Abstract

Nasab determines the part of inheritance, guardianship, nurturing, nurturing and things related to it. Without a nasab relationship, many things will be difficult to solve. Children resulting from adultery are considered legally invalid because adultery is considered an act that is not halal and violates the provisions of sharia. In this case, the child does not have the legal nasab of his biological father if sufficient evidence shows that the child is the result of adultery. In Islam, a child born from an extramarital relationship is considered not to have a nasab (lineage) relationship with his biological father, but only with his mother. Therefore, there are two differences of opinion of mufassir about the nasab of adultery children The purpose of this study is to find out how different opinions are about the nasab of adultery children according to Al-Qurthubu and Wahbah Zuhaili. This study uses a comparative research method with a qualitative approach, namely by looking for differences contained in various primary and secondary sources and exploring and describing the research with a description of differences of opinion about the nasab of the child of adultery Imam Al-Qurthubi argues about the fate of the child of adultery that the child born from the result of adultery does not follow his father but follows his mother, If the child is born to a woman, then he cannot be the guardian in his marriage and can be married by the husband of the mother. According to Wahbah Zuhaili, children born from adultery are haram to marry a man from the mother because the man is still included in the category of mushoharoh. Marriage of a pregnant woman because adultery is allowed. If she gives birth to a child after six months of the marriage contract, her destiny will be to that man. If it is less than six months from the time of the marriage contract, then it is not given to him unless the man makes a vow that the child is his child and does not explain that the child is not from adultery.

Abstract

Surah al-Fatihah is known by various other names. First, Surah al-fatihah, this surah is the opening surah of the Qur'an and is read in every prayer, as explained by Ath-Thabari. Second, Ummul Kitab, which means "Mother of the Book," this surah covers the essence of the teachings of the Qur'an. In this surah al-fatihah, there is also praise to Allah, recognition of His power, devotion to Him, obedience to His commands and prohibitions, and a request to be guided to His pleasure. The name "um" in Arabic is often used to refer to something that encompasses a variety of things. During life, whether consciously or unconsciously, the mind has a great influence in dealing with all situations, and can even affect changes in a person. The outward appearance of a human being is a reflection of his inner world. A person becomes what he thinks, because the mind gives energy to realize what he wants to achieve. The prophets chosen by God to get guidance and guide mankind to the truth, have a special way of thinking. They always say and act correctly, have seriousness, trust, intelligence, and openness, and convey something that must be conveyed. They are awakened from sin and transgression, keeping their identity well. Likewise the story experienced by the prophet Ayyub As.

