Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of using Bermain Jawaban learning method toward social students motivation in learning PPKn at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the effect of of using Bermain Jawaban learning method toward students’ motivation in learning PPKn at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru.This research was a quantitative descriptive study that was experimental.Population in this study were social students of class X IPS SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru. The sample in this research was taken based on "Multi Stage Random Sampling" technique. Where the class taken into the sample was the students of class X IPS 2 (experimental class) who were given the Bermain Jawaban learning method, and class X IPS 1 (control class).Taken randomly were students who were given the conventional method. Then data analysis by using homogeneity test and "t" test. Based on the result of research indicated that there wasan effect of learning motivation between student who using Bermain Jawaban learning method and conventional method in SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru (>).Where there was an average increase toward motivation in learning PPKn of experimental class  from 22,8 to 24,9 and the average of PPKn learning motivation of control class from 16,3 to 20,6. Thus the hypothesis which reads that there is an effect of using Bermain Jawaban learning method toward learning motivation of PPKn student at SMA Negeri 9 Pekanbaru, can be accepted. Key Words : Effect, Bermain Jawaban, Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of cooperative learning model Picture and picture to increase learning motivation IPS students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan. The number of students in this study as many as 20 people. Research conducted in the second half of the 2015/2016 school year in February 2016. Variable measured in this study are the activities of teachers and students with the implementation of cooperative learning model Picture and picture and student motivation. The data collection is done by using observation sheet. These results indicate that the activity of teachers in the application of cooperative learning model Picture and picture in the first cycle of activity Percentage of teachers reached 64.26%. While in the second cycle increased with the percentage of 89.29% both categories all.The activity of the student in the first cycle the percentage of 51.43% on the classification of sufficient whereas in the second cycle student activity increased with increasing percentage of 91.43% with a good classification. The level of student motivation in the first cycle of scores obtained 51.25% is the percentage of students with a good classification. After the second cycle increased with the percentage of 77.72% with a good classification. Based on the results of this study concluded that the implementation of cooperative learning model Picture and picture can increase motivation to learn social science students of class VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Simpang Kanan district. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the facilities / infrastructure and commitment effect significant on job satisfaction at PT. Arara Abadi Sinarmas Forestry. The population in this research is all employees at PT Arara Abadi part of planting seeds as many as 160 people with 114 people who research sample is determined by simple randong sampling. Data collected in this study used questionnaire about the facilities / infrastructure, commitment, and job satisfaction are distributed to respondents. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. In descriptive, facilities / infrastructure available inside including adequate category (80,7%), commitment to high category (89,5%), and job satisfaction to high category (72,2%). The result showed that facilities / infrastructure and commitment have a significant on the job satisfaction. Judging from the value (Rsquare) abtained a value of 0,096. The results prove that the meaning of the influance of facilities / infrastructure, commitment on job satisfaction is 9,6%. The regression equation Y=27,455+0,222X1+0,209X2.Key Words: Job Satisfaction. Facilities / infrastructure, commitment

