Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, (2) pengaruh Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh minat kerja dan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer Fakultas Teknik UNM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 182 mahasiswa Angkatan 2018 dan 2019 yang telah melaksanakan PPL dan ditarik sampel sebanyak 65 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik penyebaran instrumen dan dokumentasi, data variabel dianalisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh minat kerja terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, (2) ada pengaruh Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa, (3) minat kerja dan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan juga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan di Desa Mare-mare, Kecamatan Bontomanai, Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hasil rancangan alat pengusir tikus yang telah dibuat. (2) Hasil uji coba dari alat pengusir tikus yang telah dibuat. (3) Tanggapan mitra terhadap alat pengusir tikus yang telah dibuat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penellitian pengembangan atau R&D, dengan model pengembangan yaitu model ADDIE. Model ADDIE memiliki lima tahapan yaitu: (1) Analisis kebutuhan. (2) Perancangan. (3) Pengembangan/Pembuatan. (4) Uji Coba. (5) Evaluasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian tersebut yaitu: (1) Pengembangan dari Perangkap Tradisional ke alat pengusir tikus menggunakan ultrasonik pada lahan persawahan Desa Mare-mare dapat mengatasi masalah yang ada yaitu maraknya serangan hama tikus yang menyerang padi para petani. (2) Dari hasil uji coba yang dilakukan, Pada frekuensi 22,2 kHZ tikus melalui pantauan kamera inframerah mengalami kondisi kebingungan dan diam tanpa memakan atau merusak batang padi. Pada frekuensi 30,0 kHZ dan 35,5 kHZ tikus tidak terlihat di kamera inframerah. (3) Tanggapan dari petani yaitu dengan adanya alat pengusir hama tikus dapat membantu petani karena tak harus lagi sering datang memeriksa keadaan sawahnya pada malam hari untuk menangkap tikus sehingga dapat meringankan pekerjaan petani. Dengan adanya alat pengusir tikus yang dibuat, petani Desa Mare-mare merasa sangat terbantu karena petani tak harus lagi sering datang memeriksa keadaan sawahnya pada malam hari untuk menangkap tikus sehingga dapat meringankan pekerjaan petani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan metode ARIMA, Single Moving Average, dan Single Exponential Smoothing dalam meramalkan jumlah penumpang DAMRI Rute Kendari-Mawasangka. Data yang digunakan adalah jumlah penumpang DAMRI dari Januari 2021 hingga Juni 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Single Exponential Smoothing dengan parameter α = 0,3 merupakan model terbaik berdasarkan nilai MSE terkecil sebesar 141.883, dibandingkan dua metode lainnya. Berdasarkan model terbaik tersebut, diperoleh peramalan jumlah penumpang DAMRI enam bulan ke depan sebesar 1.935, 1.354, 948, 663, 464, dan 325. Hasil ini mengindikasikan adanya tren penurunan jumlah penumpang DAMRI setiap bulan, yang dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan layanan transportasi.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to test the effectiveness of using audiovisual learning media in improving basic athletic movement skills in class VIII-1 students at SMP 13 Banda Aceh. This research is motivated by the low basic athletic movement skills of students, which can have an impact on their physical development and sports abilities. In this study, audiovisual media is used as a means to provide a clear visual description of the correct basic athletic movement techniques. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' basic athletic movement skills after the application of audiovisual media. This study is expected to be a reference for improving the quality of sports learning in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning motivation in traditional sports learning bola asti in class VII of SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh. The problem faced is the low motivation of students in participating in traditional sports learning, especially bola asti, which affects skills and learning outcomes that are not optimal. For this reason, Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a cycle design is used as a research approach, which consists of four main stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 30 students in class VII consisting of 15 male students and 15 female students. The instruments used in data collection included observations of student activities, motivation questionnaires to measure student motivation levels, and interviews to dig deeper into students' perceptions of traditional sports learning. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning motivation in each cycle carried out. In the first cycle, although students began to show interest in the bola asti game, learning motivation was still relatively low. However, in the second cycle, with the implementation of more interesting learning strategies, such as providing more intensive feedback and more varied game techniques, student motivation increased quite significantly.

