Abstract

The distribution of drugs, especially over-the-counter drugs and restricted over-the-counter drugs, currently seems not to be properly controlled as there is a discrepancy between regulations and techniques in monitoring the distribution of them on non-pharmaceutical facilities. In response to this, the Government made changes by issuing Law Number 17 of 2023 about Health replacing Law Number 36 of 2009. This research aims to confirm that with the publication of Law Number 17 of 2023 about Health, there are regulations that explicitly regulate the procedures for implementing pharmaceutical practice. The results of this research show that although it is not perfect, the government has fulfilled its obligation to protect the public in terms of drug distribution.

Abstract

Zeolit Lynde Type-A (LTA) merupakan zeolit sintesis yang bergunasebagai adsorben, katalis, membran, penukar ion, dan molecular sieve. Memiliki kemampuan dehidrasi yang tinggi sehingga digunakan untuk dehidrasi air dalam campuran etanol-air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh zeolit LTA sintesis dari variasi rasio SiO2/Al2O3 terbaik agar diperoleh persen kristalinitas yang tinggi sehingga didapatkan etanol yang sesuai dengan FGE (Fuel Grade Ethanol), yaitu kemurnian mencapai >99%. Variasi rasio SiO2/Al2O3 pada penelitian ini adalah 1; 1,2; 1,4 dan 1,8 mol/mol. Sumber silika dan alumina yang digunakan berasal dari Zeolit Alam Lampung (ZAL). Tahapan sintesis dilakukan pada sebuah water bath dengan metode step change temperature pada 90oC selama 1,5 jam dan 95oC selama 2,5 jam. Berdasarkan analisis XRD didapatkan persen kristalinitas tertinggi pada rasio SiO2/Al2O3 1,8 mol/mol sebesar 71,39 %. Hasil analisis FTIR terdapat ciri khas zeolit LTA yaitu adanya double rings pada bilangan gelombang 500-650 cm-1. Hasil analisis BET didapatkan zeolit LTA berukuran mesopori dan tergolong dalam loop histerisis tipe H3. Dari hasil uji dehidrasi adsorptif etanol-air diperoleh kemurnian etanol tertinggi pada rasio SiO2/Al2O3 1,8 mol/mol sebesar 99,56 %. Pola isoterm adsorpsi air mengikuti model isoterm Langmuir dengan nilai R2 = 0,995, kapasitas adsorpsi qm= 0,8217 mg air/g adsorben dan intensitas adsorpsi Ka = 0,0231. Kinetika adsorpsi air oleh zeolit LTA sintetis sesuai dengan model kinetika adsorpsi pseudo orde 2 dengan nilai tetapan laju reaksi sebesar 0,3065 g/(min-mg) dan nilai qe sebesar 0,2695 g air/g adsorben.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sudut pandang guru, siswa, dan orangtua tentang pekerjaan rumah dalam pembelajaran tematik secara online Learning pada siswa jenjang sekolah dasar. Hal ini dibuktikan dalam berbagai skala seperti jenis, frekuensi, mata pelajaran dan fungsi pekerjaan rumah. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif, dan metode penelitiannya desain studi kasus. Sampel data diambil dari siswa, guru, dan orangtua dari pada jenjang sekolah dasar, yang berada di wilayah Anyer, Tangerang Selatan, Jakarta Utara, serta Sukabumi. dengan populasi kelas 1-6 untuk seluruh kelas di sekolah dasar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Google formulir dan wawancara semi terstruktur, kemudian diolah dengan metode analisis isi. Temuan penelitian ini dirilis bahwa meskipun sebagian besar guru, siswa dan orangtua mengatakan pekerjaan rumah meningkatkan keberhasilan akademik, faktanya melihat lebih dekat tanggapan mereka terhadap pertanyaan wawancara yang berbeda menggambarkan beberapa respon kelompok peserta lain juga memiliki beberapa pendapat negatif tentang pekerjaan rumah disekolah dasar. Namun Pengaruh keberhasilan dari penelitian ini sangat didukung oleh guru maupun orangtua, karena bisa membentuk karakter sikap anak di tengah pembelajaran online learning seperti ini akibat pandemi. Implikasi kedepan, diharapkan mampu membawa perubahan besar yang berdampak positif terhadap penerapan pekerjaan rumah dalam membantu meningkatkan hasil belajar atau prestasi akademik siswa di sekolah

