Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan teori belajar Bruner berbantuan Algebraic Experience Material pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bentuk aljabar terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas VIII SMP Boedi Oetomo Sungai Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan the one-shot case study. Untuk melihat kekonsistenan hasil belajar maka setelah beberapa waktu (dua minggu) kemudian diberikan delayed-test. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada saat post-test sebesar 82,85% dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada saat delayed-test sebesar 77,14%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan uji t-test rata-rata satu sampel diperoleh maka terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata nilai siswa pada saat post-test dan delayed-test. Dengan adanya perbedaan hasil post-test dan delayed-test maka terjadi ketidakkonsistenan antara nilai post-test dan delayed-test. Hal ini berarti penerapan teori belajar Bruner berbantuan Algebraic Experience Material pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan bentuk aljabar tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci: Teori Belajar Bruner, Algebraic Experience Material. Abstract: This research is aimed to know the influence of the application of Bruner learning theory aided by Algebraic Experience Material on addition and subtraction algebraic form on students learning outcomes of VIII the grade of SMP Boedi Oetomo Sungai Raya. The method is used in this research is an experimental the one shot case study. For looked at the consistency of learning outcomes, so after two week later would be given delayed-test . From the result of the research, completeness of students learning outcomes on post test is 82,85 and completeness of students learning outcomes on delayed test is 77,14. Based on the analysis result by using t test the average one sample is obtained that so, there was a significant difference between average of value post test and delayed test. With differences the results of the post-test and delayed-test then there is inconsistency between the value of the post-test and delayed-test. It is mean that the application of Bruner learning theory aided by Algebraic Experience Material on addition and subtraction algebraic form has no influence of on students learning outcomes. Abstract

 AbstractThis research aims to describe the students’ ability of making connection in arithmetic sequences and series material at senior high school in academic year 2017/2018. Method used in this research was descriptive in case study form. Subject in this research were the twelfth grade of SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak with a number of 34 students. Data collection technique used were test and interview. The result of data analysis showed students’ mathematical connection ability were varied; some students were in the high category while the others were in the medium or low category. However, the students’ ability to recognize and use connections among mathematical and to recognize and apply mathematic concepts in daily activity generally were on the medium category with each percentage 65.44% and 63.24%. The students whom were on the medium and low category couldn’t use connections among mathematical concepts because they didn’t understand about the arithmetic sequences and series material. They also couldn’t apply mathematic concepts in daily activity because they seldom solve the problems about their daily activities.Keywords: Connection Ability, Arithmetic Sequences and Series

