Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana Pendidikan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam di Madrasah. Pengelolaan sarana dan Prasarana ini merupakan faktor yang tidak dapat diabaikan keberadaannya dan berperan sebagai faktor pendukung keberhasilan kegiatan serta tujuan pembelajaran di sekolah sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan dan mutu sekolah. Penulis memilih menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk memperoleh temuan dan informasi terkait pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di MI NU Kumpul Sari. Dari penelitian ini, beberapa temuan yang diperoleh yaitu sebagai berikut: 1) pengertian sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang memiliki fungsi dan peran dalam mencapai kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum yang diterapkan dala satuan pendidikan; 2) pemahaman pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang dimanfaatkan, dikelola, dan digunakan untuk kepentingan proses pembelajaran di sekolah; 3) pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, yaitu a) perencanaan, b) pengadaan, c) inventarisasi, d) pemeliharaan, e) penghapusan; 4) tujuan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah berdasar atas azaz manfaat untuk meningkatkan efektifitas serta efisiensi agar sarana dan prasarana tetap dapat digunakan; 5) Menghindari kesalahan dan kegagalan yang tidak diinginkan Ketika terjadi kendala dalam keterbatasan anggaran; 6) pengaruh sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di sekolah akan sangat mendukung keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah; 7) pentingnya evaluasi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan sekolah kepada siswa, guru, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the causal relationships between academic supervision and the managerial abilities of principals, and their impact on teacher competence. This analysis will also consider job motivation as a mediating component in this relationship. The present study employs a quantitative methodology. The study's sample included 125 teachers from seven private vocational schools located in Temanggung Regency. The employed sample methodology was random sampling. The research instrument employed in this study consisted of a questionnaire that underwent initial testing to establish its validity and reliability. In the context of hypothesis testing, the process of data analysis often involves employing path analysis and the Sobel test to examine the role of mediating variables. The study's findings indicate that there exists a significant relationship between academic supervision, administrative ability of school principals, and work motivation. The influence of academic supervision and managerial abilities of principals on teacher competence is evident. The mediating role of work motivation is observed in the relationship between academic supervision, principal's administrative abilities, and teacher competence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on work discipline of the kerinci sub district head office in pelalawan district. The sample in this study were employees at Kerinci Sub District Head Office In Pelalawan District totaling 32 people. While the variables examined in this study is the job satisfaction and work discipline. Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity, reliability, R2 and t test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results obtained that the job satisfaction simultaneously affect the work discipline of employees with a value of correlation R = 0.728 which shows the close relationship between the job satisfaction and work discipline at Kerinci Sub District Head Office In Pelalawan District. While the R-square at 0.530 which can mean job satisfaction has a contribution of 53% contribution to work discipline at Kerinci Sub District Head Office In Pelalawan District. Partially obtained job satisfaction positive and significant effect on the work discipline at Kerinci Sub District Head Office In Pelalawan District with signifivantly 0,000 smaller than alpha 0,05. With simple linear regression equation in this study : Y = 7.694 + 0.634X.

Abstract

Purpose − This study aims to determine the impact of the development of Islamic finance on renewable energy production in Islamic countries. Two variables representing Islamic finance (Islamic financing and Sukuk) and five control variables (economic growth, foreign investment, CO2 emissions, trade openness, and consumer price index) are also studied.Methodology − Ninety-panel data from 10 Islamic countries over a period of 9 years (2013-2021) were analyzed using panel data analysis with the fixed effect model approach.Findings − The results show that Islamic countries with good development of Islamic banking and Sukuk tend to experience an increase in renewable energy production. Other empirical findings show that economic growth, CO2 emissions, and consumer price index are the next variables that affect renewable energy in Islamic countries.Implications − The results of this study have implications for the policies of Muslim countries to further encourage Islamic finance to be channeled into the renewable energy sector. The government should establish a clear regulatory framework for green Islamic investment and financing and if necessary, they are needed to provide incentives to the green investment sector.Originality − Previous studies that directly examine the effect of Islamic financial development on renewable energy are still limited. Most of the previous studies have examined the impact of Islamic financial development on environmental issues such as sustainable development, climate change, or environmental quality

Abstract

Sebagai oleh-oleh tradisional Padangsidimpuan, buah salak (Salacca Zalacca) telah lama terkenal sebagai buah paling terkenal di kota ini. Kesulitan salak adalah hanya dimanfaatkan daging buahnya saja; komponen lainnya terbuang dan tidak terpakai. Salak yang secara ilmiah dikenal dengan nama Salacca sumatrana Becc, merupakan produk daerah Padangsidimpuan dan Tapanuli Selatan, menurut banyak penelitian. Asam karbolik aktif yang ditemukan dalam salad dapat menghilangkan mineral dan kontaminan lainnya dari air. Menggunakan asam karbol aktif sebagai bagian dari sistem penyaringan air dapat meningkatkan rasa air dengan menghilangkan kontaminan seperti klorin serta bau dan warna yang tidak sedap. Dalam upaya untuk memperbaiki kehidupan orang-orang di sekitar kita, upaya kami berupaya untuk memperluas potensi limbah buah salak dengan menjadikannya dapat digunakan sebagai pembersih lantai yang ramah lingkungan. Menjalin kerjasama dengan pemerintah daerah, melakukan uji coba awal produksi produk, sosialisasi, dan memberikan dukungan dalam pengolahan produk merupakan beberapa langkah yang terkandung dalam kegiatan ini.

