Abstract

Background Problems: Motivation and academic learning time are the most important factors for students to achieve their learning goals. Research Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of the TGfU learning model on students' motivation and academic learning time (ALT). Methods: This type of research used the experimental method by using a control class and an experimental class, with research design using a randomised control group pre-test and post-test. The population of this study consisted of vocational high school students who took physical education subjects. The sample was randomly selected with a total of 68 students from 2 classes, with 34 students per class. The experimental (treatment) class used the TGfU learning model with student-centred approaches, strategies, and games. Meanwhile, the control class used the cooperative model, and the approach used was the student-centred approach. The research instruments were pre-test and post-test questionnaire instruments to measure students' learning motivation and systematic observation through duration recording techniques using observation sheets by paying attention to four categories of activities in physical education learning, namely management (M), learning activities (A), instructional (I), and waiting (W). The pre-test and post-test data analysis techniques were analysed using a homogeneity test, a normality test, and a Mann-Whitney test using SPSS version 25. Finding/Result: This study showed significant differences between the control and experimental classes in learning motivation, particularly in intrinsic motivation, identified regulation, and amotivation, with the TGfU approach exerting a significant effect. However, there was no significant difference between the Introjected Regulation and External Regulation categories. In addition, TGfU also improved academic learning time (ALT) and engagement in learning activities (A), but the control class was superior in waiting (W). Conclusion: These findings suggest that TGfU encourages students' active participation and extends overall learning time. Future research could investigate this by using in-depth interviews to elaborate on the factors underlying motivation and student participation through the implementation of TGfU models.

Abstract

Salah satu desa penghasil bawang merah terbaik di Kabupaten Malang adalah Desa Purworejo yang mayoritas penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan penghasil susu perah. Sebagian luas lahan, ditanami salah satu produk unggulan dari desa ini yaitu Bawang Merah. Desa ini mampu memenuhi sektor permintaan konsumen bawang merah yang sangat tinggi karena hasil panen bawang merah yang baik. Observasi yang dilakukan kepada kepala kelompok tani menyebutkan bahwa masyarakat masih belum bisa mengoptimalkan harga jual bawang merah pasca panen, dikarenakan kurangnya faktor sumber daya masyarakat setempat mengenai perkembangan teknologi, seperti digital marketing. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menambah pengetahuan mengenai optimalisasi harga jual bawang merah saat panen melalui digitalisasi media sosial dan website di Desa Purworejo. Harapannya, sosialisasi ini dapat memberikan pemahaman baru mengenai teknologi modern khususnya promosi jual beli online menggunakan website. Serangkaian Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Pada metode ceramah dilakukan dengan kegiatan sosialisasi berupa penyampaian materi dan pelatihan. Sedangkan metode diskusi digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman masyarakat mengenai penyampaian materi digitalisasi website. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatnya pemahaman serta pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai penjualan bawang merah pasca panen secara online dengan memanfaatkan digitalisasi website.

Abstract

Amiodarone adalah obat antiaritmia yang digunakan dalam pengobatan aritmia jantung. Karena waktu paruh yang panjang, struktur lipofilik, dan akumulasi dalam jaringan tiroid, hati, paru-paru, kornea dan kulit, dapat menyebabkan banyak efek samping. Gagal hati akut adalah komplikasi yang jarang terjadi setelah pemberian amiodaron. Beberapa lusin kasus gagal hati akut setelah pemberian amiodarone telah dijelaskan. Mekanismenya belum diketahui secara jelas. Rekomendasi untuk pengelolaan penyakit ini belum ditetapkan. Namun, prognosisnya serius karena angka kematian yang tinggi telah diamati. Mengetahui angka kejadian pasien yang mengkonsumsi Amiodaron sebagai obat antiaritmia dan mengalami efek samping hepatotoksisitas. Pada 26 artikel yang telah dianalisis penulis, menyatakan bahwa penggunaan amiodaron menunjukkan adanya kerusakan hati dengan peningkatan kadar aminotransferase. Penggunaan amiodarone intravena lebih beresiko dibandingkan amiodarone oral, namun penggunaan secara oral perlu dilakukan monitoring fungsi hati secara berkala. Penanganan lainnya, pasien dapat beralih ke obat antiaritmia lainnya. Amiodaron merupakan obat antiaritmia yang memiliki resiko hepatotoksik dengan terjadinya peningkatan kadar aminotransferase, sehingga penggunaanya dapat digantikan dengan penggunaan beta-blocker, digoxin dan non-dihydropyridine calcium channel antagonists.

