Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran matematika dilakukan secara konvensional tanpa perantara media. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh media buaya pintar dan random name picker terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa SD Negeri 81 Palembang. Rumusan masalah yaitu apakah ada pengaruh media buaya pintar dan random name picker terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa SDN 81 Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain posttest only control group design, Populasi 203 siswa kelas II, sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 64 orang yaitu, kelas II C DAN II D. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai sig (2-tailed) yang didapat sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 atau dengan thitung > ttabel yaitu 5.025 > 1,669 artinya H0 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh media buaya pintar dan random name picker terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa SD Negeri 81 Palembang Kata Kunci: Media Buaya Pintar, Random Name Picker, Hasil Belajar. Abtract Mathematics learning is carried out conventionally without media intermediaries. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of smart crocodile media and random name picker on the mathematics learning outcomes of students at SD Negeri 81 Palembang. The formulation of the problem is whether there is an influence of smart crocodile media and random name picker on the mathematics learning outcomes of students at SDN 81 Palembang. The research used a quantitative experimental method with a posttest only control group design. The population was 203 class II students. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique consisting of 64 people, namely, class II C AND II D. The data collection techniques used were tests and interviews. . The data analysis technique used is the independent sample t-test. The research results show that the sig (2-tailed) value obtained is 0.000 < 0.05 or with tcount > ttable, namely 5.025 > 1.669, meaning that H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of smart crocodile media and random name picker on the mathematics learning outcomes of students at SD Negeri 81 Palembang Keywords: Smart Crocodile Media, Random Name Picker, Learning Results.

Abstract

The influence of appropriate learning methods will affect student learning outcomes and attitudes, especially in learning mathematics. This study aims to determine the effect of the drill method on learning outcomes and students' interest in learning mathematics at SD Negeri 2 Cengal. The population is 492 students, with a sample of 60 students from classes III—a and III.B. The research method used is the Quasi-Experimental Design Method with the Posttest-Only Control Group Design type. The data collection techniques used were only tests and questionnaires. While the process used to analyse the data is MANOVA (Multiple Analysis Of Variances). This study’s results indicate a significant effect of the drill method on learning outcomes and students' interest in learning mathematics simultaneously. In addition, there is a significant correlation between learning outcomes and learning interest so that learning becomes active. Using the right method is also the reason for active learning, which can increase learning outcomes and interest in education, one of which is the drill method which emphasises training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ialah penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik kelas VIII Halimah Binti Abi Dzuaib SMP IT Izzudin Palembang melalui penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini memuat dua siklus dengan tiap siklus mencakup empat tahap yakni rencana, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Peserta didik kelas VIII Halimah Binti Abi Dzuaib yang berjumlah 20 orang adalah subjek dari penelitian ini. Analisis data secara kualitatif yakni dengan mencari nilai rerata kelas guna melihat ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran dan mencari persentase kemunculan indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa saat diterapkannya model problem based learning, nilai akhir rerata peserta didik yaitu 83,20 yangmana sudah memenuhi KKTP yang sudah ditentukan dan pada setiap indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah meningkat hingga siklus 2. Sesuai dengan hasil tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya model problem based learning efektif mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik kelas VIII Halimah Binti Abi Dzuaib SMP IT Izzudin Palembang pada materi lingkaran.

