This study aims to describe and analyze several aspects of the implementation of financing management, namely: (a) transparency, (b) accountability, (c) effectiveness, and (d) efficiency in improving academic quality at Babussalam Blimbingsari Junior High School. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, using interview, observation, and documentation methods as data collection techniques. The validity of the data was tested through source triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of financing management at Babussalam Blimbingsari Junior High School to support the improvement of education quality is carried out based on the principles of transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and efficiency. These principles are realized through providing access to information related to school financial management, involvement of related parties in decision-making, open budget reporting, forming a financial management team, and implementing education quality improvement programs. This success is supported by competent human resources, good coordination skills, budgeting according to needs, and proper program planning. The management of education financing management at Babussalam Blimbingsari Junior High School is carried out in a structured and professional manner. The use of the right budget is a key factor in the success of the educational process in schools. In addition, the analysis of education quality showed that there was a positive relationship between financing management and improving the quality of education. Financing management has proven to be able to answer the needs of programs and policies that support quality improvement at Babussalam Blimbingsari Junior High School. Dogmatic Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning in schools seems to lack of attention to environmental issues. Thus, IRE needs to incorporate environment issues. This study aims to analyze the concept and implementation of strengthening environmental care character education through IRE development as well as its implications in framework of eco-culture formation, using MTsN 1 Sumenep and SMPN 2 Larangan Pamekasan as case studies. Using a qualitative approach with a multi-site study design, This research used interviews, observations, and documentation in collected data. The research findings show that the concept of strengthening environmental care character education through IRE development describes efforts to strengthen environmental care character holistically-integrated through curricular, co-curricular, and self-development activities. While its implementation is carried out through 4 stages, namely design which includes identifying the types of activities, developing environment-based IRE study materials, preparing supporting facilities; implementation which includes integrated IRE learning, school management, and student development activities; monitoring and evaluation is carried out through supervision activities and monthly meetings; follow-up refers to school self-evaluation. While the implications can be seen from 3 aspects; the improvement of educational services, changes in learner behavior, a decrease in school operational costs and the existence of class funds.

Seiring penambahan jumlah kendaraan bermotor seperti mobil, kecelakaan terus meningkat. oleh karena itu, teknologi dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi terjadinya cedera pada penumpang. Crash box adalah salah satu teknologi pengaman yang secara luas digunakan saat ini. Crash box dipasang antara bumper dan chassis, dengan proses deformasi (progressive buckling) yang bertujuan untuk memberikan perlambatan ketika mobil tabrakan. sehingga, efek terhadap penumpang menjadi berkurang. Pada Tugas Akhir ini, dilakukan analisis tumbukan kuasi-statik pada tabung persegi berisi alumunium foam dan alumunium foam tanpa dinding dengan cara numerik. Simulasi numerik menggunakan perangkat lunak metode elemen hingga, Abaqus Explicit 3D. Simulasi dilakukan pada pemodelan dengan panjang sisi 0,055 m tabung luar dan 0,038 m tabung dalam, ketebalan 0,00115 m tabung luar dan 0,001 m tabung dalam dengan 0,18 m. Hasil output menunjukkan gaya terhadap waktu dan displacement terhadap waktu yang kemudian diolah menjadi harga mean crushing force yang berkaitan dengan penyerapan energi. Perbandingan harga mean crushing force pada model berupa aluminium foam saja sebesar 53,4% dan 80,7% untuk SWFF dan DWFF. Serta model yang paling efektif untuk digunakan pada kendaraan ialah DWFF dengan nilai CFE sebesar 81%. According to additional number of vehicle such as car, crash will always be increase. Therefore, technology is need for decrease occupant injury. Crash box is one of safety technology which is used widely today. Crash box is installed between bumper and chassis, with deformation process (progressive buckling) is for giving deceleration when car in crash. In this paper will be done quasi-static crash analysis on square column with aluminium foam filled and aluminium foam without square column by numeric analysis. Numeric simulation used finite element method software, Abaqus Explicit 3D. Simulation was done on model with 0.055 m wall outward dan 0.038 m wall inward, thickness 0.00115 m wall outward and 0.001 m wall inward, lenght 0.18 m. Final output indicated force to time and displacement to time and then calculated to get mean crushing force which related to energy absorption. Comparison of mean crushing force for aluminium foam with no square column is 53.4% and 80.7% for SWFF and DWFF. Then, model which effective for energy absorption (CFE) is DWFF with 81%.

This study aims to determine students' practical learning outcomes, the success rate of students' industrial work practices, and also the positive and significant influence of practical learning outcomes on the success of students' industrial work practices. The number of samples was 52 students of class XII UPT SMK Negeri 2 Parepare. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using descriptive analysis techniques, simple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS program. The results showed that based on the results of the frequency distribution of student learning outcomes at UPT SMK Negeri 2 Parepare were in the complete category as many as 52 students with a percentage of 100%, the results of the frequency distribution data for the success of students' industrial work practices in printing graphic design subjects were in the category high and this research proves that there is a positive and significant effect on practical learning outcomes (X) on the success of students' industrial work practices (Y).