Abstract

ABSTRACTSidoharjo village, in Jambon is one of villages in Ponorogo Regency, called as ‘Kampong Idiot’, since there are many villagers having mental retardation. They also have many disabilities, as a matter of fact they can survive and live quite longer. It certainly happens in accordance with the local wisdom of other villagers, the normal people who live in their surrounding. The research, therefore, aims to analyze and describe local wisdom of the community “Kampung Idiot” Sidoharjo Jambon Ponorogo in handling mental retardation people of Kampung Idiot in Sidoharjo village, Jambon district, Ponorogo regency. The research used descriptive-qualitative. The informants comprised of village officers, socialite, religion leader, youth and all family members of mental retardation people. Data were collected by using in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. Source triangulation was excuted in an effort to validate data and then the data were analyzed by using Strauss and Corbin’s Coding model.The local wisdom of Sidoharjo community in handling mental retardation people is a result of relationship among the people in the community, the people and their God, and the people and nature in their surrounding. The local wisdom can be seen from the community’s attitudeaccepting mental retardation people as the parts of the community and they are willing to help the mental retardation people do their personal, household and social activities. The local wisdom of the community seems to happen for (1) a belief in the existence of the mental retardation people is tribulation sent by God, providing deep meaning and boon that need to be faced, (2) they are social ethics and responsible moral for the social environment, (3) the norms include advices, prohibition, punishment, and wise words about life.Keywords: local wisdom, attitude, mental retardation peopleABSTRAKDesa Sidoharjo Jambon merupakan salah satu kampung di Kabupaten Ponorogo yang disebut “kampung idiot” karena banyak warganya yang mengalami retardasi mental. Warga retardasi mental di kampung ini memiliki banyak keterbatasan namun dapat melangsungkan hidupnya dalam kurun waktu yang relatif lama. Hal itu tentunya terkait dengan sikap arif warga masyarakat di lingkungan sekitarnya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kearifan lokal masyarakat Sidoharjo dalam menyikapi warga retardasi mental di “kampung idiot” Sidoharjo Jambon. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Informan terdiri dari pejabat pemerintah desa, tokoh; masyarakat, agama, dan pemuda, serta keluarga warga retardasi mental. Pengambilan datanya menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan pencatan dokumen. Validasi data dengan triangulasi sumber dan analisis datanya dengan model coding Strauss dan Corbin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kearifan lokal masyakat dalam menyikapi warga retardasi mental merupakan hasil dari relasionalitas diantara warga masyarakat, masyarakat dengan Tuhan dan alam. Masyarakat menerima warga retardasi mental sebagai bagian dari dirinya dan berusaha membantunya agar mampu menjalankan aktivitas pribadi, keluarga, dan sosial. Kearifan lokal masyarakat tersebut dipredisposisi oleh; (1) keyakinan bahwa warga retardasi mental merupakan ujian Tuhan yang harus disikapi karena mengandung arti serta hikmah, (2) etika sosial dan tanggungjawab secara moral terhadap lingkungan sosial, (3) norma-norma yang berupa anjuran-anjuran, larangan-larangan, sanksi, dan ungkapan kebijaksanaan akan kehidupan.Kata kunci: kearifan lokal, sikap, warga retardasi mental

Abstract

Air minum adalah air yang diolah dengan teknik pengolahan atau tanpa teknik pengolahan yang memenuhi syarat kesehatan serta dapat langsung diminum. DAM yaitu badan usaha yang mengelola air minum sebagai keperluan masyarakat dalam bentuk curah, serta dikemas dalam kemasan botol sebanyak 19 liter, Kurangnya pengawasan serta pengetahuan penjamah terhadap higiene dan sanitasi menjadikan kualitas air minum isi ulang tidak memenuhi Permenkes No. 492 Tahun 2014 tentang Persyaratan Kualitas Air Minum, Metode ini menggunakan data primer yakni penilaian inspeksi sanitasi secara langsung di Depot Air Minum di Kecamatan Solokuro, Kualitas Air yang di uji dalam penelitian ini meliputi pH, TDS, COD, total coliform sesuai dengan setandar baku mutu Permenkes RI No. 43 Tahun 2014.Pada proses penelitian ini di temukan bahwa depot air minum di kecamatan solokuro kurang memenuhi standar baku mutu air minum yang ditentukan hal ini dikarenakan kualitasair minum yang di uji melebihi ambang batas yang sudah di tentukan.Penilaian kelaikan higiene sanitasi di kecamatan solokuro cenderung baik dan memenuhi standar baku mutu yang di tetapkan sedangkan beberapa sampel air minum di kecamatan solokuro belum memenuhi standar baku mutu air minum yang di tentukan.