Abstract

Littering behaviour directly into the river is still carried out by the majority of people in the Mendawai and Flamboyant Bawah areas along the Kahayan river in Palangka Raya city. Since shaping positive behavior about waste management is crutial, research on aspects or variables that influence people's intention to support household waste management activities was conducted. This quantitative research aim to determine the variables that influence the community in supporting household waste management. A questionnaire was designed and distributed in order to gain primary data. To collect the secondary data, study literature about household management was conducted. Descriptive statistic was proposed to understanding the demographic respondent’s characteristics. Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was proposed to analyze the relationship between the research variable’s. By applying Descriptive Statistic, it was found that the respondent dominated by women as a housewife and age more than 35 years old. Furthermore, through Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method it was found that institutional and regulatory (X4) and information aspects (X5) are variables that positively and significantly affect community support for waste management in Mendawai and Flamboyan Bawah settlements located on the Kahayan river in Palangka Raya City. Firm institutional and regulation also sustainable information about the household waste management positively increasing the intention of society to support the household waste management.

Abstract

The Ta'lim al-Muta'allim book is a book that discusses the manners of students to seek knowledge as the key to success in learning. The book also mentions various provisions that must be owned by students and are often brought on their journey to seek knowledge so that students can achieve their goals, namely gaining useful and blessed knowledge. So learning the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book aims to provide guidance to students to achieve useful knowledge and can be developed independently so that it is useful for other humans. Basically, education that emphasizes improving student morals. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach and a descriptive type of research. The location of the research is at Ma'had IDIA Prenduan, while the data collection technique uses interviews, observations, and documentation. And using the technique of checking the validity of data with data triangulation then the data that has been obtained is analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To find out how the value learning contained in the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book is implemented, the researcher tries to thoroughly examine the value learning contained in the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book which is implemented in Ma'had IDIA Prenduan. With the hope that the results of this study can be useful for all IDIA Prenduan students and all communities. So from the results of the research conducted by the researcher at Ma'had IDIA Prenduan, it is aware of the importance of value learning contained in the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book in an education system that exists in the institution so that students are able to implement the contents of the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book so that they can be applied in everyday life in accordance with the teachings taught by Imam Az-Zarnuji (Ta'lim Al-muta'allim).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of clarity of budget targets and competence of village officials on the accountability of village fund management in the Village Government in Kelubagolit District, East Flores Regency. Data collection method uses a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. The number of samples is 50 village officials. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the clarity of budget targets and the competence of village officials have a positive and significant effect on the accountability of village fund management

Abstract

The curriculum is the heart of the education system which has a function as a frame of reference in organizing the learning process. In essence, a curriculum is not just a written document containing a list of subjects, but a comprehensive design that includes the entire learning experience planned and guided by an educational institution. The curriculum is dynamic because it is easily adapted to circumstances and adaptive to the development of the times, reflecting the philosophical, sociological, psychological, and pedagogical values embraced in the education system of a country. As a tool to achieve educational goals, the curriculum contains four main interrelated components: objectives, material or content, learning strategies or methods, and evaluation. The objectives of the curriculum are derived from the objectives of national education which reflect the aspirations of the community. Curriculum materials are selected and designed to achieve these goals. Learning strategies determine the approaches, methods, and techniques used in implementing the curriculum. As for evaluation, it serves to measure the success rate of achieving goals and provide feedback for curriculum improvement. In terms of implementation, the curriculum has three forms: the written curriculum (intended curriculum), the implemented curriculum (implemented curriculum), and the experienced curriculum (experienced curriculum). The gap between these three forms of curriculum is often a challenge in achieving educational effectiveness. Therefore, curriculum development needs to be carried out systematically, scientifically, and involving various stakeholders to ensure the relevance, sustainability, and significance of the curriculum in facilitating the optimal development of students' potential.

Abstract

Islamic education has a more tangible spiritual transmission in the teaching process than general education. The clarity lies in the desire to develop all aspects of students in a balanced way. However, although Islamic religious education has been programmed since education at the elementary level to higher education, the contribution of PAI itself is still often questioned. Because the current portrait of Indonesian education is still far from what we all hoped for. This paper will examine about; 1) The urgency of PAI development, 2) getting to know the teachings of Sufism, 3) the paradigm and model of developing Islamic Education based on Sufism. The type of this research is library research using a descriptive-analytic approach. While the data source uses the principle of recency and the principle of relevance. Data analysis uses content analysis method to produce a clear and systematic literature review. The results of the study show that 1) the development of PAI is an absolute thing to do considering that Islamic religious education itself has a great goal, namely to produce people who are devoted to Allah SWT; 2) Sufism teachings are generally divided into 3 (three) schools of thought, namely akhlaqi Sufism, Irfani Sufism, and philosophical Sufism; 3) Sufism-based PAI development paradigm is more appropriate if it is carried out using an organism/systemic paradigm by integrating the existing values of Sufism in PAI learning in madrasas which in turn gives birth to a webbed pedagogy learning model.