Abstract

ABSTRACT:The background problem of this research was because of there is difference between Malay ethnic students and Chinese ethnic students toward the implementation of patriotism characteristic in SMAS Maha Bodhi Karimun Regency. In this research, the formulation of the problem was come from the idea that there is the difference in implementing the patriotism characteristic between Malay ethnic students and Chinese ethnic students of SMAS Maha Bodhi Karimun Regency. Furthermore, the aimed of this research was to find out the difference in implementing the patriotism characteristic between Malay ethnic and Chinese ethnic students. The participants of this research were 7 students who come from Malay ethnic and 52 students of Chinese ethnic. This research used an instrument which content of 27 questions. This research was analyzed using “t” test. This finding research was found that the students from Malay ethnic got the average score about 71,29 % while the students from Chinese ethnic got the average score about 68,56 %. From this finding, we can conclude that there is no significant difference between Malay ethnic and Chinese ethnic students in implementing the patriotism characteristic of SMAS Maha Bodhi Karimun Regency. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of teaching competence of teachers and learning facilities to the results for students at SMAN 7 Bintan Bintan village numbing Coastal District of Bintan regency. This research was conducted at SMAN 7 Bintan from May 2015 through June 2015. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. A population of 53 students and 47 students sampled. Data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale for the independent variables: teaching competencies of teachers (X1) and learning facilities (X2). The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that the teaching competence of teachers and learning facilities simultaneously affect the students' learning outcomes. This is based on the results of analyzes, calculations show F count> F table (10.313> 3.195). While partially teaching competence of teachers and learning facilities affect the learning outcomes of students of class X and XI IPS SMAN 7 Bintan. This is evidenced by the t test, teachers' teaching competence variables obtained t 2,790 with a value ttabel1.679 and learning facilities obtained t 2,059 with a value ttabel1.679. So it can be concluded that the teaching competence of teachers and learning facilities effect on student learning outcomes with a contribution of 31.9% and the remaining 68.1% is influenced by other factors not examined as school environmental factors, community factors, physical factors, and psychological factors.Keywords: influence, competence level of teaching teachers, facilities, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: Education is a main factor in shaping the good of the human person. Education is gained not only in schools but all factors can be used as a source of education. Especially the environment that plays a role or influence on student learning outcomes. With the development of the times, technology is growing rapidly. The world of education today has also begun to integrate technology in various aspects including in learning. Education policy is directed to the use of technology so as to prepare human resources capable of facing global challenges. The purpose of this research is to knowing the effect of utilization of information technology on student learning outcomes in Economics lesson SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were students of class X IIS SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru as many as 156 people, and who became the sample are 61 people. Data measurement using questionnaire. Analysis of data used is simple linier regression. The result of the research based on simple linear regression showed that the utilization of information technology had an effect on the student learning outcomes of class X IIS SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. This can be seen from constanta value (a) of 70,833 and regression coefficient (b) 0,269 with regression equation 70,833 + 0,269 . Seen from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained a value of 0,504. This is means that the contribution of the use of information technology to student learning outcomes of 50.4%Keywords: Utilization of Information Technology, Student Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstrack:the research aimed to discover financial development of KPRI Teachers “Ikhlas”Kuok for the years2012-2016 using analiysis of liquidity, solvency and rentability. Where the research was conducted in the environment KPRI Teachers “Ikhlas” Kuok. The data collection techniques that used were documentatio and interview techniques. The data analysis techniques that used were liquidity, solvency and rentability calculation ratio and trend analysis.The results showed that: the liquidity rate as indicated by the current ratio is ina bad category. The solvency rate as indicated by the total debt to aset and total debt to equity ratio is in a good category. The protability rateas indicated by the retur on aset and retur on equity is in bad category whereas net profit margin is in less than good category. Abstract: The background of this research as a result of their undisciplined students with violating school rules. In this case the school must devise an effective rules against the student discipline code. regulations in education should not contain elements of violence because it can be bad for the development of students. One form of rule that is in use at the school is a point system. According Sceafer (In Yusransyah: 2013) points system is pretty good punishment applied in schools, because this penalty is objective, not using physical violence, enacted as soon as possible and the punishment must be clear and bright. Penalty points also involve the parents so they can help school monitor and awareness to students who commit violations. This study aims to determine whether there Influence Points System Implementation Rules Against Student Disciplinary Character at SMPN 1 Bantan Bengkalis. The population in this study were all students at SMPN 1 Bantan Bengkalis. The sample is determined by using purposive sampling of students who earn as many points as 34 people. Instrument data collection is a questionnaire consisting of 38 questions about the disciplinary character students before and after getting points. Data were analyzed using t-test. hypothesis "There Influence Points System Rules Against Discipline Character SMPN 1 Bantan Bengkalis” acceptable. This is evidenced by a series of t-test to compare the character of discipline for students before and after getting points. From the calculation results obtained t t0 = -8.73 and t table or t = 2.03 = 8.73> 2:03. Due to larger than than t then Ho is rejected.Keywords: Point System Rules, Discipline Characters

Abstract

Abstrack: The objectives of this research were to know the effect of entrepreneurship education student of economic education FKIP Riau University. The population of this research was the student of economic education FKIP Riau University force as 2013, 2014, and 2015 amount 253 people and the sample amount 37 people. The collected data used questionnaire and interviews. Data analysis of this research used simple linier regression. Research result based on simple linier regression showed that entrepreneursihip education influence on entrepreneurship activity student of economic education student force as 2013, 2014, and 2015 in FKIP Riau University, this can be seen from a constant value (a) of 19,452 and the value coefisien regression (b) of 1,077 with a regresiion equation 19,452 + 1,077. According the calculation of R (R squer change) obtained a value of 0,159. It means that the contribution of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship activity by 15,9%. Based on the results of research, suggestions or recommendations from researchers is that students should be able to maintain their entrepreneurial skills as a supporting factor in maintaining the entrepreneurial activities they have in order to facilitate the achievement of the goals they want to achieve and encourage business success in the future.Key Word :Entrepreneurship Education, Entrepreneurship Activity

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is a positive and significant influence of exemplary economics teachers on the discipline of class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru as many as 87 students, thus taking the overall sample of the population, namely 87 students. Testing data using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the exemplary economy teachers on the discipline of class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru with an influence contribution of 10.3% while the remaining 89.7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.Key Words: Student Discipline, Teacher Exemplary