Abstract

COVID-19 telah menjadi perhatian dunia karena jumlah kematian yang terus meningkat. Pencarian pengobatan yang efisien masih terus dilakukan hingga saat ini. Respon kompleks dan multifaktorial ini memerlukan pendekatan terapeutik yang komprehensif, memungkinkan integrasi dan penyempurnaan respons terapeutik dari senyawa tunggal tertentu yang memiliki beberapa potensi aksi. Untuk itu ulasan studi ini bertujuan untuk memahami struktur serta pemahaman berbagai peran curcumin sebagai potensi terapi penderita COVID-19. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa curcumin memiliki potensi sebagai anti viral, dan memiliki potensi pada terapi post COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, curcumin dapat menjadi pilihan terapi potensial untuk pasien COVID-19 dan studi ini juga menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan lebih banyak penelitian dan pengembangan klinis untuk menyiapkan obat baru untuk COVID-19.

Abstract

Sports event management is very important to support the successful implementation of sporting events. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of the 2022 POMNAS XVII badminton competition in Padang, West Sumatra. The population of this study was badminton athletes with a total of 169 consisting of 95 boys and 74 girls. The sampling technique in this study used incidental sampling with a population of 63 athletes. Data collection techniques in this study used closed questionnaires. Data analysis used is descriptive quantitative analysis in which the data processing is presented in percentages. The results of the data analysis show that the percentage of services in the field of competition is 71.59%, services in the health/medical sector are 74.60%, services in the security sector are 71.74%. The results of this study indicate that the average service in this study is included in the good category but needs to be improved for several aspects of the field service.

Abstract

Forest health is very important in the whole world, when global issues such as air pollution, acid rain, forest fires, quality and quantity of water, and global climate change has affected the realization of a sustainable forest. Achievement of forest preservation in a forest ecosystem, criteria and indicators have been widely formulated. Therefore, carbon analysis is significantly needed to figure the indicator of forest health. The aim of the research was to analyze the carbon as a forest health indicator in Protection Forest, Reg. 25. The data were collected through cluster plot based on Forest Health Monitoring (FHM) method. The calculus of the amount of stored biomass within the tree was referring to Ketterings, et al, (2001) is W = 0,11 x ρ x D2,62, mean while under growth and litter biomass are gained from total dry weight. Carbon sink is based on conversion number; 0,5 out of total biomass number. The average of carbon stored in Protection Forest Reg. 25 is about 939,12 ton/ha. Carbon within the stands are contributed the most; 937, 43 ton/ha, litter carbon about 1,06 ton C/ha and undergrowth carbon is about 0,63 ton C/ha. Based on the analysis, carbon can be a health indicator of Protection Forest Register 25 with the category of ugly, moderate, and good. Cluster plots 1 and 2 included good category (1,232.75 ton C/ha -- 1744.13 ton C/ha). As for cluster plots 3 and 4 included ugly category (209.97 ton C/ha -- 721.35 ton C/ha).

Abstract

This study aims to develop and determine the validity level of the student guidebook for Physical Education learning with the flipped classroom model of volleyball overhead pass material class XI MAN 1 Malang. The type of research used is research and development by adapting the ADDIE development model by Branch, which consists of 5 stages of development include Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data collection instruments using questionnaires. The research subjects were 48 students and 2 physical education teachers at MAN 1 Malang. The Student Handbook has been validated by media experts, learning experts, and material experts. The results of the large group trial showed a percentage value of 93%. This student guidebook product can be concluded to be valid and suitable for use in physical education learning at MAN 1 Malang. With this student guidebook, it is hoped that it can provide convenience for grade XI students at MAN 1 Malang in carrying out learning volleyball overhead passing using the flipped classroom model.

