Abstract

Keberhasilan pendidikan disekolah sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja gurunya, disamping memiliki kinerja yang baik, guru dituntut memiliki konsep diri dan kepuasan kerja yang baik pula. sebagai seorang pemimpin harus mampu mengetahui keberhasilan sebuah sekolah yang dipimpinnya ciptakan hubungan yang baik dengan guru, berikan rasa aman dan nyaman bagi guru agar sekolah bisa lebih maju. Adapun Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: (1) hubungan antara konsep diri dengan kinerja guru SMAN I Langowan, (2) hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru SMAN I Langowan, dan (3) hubungan antara konsep diri dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru SMAN I Langowan. Dan penelitian ini mengambil populasi sebanyak 60 orang guru dimana itu akan menjadi sampel penitian dengan menjalankan angket dengan model skala Likert sebagai salah satu persyaratan untuk mengji norrmalitas, linearitas dan independensi antar variabel bebas. Uji persyaratan dilakukan untuk menguji normalitas, linearitas, dan independensi antar variabel bebas. Teknik analisis data digunakan korelasi dan regresi sederhana dan korelasi dan regresi ganda pada taraf signifikansi  = 0,05. Melalui penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka peneliti menyimpulkan hasil penelitiannya adalah : (1) hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dengan kinerja guru diperoleh angka korelasi sebesar 0,540 dan koefisien determinannya sebesar 0,291 dengan persamaan garis regresinya Ŷ= 42,71 + 0,54X1 (2) hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja guru dengan angka korelasi sebesar 0,570 dan koefisien determinannya sebesar 0,324 dengan persamaan garis regresinya Ŷ= 25,79 + 0,51X2 (3) hubungan yang signifikan antara konsep diri dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru dengan angka korelasi sebesar 0,755 dan koefisien determinannya sebesar 0,570 dengan persamaan garis regresinya Ŷ= 3,37 + 0,506X1 + 0,484X2. Di samping itu juga ditemukan sumbangan relatif dari variabel konsep diri terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 47,3% dan sumbangan relatif dari variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 52,7%. Sedangkan sumbangan efektif dari variabel konsep diri terhadap variabel kinerja guru sebesar 28,7% dan sumbangan efektif dari variabel kepuasan kerja terhadap variabel kinerja guru sebesar 32%. Abstract

Clinical education is an important part of medical education. Clinical education aims to equip medical students with the clinical skills and knowledge necessary to become competent doctors. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of portfolios as self-reflection as an assessment tool in clinical education. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data collection technique in this study was a literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that portfolios can be used as an effective self-reflection and assessment tool in clinical education. Portfolios can help medical students to learn more effectively, to improve the link between theory and practice, and to improve communication and cooperation between students.

Abstract

Burnout is a condition of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced work performance caused by chronic stress. Burnout can occur in various people, including medical students. The purpose of this study was to review the literature on burnout in medical students. This study used a literature research method. Research data were collected using literature search techniques. Research data were obtained from various sources, namely journal articles, books, and research reports. The research data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that burnout in medical students is a serious problem. Burnout can occur in medical students at various levels of education, ranging from early semester students to final semester students. Factors that can cause burnout in medical students include high academic loads, demands to be perfect doctors, and stressful working conditions. The negative impacts of burnout on medical students include impaired physical and mental health, decreased academic performance and lower chances of getting a job.

Abstract

Pendidikan dokter merupakan salah satu pendidikan profesi yang memiliki jenjang pendidikan yang panjang, yaitu 6-7 tahun. Pendidikan dokter bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dokter yang memiliki kompetensi untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu, salah satu indikator keberhasilan pendidikan dokter adalah tingkat kelulusan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kelulusan dan lama pendidikan dokter di Indonesia. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode observatif analitik dengan pendekatan desktiptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yakni dengan observasi, studi literatur dan kuesioner. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program studi pendidikan kedokteran merupakan program studi yang paling banyak diminati.

Abstract

Peneliti berpendapat bahwa jika seorang karyawan memiliki konsep diri yang baik maka akan membuat mereka lebih percaya diri karena rencana-rencananya telah disusun secara otomatis dan hanya terlaksana dengan baik. Oleh karena itu peneliti meyakini bahwa variabel Konsep Diri dapat mempunyai hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan diri karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori terkait Konsep Diri, Kepercayaan Diri, dan Pikiran Positif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer yang peneliti peroleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online kepada 350 karyawan Rocket Chicken yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Peneliti menganalisis data tersebut menggunakan alat analisis smart PLS 4.0. Hasil artikel ini menunjukkan variabel Konsep Diri dapat mempunyai hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kepercayaan Diri karena P-Valuesnya positif dan berada di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,018. Sejalan dengan hasil tersebut, hasil tabel ketiga Path Coefisien menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis kedua menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pikiran Positif dapat memoderasi pengaruh variabel Konsep Diri terhadap Kepercayaan Diri karena hal yang sama yaitu P- Nilainya bernilai positif dan berada di bawah taraf signifikansi 0,05 yaitu 0,000 lebih signifikan. dibandingkan pengujian langsung. Dengan demikian hipotesis pertama dan kedua dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima.

