Abstract

أسئلة البحث هي كيف قدرة طلاب الصف الثاني بمعهد محمدية كولا مادو في مهارة الكلام؟ وما المشكلات التي يواجهها الطلاب الصف الثاني بمعهد محمدية كولا مادو في مهارة الكلام؟ هذا البحث بحث الكيف الوصفي الميداني، والطريقة المستعملة في جمع البيانات هي طريقة الملاحظة، والمقابلة، والوثيقة. وطريقة المستخدمة تحليل البيانات الوصفي. تأكدت نتائج البحث التي تم الحصول عليها من أن قدرة طلاب الصف الثاني الثانوي بمعهد محمدية كوالا مادو على إتقان التحدث لا تزال ناقصة عند النظر إليها من هدف تعلم اللغة العربية في المعهد، بينما في النظر إليها من طريقة معايير المجلس الأمريكي لتعليم اللغات الأجنبية ACTFL فإن قدرة الطلاب في إتقان التحدث باللغة العربية تكون في المستوى المتوسط.وأما المشاكل التي يواجهها طلاب الصف الثاني في إتقان التحدث هي أنه ليس كل الطلاب متخرجين في المعهد ، وبعضهم يرغب في مواصلة دراسته في الجامعات الحكومية ، و قلة اهتمام الطلاب في تعلم اللغة العربية والتحدث باللغة العربية.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the price review of Cryptocurrencies in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods with the nature of literature review. qualitative research conducted and research purposes, sampling may not be necessary in qualitative research with a literature review. In this case, the researcher did not collect data from respondents or informants, so there was no need to take samples. The results of the study show that cryptocurrency prices in Indonesia are still considered digital assets and have not been recognized as legal currency. Nonetheless, Cryptocurrency transactions still occur in Indonesia and several Cryptocurrency exchanges also operate in Indonesia by complying with regulations set by the government. The development of blockchain technology and Cryptocurrency adoption continues to increase in Indonesia, and the Indonesian government has also introduced initiatives such as the Blockchain Indonesia program to increase awareness and adoption of blockchain technology in Indonesia. As an investor, keep in mind that Cryptocurrency is still very risky and very volatile. Therefore, it is necessary to be careful and carefully consider the risks before deciding to invest. It is also important to always follow the regulations and policies related to Cryptocurrency set by the Indonesian government.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain descriptions of ROA, LDR and CAR at Bank BCA and Bank BRI and to analyze the differences in ROA, LDR and CAR at Bank BCA and Bank BRI which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2021. the variables in this study are ROA, LDR and CAR. The population of this study are BCA Banks and BRI Banks which are registered on the IDX in the 2019-2021 period. The sampling method used is a saturated sample (all populations are sampled) Bank BCA and Bank BRI in 2019-2021 with computer aids that use the SPSS program. 23 for windows. Analysis of the financial statements in the form of these ratios includes the first liquidity ratio, this ratio shows aspects of the company's ability to meet obligations that are due in the short term. ROA, LDR and CAR are aspects that can be used to measure the performance of a company. This research was carried out using a comparative approach, a comparative research approach is a comparative research, which is carried out to compare the similarities and differences of 2 or more characteristics and facts of the object under study based on a certain frame of mind. The type of data in this study is quantitative data in the form of financial report figures at Bank BCA and Bank BRI. The data analysis technique used in this research is comparative analysis, which is a technique using the independent sample T-test. From the results of research that has been done to look at the financial performance of Bank BCA and Bank BRI with CAR ratios there is no difference in the financial performance of the two banks, while there are differences in the ROA and LDR ratios. By conducting independent differential tests the T-test samples on ROA and LDR values ​​can be used as benchmarks to measure the financial performance of the two banks.

Abstract

Laporan sumber dan penggunaan kas merupakan informasi keuangan berupa rincian lengkap tentang sumber-sumber kas dan penggunaannya dalam operasi perusahaan. Analisis terhadap sumber dan penggunaan kas memungkinkan manajemen dapat mengetahui sumber-sumber kas untuk pendanaan dan penggunaan sumber-sumber tersebut dalam operasi perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sumber dan penggunaan kas pada PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk. dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk , sebagai populasi dan pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sumber dan penggunaan kas pada PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk dari tahun 2019-2020 sebesar Rp.,- sedangkan sumber dan penggunaan kas pada PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk. pada tahun 2021 – 2022 sebesar Rp.,- . dan tahun 2022-2023 sebesar Rp.,- .

