Abstract

This research aims to analyze Islamic boarding school management based on strengthening a clean and healthy living culture to improve student's quality of life. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was carried out through observations, interviews and document analysis. Data analysis includes data collection activities, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. Credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability tests are used to check the data's validity. The results of this research conclude that Islamic boarding school management based on strengthening a culture of clean and healthy living is carried out through systemic stages and processes so that it can improve the quality of life of students and the image of the institution while breaking negative assumptions that are often associated with Islamic boarding school life as a shabby and dirty institution and able to change people's views and perceptions about Islamic boarding schools in a more positive direction. This research implies that Islamic boarding school management based on a culture of clean and healthy living not only improves students' quality of life but also the institution's image as a whole.

Abstract

Tradisi pemberian jeulamee menjadi suatu momok yang menakutkan bagi mayoritas pemuda yang ingin menikah karena sebagian besar calon istri dari perempuan suku Aceh pasti akan memasang harga mahar yang terbilang cukup tinggi dan fantastis jika diukur dari ukuran masyarakat yang mayoritas di dominasi oleh tingkat ekonomi kelas bawah. Penelitian ini meneliti konsep dan praktik pemberian jeulamee dalam pernikahan suku Aceh di Kecamatan Peunaron dan bagaiman konsep tersebut dipandang menurut kacamata mashlahah Najmuddin al-Thufi. Penelitian ini tergolong kedalam jenis penelitian empiris, dengan menggunakan pendekatan empiris aktualistik deskriptif yang bersifat konkrit dan aktual. Dalam penelitian ini, sumber data primer yang digunakan adalah informasi dari para informan, dilengkapi dengan data skunder. Pengumpulan data ditempuh dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jeulamee sama dengan mahar, hanya saja yang berbeda adalah bentuknya yang mengharuskan emas dalam takaran mayam. Jeulamee merupakan simbol kehormatan baik bagi pihak perempuan maupun pihak laki-laki. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kadar jeulamee diantaranya pendidikan, keturunan, pekerjaan, dan kecantikan. Adapun tradisi jeulamee dalam pernikahan suku Aceh ini masuk dalam kategori mashlahah Najmuddin al-Thufi. Menikah dengan menetapkan jeulamee yang nilainya tinggi akan menarik suatu manfaat, yaitu menjadi suatu motivasi bagi para pemuda untuk bekerja keras dan mereka bisa mempersiapkan diri dan berupaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarganya ketika sudah menikah nanti.

Abstract

Microplastics are small plastic particles that measure no more than 5mm, formed through the fragmentation of larger plastic materials. Their presence in marine environments has become a global concern due to their potential to threaten biodiversity and ecosystem stability. In fish organisms, exposure to microplastics can cause various disturbances, including physiological changes, reduced growth rates, and damage to the digestive system. Microplastics have a significant impact on marine food webs, affecting organisms across various trophic levels, starting from plankton at the base of the food chain to apex predators such as marine mammals. The accumulation of microplastics in marine organisms can reduce their ability to survive and reproduce, leading to population instability and disrupting ecosystem balance. To address this issue, an integrated approach is needed, involving technological innovation, strengthening waste management systems, and improving public education. Additionally, implementing effective regulations and conservation and protection programs is crucial for ensuring the sustainability of marine ecosystems. Addressing this problem requires a comprehensive strategy, including technological innovation, waste management improvements, and public education. Abstract