Abstract

Poor levels of physical activity, cognitive ability, and social interaction are demonstrated in autistic children. These learning barriers in the school environment must be explicitly managed, including in terms of designing objectives, materials, methods, tools, and evaluations to achieve the actual learning objectives. Due to the complex learning barriers in autistic children, conventional learning must be collaborated with assistive technology. Based on these problems, this research aims to develop a drag-and-drop game application equipped with basic motion animation instructions. The research and development method uses the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages. The effectiveness test is carried out with a one-group pretest-posttest design, with treatment for three days and a duration of 105 minutes. With the results of the research based on the results of this overall trial, a score of 81.1% was obtained, which, when viewed from the classification table of product effectiveness scores, was included in the category of very valid for use in learning. The effectiveness test obtained a Sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 means Hₐ is accepted and has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. This development concludes that although the development results can be used well, teachers' ability to manage classrooms remains dominant in maintaining and regulating the learning focus of children with autism. Therefore, further research can develop and collaborate between assistive technology and learning models for physical education that can be applied and adapted to both group and individual physical activities for autistic children.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the SAQ training program on increasing the agility of PB badminton athletes. Bendo Sport aged 13-15 years. The athlete sampling technique used was a total sampling of 15 male athletes. The research instrument that researchers used in this study was the Illinois Agility Test. The research method used by researchers is one group pretest-post test design. The results of calculating the data from the pretest and posttest obtained the following results, the mean pretest was 17.44 ± 0.59 and the post test was 16.34 ± 0.52. In subsequent calculations, a significance value of <0.001 was obtained. It could be concluded that there were differences before training and after training.

Abstract

The point machine is very important for changes in the direction of the train, which affects the service and safety of the train. Checking the T84M point machine manually is time consuming and human error prone. Maintenance includes checking gears, current, and motor voltage. Gear damage and currents and voltages exceeding tolerance limits cause performance problems in point machines. This study aims to create an innovative prototype for early fault detection and easier maintenance. Gear vibration data processed using the ADXL345 sensor with the FFT method shows a significant difference. Normal gears have amplitude <1066 m/s², wear ≥1066 m/s², broken gears have ≥1960 m/s². Testing of the PZEM-004T sensor was satisfactory, with a current error of 0.01% and a voltage error of 0.004%. This sensor is suitable for monitoring the motor output current and voltage. Sensor readings during monitoring of motor current and voltage reveal patterns during operation. ABSTRAK Penggerak wesel memiliki peran vital dalam mengubah arah pergerakan kereta api yang berdampak langsung pada infrastruktur perkeretaapian, layanan, dan keselamatan. Saat ini, pemeriksaan manual penggerak wesel T84M memerlukan waktu lama dan berisiko terjadi kesalahan manusia. Pemeliharaannya melibatkan pengecekan roda gigi, arus, dan tegangan motor. Kerusakan pada roda gigi, lonjakan arus, dan tegangan di luar batas toleransi menjadi awal masalah dalam kinerja penggerak wesel. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan prototipe inovatif untuk deteksi awal gangguan dan pemeliharaan yang lebih mudah. Data getaran dari roda gigi diolah menggunakan sensor ADXL345 dengan metode FFT, menghasilkan perbedaan yang signifikan. Roda gigi normal memiliki amplitudo <1066m/s², sedangkan keausan ≥1066m/s², dan gigi yang patah ≥1960m/s². Pengujian sensor PZEM-004T cukup andal, dengan rata-rata kesalahan arus 0,01% dan kesalahan tegangan 0,004%, menjadikannya cocok untuk memantau arus dan tegangan pada motor wesel. Pembacaan sensor saat memonitor motor wesel mengungkap pola arus dan tegangan yang muncul selama operasi motor.