Abstract

The Village Law provides villages with the freedom to manage their finances independently. However, tax management and compliance with tax provisions still face challenges. Many village officials, especially village treasurers, do not yet understand the correct tax procedures, such as determining taxable objects and proper calculations. The purpose of this service is to provide education and training on understanding taxation, especially VAT, Income Tax, and correct tax calculation practices. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring targeting the Jatijajar Village officials, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. The results of the service show that 75% of village officials have been able to calculate taxes in accordance with applicable provisions. From this, there is an increase in tax accuracy and compliance, as well as more reliable and relevant village financial reports. It is recommended that further mentoring be carried out regarding tax reporting and preparation of SPT so that village officials can carry out tax obligations more efficiently and on time.

Abstract

This service activity aims to introduce digital marketing to increase sales of MSME products (Ud. Rap ​​Sehat) in North Padangsidimpuan District, Padangsidimpuan City. The partners of this PKM activity are UD. RAP SEHAT, is a business that is domiciled in the Padangsidimpuan Municipality area but its agricultural land is located in the South Tapanuli Regency area. UD. This SEHAT RAP has an agricultural business sector whose plant commodities are Coffee and Cloves, Owner of UD. RAP SEHAT, in this case Mr. Zul Fahri Harahap, since the beginning of starting his business, which started in the agricultural sector, has wanted to form a business system from upstream to downstream, namely not only being satisfied with his agricultural products but also reaching the stage of diversifying his agricultural products into ready-to-consume products. After the running of this business and the product has been released from UD. This SEHAT RAP is in the form of Clove Coffee (KopCeng) partners are experiencing problems in selling their products. Based on the problems faced by business owners UD. RAP SEHAT, which in this case is a partner for PKM activities, is the PKM team at Muhammadiyah University of South Tapanuli who are interested in analyzing the causes of existing problems through interviews with partners. After finding the point of the problem, a solution was found to solve the problem, in this case the introduction of web-based digital marketing which is expected to be a solution related to the low product sales from UD. RAP SEHAT in this case KopCeng. This PKM activity is carried out using the workshop method (presentation of material and training) to partner employees related to digital marketing.

Abstract

In recent years, there has been an increased demand for information regarding companies’ risk management efforts and opportunities related to climate change. The lack of concrete evidence about companies’ efforts to address the impacts of climate change highlights the importance of climate change disclosure. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the attributes of the president commissioners (gender, age, and nationality) on climate change disclosure. Method: The study focuses on listed entities within the banking sector from 2020 to 2022 using a quantitative research methodology. The purposive sampling technique was used to gather a sample size of 129 observations. The data was analyzed using Stata 16. Findings: The results indicate that companies with female president commissioners tend to disclose less about climate change, while age and foreign nationality positively impact disclosure. These findings align with the upper-echelon theory and have significant practical implications. They underscore the need for policymakers to consider the president commissioner’s characteristics when developing strategies to promote climate change disclosure, given the growing importance of sustainability concerns. The robustness checks on the regression results consistently support these findings. Novelty: The president commissioner plays a crucial role in determining the success of climate change disclosure. Previous studies have analyzed commissioners’ educational backgrounds, while other crucial traits for supporting climate change disclosure, such as gender, age, and nationality, still lack empirical evidence. Additionally, there is still little attention given to the banking industry.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of learning facilities and infrastructure, teacher performance, and teacher competency on the implementation of the independent curriculum in junior high schools throughout Trangkil Pati District. The implementation of an independent curriculum is an educational approach that focuses on the core principles of learning, recognizing and nurturing the unique talents and interests of each child. This study employs quantitative methods. The subjects of this research were all junior high school teachers in Trangkil Pati District who were included in the basic education data. The total number of junior high school teachers is 89, which allows for the use of a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire tested for validity and reliability. The research employed descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) learning facilities and infrastructure have a negative effect on the implementation of the independent curriculum by 37.8%, (2) teacher performance has a negative effect on the implementation of the independent curriculum by 24.1%, (3) teacher competence has a positive effect on the implementation of the independent curriculum by 18.6%, and (4) learning facilities and infrastructure, teacher performance, and teacher competency collectively have a positive influence on the implementation of the independent curriculum by 56.2%.
