Abstract

Motivation plays a crucial role in influencing employee performance across various dimensions. When employees are motivated, they exhibit higher levels of engagement, productivity, and commitment towards their work. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of work motivation on employee performance at UPTD Puskesmas Pinrang, Wajo Regency. Quantitative data was collected through questionnaires distributed to a sample of 51 individuals, specifically tailored to address the research problem. The collected data was then subjected to analysis using the simple linear regression method, with data processing performed using SPSS software to validate the research hypotheses. The findings indicate that the motivation variable yields a significant level of 0.000, which is smaller than the threshold value of 0.05. Moreover, the coefficient value of 0.650 demonstrates a positive influence on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Fundamental analysis is a widely used approach for predicting stock price movements. This study aims to investigate the impact of return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and net profit margin (NPM) on the stock prices of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2019-2021. The research is based on secondary data from 84 samples. The data analysis employs multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 22 application. The findings reveal that return on assets and net profit margin do not exhibit significant effects and have a negative influence on stock prices. Conversely, return on equity demonstrates a significant and positive correlation with stock prices. Overall, the study indicates that ROA, ROE, and NPM significantly impact stock prices. As a recommendation, investors should closely analyze ROA, ROE, NPM, and stock price movements to enhance their profitability.

Abstract

This research is to find out whether there is an influence of the work environment on organizational commitment at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is population research. The sample in this research was all employees at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency 47 people. The hypothesis test in this research used a multiple linear regression test and obtained the results, namely: Based on the results of the hypothesis test using a multiple linear regression analysis test, it shows that physical work environment and non-physical work environment variables simultaneously influence organizational commitment at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency. The results of the hypothesis test also show that the physical work environment partially influences organizational commitment at the BKPSDM Office in North Luwu Regency and the non-physical work environment partially influences organizational commitment at the BKPSD Office in North Luwu Regency.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Ibunda di Kota Makassar dan berapa besar pengaruh linkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Ibunda di Kota Makassar secara parsial. Secara simultan berapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan CV. Ibunda di Kota Makassar.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengubah kumpulan data mentah menjadi bentuk yang mudah dipahami, dalam bentuk informasi yang lebih ringkas. Adapun yang menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi kerja dan linkungan kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikoliniearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Semua pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV. Ibunda, dan secara parsial variabel motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan berdasarkan hasil olah data dengan program SPSS versi 25 dengan menggunakan instrument pertanyaan yang telah diuji sebelumnya.Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja KaryawanAbstract : This study aims to determine how much influence work motivation has on employee performance at CV. This type of research is a descriptive study that aims to convert raw data sets into a form that is easy to understand, in the form of more concise information. The variables in this study are work motivation and work environment as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. Data collection techniques in this study is to use questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis testing. All tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, work motivation and work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with 100 respondents for sampel. The population in this study are active customers of PDAM Tirta Jeneberang IKK Borongloe in Gowa Regency. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test. The results showed that based on the partial test of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. On the simultaneous testing of each service quality indicator (direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what the effect of organizational culture partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The independent variable in this study is organizational culture while the dependent variable is employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the office of PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Bone, while the sample is 58 employees. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis using SPSS Version 25 in 2022. The results of the study concluded that the independent variable, namely organizational culture (X) simultaneously or simultaneously affected employee performance (Y) positively and significantly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Labuang Baji. Sumber data pada penelitian ini berupa data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden. Populasi adalah 781 pegawai dengan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 24 PNS dan 23 Non PNS menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi dan data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja pegawai golongan PNS yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t di mana nilai t hitung > nilai t tabel yaitu 4,239 > 1,717 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian terhadap Non PNS pun positif dan signifikan yang ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t di mana nilai t hitung > nilai t tabel yaitu 4,118 > 1,721 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Disimpulkan bahwa self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Labuang Baji baik golongan PNS maupun Non PNS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Operating Leverage dan Financial Leverage terhadap Earning Per Share pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia selama periode 2017-2021 dengan menggunakan Degree of Operating Leverage (DOL) dan Degree of Operating Leverage sebagai metode perhitungan variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017-2021 dan sampel perusahaan penelitian ini adalah 14 perusahaan yang telah memenuhi kriteria pengambilan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa selama tahun 2017-2021 Operating Leverage dan Financial Leverage berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Earning Per Share Perusahaan. Hal ini di buktikan dengan hasil uji T dan Uji F dalam uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan angka negatif dengan nilai signifikansi yang lebih dari 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work From Home (WFH) (X) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Y) pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Work From Home (WFH) sedangkan variabelnya menggunakan produktivitas pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di lingkungan Kantor Badan Ketahanan Nasional Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah 50 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 25 Tahun 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kata kunci WFH (X) sebesar 4,450 ttabel 2,010 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak (diterima Ha) sehingga dapat dikatakan WFH berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas. variabel bebas yaitu WFH (X) dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan (Y) secara positif dan signifikan. Dengan hasil tersebut juga menjawab hipotesis.