Abstract

Abstract: The problem wihich is studied in this research is to be able to prove whther through Sapura media can increase the students activities and their studied mathematic result in the grade of VII D SMP Negeri 1Bengkayang. This evaluation category is classroom action research, which is carried out through 2 cycles, each cycle is consist of periods, those are planning activity, observation andreflection. For getting the data result is taken from the datas of the test result of cycle I and II. While the datas active students are taken from students observation sheets. The success indicator of the research is when the students are active in in this lesrning activity reaches ? 70 % and the active students observation result in the research of cycle I and II cande known and compared with the average seore in cycle I 64,59% and 81,21 % in cycle II. Whle from the research of the students studied result in cycle I 64,29% and for cycle II with 82,14%. The conclusion in this research is that by using Sapura media can increase the students activity and their studied mathematic result in the grade of VIID SMP Negeri 1 Bengkayang. Abstrak : Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah melalui pemanfaatan media sapura dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa di kelas VII D SMP Negeri 1 Bengkayang. Kategori penilaian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksankan 2 siklus, yang setiap siklusnya terdiri atas tahapan perencanaan pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Untuk memperoleh datatentang hasil belajar siswa diambil dari data hasil tes Siklus I dan II. Sedangkan data pada proses pembelajaran guru dan keaktivan siswa diambil dari lembar observasi guru dan siswa. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian ini adalah apabila siswa beraktivitas dalam kegiatan pembelajaran ini mencapai ? 70 % dan hasil observasi keaktivan siswa dalam penelitian pada siklus I dan II dapat diketahui dan dapat dibandingkan dengan perolehan rata-rata nilai pada siklus I sebesar 64,59% dan pada siklus II 81,25% Sedangkan dari hasil belajar siswa penelitian pada siklus I 64,29% dan siklus II 82,14%. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa melalui pemanfaatan media sapura dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII D SMP Negeri 1 Bengakayang. Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini berjudul meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi aljabar melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI di kelas VIII SMP 1 Lembah Bawang. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, dua siklus yang setiap siklusnya satu kali pertemuan. Subjek dan objek penelitian ini adalah 19 siswa. Hasil analisis data selama 3 tahun hanya mencapai 52,12. Dengan model pembelajaran tipe TAI pada materi aljabar terjadi peningkatan aktivitas siklus I sebesr 62 % menjadi 83% siklus II. Hasil belajar siklus I sebesar 67% menjadi 76,20% siklus II. Kata kunci : aktivitas, hasil belajar, pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI Abstract : The title of this reseach is improving student activities and learing result on algebra course through cooperative learning model TAI type in class VIII SMPN 1 Lembah Bawang. The reseach type applied is classroom action reseach, it is 2 cycles reseach where each of them consist of the meeting. The samples of this reseach are 19 student of class VIII. Data analyzing result within 3 years reached only 52,12. By cooperative learing model TAI type on algebra course there are improve ment on student activities from 62% cycles I to 83% in cycles II. The student results increase from 67% in cycles I to 76,2% in cycles II. Key words :activities, studyresult, cooperative learing TAI model.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan penerapan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan pictorial mathematics dan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dalam materi Kerucut terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan The Non Equivalen Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 52 siswa. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh persentase ketuntasan siswa di kelas eksperimen sebesar 60%, akan tetapi ketuntasan secara klasikal belum tercapai yaitu sebesar 75%. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran Inkuiri berbantuan Pictorial Mathematics dan siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori pada materi Kerucut, dimana diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau (6,04 > 2,012). Besar pengaruh strateegi pembelajaran Inkuiri berbantuan Pictorial Mathematics terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX MTs Negeri 1 pontianak adalah sebesar 0,41. Nilai effect size tersebut menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas strateegi pembelajaran Inkuiri berbantuan Pictorial Mathematics termasuk kategori sedang. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri berbantuan Pictorial Mathematics lebih dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran siswa dibandingkan dengan penerapan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori.   Kata Kunci : Strategi Pembelajaran Inkuiri, Pictorial Mathematics Abstract: This research was conducted to compare the application of inquiry learning strategy based on the pictorial mathematics and the expository learning strategy in dealing with the cone materials on the ninth-grade students’ learning outputs of MTS Negeri 1, Pontianak. The resarch method employed in this research was quasi- experimental design by using Non Equivalentt Pretest-Posttest Design. The students sampled added up to 52 students. From the analysis of data it was obtained that 60% . However, 75% of the  materials have not been classically completed yet. There is a significant difference between the average learning outcomes of the students who are taught with the inquiry learning strategies by means of the Pictorial Mathematics and those who were taught with the expository learning strategy by using cone material,and the outputs obtained from t > t table or (6.04 > 2.012). there was a great influence of the inquiry learning strategy by using Pictorial Mathematics on the ninth-grade students’ learning outputs of  MTs Negeri 1 Pontianak and the ouput obtained was 1 by 0.41. the Value of the effect size showed that effectivity of the inquiry learning strategy based on the Pictorial Mathematics was put into the “on average” category. Hence, it can be concluded that the inquiry learning strategy based on the Pictorial Mathematics can improve the outputs of the students’ learning in comparison with the expository learning strategy.   Key words :Inquiry learning strategy, Pictorial Mathematics

Abstract

Abstrak : Judul skripsi ini adalah Peningkatan Kemampuan Bertanya Siswa Dalam Pembelajaran Matematika Melalui Problem Posing Di Kelas VIIA SMP Negeri 3 Tebas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang ada tidaknya peningkatan kemampuan bertanya siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika melalui problem posing. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 36 siswa. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan berupa tes tertulis dan lembar observasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus, dengan satu kali pertemuan setiap siklusnya. Setiap pertemuan meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan , refleksi. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan bertanya siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika melalui problem posing dapat ditingkatkan. Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Bertanya Siswa, problem posing Abstract : This study entitled Improving the abilities of students asking in math learning through problem posing for the 7A Grades at SMP N3 Tebas. The reason through problem posing is to improve the abilities asking all of students. Form of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were 36 Students with a data collection tool that is used in the form of write test and observation sheet. This study was conducted 2 cycles with one meeting each cycle. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa pada materi segi empat di kelas VII MTs. Darul Amin Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental Design dengan rancangan penelitian Control Group Only Posttest Design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 siswa. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.006 <  0.05, yang artinya terdapat perbedaan rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis antara siswa yang diberi pembelajaran kooperatif berbantuan  alternative solutions worksheet (ASW) dan pembelajaran langsung berbantuan ASW. Hasil perhitungan normalized gain, diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,59 yang artinya terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa sesudah diterapkan pembelajaran kooperatif berbantuan ASW tergolong sedang. Hasil perhitungan Effect Size, diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,89 yang artinya menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif berbantuan ASW memberikan kontribusi tinggi terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Kata kunci : Pembelajaran kooperatif, ASW, pemecahan masalah Abstract: This study aims to increase mathematical problem solving  ability of students in rectangular of matter in class VII MTs. Darul Amin Pontianak. The method used is Quasi-Experimental Design with the study design Posttest Only Control Group Design. The study sample is 44 students. The result of the t test obtained value the Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.006 <α = 0.05 which means that on average there is a difference between the mathematical problem solving ability of students who were given a cooperative learning aided alternative solutions worksheet (ASW) and students who were given a direct learning aided ASW. The result of normalized gain calculations, obtained a value of 0,59, which means there is an increased problem solving ability of student after application cooperative learning aided ASW . The result of Size Effect calculations, obtained a value of  2,89, which means using the cooperative learning aided ASW provide the highest contribution to the mathematical problem solving ability of student. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan diagram terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam penyelesaian soal cerita materi pecahan kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 29 siswa. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh skor rata- rata pretest siswa sebesar 9,5 sedangkan skor rata-rata posttest siswa sebesar 12,2. Dari hasil perhitungan uji t, diperoleh thitung ttabel atau 13,83 > 11,3 maka terdapat perbedaan kemampuan siswa sebelum dan setelah perlakuan. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil bahwa pembelajaran Pemanfaatan Diagram memberikan peningkatan skor terbesar pada siswa tingkat kemampuan bawah. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Pemanfaatan Diagram berpengaruh Dalam Penyelesaian Soal Cerita Materi Pecahan Kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. Kata Kunci : Pemanfaatan Diagram, soal cerita, pecahan Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of utilization diagram against the students ' ability in solving problems such as story material fractions grade VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. The research method used was pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest. A sample of these studies amounted to 29 students. From the analysis of the data obtained, the students average pretest score is 9,5 while the students average posttest score is 12,2. From the calculation of the t-test, it is obtained the tvalue ttabel or 13,83 > 11,3. then there are differences in the ability of students before and after treatment. Based on the analysis of the data, obtained results that provide increased Utilization Diagram learning score biggest at the student's level of ability. Based on these data it can be concluded that the Utilization Diagram learning effect in the resolution of a question of Story Material fractions class VII SMP Negeri 6 Pontianak. Abstract

