Abstract

The Indonesian government aims to promote information and communication technology (ICT) among micro and small enterprises to enhance their competitiveness in the global market. A survey was conducted among 180 micro and small enterprise owners in Makassar City using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model. The results showed that Performance Expectancy (PE) and Effort Expectancy (EE) insignificantly affect the Behavioral Intentions (BI) of the enterprise owners. It also indicated that Social Influence (SI) and Facilitating Conditions (FC) positively influence the adoption of ICT in micro and small enterprises. This study is novel and significant as it addresses a gap in the literature on digital transformation strategies, particularly in Makassar City, where such investigations are rare. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling (pengambilan sampel acak sederhana). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1016 karyawan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Kota Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 91 karyawan yang dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan software statistical product and services solutions (SPSS) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variabel kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan Pantai Bira Di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pantai Bira Kabupaten Bulukumba dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada 91 responden. Skala pengukurannya menggunakan skala likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan teknik uji t dan uji F dengan jalur bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layananan masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan yang ada di pantai bira kabupaten bulukumba.

Abstract

A harmonious marriage is the goal of every couple who wants to build a sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah family. However, to achieve this goal, mental and spiritual readiness is needed which is based on Qur'anic values. Unfortunately, today's young generation often enters marriage without sufficient understanding of these values, making them vulnerable to domestic conflict. This article aims to describe the BRUSIN (Guidance for Young People Ready for Marriage) program as a form of community service aimed at Yudharta University students in order to optimize pre-marital Qur'anic values. This program includes lecture methods, intensified guidance, discussion forums, and ongoing monitoring using a PAR (Participatory Action Research) model approach. The results of the program can be seen from questionnaire data which shows an increase in understanding and internalization of Qur'anic values in participants, which is expected to be able to become the basis for building quality households.

Abstract

The role of the family is very important in shaping the development of a child's personality, especially as parents have a big influence, where they act as educators above all else. The family is the first center of education. It is in this family that children are first educated and guided. Family education is very important education, especially Islamic education which must be provided by both parents from early childhood until adulthood. Apart from that, the family also functions as a basis for forming a child's personality. Therefore, the success of education in the family must be supported by a pleasant atmosphere on the part of the family or parents themselves, as well as the child's environment and social friends. In gender education, parents have a very important role in raising and directing their children. The purpose of this research is: To explain the views of Mrs. Nyai in Madura regarding parental justice towards all children in providing education. In this research the author used qualitative and quantitative methods, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation methods. The results of the research show that Nyai mothers in Madura must carry out the responsibility of educating their children for their parents. Because they believe that children are a God-given responsibility to be educated and taught. Nyai's view of the Madura Islamic Boarding School concerns the example that must be set by both parents, on the grounds that parents must be able to be role models and role models for their sons and daughters. Mothers are role models who are always imitated and imitated by their children in managing their lives. In the field of education, also for them, every child has the same right to be educated in the family, so that justice for parents in educating their children is a must.

Abstract

In the vibrant world of hospitality, the workforce serves as the pillar of regional tourism growth. The symbiotic relationship between hotel staff, the service providers, and guests, the consumers, is at the heart of this industry. Hotels, therefore, must continually enhance their staff quality, as they are the hotel’s living embodiment. Recognizing this, the Indonesian government has implemented certification programs through the Tourism Office to maintain service standards. This study delves into the impact of such interventions on service quality. It juxtaposes the self-evaluation of workers (n=325) post-intervention with customer perceptions (n=454), revealing a positive correlation between government intervention, employee self-assessment, and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of fatherless parenting as depicted in the Qur'an, especially through the story of the Prophet Ya'qub. The research method used is a critical analysis of parenting practices seen in the narrative of the Koran, with a focus on the role and influence of fathers in shaping the character of their children. This research describes fatherless parenting in the context of the life of the Prophet Ya'qub, who is the central figure in a complex and intriguing family story in the Qur'an. The results of the analysis highlight the various impacts that arise due to the absence of a father figure in the process of forming children's character. One of the main findings is the importance of the father's role as a family leader who provides moral direction and emotional support to children. Father absence can cause emotional instability and internal conflict in children and increase the risk of them falling into negative behavior. Apart from that, this research also explores the Prophet Ya'qub's efforts to overcome the challenges he faced as a single father. An in-depth analysis of the strategies used by the Prophet Ya'qub in raising his children provides valuable insight into the importance of a father's presence and influence in the family. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to our understanding of the importance of fathers' roles in the process of children's character formation, as well as their implications for contemporary parenting practices. The practical implications of this research include a better understanding of fatherless parenting and efforts that can be made to overcome its negative impacts in modern society.

Abstract

Environmental issues often stem from the lack of public awareness of the surrounding environment. Because human behavior and the environment are closely related, it is very important to develop the character of environmental care through education. This factor is one of the challenges faced by educational institutions today. This research is motivated by the researcher's assumption of the learning process of ecological Islamic religious education at Bina Karya Surabaya Junior High School. This type of research is qualitative field. The data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. For data analysis, researchers do by means of data reduction, data presentation, and consclucing drawing/verificaton. The research results are as follows: (1) Planning for ecological Islamic Education learning is realized in the form of a syllabus along with the development of lesson plans. (2) The implementation of ecological Islamic Education learning is carried out in accordance with the stages of implementing the discovery learning model (stimulation, problem statement, data collection, data processing, generalization), (3) Evaluation of ecological Islamic Education learning using authentic assessment which can be carried out by means of tests and non-tests.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran yang baik dapatmembantu penyerapan pembelajaran menjadi lebih optimal. Selaras dengan itu, pembelajaran yang baik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak. Kemampuan kognitif tersebut sangat penting dikuasai agar siswa mendapat pengetahuan dan nilai yang baik pada setiap pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan kognitif anak melalui penggunaan media kreasi puzzle tubol di PAUD Mutiara Ummi Candi Sidoarjo. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menemukan bahwa dengan menggunakan media kreasi puzzle tubol, tingkat dalam kemampuan kognitif siswa kelas A menujukkan hasil akhir yaitu BSB (berkembang sangat Baik). Namun, perlu digarisbawahi, sebelum menggunakan media ini, guru perlu menyiapkan langkah-langkah tutorialnya. Karena, setelah menggunakan media tersebut, guru harus memberi kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mengaplikasikannya.

Abstract

Hate speech becomes an unrest in society as a nation and state. This is due to concerns that hate speech could disrupt the harmony of society which has been running well. Hate speech seems to be increasingly finding an effective place to be carried out when social media is starting to be widely owned by people in Indonesia. In this way, hate speech becomes even more disturbing. This type of research is qualitative with data collection techniques using a library research approach. The data collection process was carried out by reading related literature, in the form of journals, books, articles and of course the Al-Qur'an as the main source in discussing hate speech and the hadith of the Prophet as a reinforcement of the Al-Qur'an. The results of this research indicate that hate speech has received strong criticism in the Al-Qur'an. In fact, the Al-Qur'an gives a cruel picture of people who tend to carry out hate speech and threaten painful torture. The consequences of hate speech are also mentioned a lot in the Al-Qur'an in the form of mentioning certain groups that were destroyed due to the violence (hate speech) carried out by their people.