Abstract

Teacher professional development (PD) is widely recognized as a key factor in enhancing teaching quality and improving student learning outcomes. However, teachers often face significant barriers to accessing and engaging in PD, which operate at individual, institutional, and systemic levels. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 25 qualitative and mixed-methods studies published between 2010 and 2024 to identify and analyze these barriers. Thematic analysis reveals five major challenges: time constraints and heavy workloads, limited access and infrastructure (especially in remote areas), misalignment between PD content and classroom needs, lack of leadership and policy support, and low teacher motivation and professional identity. These barriers are categorized across three levels: individual (e.g., burnout, lack of motivation), institutional (e.g., inadequate school leadership, absence of collaborative structures), and systemic (e.g., digital divide, centralized and non-contextual policy design). The review also synthesizes key recommendations from the literature, including the need for contextually relevant PD, collaborative models such as Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), stronger instructional leadership, and inclusive, long-term policy frameworks. Findings highlight the importance of moving beyond superficial training models toward a systemic, multi-layered approach that fosters a sustainable culture of professional learning and empowers teachers as active agents of educational change.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of organizational restructuring and work supervision on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. PLN (Persero) Regional Main Unit of Bangka Belitung. The data in this study were obtained from employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Regional Main Unit of Bangka Belitung in 2025 who were willing to participate as respondents. This study used primary data by conducting direct field research by administering questionnaires and drawing samples using the census method, where the sample was the entire population because the population only consisted of 95 employees. Data analysis techniques were carried out using descriptive statistical analysis and PLS (Partial Least Squares). Based on the hypothesis testing results, it can be concluded that organizational restructuring and work supervision have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both directly and through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Effective organizational restructuring improves task clarity, work efficiency, and employee motivation, which in turn positively impacts both satisfaction and performance. Similarly, effective work supervision through monitoring, evaluation, and constructive feedback makes employees feel appreciated and supported, ultimately encouraging them to work more optimally. Therefore, organizational restructuring and work supervision are crucial factors that must be strategically managed by PT. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in regional economic development. However, their business sustainability is often hindered by limited financial literacy and poor financial management practices. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial management on the financial performance and sustainability of MSMEs, as well as to examine the mediating role of financial performance in these relationships. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method involving 354 MSME actors in Wajo Regency, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 software . The results reveal that both financial literacy and financial management have a positive and significant influence on MSMEs’ financial performance. Financial literacy also has a significant direct effect on business sustainability, whereas financial management does not. Furthermore, financial performance significantly mediates the effect of both financial literacy and financial management on MSME sustainability. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing financial capabilities among MSME actors to promote business sustainability, and the need for adaptive policy support aligned with the real conditions faced by small business operators.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of financial reconciliation in improving the accuracy of monthly and annual financial statements at CV X, a machinery distribution company that does not have an internal accounting staff and relies entirely on a Public Accounting Service Office (Kantor Jasa Akuntan or KJA) for its financial reporting process. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques carried out through interviews, direct observations, and documentation review. The research findings show that the implementation of financial reconciliation, which includes bank reconciliation, accounts receivable and payable reconciliation, inventory reconciliation, and tax reconciliation, significantly improves the reliability of CV X’s financial statements. Before the application of reconciliation procedures, the company’s financial statements were inaccurate, unsystematic, and failed to reflect the actual financial condition. After the periodic implementation of reconciliation, there was a notable increase in transparency, accuracy of recording, and ease of tax reporting processes. Although the process faced challenges such as delays in the submission of data and discrepancies in transaction names, reconciliation proved to be effective in enhancing the company’s financial reporting system. This research recommends the development of a digital reconciliation system and the placement of an internal accounting staff to further strengthen the effectiveness and sustainability of financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cultural ecology of the short story anthology "Mata Blater". This collection was selected due to its representation of diverse Madurese customs, traditions, and values, which are infrequently explored by literary authors. The research employs a descriptive exploratory methodology and a cultural ecology approach, utilizing data in the form of literary text units pertaining to cultural ecology. The findings of this investigation demonstrate that this short story collection exhibits a strong correlation with culture and environment, such as karapan sapi, blater, tandak, celurit. Karapan sapi is a traditional bull racing event is not only a showcase of animal prowess but also serves as a celebration of community, culture, and agricultural identity. The preparation for the race involves elements of care for the bulls, emphasizing a relationship steeped in mutual respect and cultural significance. Blater comes from the Madurese language and can be literally translated as "brave" or "champion." However, its meaning and connotations are far more complex within the context of Madurese society. A blater is not merely a thug or a local strongman; they are a highly influential social figure with a dual role as an informal peacekeeper and, at times, a thug for personal gain. The blater represents an informal justice system thriving in a community that holds traditional values dear and reflects the unique social dynamics, beliefs, and power hierarchy within Madurese society. Tandak refers to a female dancer who performs at celebratory events, especially weddings. The role of a tandak is crucial in folk entertainment and has unique characteristics that set her apart from other dancers. A tandak becomes a central figure and a symbol of prosperity at a celebration. A key feature of the Madurese tandak is her interaction with the guests. They dance to the accompaniment of traditional Madurese music, such as saronen, and invite guests to dance with them. Guests who dance with the tandak usually give them a tip (money) as a form of appreciation. Celurit is a traditional sickle used for harvesting illustrates the connection between labor, agricultural practices, and respect for the land. The narratives surrounding celurit highlight the skills passed down through generations and convey the importance of sustainable practices in rice farming. The anthology suggests that these cultural practices embody a collective awareness regarding the interplay of culture, nature, and human well-being. Collectively, these stories emphasize how Madurese people respect, utilize, and preserve their cultural and environmental heritage, underlining the intrinsic value of these interactions for community identity and environmental stewardship. Research has shown that communities around the world employ traditional agricultural practices that enhance biodiversity and ecosystem health, as highlighted in studies on sustainable farming methods. Evidence from environmental psychology suggests that exposure to natural environments can improve mental health and well-being, with studies indicating a positive correlation between time spent in nature and reduced stress levels. Additionally, anthropological research reveals that cultural rituals related to nature conservation can strengthen social ties and promote collective action for environmental protection. These findings underscore the significant role that culture, nature, and the environment play in contributing to human well-being.
