Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to know the influence of the influence of learning style and learning motivation on students’ learning result in subject on tenth grade students of SMK Kristen Immanuel II Sungai Raya. The method used in this research was descriptive-quantitative. This is a correlation research. The number of the sample is 68 students. The data was collected by using indirect communication technique (influence of learning style and learning motivation-questionnaire), direct communication technique (directive interview) and direct observation technique (directive observation). The result of this research showed that there is the positive influence of the influence of learning style to the learning motivation of the tenth grade students of SMK Kristen Immanuel II Sungai Raya It is indicated by the number 2,746 which showed that there is an influence of the independent variable to dependent variable. When it is compared with T table on the significance level of 0,05 at 1998. So it is greater than T table or 2,746 > 1,998, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The magnitude of the influence of adversity quotient on student motivation by 29,3% while the rest influenced by other factors are not described in this study. So the conclusion is the adversity quotient has significant impact on the learning motivation of the students the tenth grade students of SMK Kristen Immanuel II Sungai Raya. Keywords: learning style, Learning Motivation, learning result

Abstract

Prakerin is an activity that must be carried out by class XII students because to improve the competence of students in accordance with the needs of the world of work, it is necessary to learn outside formal and non-formal education units through fieldwork practices or commonly referred to as prakerin, in achieving a career plan only pre-employment is not enough to prepare students. Therefore, it is necessary to have self-concept from students to know their passion, character and desires. The method used in this study is quantative with the Ex Post Facto type of research. Based on the results of research and discussion in the first hypothesis, it shows that pre-employment has a significant effect on the student's career plan by 68,1% with the regression equation Y=17.915+ 0.821X1. The second hypothesis shows that self-concept has a significant effect on the student's career plan by 41,3% with the regression equation Y=30.938+0.194X2. The third hypothesis suggests that pre-employment and self-concept have a simultaneous significant effect on the learner's career plan by 70,4% with the regression equation Y=33,838+0,364X1+0,696X2. The second hypothesis shows that self-concept has a significant effect on the student's career plan by 41,3% with the regression equation Y=30,938+0,194X2. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to obtain a picture of instilling discipline in class VIII B students of SMPN 11 Pontianak during online learning. This study focuses on determining efforts made by social studies teachers to instill discipline in students during online learning. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions and verification, and tested for validity using data triangulation and theoretical triangulation techniques. Based on the results, students‟ discipline is determined by two factors, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors include fear of being bullied, laziness, habits, and difficulty understanding the learning materials. Meanwhile, external factors include the role of parents, teachers, and schools. Efforts made by the teachers in instilling discipline in students include being good examples and role models for students, providing motivation and positive reinforcement for them, and providing sanctions to students who violate the code of conduct. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the effect of learning motivation on economic learningoutcomes in class XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak; (2) The Effect of ParentalAttention on Economic Learning Outcomes in class XI students of SMA Negeri 5Pontianak; (3) The Influence of Parents on Economic Learning Outcomes in class XI SMANegeri 5 Pontianak.The subjects of this study were 64 students. The data collectiontechnique used a questionnaire/questionnaire and documentation.. The data analysistechnique used is the classical assumption technique and multiple regression technique.Prior to data analysis, the analysis requirements were tested including normality test,multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testconsists of multiple regression, F test and T test. The results of the study concluded: (1)There is an influence of learning motivation on economic learning outcomes in class XIstudents of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. (2) There is an effect of parental attention oneconomic learning outcomes in class XI students of SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. Abstract

 Analysis of cooperative service quality is an assessment of members on the quality of cooperative services to meet the needs of members in increasing member satisfaction and loyalty. This research is in the form of an analysis of the quality of KPN services. The research approach is in the form of qualitative research and case studies. Interview respondents were members of KPN Praja Nirmala. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis of the research is interviews with 4 respondents from KPN members. The object of observation is the employee of KPN Praja Nirmala. The results of this interview and research show that the service quality of KPN Praja Nirmala is not good. The results of this study are Tangibles (not good), Reliability (good enough), Responsiveness (not good), Assurance (good enough), Empathy (not good). Tangibles weaknesses are in the form of lack of waiting chairs, administrative air conditioning, parking, reliability in the form of service time, response to members, friendliness and attention to member needs. KPN's efforts are adding waiting chairs, air conditioning, expanding parking lots, increasing service time, increasing employee response to members, friendliness and attention to members

