Abstract

Manufacturing companies, especially the food and beverage subsector, play an important role in national economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of sales volume, production costs, marketing costs, and administrative and general costs on the net profit of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2022–2024. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods, this study involved 27 companies selected through purposive sampling techniques, resulting in 81 observation data over three years. Data were obtained from the company's annual financial reports through the website [www.idx.co.id](http://www.idx.co.id) and processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that partially, production costs, marketing costs, and administrative and general costs have a significant effect on net profit, while sales volume does not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, these four variables have a significant effect on net profit. This finding confirms that cost management efficiency plays a greater role in increasing net profit than increasing sales volume.

Abstract

This study addresses the issue of inadequate financial reporting by Regional Government Organizations (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah/OPD) in Nganjuk, where financial statements are expected to meet user needs in fulfilling transparency and accountability requirements. The research investigates the influence of four key factors—accounting standards, information systems, internal controls, and the competence of human resources—on the quality of financial statements. Furthermore, it examines the moderating role of organizational commitment in strengthening or weakening the relationships between these factors and financial reporting quality. The study adopts a quantitative research design, with data collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 53 OPD offices, involving 212 randomly selected respondents. Data were analyzed using classical assumption tests to ensure validity and reliability, followed by Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) employing SPSS software. The findings reveal that information systems, internal controls, and competent human resources have a significant positive effect on the quality of financial reports. In contrast, accounting standards show no significant direct impact. Moreover, organizational commitment plays a moderating role in enhancing the positive effects of information systems, internal controls, and human resource competence on report quality. However, it does not moderate the relationship between accounting standards and financial reporting quality. These results highlight the importance of both technical and human resource aspects in improving financial statement quality within OPDs. While adequate systems and controls are crucial, the study underscores that the presence of strong organizational commitment is a determining factor in maximizing their effectiveness. The research suggests that efforts to improve financial reporting should not only focus on compliance with standards but also on strengthening commitment, training, and the integration of information systems and internal control mechanisms

Abstract

The Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) changes in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2023, which reflect shifts in dividend policy, are what spurred this study. Dividend policy is important since it helps to win over investors. Nonetheless, management frequently has to decide whether to pay dividends or keep profits for investments. Finding out how management ownership, profitability, leverage, and business size affect dividend policy in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is the aim of this study. This study is classified as a quantitative causality study. 50 food and beverage firms made up the sample, which was selected using a purposive sampling technique. The SPSS version 25 multiple linear regression software was used to examine these data. This study demonstrates that the dividend policy of companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is influenced, in part, by management ownership, profitability, leverage, and company size. Conversely, the dividend policy of companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is influenced by management ownership, profitability, leverage, and company size.

Abstract

The high density of maritime traffic in Indonesian waters, particularly in the Lombok Strait and Nusa Penida region, increases the risk of ship collisions, especially among vessels lacking adequate navigation systems. This study presents the development of a web-based system for real-time ship monitoring and collision risk assessment using Automatic Identification System (AIS) data. The system integrates a backend powered by FastAPI and MongoDB with a frontend built using React JS. AIS data is collected from a base station and processed to detect ship encounters using the DBSCAN clustering algorithm combined with Haversine distance to identify encounter detection. The risk assessment applies the Collision Risk Index (CRI) method by calculating DCPA (Distance to Closest Point of Approach) and TCPA (Time to Closest Point of Approach), allowing for graded risk categorization. Real-time risk notifications are delivered via WebSocket, and the interface includes interactive maps, ship detail views, and maritime weather information from the BMKG API. The system achieved high responsiveness, with an average detection time of 0.0075 seconds per ship and an end-to-end response time of approximately 61 milliseconds. Functional and usability tests show that the system effectively supports early detection of collision risks and improves maritime situational awareness. The proposed solution is scalable and applicable for maritime safety monitoring in busy sea routes, contributing to safer navigation and proactive decision-making.

