Abstract

The role of management information systems in insurance programs is very important. This system makes it easier for brokers to manage customer data, including personal information and insurance needs. In addition, the management information system helps brokers in handling the customer claim submission process and ensures that claim submissions are handled correctly by the broker and insurance company. Overall, the management information system supports brokers in managing data and increasing the efficiency of managing risks and insurance needs.

Abstract

Anxiety is a psychological condition characterized by feelings of fear and worry about an uncertain future. Dhikr is a technique whose aim is to get closer to Allah. This research also uses phenomenology and a qualitative approach for its research design, chosen because it allows researchers to gain a deeper understanding from the results of interviews regarding the effectiveness of dhikr relaxation as a method for dealing with anxiety in UHAMKA Psychology Students. In this exploration, testing was carried out using purposive examination with the Miles and Huberman information inquiry data analysis model. Qualitative information is examined interactively and consistently to produce results, resulting in information data saturation. The results obtained in this research are that dhikr relaxation has an effect on overcoming anxiety in UHAMKA Psychology students.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an assessment instrument for strengthening students' Pancasila profile in middle school mathematics teaching, which teachers can use. This research follows a development process using the Plomp model, consisting of three phases. The respondents involved in this study were six experts in mathematics education and information technology, 23 middle school mathematics teachers, and 1,297 students. The research results show that Aiken's V value is 0.89, which exceeds the v-table of 0.630, indicating good validity. The Cronbach Alpha reliability analysis results indicate a strong outcome, with a value of 0.751. Confirmatory factor analysis using the R program showed significant factor loadings with a p-value < 0.05. Apart from that, the achievement percentage for all dimensions is in the good category, with an average achievement of 87.06%. These results prove that the assessment instrument developed is suitable for teachers to measure the strengthening of Pancasila student profiles in mathematics teaching at school. The developed instrument can be used as an effective evaluation tool in mathematics teaching to strengthen the Pancasila Learner Profile and help identify areas that require improvement in teaching to achieve a more balanced profile across all dimensions.

Abstract

This study examined the effect of price, service quality and promotion on sustainable purchasing decisions. The sample used was 60 respondents with the criteria of respondents who used Mamochi products in Yogyakarta. The data was collected using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The results of the validity test with the Pearson correlation criteriagreather than 0.254 (r table), showed that all indicators were valid, as well as the reliability test with Cronbach alphagreather than 0.6. The results of the mediation test show that consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of price on repurchase decisions, while the quality of service and promotion programs have an effect on repurchase decisions not mediated by customer satisfaction. As for partial testing of price variables, service quality has an effect on satisfaction, while promotion has no effect. Likewise, the variables of price, promotion and customer satisfaction have an effect on repurchase decisions, while service quality has no effect on re-purchase decisions. For the simultaneous test results, price variables, service quality and promotion have an effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) the socio-demographic of traders, 2) the forms of traders 'behavior in disposing of garbage, 3) the availability of landfills and 4) the traders' understanding of market hygiene regulations. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. This research was conducted in September-November 2018 in Padang Panjang Main Market, Padang Panjang City. The population in this study were all official traders in the Padang Panjang Main Market as many as 800 people and the sampling technique used random sampling as many as 100 people. Data collection techniques in this study were using questionnaires and documentation. The technique of analyzing research data uses percentages. The results of research on the behavior of traders in disposing of garbage in the Padang Panjang Induk Market in Padang Panjang City can be concluded: 1) The sex of the traders who dominate women, the age of traders who dominate 30-39 years, the average length of traders selling 11-20 years, types of merchandise most of which are sold, namely food. 2) The form of behavior carried out by most traders provides cleaning tools, on average they choose to stay quiet in terms of collecting garbage, on average cleaning merchandise before and after selling, most traders throw trash around the kiosk, flat -If the traders dispose of garbage in its place, most traders pay market retribution.3) On average traders have trash bins, most of the trash bins belong to the merchants themselves, on average traders who do not have trash bins have been provided by officers, on average the average trash can is in the form of a plastic barrel, most of the trash cans are covered and waterproof, and those that don't have garbage fulfill the requirements to be replaced. 4) The average trader knows the market hygiene regulations, generally there are regulations made by the manager, most do not know the contents of the hygiene regulations, most comply with the rules and are willing to accept sanctions if they violate, most traders listen to information for maintain cleanliness, generally get counseling about cleanliness and waste management. Abstract

