Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi digital baik pengetahuan dan keterampilan mahasiswa Asistensi Mengajar dalam merancang pembelajaran inovatif, sebagai Upaya dalam memenuhi kompetensi pendidik Abad 21. Selain itu, Mahasiswa yang terlibat dalam asistensi mengajar perlu dibekali dengan kemampuan dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berbasis digital, salah satunya melalui E-LKPD (Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Elektronik). Platform Wizer.Me dipilih karena kemudahan penggunaannya dalam membuat LKPD yang interaktif, menarik, dan mudah diakses. Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lambung Mangkurat. Subjek kegiatan ini adalah Mahasiswa asistensi mengajar Program Studi PGSD. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta memiliki pengetahuan merancang E-LKPD serta memiliki ketrampilan dalam merancang E-LKPD yang interaktif berbasis aplikasi wizer.me. Hasil pendampingan tersebut terlihat dari evaluasi kegiatan yang menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta terkait materi yang disampaikan adalah 93% dan tingkat keterampilan peserta dalam merancang E-LKPD berbasis wizer.me lebih dari 93%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan perancangan model pembelajaran inovatif berjalan dengan sukses dan berhasil mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang ditentukan.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low activity, critical thinking skills, and student learning outcomes in the subject of science, which is caused by less meaningful learning, one-way, and a lack of activities to sharpen critical thinking. The solution applied is the MAHIR learning model. The purpose of this study is to describe teacher activities and analyze student activities, critical thinking skills, and learning outcomes. The study used a qualitative approach with Classroom Action Research (CAR) during three meetings in grade V SDN Pangeran 2 in the 2024/2025 academic year, with nine students as subjects. Data were collected through observation and written tests, then analyzed descriptively using cross tables. The results showed that teacher activity became "Very Good", student activity increased from 44% to 89%, students' critical thinking skills increased from 33% to 89%, and student learning outcomes completion increased from 44% to 89%. In conclusion, the MAHIR model is effective in improving the quality of learning. This model is recommended for teachers, principals, and researchers as an innovative alternative in learning.

Abstract

The disparity in educational quality between urban and rural schools in Indonesia remains a critical obstacle to national development. This study aims to analyze the role of teacher empowerment as a strategic solution to improve school quality amid these inequalities. Using a qualitative literature review, this Research synthesizes academic sources published since 2020 that discuss teacher empowerment and educational quality. The results indicate that empowerment strategies, including continuous professional development, technology-based workshops, and peer collaboration, significantly enhance pedagogical competence, teacher motivation, and student achievement. However, their implementation faces substantial challenges due to uneven teacher distribution and limited infrastructure in frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged (3T) regions. The findings suggest that achieving educational equity requires a systemic shift in which teacher autonomy and capacity building are positioned as core policies rather than supplementary programs. Therefore, policymakers must prioritize investment in human capital in disadvantaged areas to effectively bridge the quality gap and support sustainable national education goals.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif (PAUD HI) adalah pendekatan penyelenggaraan layanan pendidikan untuk anak usia dini (0–6 tahun) yang dilakukan secara menyeluruh mencakup pendidikan, kesehatan, gizi, perlindungan, dan pengasuhan. Tujuan utama dari bimbingan teknis ini adalah agar pengelola dan pendidik PAUD mampu menyusun dan menerapkan program PAUD HI yang terarah, terukur, dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarat ini dilaksanakan di TK At-Tibyan pada tanggal 19 Juli 2025. Kegiatan PKM ini diikuti sebanyak 11 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan ceramah, diskusi, dan praktik langsung menyusun program PAUD HI. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya peningkatan kemampuan peserta melalui rata skor pretest sebesar 62 dan skor posttest sebesar 100. Dengan demikian, bimbingan teknis strategi Manajemen Program Layanan PAUD Holistik Integratif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru di TK At-Tibyan dalam menerapkan pendidikan anak usia dini yang holistik integratif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas serta menganalisis percaya diri dan aspek nilai agama dan moral dalam memahami perilaku baik dan sopan anak kelompok A PAUD Permata Bunda melalui model pembelajaran LEMPER (Problem based learning dan Bermain Peran). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model LEMPER secara signifikan meningkatkan keaktifan anak, rasa percaya diri, serta kemampuan mengenali dan membiasakan perilaku baik dan sopan. Temuan ini memperkuat urgensi inovasi pembelajaran yang aktif, kontekstual, dan menyenangkan di lingkungan PAUD.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how principal-led leadership strategies are operationalized to strengthen teacher competencies and structure the participation of educational staff within an integrated school quality management system at SMKN 2 Marabahan. Adopting a descriptive qualitative design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the principal, teachers, and educational staff selected via purposive sampling. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The findings reveal that school quality improvement is enacted through three interrelated strategic mechanisms: continuous professional development via academic supervision and internal training, competency-based task delegation aligned with institutional needs, and the cultivation of a collaborative work culture. The principal functions as the coordinating actor who aligns these strategies, while teachers serve as the main instructional agents and educational staff operate as strategic partners in administrative management, digital services, and data governance. Participation is institutionalized through regular coordination meetings, shared decision-making forums, and the structured involvement of educational staff in planning and quality assurance processes. These mechanisms contribute to increased institutional efficiency, transparency, and collective accountability. The study concludes that inclusive and integrative leadership is critical for sustainable school quality management, as it connects teacher competence development with participatory governance involving educational staff. This model is particularly relevant for vocational schools navigating the challenges of digital transformation.

