendidikan disekolah sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam memanage setiap komponen sekolah. Serta kemampuan kepala sekolah berkaitan dengan pemahaman dan pengetahuan terhadap manajemen dan tugas-tugas yang harus dilaksanakannya. Kepala sekolah perlu melakukan interaksi yang berkualitas dan dinamis dengan para guru, tenaga administrasi, dan peserta didik yang memainkan peran sangat penting terutama dalam penyesuaiaian berbagai aktivitas sekolah dengan tuntutan globalisasi, perubahan masyarakat, perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Pendekatan metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, analisis yang digunakan peneliti adalah triangulasi data  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah telah melaksanakan manajemen sekilah secara professional, menjadi teladan, motivator, kepala sekolah telah menjalankan fungsi manajemen dengan baik, Kepala sekolah telah membuat terobosan baru dengan mengintegrasikan beberapa elemen kurukulum yaitu Komponen pesantren salaf, komponen pesantrean modern ala Pondok Pesantren Modern Gontor dan Kurikulum Nasional Departemen Pendidikan Dan kebudayaan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkat mutu Pendidikan dan menjawab tantangan global.

Abstract

Program Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) adalah program yang dicanangkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan yang bertujuan mendorong mahasiswa untu menguasai berbagai keilmuan untuk bekal memasuki dunia kerja. MBKM merupakan bentuk kebebasan belajar bagi mahasiswa. Kementerian memfasilitasi dalam delapan bentuk kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi program MBKM ini di Universitas Nasional Pasim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey terhadap dosen dan mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner diberikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Google Form. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh penerapan MBKM di Unas Pasim sangat dibutuhkan oleh mahasiswa dan dosen. Serta mendapatkan respon positive dari kalangan dosen dan mahasiswa. Penerapan MBKM di Unas Pasim sudah dilaksanakan cukup baik. Tentunya MBKM di Unas Pasim akan terus melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan kearah yang lebih baik lagi untuk meningkatkan kualitas mahasiswa serta kesiapan para dosen untuk bisa membimbing mahasiswanya untuk dapat melaksanakan program MBKM.

Abstract

tudents' critical thinking ability in teaching and learning activities on human digestive system material is still low, where students are less skilled in collecting and analyzing data, relevant facts and identifying problems, so students have difficulty in solving problems with alternatives that fit the logic. Based on the results of the hypothetical test analysis obtained t hit > t daf (1.67), then accept. Hi means that there is an influence on the use of audiovisual learning media on critical thinking ability in human digestive system materials in grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 And SMP Negeri 2 Sindang Indramayu Regency. From the calculation of t test above obtained t count = 4,957 while t table at the level of trust 95% (significance 5%) with dk numerator is 1.70. Because t count (4,957) > t table (1,70) Hi accepted means there is an influence on the use of audiovisual learning media on self-efficacy in human digestive system materials in grade VIII students smp negeri 1 Filled And SMP Negeri 2 Sindang Indramayu. The result of this study is a description of the efficacy of students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Filled And SMP Negeri 2 Sindang Indramayu Regency, by using audiovisual media learning system in human digestive system materials belongs to high category. There is an influence of audiovisual media learning system on self-efficacy on human digestive system materials in students VIII SMP Negeri 1 Filled And SMP Negeri 2 Sindang Indramayu.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and describe, vocational proficiency education in Boarding Schools. Grand Teory in this study uses the theory from Terry (1958) dividing the four basic functions of management, namely Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling. The results showed that vocational skills education in an effort to improve the entrepreneurial spirit in boarding schools is still not maximal. It is proven that only a few Boarding Schools graduates have an entrepreneurial spirit. Vocational proficiency education in boarding is more likely to provide theory than practice so that the learning stategi provided is less comprehensive, innovative, and creative.

Abstract

This research is motivated by student dissatisfaction with academic services, who are often dissatisfied with the academic services provided, such as facilities and staff performance that are not in line with the expectations of students as customers. This study aims to provide an overview of academic service management in building student satisfaction which includes: (1) Planning; (2) Implementation; (3) Evaluation; (4) Results and achievements; (5) Supporting factors; (6) Inhibiting factors; (7) Hope; (8) Solution. This research method used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and case study design, in the process by observation, interviews and documentation. The management theory appropriate for the service is the modern management theory. Terry. G. clarifies these management functions in four parts, namely as follows: planning (Planning), organizing (Organizing), actuating, and controlling (Controlling). The results of the study show that there was a different understanding and implementations where STAI Al Musaddadiyah established the process of academic services in the expanding student’s satisfaction which was supported by an academic service information system, STAI Darul Arqam was supported by an integrated program from the centre, a program of learning supports STAI Persis. All components, policymakers, authorities, and interested parties were required to support the realization of good quality academic services. The achievement of quality academic services would build creative, innovative, productive resources and had the value of independence to build self-potential in creating a quality culture in private Islamic religious colleges

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dalam memperkuat kapasitas pendidik untuk menghadapi era Society 5.0 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kepemimpinan profetik didasari oleh integrasi keterampilan digital, pemahaman tentang teknologi terkini, dan kemampuan adaptasi terhadap perubahan yang cepat. Era Society 5.0 membutuhkan keterampilan baru yang melampaui pemahaman konvensional. Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan perlu mempersiapkan peserta didik dengan keterampilan seperti pemecahan masalah yang kompleks, pemikiran kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, literasi digital, dan adaptasi. Jika sebuah lembaga pendidikan tidak dapat beradaptasi, dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kredibilitasnya di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui : 1) Pemberian materi, pemaparan melalui seminar, 2) Diskusi dan tanya jawab dalam hal permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan kepemimpian profetik di era Society 5.0, 3) pemberian kuesioner untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman materi yang telah disampaikan, 4) Review kuesioner, bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman terkait materi dikuasai, 5) Konsultasi secara lansung dan online, konsultasi secara langsung metode penyuluhan yang menggabungkan ceramah, presentasi, dan diskusi peserta untuk mengukur kontribusi mereka dalam kegiatan PkM. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menekankan pada peningkatan kapasitas pendidik dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi dinamika perubahan di era Society 5.0. dan dapat dilihat dari hasil kuesioer dan diskusi yang telah dilaksanapan. Beberapa tindakan yang diharapkan dari pendidik dalam persiapan tersebut adalah menciptakan keseimbangan antara aspek kognitif (kualitas pembelajaran), penanaman nilai moral, dan kemampuan mengintegrasikan pembelajaran yang aktual dengan unit usaha dan industri.

Abstract

Manajemen pengelolaan sarana prasarana sebuah sekolah dapat berjalan dengan baik apabila melibatkan semua unsur seperti guru, siswa, orang tua murid dan masyarakat, karna pendidikan merupakan tanggungjawab kita bersama. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu unun mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara detail proses pengelolaan Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana dan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran Orang Tua Siswa dalam memenuhi Kebutuhun sarana Prasarana di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Manajemen sekolah harus diterapkan disemua bidang khususnya sarana prasarana yang begitu penting karna saran prasrana itu sendiri dalam dunia pendidikan dapat mempengaruhi belajar siswa atau prestasi siswa. Hasil penelitian ini yang di lakukan MTs Negeri 3 Sukabumi mampu menggerakan dan memberikan tanggungjawab yang baik kepada guru dan staf untuk melakukan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasaran MTs Negeri 3 Sukabumi secara berkala dan dicatat dalam buku inventarisir aset secara baik.