Abstract

The soap currently on the market contains triclosan, a chemical that can disrupt the endocrine system and poses risks to human health and the environment. Despite Indonesia's wealth of medicinal and herbal plants, their potential has not been maximized. Therefore, this research aims to fully utilize the antibacterial properties of lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) and kitolod (Isotoma longifera) leaf extracts against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. This research constitutes a true experimental study. The study involves crafting soap from paper using lemongrass leaf extract and kitolod leaf extract, with varying percentages for each. An assessment of the soap preparations over 14 days revealed that the pH decreased while still meeting the requirements of SNI 2588:2017. The foam stability meeting the standard quality is only found in soap with formula I, which does not comply with the quality standard due to prolonged storage. Notably, formula III demonstrated substantial inhibitory effects against Staphylococcus aureus bacteria, making it the most optimal formula. Formula III, containing a mixture of 40% lemongrass leaf ethanol extract and 90% kitolod leaf extract, met all specifications required by SNI 2588:2017 and effectively inhibited the growth of both Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Abstract

Background. The kinemaster application can help someone or can make it easier for someone to produce good videos. Online learning really needs this application because students are now learning using cellphones and like to watch YouTube, so teachers can display this video creatively with physical learning material. At this time many people change their profession to become YouTubers, because this profession is very promising according to them and can guarantee their lives. Nowadays we find many youtubers. Many people today are competing to create their content, they are willing to play around and ruin people's moods. Purpose. This application aims to facilitate teachers in making various learning media. Almost everyone uses applications to work that function as the utilization of this sophisticated technology. Method. This article The method used in this research is a qualitative method, because qualitative methods are very flexible and accurate. Results. The result of this study is that the kinemaster application is very suitable for use as a learning media in class IV because the media is interesting and able to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. Conclusion. The use of kinemaster helps teachers in solving the problem of students who are reluctant to learn, because in general students really like to learn while doing. Hopefully in the future students will be more enthusiastic in learning.

Abstract

Bawean Island is one of the islands in Gresik Regency, East Java, where almost all its territory is a coastal environment. This region's tidal oceanographic condition is critical because this area has a lot of potential for marine tourism and relatively shallow waters. This study aims to determine the tidal characteristics in the waters of Bawean Island, East Java, using the Admiralty method. This method was chosen because it can calculate the tidal component with only 15 days of data and can be used in various water conditions. The data used is tidal data from the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG) on November 1-15, 2020. From this research, it can be concluded that tidal analysis using the Admiralty method produces nine components, including M2, S2, N2, K1, O1, P1, M4, MS4, and K2. The four components determine the type of tide, namely O1, K1, M2, and S2, with amplitude values of 11.79347, 30.14857, 55.72241, and 63.69851. The calculation with the Formzahl number equation yields a value of 0.3512 (0.25 <F <1.5), which means that the tidal type in Bawean Island, East Java, has a mixed type with a semidiurnal tendency (double daily).

Abstract

The process of child growth and development is divided by age, one of which is the preschool phase. The growth and development of children at this age is very rapid, including cognitive, biological, spiritual and psychosocial development. With the rapid growth and development, education is very important to be given to form the foundation, build the personality, mentality and character of children, one of the important educations is to provide personal hygiene. Children's personal hygiene is an important aspect that includes personal hygiene from head to toe as a whole. The form of children's skills related to personal hygiene is the child's ability to control defecation and urination properly and regularly to avoid health problems, one of which is scabies. Scabies is a contagious disease caused by the infestation of Sarcoptes scabiei hominis variant on the skin which is characterized by itching and skin eruptions. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship personal hygiene with the incidence of scabies. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional study design. This study uses a total sampling technique. Data analysis used is univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi Square test. The results of this study found that there was a significant relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of scabies. The conclusion is that there is a relationship personal hygiene with the occurrence of scabies. It is recommended that party The nearest health center for Providing health education about personal hygiene has a positive impact, namely increase knowledge about personal hygiene leads to behavior or action under maintenance self Which Good, so that incident rate scabies can be minimized as much as possible.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, which is a disease of the lower respiratory tract in which most tuberculosis bacilli enter the lung tissue through air bone infection and then undergo a process known as primary focus of ghon. The aim of PkM is to increase knowledge about pulmonary TB and also to prevent death, recurrence, resistance to OAT, and break the chain of transmission. Health education methods for preventing and transmitting TB disease in an effort to increase the elements needed by the body (microelements). The result of PkM is an increase in respondents' knowledge and behavior regarding pulmonary TB disease, both regarding the causes of pulmonary TB disease, symptoms, methods of transmission, prevention and ways to improve or improve the nutritional status of TB sufferers. Conclusion The community service team (PkM) really hopes that this activity can attract the attention of the local government and also the work area of ​​the community health center as a work program as a form of community service activity which aims to provide a solution to the TB disease problem.