Abstract

Kesenjangan antara kualitas kompetensi lulusan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dan kebutuhan Industri, Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Kerja (IDUKA) menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Link and Match masih bersifat administratif dan belum terintegrasi dalam sistem pembelajaran. Kondisi ini mengindikasikan keterbatasan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengoptimalkan kolaborasi dan bersinergi dengan industri sebagai strategi peningkatan mutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis Link and Match dalam meningkatkan mutu SMK Negeri 2 Pelaihari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Informan yang dipilih secara purposive meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru produktif, siswa, dan mitra IDUKA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang diuji melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepimpinan kepala sekolah berperan strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah melalui penguatan Link and Match. Penelitian ini menghasilkan Model Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Berbasis Link and Match yang terdiri dari lima komponen utama: (1) Kepemimpinan visioner berbasis industri, (2) Penguatan jejaring kemitraan dengan IDUKA, (3) Integrasi kurikulum berbasis industri, (4) Implementasi pembelajaran kontekstual, dan (5) Evaluasi berkelanjutan berbasis umpan balik industri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the combination of PBL, NHT and STAD learning models in an effort to improve cooperation skills in elementary school students in grade V (five) of SDN Roham Raya. The subjects of this study were a small group of 14 students in grade V of SDN Roham Raya with relatively low skill ability criteria. Classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in grade V of SDN Roham Raya totaling 14 students. This study used a combination of PBL, NHT, and STAD learning models. The results of the study obtained data at the last meeting at meeting 4, namely with the criteria that all students were skilled with a percentage of 100% of the total 14 students who were research subjects, using a combination of learning models that had been previously selected by the researcher. It can be concluded that in an effort to improve students' cooperation skills, it can be improved using a combination of PBL, NHT and STAD learning models

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative study, carried out at SMAN 1 Palangka Raya, employs observations, interviews, and documentation to explore strategies for teacher empowerment. Data processing entails collection, reduction, presentation, and verification. From processing data, the following research results were obtained: 1) The teacher empowerment strategy starts with analyzing training needs from the Education Report Document to enhance teacher competency. The school organizes development programs and regular meetings aligned with its goals. Initiatives include workshops, self-development opportunities, reflection on practices, and learning communities. The principal supervises these activities through classroom observations to monitor implementation and ensure ongoing effectiveness. 2) Empowering teachers at SMAN 1 Palangka Raya improves the quality of education through a variety of teaching methods, technology skills, and a culture of reflection. Support for training and collaboration among teachers is crucial for professional development. Recognition of achievements increases motivation and fosters a positive work environment, which enhances students' learning experiences. Teacher empowerment significantly contributes to student success, thereby enhancing the reputation of SMAN 1 Palangka Raya as an institution that produces competent graduates.
