Abstract

The Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) is a government assistance in the form of a certain amount of cash given directly to students who are vulnerable to poverty according to the established criteria. However, in its implementation, there are still many recipients of PIP funds who are still not on target. Several results of evaluations and ongoing studies on the implementation of PIP show weaknesses in this program, namely related to the accuracy of determining the target of PIP fund recipients, where it was found that there were still many non-poor households who received this PIP fund assistance. The purpose of this study is to produce a decision support system to determine students who are truly worthy of being recommended to receive PIP fund assistance. The method used in this study is the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm. The data used were 300 datasets, by selecting several relevant attributes. For processing using the Rapidminer tool, one of the popular software used in data mining processing. Meanwhile, the evaluation method uses a confusion matrix by calculating the accuracy value. From the test results in determining PIP acceptance at SD Negeri Kedungjajang 02 using the C4.5 algorithm, an accuracy of 97.33% was obtained, with the accuracy criteria of good classification.

Abstract

Kota Batu berkembang pesat dalam pariwisata, salah satunya wisata berbasis Community Based Tourism (CBT) seperti Kampung Ekologi Temas Kota Batu.

Abstract

Bleeding is a frequent issue among cancer patients, affecting about 6% to 10% of those with advanced-stage cancer. External radiation therapy is a highly effective method for reducing or even stopping bleeding, with success rates ranging from 45% to 100%. In bleeding cases, radiation therapy must be delivered quickly and precisely. To expedite the process, some standard steps in radiation therapy, such as the CT simulation and planning via the treatment planning system (TPS), are often skipped. Consequently, accurate Monitor Unit (MU) calculations are essential to ensure that the dose received by the patient does not deviate by more than 5%, as recommended by the ICRU. Using guidelines from AAPM TG 71, MU calculations were formulated and compiled into a Microsoft Excel worksheet called the MU Calculator. Several key parameters, including dose prescription, output factor (OF), and tissue maximum ratio (TMR), were input into the MU Calculator and verified through point dose verification on a slab phantom using the SAD technique. The verification was conducted using 10 MV energy across various field sizes (10 x 10, 12 x 12, 14 x 14, 16 x 16, 18 x 18, and 20 x 20) cm² at depths of 6, 8, and 10 cm, utilizing a PTW Farmer detector with dose prescriptions of 200, 300, and 400 cGy. The field size, depth, and dose prescription were selected to align with common requirements for bleeding cases. By applying the dose calculation formula recommended by TRS 398, the deviation between the prescribed and measured doses was found to be less than 2.5%. These deviations were attributed to factors such as measurement setup, temperature and pressure conditions, polarity effects, and detector recombination effects. The MU Calculator has been validated, demonstrating compliance with ICRU recommendations, and is thus suitable for use in bleeding cases that demand swift and precise external radiation therapy.

Abstract

Purwasari Village, Dramaga District, has great potential for sweet potato cultivation, which can open up significant economic opportunities for farmers, but challenges in sustainability and improving production quality are still obstacles. One of the efforts made to overcome this is through integrated agricultural training, which focuses on improving sweet potato cultivation techniques through the IPB Innovation KKN-T program. This activity aims to help farmers understand good crop cultivation practices, Good Agriculture Practice (GAP), and increase the productivity of sweet potato cultivation. The method of implementing the activity is carried out through several stages, namely land processing, planting sweet potato seeds, training, presentation of material, giving pre-tests and post-tests related to Good Agriculture Practice (GAP), and installing 60 × 40 cm land identity signs. The results of this training show an increase in the knowledge of sweet potato farmers by 7%, as measured by the results of the pre-test and post-test, as well as an increase in farmers' participation in cultivating sweet potatoes. The implementation of the training also increased sweet potato production by 30%. This activity also collaborates with IPB's Agribusiness and Technology Park (ATP) as a partner, so that harvested sweet potato products can be further processed, marketed, and sold through the ATP distribution network. This program is expected to contribute significantly to the development of sustainable integrated agriculture, as well as improve the welfare of farmers through wider market access and added value to sweet potato products.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how brand love and e-trust are formed among Generation Z in the context of purchasing products through live TikTok, as well as how these two factors contribute to users' intentions to reuse the platform. The method employed is a qualitative approach using in-depth interview techniques with 10 informants who are active users of Live TikTok, allowing for the exploration of their subjective and emotional experiences. The results show that direct interaction with creators and content on Live TikTok creates a strong emotional connection (brand love) and increases user trust in the platform (e-trust). These two factors proved significant in motivating users' intention to return to using TikTok's Live feature as an alternative to online shopping. This research confirms that building emotional relationships and trust with users is critical for brands in today's digital marketing context.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the causes of the suboptimal performance of the Reverse Osmosis-based Fresh Water Maker (FWM) system on the CTS. Bulk Java ship and its impact on ship operations. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method through direct observation, interviews with ship engineers, and system documentation. The findings show that the decline in freshwater production from 1,000 L/hour to 800 L/hour was due to damage to the feed pump’s mechanical seal, expired filter life, and leaks in the membrane pipe. This condition disrupted crew water supply and increased operational costs due to the need for freshwater bunkering from the shore. Repairs included replacing damaged components such as the impeller and filters, and repairing the leaking pipe. After the overhaul, the FWM resumed optimal performance. The study recommends routine inspection and maintenance to sustain the reliability of the FWM RO system
