Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diukur menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan solvabilitas dan profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Bank Sulselbar. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu data laporan keuangan PT. Bank Sulselbar untuk periode 2016-2020 yang disusun secara triwulan maka diperoleh 20 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan solvabiltas dan proftabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam Rasio Solvabilitas, kinerja PT. Bank Sulselbar dari rasio Debt to Total Assets dinyatakan sehat karena berada di atas standar penilaian, rasio Debt to Total Equity dinyatakan sehat karena post kredit nasabah lebih banyak dari ekuitas, dan rasio time interest earned dinyatakan tetap stabil melebihi standar rasio. Untuk rasio Profitabilitas, kinerja PT. Bank Sulselbar dari perhitungan rasio Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, dan Beban Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional dikatakan sehat dan stabil karena memenuhi standar penilaian oleh Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

ERNI KARTA KAHARUDDIN, 2022. Pengaruh Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian iPhone (Studi kasus pada mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Makassar). Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Tujuan penelitian guna mengetahui apa pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial antara citra merek, kualitas produk dan gaya hidup pada keputusan pembelian iPhone. Sampel yang dipakai sejumlah 100 mahasiswa program studi manajemen. Data dikumpulkan mempergunakan metode angket serta Observasi. Mempergunakan teknis analisis data yakni analisis regresi linier berganda mempergunakan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS). Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa secara parsial citra merek berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, untuk gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian secara parsial. Serta secara simultan ketiga variable bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah latar belakang pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja staf redaksi di Kota Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Surat Kabar Sindo Kota Makassar yang berjumlah 36 pegawai. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan mengambil seluruh populasi, sehingga sampel alami dalam penelitian ini mengambil seluruh karyawan yaitu 36 orang. Kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi merupakan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja redaksi Surat Kabar Sindo Kota Makassar, sehingga hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui:(1) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BRI KC Watansoppeng. (2) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BRI KC Watansoppeng. (3) Pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BRI KC Watansoppeng. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah karyawan Bank BRI KC Watansoppeng. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja (X1) berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BRI KC Watansoppeng, ini berdasarkan dari hasil uji parsial (t) dengan t hitung 2,375 sedangkan t tabel 1,57 dan angka signifikan sebesar 0,023 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dari hasil pengujian variabel disiplin kerja (X2) menunjukkan bahwa disiplin berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BRI KC Watansoppeng,ini berdasarkan dari hasil uji parsial (t) hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil uji parsial (t) dengan thitung 3,413 sedangkan t tabel sebesar 1,57 dan angka signifikan sebesar 0,002 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Selanjutnya pengujian kinerja karyawan (Y) berdasarkan hasil pengujian simultan uji F nilai f hitung yang diperoleh 101,615 dan nilai t tabel 3,17 dan nilai sig. 0,000. Karena nilai 0,000 <0,05 (5%) maka dapat disimpulkan variabel motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BRI KC Watansoppeng.

Abstract

This study aims to classify the value of shares that have high or low risk and return in stock investment in each company using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method so that it is easier for investors to make the right investment decisions in the Food and Beverages and Tabacco Manufacture sub-sectors. 2019-2022. The population in this research is shares in the Food and Beverages sub-sector and Tabacco Manufacture for the 2019-2022 period using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. The data analysis used in this study is data processing in the Microsoft Excel 2016 application program to classify investment decisions using the Capital Asset Pricing (CAPM) method. The results of the study show that the analysis of stock diversification using the Capital Asset Pricing Model shows that the food and beverages sub-sector has 20 samples and the Tabacco Manufacture sub-sector has 3 consistent stock samples during the 2019-2022 period. After analyzing the data, the results obtained in the Food and Beverages Sub Sector have 20 companies, there are 17 stocks that are classified as linear between risk and return, namely: AISA, ALTO, CEKA, CLEO, DLTA, GOOD, HOKI, ICBP, INDF, MLBI, MYOR, PSDN, BREAD, SKBM, SKLT, STTP, and ULTJ. Meanwhile, in the Tabacco Manufacture sub-sector, which has 3 companies, there are 2 stocks that are classified as linear between risk and return, namely: GGRM and RMBA.

Abstract

The study aims to explore and analyze the relationship between work discipline and teacher performance at SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa. This research employs a quantitative correlation-based approach to investigate the impact of work discipline on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa. The study involves a sample of 45 teachers, and data collection is conducted through questionnaires. The analysis methodology comprises validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The findings demonstrate a significant and positive relationship between work discipline (X) and teacher performance (Y). The calculated regression coefficient for Work Discipline is 0.682 (positive), indicating a direct effect. This implies that a one-unit increase in work discipline corresponds to a 0.682-unit increase in teacher performance. In essence, higher work discipline among teachers at SMP Negeri 4 Sungguminasa leads to enhanced teacher performance, while lower work discipline is associated with decreased performance at the school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of physical work environment and compensation on employee job satisfaction. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study is 32 permanent employees at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Rantepao North Toraja Branch. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statictical Product Servive Solution (SPSS). The results of this study show that: 1) The physical work environment variable partially does not have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Rantepao North Toraja Branch, 2) The compensation variable has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Rantepao North Toraja Branch, 3) the physical work environment variable and compensation simultaneously have a positive influence and significant to employee job satisfaction at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Rantepao North Toraja Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study were all employees of the Makassar City National Land Agency (BPN) as many as 63 people. And the sample in this study is the entire population, namely 63 employees. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents at BPN Makassar City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work Environment variable (X1) with a significance of 0.005 and Compensation (X2) with a significance of 0.000 on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the financial performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia for the 2021-2022 quarter period, ratios based on profitability, namely net profit margin, return on assets, return on equity, and operational expenses to operating income. This research uses a quantitative approach using profitability ratio measurements. The data studied is in the form of Bank Syariah Indonesia's financial reports for the quarterly period 2021-2022. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the performance based on Net Profit Margin (NPM) was in very good criteria, the Return On Assets (ROA) was in fairly good criteria, the Return On Equity (ROE) was in fairly good criteria, and the Operational Expenses on Operational Costs (BOPO) are in perfect criteria.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the impact of work environment and work motivation on employee performance at the UPT office, Samsat Bulukumba. The sample population comprised 28 employees from the UPT office, and a saturated sampling method was employed for this quantitative research. Primary and secondary data were collected using a questionnaire distribution technique. The data were analyzed using SPSS 21. The findings indicated a positive relationship between the work environment (X1) and employee performance (Y), with a coefficient value of 0.396 (>2.059) and a significant value of 0.005 (<0.05). However, the work motivation (X2) exhibited a negative effect on employee performance (Y), with a coefficient value of -0.070 (<2.059) and a non-significant value of 0.559 (>0.05). The coefficient of determination revealed that the variables of work environment and work motivation accounted for 29.9% of the influence on employee performance, while the remaining percentage was attributed to other variables beyond the scope of this study.