Abstract

Supervision is a monitoring, training and evaluation activity carried out by a supervisor or head of school to improve and improve the quality of learning and school activities. The research uses descriptive qualitative approaches with case study methods and data collection techniques such as interviews, documentation and observations. The results of the study are the supervised approaches used by the head of the Al-Hafizh group to learn, namely Teacher Centered-Approach and Student Centered and Teacher-centered. Some of the approaches that the leader of the group uses in supervising today are Direct Approach, Non-Direct Approaching and collaborative approaches. Al-Hafizh joint teachers of the learning group work together to pursue a continuous improvement in the learning management and school administration system that includes training and supervision on the implementation of learning by teachers. Such as the ability of teachers to conduct learning planning, use of learning media, mastery of social personal learning materials and classroom management. As well as realizing a sense of family through intensive communication or other persuasion approaches, so that the Al-Hafizh playgroup becomes a school that seeks to develop its qualities according to the conditions of the institution and the demands of the times.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and describe: 1). To determine the influence of the principal's leadership on the quality of learning at SDN Mesuji Makmur District. 2). To determine the influence of the school committee on the quality of learning at SDN Mesuji Makmur District. 3). To determine the influence of the leadership of the school principal and school committee together on the quality of learning at SDN Mesuji Makmur District. The type of this research is quantitative. The sample in this research was conducted at 5 elementary schools in Mesuji Makmur sub-district with a total of 70 teachers. The techniques used in this research were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, and hypothesis tests using simple regression tests, multiple regression tests using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence on the principal's leadership variables and the role of the school committee together. -the same for the quality of learning at SDN Mesuji Makmur District.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out and analyzing 1). To find out and analyze the influence of the school environment on the professionalism of teachers in PAUD in Mesuji District 2). To find out and analyze the influence of Teacher Behavior on teacher professionalism in PAUD in Mesuji District 3). To find out and analyze the influence of the school environment and teacher behavior on teacher professionalism in PAUD in Mesuji District. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of correlational research. The sample of this study was carried out in 13 PAUD in Mesuji District with a total of 44 teachers. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence of the school environment and teacher behavior together on the professionalism of PAUD teachers in Mesuji District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the principal's managerial skills in developing a religious culture at SD Negeri 15 Air Kumbang. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the Management of the Principal of SD Negeri 15 Air Kumbang in developing a religious culture is through planning, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating. The management carried out by the Principal of SD Negeri 15 Air Kumbang includes: first, the implementation of daily activities in the form of: providing exemplary behavior/examples, reprimands/advice, conditioning the environment that supports character education, routine activities/character habits, and mentoring and supervision activities for character education. Second, the management of the principal of SD Negeri 15 Air Kumbang through programmed activities in the form of: Imtaq activities before starting lessons and completing the Al-Quran every month, dhuha prayer activities, dzuhur prayers in congregation. Third, the Management of the Principal of SD Negeri 15 Air Kumbang through learning activities. In learning activities, religious culture must be implemented which includes the preparation of plans and learning tools that contain religious values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze 1). To describe and analyze the influence of infrastructure on teacher performance in Junior High Schools in Mesuji Raya District 2). To describe and analyze the influence of the work environment on teacher performance in Junior High Schools in Mesuji Raya District 3). To describe and analyze the influence of infrastructure and work environment on teacher performance in Junior High Schools in Mesuji Raya District. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational research type. The sample of this study was conducted at 5 Junior High Schools in Mesuji Raya District with a total of 53 teachers. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used correlation and multiple regression analysis techniques using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of infrastructure and work environment variables together on the performance of Junior High School teachers in Mesuji Raya District by 72.8% and the remaining 27.2%. influenced by other factors not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

Higher education as one of the service providers in the field of education must be able to provide and create student satisfaction. Student satisfaction can be generated from the quality of services provided and the learning facilities provided which are directly related to the student teaching and learning process. This study applies a non-parametric statistical method through the analysis of the relationship with the spearman rank and the multivariate spearman rank which aims to examine whether the quality of academic services and learning facilities has a significant relationship either partially or jointly with student satisfaction at the Institute of Health Sciences and Technology Muhammadiyah Palembang. The population in this study is active students in the 2023/2024 academic year with a total of 1,530 people, and the number of samples taken is 153 students. Tools to collect data information using questionnaires that utilize the Likert scale. The results of the study showed that (1) the quality of academic services has a significant relationship with learning facilities and vice versa, (2) the quality of academic services has a significant relationship with student satisfaction, (3) learning facilities have a significant relationship with student satisfaction, (4) the quality of academic services and learning facilities together have a significant relationship with student satisfaction with a value of R2=0.868 with percent of 86.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the role of principal leadership in improving teacher performance in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation of teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Padang. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the role of principal leadership in improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Padang can be divided into 3 stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The principal's planning to improve teacher performance begins with the formation of a teacher performance assessment team (PK). In its implementation, the team schedules activities, forms of training and details the costs of activities. After the implementation is complete, an evaluation is carried out in the form of supervision. The results of the supervision are formed in a teacher performance assessment report, the results of which have been maximized at SMP Negeri 1 Muara Padang.
