Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen mutu sistem kearsipan di SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Panggung. Fokus penelitian meliputi empat aspek utama, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan dalam pengelolaan arsip sekolah. Pengelolaan arsip yang baik sangat penting dalam mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan administrasi sekolah, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang tepat berdasarkan data yang akurat dan terdokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman, yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan sistem kearsipan telah disusun dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah dan staf administrasi melalui program kerja tahunan dan pengadaan sarana prasarana pendukung; (2) pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan pembagian tugas yang jelas dan pengangkatan petugas khusus kearsipan; (3) pelaksanaan sistem kearsipan dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur, baik secara manual maupun mulai diarahkan ke digitalisasi; dan (4) pengawasan dilakukan melalui monitoring rutin oleh kepala sekolah dan kepala tata usaha untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur yang ditetapkan. Meskipun demikian, ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya pelatihan petugas arsip dan keterbatasan fasilitas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kebijakan internal, pelatihan petugas arsip, serta peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam sistem kearsipan untuk mewujudkan manajemen mutu kearsipan yang lebih efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen strategi kewirausahaan dalam pengembangan unit produktif “To Me Coffee” di SMK Muhammadiyah Tumijajar melalui integrasi fungsi manajemen POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, dan Controlling) dengan analisis SWOT. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru pembina kewirausahaan, serta siswa pengelola unit produktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan fungsi POAC telah dilaksanakan namun belum optimal. Perencanaan usaha belum sepenuhnya berbasis analisis SWOT, struktur organisasi masih sederhana, kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran belum memanfaatkan inovasi digital secara maksimal, dan pengawasan terbatas pada pencatatan keuangan manual. Analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi kekuatan pada kualitas produk dan dukungan sekolah, kelemahan pada sistem manajemen yang belum terdokumentasi, peluang pada meningkatnya minat terhadap kopi lokal, serta ancaman berupa fluktuasi harga bahan baku dan persaingan pasar. Integrasi POAC–SWOT menghasilkan strategi pengembangan yang berfokus pada peningkatan kapasitas manajerial siswa, penguatan struktur organisasi, dan perluasan jejaring pemasaran. Disimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategi kewirausahaan berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha siswa serta mendukung kemandirian sekolah, namun memerlukan perencanaan dan pengawasan yang lebih sistematis agar unit produktif dapat berkelanjutan dan kompetitif.

Abstract

Central Sulawesi, particularly the Palu-Koro Fault zone, faces high geological disaster risks. However, religious education in this region is not yet integrated with disaster mitigation needs. This is due to a curriculum dominated by metaphysical-eschatological aspects that tend to be fatalistic, and the absence of integrative modules in Religious Teacher Professional Development (PPG). This condition is exacerbated by low theology-based disaster literacy among educators, causing safety messages to be disconnected from religious narratives in the classroom. Objective: This study aims to formulate a curriculum transformation strategy for religious education by integrating theology-based disaster literacy into PPG modules. It seeks to provide a policy framework for standardizing religious teacher competencies in facing disaster risks in red zones. Methods: This research employs a qualitative approach using policy analysis methods based on William N. Dunn’s theory. Data collection techniques included PPG curriculum documentation studies, field observations in post-disaster madrasahs, and literature analysis of contextual theology and educational resilience. Policy alternative analysis was conducted through scoring criteria for effectiveness, efficiency, and responsiveness. Results: The findings indicate that integrating disaster literacy into PPG modules is the most effective "upstream" intervention to transform educators' habitus. This strategy reconstructs the cultural capital of religious teachers from fatalistic understandings toward "Active Tawakal," blending faith with mitigation science. The analysis suggests a formal mandate through a Decree of the Director General of Islamic Education to establish disaster literacy modules as a mandatory component for teacher certification in high-risk areas to ensure the sustainability of Disaster-Safe Education Units (SPAB). Keywords: Religious Curriculum; Disaster Literacy; Contextual Theology; PPG Module; Central Sulawesi; Educational Resilience.

Abstract

Academic stress can be reduced with positive affirmations that can affect the subconscious and stimulate endorphins in the body so as to reduce academic stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of positive affirmations on academic stress in students.This research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design with a twogroup pre-posttest design approach. Samples were taken from populations that met the inclusion criteria in the Nursing Study Program, Faculty of Public Health, Indonesian Muslim University Makassaras many as 34 respondents by purposive sampling. The independent variable is Positive Affirmation while the dependent variable is academic stress.The results of this study showed that before the positive affirmations were carried out, 17 students served as the intervention group and 17 students served as the control group. the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test with a value of þ = 0.000 < α = 0.05, which means that there is a positive effect of affirmation on academic stress in this study it can be concluded that there is a positive effect of affirmation on reducing academic stress in nursing students at the Faculty of Public Health, Indonesian Muslim University. It is hoped that students will use positive affirmations as a coping mechanism of choice to deal with academic stress.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ecosystemic Education in the Eco-Friendly School (Adiwiyata Program) at UPT SD Negeri 2 Margodadi using Bronfenbrenner’s ecological systems theory, which includes the microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, and macrosystem levels. A qualitative case study design was employed, with data collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed thematically following Saldana’s (2021) coding procedures. The findings reveal that the microsystem level is characterized by strong ecological habituation developed through direct teacher–student interactions, modeling, and daily environmental practices. Within the mesosystem, collaboration among the school, parents, and community reinforces consistent ecological values across settings. At the exosystem level, school policies, facilities, and external partnerships provide essential structural support. Meanwhile, the macrosystem demonstrates that cultural values, national environmental education policies, and religious norms strengthen the ecological orientation of the school. The study concludes that implementing Ecosystemic Education not only shapes students’ ecological behavior but also constructs a sustainable school culture. The implications call for strengthening collaborative networks, expanding external support systems, and integrating sustainability principles into school policies and curricula to ensure comprehensive ecological transformation.