Hak asasi manusia adalah hak-hak yang dimiliki manusia semata-mata karena ia manusia. Umat manusia memilikinya bukan karena diberikan kepadanya oleh masyarakat atau berdasarkan hukum positif, melainkan semata-mata berdasarkan martabatnya sebagai manusia. Dalam arti ini, maka meskipun setiap orang terlahir dengan warna kulit, jenis kelamin, bahasa, budaya dan kewarganegaraan yang berbeda-beda, ia tetap mempunyai hak-hak tersebut. Inilah sifat universal dari hak-hak tersebut. Selain bersifat universal, hak-hak itu juga tidak dapat dicabut (inalienable). Artinya seburuk apapun perlakuan yang telah dialami oleh seseorang atau betapapun bengisnya perlakuan seseorang, ia tidak akan berhenti menjadi manusia dan karena itu tetap memiliki hak-hak tersebut. Dengan kata lain, hak-hak itu melekat pada dirinya sebagai makhluk insani sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam teori hak kodrati. Desa Teko merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Pringgabaya Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Dilihat dari keadaan geografis dan sosial masyarakatnya, desa ini termasuk salah satu desa agraris yang sebagian besar masyarakatnya hidup dari hasil pertanian. Minimnya tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang Undang-undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia, dan rendahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat Desa Teko terhadap maksud/pengertian HAM, Generasi-generasi HAM, Asas-asas HAM, dan macam-macam hak yang terkandung dalam ketentuan hukum positif menjadi suatu alasan sehingga tim menjadikan desa ini menjadi lokasi suluh dengan penyuluhan hukum Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang HAM. Rencana pendekatan metode yang akan kami lakukan dalam penyuluhan hukum ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk: Ceramah, yaitu penyampaian materi penyuluhan dalam bentuk ceramah kepada peserta dengan aplikasi waktu yang telah disepakati. Kemudian Diskusi atau umpan balik, yaitu dengan membuka kesempatan Tanya jawab antara peserta dengan tim penyuluh tentang materi yang telah disampaikan yaitu mengenai maksud dan cakupan HAM yang terkandung dalam ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang HAM, dan Konsultasi hukum, yaitu memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta suluh untuk menyampaikan keluhan-keluhan atau permasalahan-permasalahan yang masih membingungkan mereka terkait dengan penegakan dan perlindungan HAM yang terjadi pada masyarakat itu sendiri atau yang sedang dihadapinya kemudian kami dari tim suluh akan menjawab dengan memaparkan dengan rinci dan jelas yang dalam hal ini terkait dengan pengertain, perlindungan dan penegakan HAM dan bagaimana HAM ini diatur dalam hukum positif indonesia yakni dalam ketentuan Undang-undang Nomor 39 Tahun 1999 tentang Hak Asasi Manusia.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECE) is a crucial stage in providing educational stimulation for children aged 0–6 years, particularly during the golden age, which plays a significant role in character formation. In the era of globalization and digitalization, children face various moral challenges, making the integration of religious and moral values an urgent necessity in ECE learning. Values such as honesty, responsibility, compassion, and tolerance serve as a fundamental basis for shaping children’s character to become faithful and pious individuals. The internalization of religious and moral values requires collaboration among teachers, parents, and the social environment to ensure consistency and sustainability in children’s education. This study aims to describe the integration of religious and moral values in early childhood education as an effort to form characters of faith and piety at TK Al Hidayah Sawentar 04. The research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that religious and moral values are integrated through daily prayer routines, teachers’ exemplary behavior, and the use of Islamic learning media such as illustrated stories and religious children’s songs. This integration positively influences children’s behavior, including politeness, honesty, and care for others. The study concludes that integrating religious values in ECE plays a strategic role in developing children’s spiritual character and may serve as a reference for other ECE institutions.

Abstract

This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach aimed at producing a valid and practical Problem Based Learning (PBL) model oriented toward Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) for Grade V IPAS subjects in elementary schools. The research was conducted at SDN Gugus 1 Aikmel, involving subject matter experts, learning model experts, Grade V teachers, and Grade V students of SDN 02 Aikmel and SDN 03 Aikmel. The development model used was the 4D model, consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. Data collection instruments included expert validation sheets and response questionnaires from teachers and students. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The validation results showed that the learning model expert assessment reached 85.71%, while the subject matter expert assessment reached 91.6%, both categorized as very valid. Practicality testing in the small-group trial obtained a percentage of 92.5%, and in the large-group trial 95%, both categorized as very practical. These findings indicate that the developed learning model is easy for teachers to implement, engaging for students, and supports contextual IPAS learning. Therefore, the STEM-oriented PBL model is considered valid and practical for use in Grade V elementary IPAS learning.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Sanggar Asy-Syauqi in reinforcing the religious practices of Islamic Education students at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research explores how structured religious programs, spiritual mentoring, Qur’an recitation circles, and communal worship activities contribute to shaping students’ worship discipline, religious understanding, and internalization of Islamic values. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation analysis involving sanggar administrators, active student members, and faculty mentors. The findings indicate that participation in the sanggar promotes consistent worship routines, enhances comprehension of religious principles, and fosters spiritual motivation supported by a collaborative and value-driven community environment. Students report significant personal and spiritual transformation, particularly in terms of prayer consistency, Qur’anic engagement, ethical awareness, and confidence in their religious identity as future Islamic educators. The study highlights the importance of campus-based religious studios as effective platforms for holistic spiritual development and suggests the need for further comparative research across different Islamic higher education institutions.

Abstract

Deep learning has become an important orientation in primary education because it emphasizes conceptual understanding, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and the ability to transfer knowledge. However, primary school learning practices still tend to be procedural and do not fully support deep learning. The RADEC learning model (Read–Answer–Discuss–Explain–Create) has the potential to address this challenge through systematic learning stages centered on students’ active engagement. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the RADEC model to support deep learning in primary education through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This review was conducted in accordance with PRISMA principles by examining scientific articles published during the 2019–2025 period and sourced from Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. A total of 25 articles that met the inclusion criteria were thematically analyzed to map the implementation patterns of each RADEC stage and their relationship with the dimensions of deep learning. The synthesis results indicate that the Read and Answer stages contribute to conceptual understanding and critical thinking; the Discuss and Explain stages support collaboration and academic communication; and the Create stage encourages knowledge transfer and creativity. Nevertheless, the Create stage still needs strengthening in task design and product-based assessment. These findings affirm that RADEC is a relevant learning model for operationalizing deep learning in primary education.