Technology has undergone significant and rapid change with the transition from self-managed data centers to visualized infrastructure. Data archiving has a very important role because it can make it easier to process data quickly and accurately. Web-based information systems have become an integral part of digital transformation in various industrial sectors. By providing centralized access to computing resources, data storage, and applications over the internet, the cloud provides significant freedom and flexibility. Web-based information systems bring great benefits to organizations that successfully adopt them. While challenges such as security and regulatory compliance need to be overcome, the opportunities for innovation and operational efficiency make cloud-based information systems a strategic choice in a company's digital transformation roadmap. Several institutional companies and individuals have used web-based archiving but it has not been effective. For this reason, a good archiving system is needed that makes it easier to search and process data. Web-Based Archiving Management Information System which will provide convenience in processing data to be more effective and accurate. Apart from that, it can also save time and better manage reports and decision making within the Company.

Abstract

Break Even Point (BEP) analysis is one of the important methods in evaluating a company's financial performance to determine the minimum sales level that must be achieved to avoid losses. This study aims to examine the application of the BEP method in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk during the 2019-2023 period, with a focus on determining BEP values, evaluating financial trends, and identifying operational efficiency. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data analysis obtained from the company's financial statements for the last five years. The results of the study show an upward trend in fixed costs and variable costs, which has an impact on increasing the BEP value from year to year until it peaked in 2022 of IDR 42,150,629 million, before decreasing to IDR 40,118,079 million in 2023. This finding indicates that there are efforts to improve the efficiency of the company's operational costs. The novelty of this study lies in the longitudinal analysis of BEP trends combined with the evaluation of contribution margin efficiency. The resulting output is in the form of strategic recommendations for the company to maintain financial stability through optimal management of fixed and variable costs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of total asset turnover and inventory turnover on company value (case study on pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period). The population in this study uses the purposive sampling method in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and based on the criteria that have been determined, a sample of 55 pharmaceutical companies is obtained. The analysis of research data is a quantitative analysis, a calculation tool using SPSS (Statistical Package Social Science) analysis. The value of the determination coefficient (R2) of 0.232 shows that the variables of total asset turnover and inventory turnover affect the company's value by 26% and the remaining 74% are influenced by other variables. The results of the total asset turnover test partially did not have a significant effect on the company's value. The test results on the inventory turnover variable partially did not have a significant effect on the company's value. The results of testing the variables of total asset turnover and inventory turnover simultaneously affect the value of companies in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the results of the research, companies should pay more attention to the efficiency of total asset turnover and inventory turnover in order to generate profits. For investors, you should pay more attention to the value of the company because the higher the stock price, the higher the stock market price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis distribusi jumlah penerima bantuan sosial berdasarkan kelompok umur di empat provinsi di Indonesia: Riau, Lampung, Sumatera Barat, dan Bali pada tahun 2023/2024. Bantuan sosial merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk mengurangi ketimpangan sosial dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya bagi kelompok rentan. Namun, distribusi bantuan sosial seringkali tidak merata antar kelompok umur, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis untuk memahami pola penerimaannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif melalui studi literatur yang berfokus pada data penerima bantuan sosial berdasarkan kelompok umur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi signifikan dalam jumlah penerima bantuan sosial antar kelompok umur dan provinsi. Kelompok usia produktif (26-40 tahun) cenderung menjadi penerima utama di Lampung dan Riau, sementara Bali menunjukkan jumlah penerima yang lebih rendah, terutama pada kelompok usia lanjut. Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi perlunya kebijakan distribusi bantuan sosial yang lebih inklusif dan adil, untuk menjangkau kelompok rentan di seluruh usia dan wilayah.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques are by observation and distributing questionnaires. This research involved a sample of 86 respondents using the Slovin formula. All tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research were that service quality had a partial effect on customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. The partial test value (t) on the service quality variable (X) was 3.769 with a value ttable is 1.663. So the tcount value is greater than ttable (3.768 > 1.663), then the service quality variable (X) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y). This shows that the first hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This means that "the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction" which has also been proven successfully by this research with an R Square value obtained of 0.145 multiplied by 100% to 14.5%. while 85.5% is explained by other variables. Apart from that, the service quality variable has a low relationship with customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, amounting to 0.380.