AbstractThe research aims to know and describe the effectiveness of Problem Based Learning model in the absolute value topic at class X of SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak Mathematic and Science Department. The aspects that want to be knowand describe are the implementation of the learning process, student’s learning activities, student’s respond and student’s outcomes. The research method is quantitative method. The research subject is students in class X MIA 2. Based on the data analysis from four aspects are: (1) the implementation of the learning process categorized very good with average score 3,64; (2) student’s learning activities categorized active (87,83%); (3) student’s respond categorized very positive with 28 student (82,35%) and 6 student (17,65%) give a positive respond; and (4) student’s outcome is reached classical completeness with 85,29% of student can achieve the minimum completeness criteria. Because four aspects achieved, the conclusion of this research is the implementation of Problem Based Learning model effective in the absolute value topic at class X MIA 2 SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak.. Keywords:  Problem Based Learning Model, Absolute Value Subject, Effectiveness

Abstract

Abstrak : Meningkatkan Motivasi dan Prestasi Belajar Siswa Melalui Pemberian Pekerjaan Rumah Disertai Umpan Balik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar peningkatan motivasi dan prestasi siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika setelah melalui proses pembelajaran berupa pemberian pekerjaan rumah disertai umpan balik di SMPN 1 Tujuh Belas tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMPN 1 Tujuh Belas tahun pelajaran 2011/2012. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian : (1) Penerapan pembelajaran melalui pemberian pekerjaan rumah (PR) disertai umpan balik dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas VIII A SMP N 1 Tujuh Belas sebesar 33,34% dari hanya 57,57 % siswa yang bermotivasi tinggi dan sangat tinggi setelah siklus I menjadi 90,91 % siswa bermotivasi tinggi dan sangat tinggi setelah siklus II, (2) Penerapan pembelajaran melalui pemberian pekerjaan rumah (PR) disertai umpan balik dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 11,27 atau 20,23 % dari 55,71 setelah siklus I menjadi 66,98 pada siklus II. (3) Penerapan pembelajaran melalui pemberian pekerjaan rumah (PR) disertai umpan balik juga dapat meningkatkan jumlah siswa yang tuntas dalam belajar sebesar 9,09 % dari 57,59 % dari 33 siswa setelah siklus I menjadi 66,67 % seterlah siklus II. Keyword : Motivation, achievement, feedback, Homework Abstract :Increasing Motivation and Achievement of Student Learning through Homework Accompanied Feedback. This research to know how big improvement of motivation and achievement of student in studying math through learning process in form of giving homework accompanied feedback in SMPN 1 Tujuh Belas school years 2011/2012. Research method which is use in classroom action researchconsist of two cycles. Research subject is eighth grade students of SMPN 1 Tujuh Belas school years 2011/2012. Based on data analysis obtained result of research :(1) Applying study through homework accompanied feedback can increase students motivation in learning of eighth grade students of SMPN 1 Tujuh Belas equal to 33,34% from only 57,57 % highly motivated student and very height after cycle I becomes 90,91 % highly motivated student and very height after cycle II,(2) Applying homework and feedback can increase achievement of student learning 11,27 or 20,23 % out of 55,71 after cycle I becomes 66,98 at cycle II.(3) Applying homework giving feedback also can increase number of complete studentsinlearning 9,09 % out of 57,59 % out of 33 students after cycle I becomes 66,67 % as of cycle after II.