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is Cluster 3 Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency. The problem is divided into 2, namely the knowledge aspect and the practical aspect. The knowledge aspect is: Elementary school teachers in Cluster 3 Bangkala Jeneponto Regency do not yet know the steps for learning the CBL Base Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). The practical aspect of the service partner, namely the teacher at SD Gugus 3 Bangkala, Jeneponto Regency, does not have experience implementing Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). The model applied in training with the methods used are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, collaboration and assignments. Which was carried out at one of the Bangkala cluster 3 schools, Kab. Jeneponto which was attended by 60 teachers from 8 schools that are members of cluster 3 Bangkala Regency. Jeneponto. The results achieved are from the knowledge aspect that the partner teacher knows the steps for learning the CBL-based Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) and practically the partner teacher is able to design learning for the CBL-based Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) in learning activities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan metode ARIMA, Single Moving Average, dan Single Exponential Smoothing dalam meramalkan jumlah penumpang DAMRI Rute Kendari-Mawasangka. Data yang digunakan adalah jumlah penumpang DAMRI dari Januari 2021 hingga Juni 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Single Exponential Smoothing dengan parameter α = 0,3 merupakan model terbaik berdasarkan nilai MSE terkecil sebesar 141.883, dibandingkan dua metode lainnya. Berdasarkan model terbaik tersebut, diperoleh peramalan jumlah penumpang DAMRI enam bulan ke depan sebesar 1.935, 1.354, 948, 663, 464, dan 325. Hasil ini mengindikasikan adanya tren penurunan jumlah penumpang DAMRI setiap bulan, yang dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam perencanaan dan pengelolaan layanan transportasi.

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to test the effectiveness of using audiovisual learning media in improving basic athletic movement skills in class VIII-1 students at SMP 13 Banda Aceh. This research is motivated by the low basic athletic movement skills of students, which can have an impact on their physical development and sports abilities. In this study, audiovisual media is used as a means to provide a clear visual description of the correct basic athletic movement techniques. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' basic athletic movement skills after the application of audiovisual media. This study is expected to be a reference for improving the quality of sports learning in schools.

This study aims to improve students' learning motivation in traditional sports learning bola asti in class VII of SMP Negeri 13 Banda Aceh. The problem faced is the low motivation of students in participating in traditional sports learning, especially bola asti, which affects skills and learning outcomes that are not optimal. For this reason, Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a cycle design is used as a research approach, which consists of four main stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 30 students in class VII consisting of 15 male students and 15 female students. The instruments used in data collection included observations of student activities, motivation questionnaires to measure student motivation levels, and interviews to dig deeper into students' perceptions of traditional sports learning. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning motivation in each cycle carried out. In the first cycle, although students began to show interest in the bola asti game, learning motivation was still relatively low. However, in the second cycle, with the implementation of more interesting learning strategies, such as providing more intensive feedback and more varied game techniques, student motivation increased quite significantly.

Littering behaviour directly into the river is still carried out by the majority of people in the Mendawai and Flamboyant Bawah areas along the Kahayan river in Palangka Raya city. Since shaping positive behavior about waste management is crutial, research on aspects or variables that influence people's intention to support household waste management activities was conducted. This quantitative research aim to determine the variables that influence the community in supporting household waste management. A questionnaire was designed and distributed in order to gain primary data. To collect the secondary data, study literature about household management was conducted. Descriptive statistic was proposed to understanding the demographic respondent’s characteristics. Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was proposed to analyze the relationship between the research variable’s. By applying Descriptive Statistic, it was found that the respondent dominated by women as a housewife and age more than 35 years old. Furthermore, through Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method it was found that institutional and regulatory (X4) and information aspects (X5) are variables that positively and significantly affect community support for waste management in Mendawai and Flamboyan Bawah settlements located on the Kahayan river in Palangka Raya City. Firm institutional and regulation also sustainable information about the household waste management positively increasing the intention of society to support the household waste management.

The Ta'lim al-Muta'allim book is a book that discusses the manners of students to seek knowledge as the key to success in learning. The book also mentions various provisions that must be owned by students and are often brought on their journey to seek knowledge so that students can achieve their goals, namely gaining useful and blessed knowledge. So learning the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book aims to provide guidance to students to achieve useful knowledge and can be developed independently so that it is useful for other humans. Basically, education that emphasizes improving student morals. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach and a descriptive type of research. The location of the research is at Ma'had IDIA Prenduan, while the data collection technique uses interviews, observations, and documentation. And using the technique of checking the validity of data with data triangulation then the data that has been obtained is analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. To find out how the value learning contained in the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book is implemented, the researcher tries to thoroughly examine the value learning contained in the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book which is implemented in Ma'had IDIA Prenduan. With the hope that the results of this study can be useful for all IDIA Prenduan students and all communities. So from the results of the research conducted by the researcher at Ma'had IDIA Prenduan, it is aware of the importance of value learning contained in the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book in an education system that exists in the institution so that students are able to implement the contents of the Ta'lim Al-muta'allim book so that they can be applied in everyday life in accordance with the teachings taught by Imam Az-Zarnuji (Ta'lim Al-muta'allim).