Abstract

This research focuses on the leadership management of the principal of SMP Negeri 1 Sonder. The formulation of the problem in this study is How to Understand School Principals about Leadership Management in Country 1 Sonder. How school principals in Negeri 1 Sonder implement leadership management and how school principals strive to improve leadership management. This study uses a qualitative research method that is qualitative descriptive. Observations, documents and interviews are used as data collection techniques. Based on the formulation of the problem and the results of the field study, several conclusions were drawn, including: The leader, namely the principal, understands that leadership management is a very important thing that helps him in organizing, carrying out and assuming responsibilities as a leader or principal. The principal carries out or implements his leadership by fulfilling his leadership duties even though it has not been maximized and fostering good relationships with teachers, students, and parents. The principal also strives to improve leadership management at SMP Negeri 1 Sonder, so that the principal strives for educational conditions to run well by dividing tasks, creating an organizational structure, controlling all tasks given to teachers, fostering good relationships and communication between the school, the government, parents and the community, as well as approaching teachers and students and trying to be leaders for the progress of the school.

Objectivein this research is on managementtraffic community services in the North Sulawesi Regional Police Area to build a culture of order among school students, withuses management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating. The research method used was descriptive qualitative which was carried out in 2022 - 2023 in the North Sulawesi Provincial Police Area and Manado State University using the techniquetriangulation data collection. The research results showNorth Sulawesi Regional Police to build a culture of orderly trafficstarting from Elementary School regarding the introduction of traffic signs and for school material in Middle & High School/Senior High School. InManagement organizingNot all schools have visits or socialization for students at school and if there is socialization and policing, it is not carried out regularly, but there are several schools where during orientation new students provide material about the culture of orderly traffic.The implementation of service management to date still has many deficiencies in students' understanding of the culture of orderly traffic, which can only be obtained from teachers who deliver material on this matter. Abstract

This writing has the main objective of knowing the leadership role of the principal in improving the quality of education. The quality of education is our hope in facing the exchange of life that in several sectors, especially in the field of education sector for a better future. In order to realize quality education, this needs to be done leadership role in educational institutions. One of them is the principal because of that is a pioneer who drives all changes towards quality education. The research method used is the qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation, while the informants in this study were the principal, deputy principal and two teachers. The results showed that the principal of SMP 5 Tondano had carried out his role well in terms of quality planning, quality control and quality improvement of education at SMP 5 Tondano.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in student learning outcomes through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach to the material "Properties of Liquid Objects" in class III of SD Negeri 1 Ayong. This type of research is Classroom Action Research which was carried out over 2 cycles. Each research cycle consists of 4 (four) stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation and reflection with the aim of comparing the values ​​before action and after action. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests, observation sheets of teacher activities and student activities. The research subjects were 14 class III students at SDN 1 Ayong. The data analysis technique used is the percentage calculation data analysis technique. There was an increase in learning outcomes using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method on the properties of liquids for class III students at SD Negeri 1 Ayong. This is proven in the increase in scores from the initial test of the 14 students who completed the KKM, there were 6 students or 43% while there were still 8 students or 57% who had not completed it. In Cycle I, of the 14 students who completed it, 8 students or 57% and 6 students who had not completed it, which means 43%. In cycle II, all 14 students completed it or 100%. So it can be concluded that the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) method can improve student learning outcomes in science subjects, especially class III at SD Negeri 1 Ayong.

Abstract

The Free Learning Curriculum is a policy of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which aims to optimize the existing curriculum. The purpose of this study is to analyze teacher readiness in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. The research method is a case study involving two teachers and a principal at the Merdeka Belajar curriculum implementing elementary school. This research was collected based on interviews, observations and documentation. Then it is analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study show that teacher readiness in implementing the independent learning curriculum in elementary schools is quite optimal. The obstacle factor for elementary school teachers in implementing the independent learning curriculum is the lack of understanding of the independent learning curriculum between teachers and parents. And the facilities and infrastructure are inadequate, and need support from various parties
