Technological developments that were increasingly rapidly, especially information technology have a positive impact in people’s lives. So spur of information technology to transform follow any changes that occur, due to the increasing needs of the growing. However, there are still problems to deal with at this point, including the benefit of the project are felt still less effective and efficient in the entire college community, thereby inhibiting the activities and some decision-making. Therefore, making an application system which is precise and accurate information is highly recommended. With online based storage system, it can greatly facilitate students learning environment. iREC is an online support system in the delivery of students’ project activities and scientific research, which strongly supports the iLearning environment and community. Further described in this article, regarding the problems that arise and solving the problem under study. In addition there are three (3)characteristics and 6 (six) advantages of this application. In the implementation, there are prototype displayed shown in iREC applications. Hence, it can be concluded that the contribution of iREC system can maximize scientific research activities in delivering a project to study of the students, so that more targeted research can be achieved, and can be used as a medium of valid information is for the entire university community and society in general.

Technology information had a critical role in human life, no exception in education. One of the products technology that is occupied in education is multimedia. Perguruan Tinggi Raharja which applies the methods of iLearning need multimedia in realizing concept 4B. The application of multimedia was meant to make efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement information in form of documentation such as image, audio, and video. However Green Documentation as a file storage in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja is still less than optimal, so the documentation is spread across multiple storage online media. This is because either Green Documentation and media online were available haven't been enough to be storage requirements which covers images, audio, and video in one integrated place that you can share. As a result, students having trouble finding documentation of activities held by the campus. MAGICS is an online media which allows all documentation can be arranged neatly to facilitate searches. This paper tries to describe the problems and solving in an information systems, especially in terms of documentation. Implementation of MAGICS can be used as a solution for providing file storage and file sharing in the application of learning method (iLearning).

Developments in technology , especially Internet technology has supported to provide various types of services that can be accessed easily , quickly , efficiently , whenever and wherever , as well as allowing the use of e – portfolios . E – Portfolio is based on the application of advanced users to store , organize , and share items that represent the individual learner . Therefore , making an application e – portfolio system is highly recommended right . With methods based system online , the e – portfolio system will be very easy to use . E – portfolio is called iRME in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. In this article described the problems that arise and solving the problem examined . In addition there are 5 ( five ) advantages of this application . In the implementation of the prototype view of iRME application . It can be concluded that the contribution iRME system can accommodate and facilitate private lifetime collection efforts Pribadi Raharja in personal portfolios . By implementing iRME on Perguruan Tinggi Raharja expected Pribadi Raharja to ease in making the Curriculum Vitae ( CV ) of quality .

The accuracy and reliability is the quality of the information. The more accurate and reliable, the more information it’s good quality. Similarly, a survey, the better the survey, the more accurate the information provided. Implementation of student satisfaction measurement to the process of teaching and learning activities on the quality of the implementation of important lectures in order to get feedback on the assessed variables and for future repair. Likewise in Higher Education Prog has undertaken the process of measuring student satisfaction through a distributed questioner finally disemester each class lecture. However, the deployment process questioner is identified there are 7 (seven) problems. However, the problem can be resolved by the 3 (three) ways of solving problems one of which is a system of iLearning Survey (Isur), that is by providing an online survey to students that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. In the implementation shown a prototype of Isur itself. It can be concluded that the contribution Isur system can maximize the decision taken by the Higher Education Prog. By using this Isur system with questions and evaluation forms are submitted and given to the students and the other colleges. To assess the extent to which the campus has grown and how faculty performance in teaching students class, and can be used as a media Isur valid information for an assessment of activities throughout college.

To determine the quality of a student after going through the learnig process is to test the application on an ongoing basis in order to fix the quality of education. In the world of education universities that have implemented such Raharja learning methods iLearning. But the concept of exams are generally still using paper based which is not in accordanca with the current technological advances. Altenative handling this problem is to implement a campus based learning system of cumputer based iOU. With iOU based computer based students can work on the problems on a computer random exam questions, which also makes the students can work on the problems at the same time but each working on different. In this work there is also a matter of iOU starting adn ending time limit such questions. In the paper, identified al least 5 problems faced regarding the concept paper based exam, the definition of iOU based computer based., and the benefit of this concept iOU exam. The final result of this study can be used to provide improved quality of examinations in universities Raharja to always provide convenience in doing the exam students and faculty in the terms og giving value to students.

Along with the development of technology in building a website , usually in the PHP programming language , people tend to write the coding from scratch . It seems like Perguruan Tinggi Raharja website which has 4 ( four ) such problems in terms of appearance , contains , security and technology . Because the Perguruan Tinggi Raharja website is still under construction using conventional methods , which take a long time can eventually lead to problems such as complexity in the preparation of the program code . Where it can lead to the development of the website and the length of time it is difficult to perform more maintenance because the code of the compiled program does not have a good standard of application development . As a solution presented four (4 ) solution of the above problems is the infrastructure including a website , view websites , website content and dashboard system , this can be managed more easily by applying a PHP based frameworks like Yii Framework . Yii Framework is a framework that contains functions and classes using the MVC method contained therein . MVC is a method that separates the parts of a web application consists of a Model , View , and Controller . With the Yii Framework significant benefits obtained as easily perform all types of web application development because Yii is very light and comes with a caching solution that is satisfactory , and it is suitable for developing applications with high traffic . In terms of safety also has a pretty good level of security , including the prevention of cross- site scripting ( XSS ) , cross-site request forgery , and the prevention of attacks of cookies . With the construction of university websites using Yii Framework Prog expected to improve the performance of a website as a future spotlight Pribadi Raharja information .