Abstract

Waste is one of the main factors causing environmental problems that are still ongoing today. The imbalance between the volume of waste production and its management capacity causes waste accumulation. The presence of waste banks provides an alternative solution for the community in an effort to reduce this accumulation, namely by managing waste that previously had no use value into goods that have economic value. This study aims to examine the extent to which the role of Mojorejo Asri Waste Bank in improving the economic welfare of the community, in terms of Islamic Economics. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method, with the utilization of primary and secondary data obtained through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation of direct sources. The results showed that the existence of Mojorejo Asri Waste Bank contributed to helping fulfill the economic needs of the community, although this contribution has not been able to cover all needs as a whole. The waste management mechanism is carried out through the participation of the community who collect waste and submit it directly to the waste bank or through officers who make pick-ups. From an Islamic perspective, the buying and selling practices carried out by waste banks are considered valid or permissible. In addition, the principles applied in waste bank operations are in line with the concept of human responsibility as khalifah on earth.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of PADes, ADD, and DD on village expenditures in Purwoasri District from 2020 to 2024. A quantitative approach with a causal type was used in this research. Data were gathered from the Village Budget (APBDes) realization reports of ten selected villages, using the Probability Sampling technique. The analysis employed multiple linear regression, testing classical assumptions such as normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. The study's findings indicate that, individually, Village-Generated Revenue (PADes), Village Fund Allocation (ADD), and Village Funds (DD) significantly influence village expenditures. When considered together, these three independent variables also have a significant impact on village expenditures. These results highlight that PADes, ADD, and DD are crucial in determining the direction and magnitude of village expenditures. By effectively managing these resources, villages can better allocate funds and ensure the sustainability of financial management. The study concludes that these revenue sources play a vital role in shaping village financial planning, supporting development projects, and improving public services. It also suggests that the district government should continue enhancing its financial management practices to further optimize the use of these funds for village development.

Abstract

Low teacher commitment remains a major challenge in educational management, affecting the consistency of instructional quality and institutional stability. This research aimed to formulate a strategy to strengthen teachers’ institutional attachment by integrating local wisdom and organizational support. The study employed the Modeling and Optimization of Management Resource Strengthening (POP-HR) approach combined with SITOREM analysis to identify key variables and prioritize improvement indicators. Data were collected through a multistage random sampling of 120 foundation-based teachers using standardized questionnaires measuring transformational leadership, career development, and local wisdom values of silih asih (mutual care) and silih asuh (mutual guidance). The results of path analysis showed that transformational leadership and career development had significant direct and indirect effects on teacher loyalty, mediated by cultural values. SITOREM findings revealed several weak indicators such as equality, motivation, and training opportunities that require targeted improvement. Strengthening leadership practices, supporting career growth, and internalizing local cultural values were found to be effective strategies to enhance teacher engagement and dedication. The findings provide a framework for developing culturally grounded strategies in education management to strengthen teacher engagement

Abstract

This research aims to apply tax management for tax efficiency and reliable tax data. In this research, the method used is Applied Research. The data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The results of this study show that PT X is a taxpayer who complies with taxation; this can be seen from tax administration or compliance tax, where tax payments and reporting are made before maturity. The company has complete accounting records, audited financial statements, and proof of transactions that are neatly arranged and sequentially numbered. The tax management strategies applied are making tax equalization working papers in the Periodic Tax Return VAT with the Corporate Income Tax Return, making working papers reconciling income tax withholding and collection with the Corporate Income Tax Return, improving accounting records separated between service costs and material costs to avoid the imposition of higher taxes, changing the PPh 21 tax burden borne to be supported and avoiding expenses that cannot be deducted according to tax regulations. From this application, PT X can avoid administrative sanctions and save taxes. This research is a development of previous research on tax management applied in the form of administration and compliance, tax planning, tax control, and Other Tax Matters.

