Abstract

Improper waste management, especially organic waste, can cause pollution and health problems. In Betungan Village, precisely in RT 26 RW 03, there are already cleaning staff who collect waste from every house every afternoon, but sometimes the cleaning staff are reluctant to collect organic waste such as branches, twigs, or animal carcasses that cause the environment to become dirty and smelly. One solution that can be applied is the creation of a modern Teba, Modern Teba functions as a composter that can be used by every member of the household. Modern Teba is a channel designed with a diameter of 80 centimeters which is equivalent to two circular concretes. The two concretes are placed in the ground with the bottom left open, the bottom or soil will function as a support for the rotting organic ecosystem. Making a hole deeper than about 3 meters is not recommended, because it will cause less than optimal waste decomposition, then the top of the hole will be closed and a small hole will be made to release dangerous gases and pests. This innovation helps facilitate waste sorting from the start, reduces the volume of waste disposed of, and produces compost that is beneficial to the environment. This approach is expected to increase public awareness of sustainable waste management.

Abstract

Mutual Cooperation is a cultural value that plays a crucial role in building social solidarity and community cohesion. However, social and cultural developments in modern times have led to a decline in community participation in mutual cooperation activities in some areas. This study aims to analyze the level of community participation, the factors influencing it, and strategies to strengthen mutual cooperation in RT 03 RW 01 Pematang Gubernur. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through observation and documentation. Informants were purposively selected, including the neighborhood head, community leaders, and residents who both participate and do not participate. The results show that community participation in mutual cooperation remains fairly high, especially in communal work and public facility development, supported by a sense of social responsibility and solidarity. The main obstacles are busy work schedules, individualistic lifestyles, and lack of awareness among some residents. Regular meetings and the role of community leaders effectively increase participation and a sense of belonging. The study concludes that strengthening the culture of mutual cooperation requires raising collective awareness, empowering community leaders, and adjusting activity schedules to accommodate residents’ needs. These findings are important for maintaining communal values amid social and cultural dynamics in modern society.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of digital transformation on the financial management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia in the digital economy era. MSMEs play an important role in the national economy, but face challenges such as low digital and financial literacy, limited access to technology, and uneven infrastructure. Digital transformation offers various opportunities, including operational efficiency, transparency of financial reports, and access to fintech-based financial services. However, risks such as data security and resistance to change are also concerns. Using a literature review method, this study identifies strategies that can be implemented to support the adoption of digital technology by MSMEs. The results show that digital literacy, government support, and the development of technological infrastructure are key elements in maximizing the benefits of digital transformation. This study provides practical contributions for MSME actors and policy makers to create an ecosystem that supports the sustainability and competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital era.

The results of the multiple linear regression analysis study Y = - 19.573 + 0.611X1 + 0.657X2 + 0.534X3 + 11.381. The regression results show that the environment (X1), capital (X2) and income expectations (X3) have a positive relationship in the same direction with investor interest. The results of the environmental test (X1) show a t count of 2.236 > t table 2.056. Significant 0.034 < 0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho are rejected. The results of the capital test (X2) show a t count of 2.961 < t table 2.056. Significant 0.006 > 0.05, so the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho are rejected. The results of the income expectations test (X3) show a t count of 2.446 > t table 2.056. Significant 0.022 < 0.05, then the results of the hypothesis Ha are accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the simultaneous F test based on the comparison of the calculated F value with F table show the calculated F value > F table, namely 12.984 > 2.975.