Abstract

Abstract: This thesis is entitled "Analysis of Primary Financial Performance of Regional Police Cooperatives (POLDA) of West Kalimantan." The problem in this study is "What is the Primary Financial Performance of West Kalimantan Regional Police Cooperation (POLDA)?". The method used is descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that the level of liquidity is 930.73%, 1.056.09%, and 748.1%, given a very not ideal criteria with fluctuating developments but tends to decrease, the solvency ratio is 1,888.76%, 317.92%, 487.54%, given criteria not very ideal with fluctuating developments but tended to increase, profitability ratios were 50.74%, 38.71%, and 38.84%, given very good criteria with fluctuating developments but tending to decline, and ratios activity was 101.96%, 115.41%, and 101.44%, given very effective criteria with fluctuating development. In the fourth component of the ratio there is no change in the level of health of the financial condition, but changes occur in the value of the ratio. In 2015-2017, the increase in current ratio was due to a rise in current assets of 121.33% and current liabilities of 95.1%, a decrease in solvency due to an increase in total assets of 61.29% and total liabilities of 858.2%. 68% and an increase in gross income of 39.84%, and an increase in the receivable turnover ratio due to an increase in the number of sales of 88.17% and the total receivables averaging 66.25%. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the level of education and financial literacy of parking attendants in the city of Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive in the form of survey research. The approach taken by the researcher is a qualitative approach. The indicators in this study are education level, financial knowledge, savings and insurance carried out in five traditional markets in the city of Pontianak, namely: 1. Flamboyant market, 2. mawar market, 3. kemuning market, 4. Dahlia market, and 5. Parit besar market. big. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that in the last education level, Senior high school 5 people, junior high school 3 people, and primary school 6 people, the financial knowledge of parking officers almost all parking officers do not understand financial knowledge, savings shows that some of the 14 parking attendants who set aside the income for saving is 7 people and those who don't save are 7 people, insurance shows that parking attendants who have insurance are 2 people and those who don't have insurance are 12 people, So, the education level and financial literacy of 14 parking attendants are supported by 26 books, 13 journals and 8 previous thesis.Keywords: Education Level, Financial Literacy, Parking Officer.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the development of street vendors in Tanjungpura University in Pontianak by looking at the characteristics of street vendors with the approach of 2 (two) aspects, namely economic aspects, and environmental aspects. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity checking technique uses triangulation. The results of this research show that: (1) The economic aspects of street vendors selling at the Tanjungpura University in Pontianak, it can be seen that the business capital spent to start a business is not too large or can be classified as small, which is between 3 million and 5 million, while daily venture capital that is spent depends on the availability of goods available while the street vendor's income is also not too basic, for gross income in one day which is around 200 thousand - 300 thousand, while net income is 100 thousand - 150 thousand. The income is only enough to fulfill daily family life.(2) Environmental aspects, street vendors in the University of Tanjungputra Pontianak meet the existing roads on the power road, Sepakat 2 road and in the PBA park, the street vendors are well-organized, neat and comfortable to look at. Another thing to be concerned about is the cleanliness of the environment in which traders sell.Keywords: Development, economic aspects, environmental aspects

Abstract

AbstractThe form of this research is quantitative research with ex post facto research type. Thesample in this study were students of class XI IPSat SMA Negeri 03 Pontianak, totaling 94students. The sampling method is probability sampling. The results of this study indicatethat after conducting a simple linear regression test on the two variabels it is said thatlearning activity has a positive effect on he learning performance of students with theregression equation Y = 25.829 + 0,714 X and has an effect of 54%. Abstract

AbstractThe focus in this study was to analyze: (1) Forms of implementing professional training; (2) Impact of professional training on improving employee service skills; (3) Factors constraining the implementation of professional training; & (4) Solutions to overcome factors that constrain the implementation of professional training. This study used a qualitative approach, this research was conducted at PT. Equity Bank Credit Bank Ukabima Pontianak. The research subjects were all 13 employees. The technique of collecting data was in-depth interviews with Focus Group Interview (FGI) and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate the following: (1) The form of implementation of banking professional training consists of credit training and operational training; (2) Training of banking professionals has an impact on: (a) increasing employee motivation; (b) the ability to find alternative solutions to problems; (c) Increased employee confidence in performing services to customers; & (d) calm in solving problems; (3) Factors constraining the implementation of professional training consist of: (a) short training time; (b) coach language which tends to be "high"; & (c) conducting training during working hours; (4) Solutions to overcome constraints were: (a) adequate (extended) scheduling of training time; (b) increase the frequency of training; (c) book training materials (pocket books); & (d) make digital guidebooks. Key words: Banking, Credit, Operation, Professional Training