Abstract

Warga Bodeh Amberkawang Gamping Sleman memiliki kebiasaan membakar sampah untuk membersihkan lingkungan. Aktivitas ini sangat mengganggu, karena udara menjadi kotor dan sisa pembakaran juga terkadang berserakan kembali. Bank sampah diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi persoalan lingkungan. Kegiatan ini dapat memberikan nilai ekonomis yang pada akhirnya dapat menambah pendapatan rumah tangga. Selama ini di Bodeh Ambarketawang Gamping Sleman belum ada Bank sampah, diharapkan dengan ruang lingkup yang kecil terlebih dahulu yaitu melalui dasawisma akan lebih mudah mengelola dan mengendalikan. Apabila kegiatan ini dapat berjalan baik, diharapkan dapat dijadikan sebagai percontohan dan pada akhirnya akan merambah ke ruang lingkup yang lebih luas. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan pertama dengan ceramah yaitu dengan memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan dan mengumpulkan serta melakukan pemilahan sampah agar memberikan nilai ekonomis bagi peserta. Kedua, memberikan pendampingan kepada warga dalam memilah dan mengumpulkan sampah. Ketiga, mengundang pengepul untuk menimbang dan membeli sampah tersebut. Uang yang diperoleh dari hasil penjualan akan dikumpulkan sebagai tabungan masing-masing anggota dasawisma. Program PKM ini merupakan program permulaan, sehingga target utama tercapai yaitu dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan terbentuknya komunitas bank sampah di dasawisma melati II Bodeh Ambarketawang Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Permintaan dan kebutuhan terhadap layanan jaringan yang lebih cendrung ke arah layanan data yang cepat dan bergerak, maka mendorong diperlukannya penerapan teknologi 5G. Teknologi 5G belum diimplementasikan di Indonesia. Sehingga pada penelitian ini dilakukan perencanaan jaringan 5G menggunakan sistem 5G dengan frekuensi 869 MHz di Kota Denpasar memanfaatkan menara rooftop. Menara rooftop digunakan untuk menghemat ruang, lahan yang sifatnya terbatas, dan nilai estetika. Untuk itu lokasi menara ditempatkan pada bangunan yang bernama balai banjar. Ketinggian menara menyesuaikan dengan jumlah lantai dari balai banjar. Apabila balai banjar memiliki 1, 2, dan 3 lantai maka ketinggian menara juga menyesuaikan. Ketinggian menara secara berturut-turut adalah 13, 18 dan 22 meter. Pada perencanaan coverage menggunakan model propagasi rugi-rugi lintasan dengan pengaruh shadowing. Model propagasi ini digunakan dengan pertimbangan penggunaan frekuensi yang fleksibel dan kota Denpasar merupakan daerah urban. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemetaan lokasi menara rooftop dan coverage jaringan 5G di Kota Denpasar. Sehingga hasilnya dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam perencanaan jaringan 5G yang menggunakan menara rooftop. Perencanaan jaringan 5G dilakukan melalui menghitung jari-jari sel dengan model propagasi rugi-rugi lintasan dengan pengaruh shadowing, menghitung coverage, menghitung jumlah lokasi menara rooftop, dan pemetaan pada google earth. Hasil analisis adalah jari-jari yang dihasilkan adalah 70,4479 m dengan luas coverage 0,0129 km2. Jumlah menara rooftop yang diperlukan adalah 366 ditempatkan di balai banjar dan 11.550 ditempatkan di luar balai banjar. Sehingga pemanfaatan lokasi balai banjar sebagai lahan lokasi menara rooftop adalah sebesar 3,07% dan di luar balai banjar sebesar 96,93%. AbstractThe demand for and the need for network services that are more inclined towards fast and mobile data services, encourages the need for the application of 5G technology. 5G technology has not been implemented in Indonesia. So that in this study, a 5G network planning was carried out using a 5G system with a frequency of 869 MHz in Denpasar City using a rooftop tower. Rooftop towers are used to save space, limited land, and aesthetic value. For this reason, the location of the tower is placed in a building called the balai banjar. The height of the tower adjusts to the number of floors of the balai banjar. If the balai banjar has 1, 2, and 3 floors, the tower height will also adjust. The tower heights are 13, 18 and 22 meters, respectively. In coverage planning using the path loss propagation model with shadowing effect. This propagation model is used considering the use of flexible frequencies and the city of Denpasar is an urban area. The purpose of this study is to determine the mapping of the rooftop tower location and 5G network coverage in Denpasar City. So that the results can be taken into consideration in planning a 5G network that uses a rooftop tower. Planning for the 5G network is done by calculating the cell radius with the path loss propagation model with the shadowing effect, calculating coverage, calculating the number of rooftop tower locations, and mapping on Google Earth. The result of the analysis is that the resulting radius is 70.4479 m with a coverage area of 0.0129 km2. The required number of rooftop towers is 366 placed in the balai banjar and 11,550 placed outside the balai banjar. So that the use of the balai banjar location as a rooftop tower location is 3.07% and outside the balai banjar is 96.93%.