College Marketing Division has Integram system that supports data management Prospective New Students and can only be accessed on campus. Therefore we need a system that can be used online. To support this necessary or membership management student called INT +. There are four problems in the system that is running INTEGRAM system . There are three objectives in this study. Researchers using the prototype as a research method . Data collection techniques used were observation to stakeholders in the marketing division . This study is limited to the process of getting the data presentation area in the form of name , email and telephone number Prospective New Student . GO + is the latest version of GO that are connected to the Internet can be accessed anywhere. In the implementation shown prototype GO+ with INT+ , so it can be concluded that GO + with INT+ to maximize the performance of Personil Marketing .

Di era globalisasi seperti sekarang ini, sistem informasi bukan hal yang asing lagi. Sistem informasi yang ada saat ini telah mendukung seluruh kegiatan organisasi maupun perusahaan dalam pengolahan data untuk menghasilkan informasi. Sistem informasi akan memberikan banyak manfaat jika memiliki database yang ‘sehat’. Definisi database yang ‘sehat’ adalah database memiliki tingkat keakuratan data yang tinggi. sebaliknya manfaatnya kurang dirasakan jika sistem informasi memiliki database yang ‘tidak sehat’ akibat dari data anomaly. Karena data anomaly mempengaruhi proses memasukkan, menghapus dan memodifikasi data dalam relations. Selain itu, database yang ‘tidak sehat’ karena dari kesalahan-kesalahan pada saat penginputan data karena perbedaan standar yang diterapkan. Belum adanya indikator yang dapat mendeteksi kesalahan-kesalahan data anomaly dan hal-hal yang tidak mungkin. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu metodologi yang disebut Database Health Monitoring (DHM) yang menggabungkan metode Database Self Monitoring (DSM) dan Server Health Indicator (SHI). DHM didefinisikan sebagai dashboard system yang menampilkan indikator sistem informasi dan indikator kapasitas penyimpanan data secara bersamaan, dengan DHM dapat mengantisipasi segala kemungkinan data anomaly dengan menggunakan teknik pengendalian mandiri untuk memperbaiki mutu sistem informasi dan pengendalian mandiri kapasitas penyimpanan. Pada artikel ini, diidentifikasikan masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam hal peningkatan mutu sebuah sistem informasi, didefinisikan 4 ciri khas dengan menggunakan metode DHM sebagai langkah pemecahan masalah, dan 7 manfaat dari penerapan konsep baru tersebut. Selain itu, ditampilkan listing program yang ditulis menggunakan Active Server Pages. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan metodologi DHM ini dapat menjadi sebuah evaluasi terkini dalam meningkatkan mutu informasi, serta mendukung seluruh kegiatan organisasi maupun perusahaan dengan lebih stabil, terkontrol dan termonitor lebih baik.

The development of information technology is increasingly rapidly and constantly changing year after year requires us to constantly innovate and make a creative work, as well as Higher Education Prog desperately need information systems that are relevant, accurate, fast, and efficient to support the sustainability of academic activity future. The author conducted research on SIS Information Systems in college Prog. The research method used was observation, library research and documentation. Development method used is the waterfall method. Based on the analysis conducted by the author and the problems encountered in the use of the SIS is still menggukan sweep sweep card card if the card is damaged / lost then the student can not use the SIS, the SIS is still accessing performed locally where the student must come in person to the SIS Box to take care of matters related to the students academic activity and as one of the alternative solutions, then be made to the proposed development of the SIS system itself. SIS+ software is a web-based information systems and made by Yii Framework using the PHP programming language. Database management system (DBMS) used in this software is MySQL. This information system will display the data that include academic values list data, student biographical data form and the form needed by the students, in addition, an information system is also expected to boost the quality and service to students.

Learning in Higher Education System is identical to a conventional manner. This is evident from the way the students in final report. In the process of guidance, the students are still accustomed to the draft report in the form of a printout of the Lecturer. Lecturer then perform correction on the draft report printed sheet, so if there are errors in the writing of the report, the student is required to revise and reprint subsequently submitted to the Lecturer for further corrected. This is very inefficient in the guidance process, due to the use of paper that is not a little, due to the printout draft report before and after the revision. Final report guidance process is the same as running in Raharja University. Then to support that learning systems can make it easier for students and the Lecturer is to utilize RinfoDocs as a medium to support the process guidance Final report. RinfoDocs is one feature in RinfoDrive provided by Rinfo. While Rinfo is a platform using Google’s Gmail service provided exclusively by the Pribadi Raharja (Civitas Academic). Because using the Google email platform. With the RinfoDocs learning process can be done online because it can be done anywhere and anytime. Through the use of RinfoDocs expected to facilitate the process of drafting the final report guidance on the college.