Abstract

Social changes and lifestyles of the elderly and children at the Al-Hikmah orphanage are very different from before living in the orphanage and after living in the orphanage. The purpose of this study was to see the extent of social changes and lifestyles of the elderly and children at the Al-Hikmah orphanage. The method used in this study is capacity building which aims to increase individual or group understanding of the problems they face while equipping them with ways to overcome them independently. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant increase in the knowledge of the elderly about cholesterol and hypertension. Before the intervention, 40% of the elderly still did not understand the mpact of cholesterol and hypertension. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant increase in children's knowledge about healthy lifestyles. As many as 30% of children at the Al-Hikmah orphanage still did not understand what a healthy lifestyle was

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik tim bola voli Sungai Sarik Lipat Kain. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi seluruh tim bola voli Sungai Sarik Lipat Kain dengan jumlah populasi 9 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi, jadi sampelnya berjumlah 9 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah leg dynamometer, hand dynamometer, back dynamometer, pull-up, wall squat, lari 15 menit (VO2 Max). Kemudian data diolah secara statistik, dengan rumus persentase dan mengacu pada norma penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi fisik tim bola voli Sungai Sarik Lipat Kain berada pada kategori kurang dengan persentase sebesar 58,33%. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Balai Besar Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilayah IV Makassar. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pengujian terhadap instrumen dengan melakukan uji validitas dab reabilitas, kemudian melakukan pengujian asumsi klasik dengan menguji data dengan uji normalitas, multikoloneiritas, heterokedasitas dan autokorelasi, dan terakhir dengan menguji hipotesis melalui uji partial dan determinasi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS 23.0 dengan metode regresi linear sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN)  pada Balai Besar Meteorologi, Klimatologi dan Geofisika Wilayah IV Makassar yang berjumlah 83 orang. Sedangkan penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh ehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi iaitu 83 orang. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa  kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan.

Abstract

The function of a tugboat is to tow or push other ships in harbors, open seas and rivers or canals. The propeller used should have an age according to the docking schedule, which is 5 years. However, the propeller was damaged before the ship docked. The owner ordered a new type of propeller with the Kaplan K4-70 series type. The loading given the results of the contour pressure on the CFD software is run using a variation of the propeller rotation. The FEM method for obtaining Hot Spot Stress uses the stress that occurs, namely the von Mises stress (equivalent stress). S-N curve to analyze the results of voltage values and cycles. After that, the value of the fatigue life of the propeller itself can be found. From the results of this study there is an influence on the thrust and torque values for each variation where from the running results the greatest value is obtained at 198.53 rpm at 18601.503 N and 3810.881 Nm and 234.24 rpm at 41563.213N and 6585.7302 Nm. The effect of variations in propeller rotation on thrust and torque values is that the greater the propeller rotation, the greater the value of thrust and torque as well. The location of the hot spot stress for each variation is at the root back blade of the propeller. The maximum stress/stress that occurs in the propeller is 198.53 rpm at 12.07 MPa, 238.24 rpm at 34.646 Mpa and for 357.35 rpm at 97.393. The effect of loading is that the greater the rpm/load value, the greater the resulting stress value (Von-Misses). The service life of the propeller is 198.53 rpm with a service life of 300 days for 25.865 years. For 238.24 rpm for 22.43 years and for 357.35 rpm for 14.57 years.

Abstract

The construction of houses in river border areas is a complex issue involving legal, environmental, and spatial planning aspects. River borders are protected zones designated to maintain the ecological function of rivers and to mitigate disaster risks. In Indonesia, development in these areas is regulated through various legal instruments, including Government Regulation No. 38 of 2011 and the OSS RBA (Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach) system. Local governments play a strategic role in spatial planning, granting permits, conducting supervision, and enforcing the law. However, significant challenges persist, such as inadequate spatial data, weak integration between local and central information systems, and socio-political pressures that influence decision-making. Furthermore, overlapping authorities between central and local governments after the Omnibus Law have further complicated the permitting and monitoring processes. A case study in Tanah Laut Regency reveals that negligence in issuing permits can lead to environmental degradation. Therefore, cross-sector collaboration, strengthened human resource capacity, and policy harmonization between central and local governments are essential. The implementation of a fair, transparent, and risk-based permitting system is key to protecting river border zones and achieving sustainable development that aligns with public interests and environmental preservation.

Abstract

This qualitative study explores teachers' strategies in teaching analytical exposition text and how to implement these strategies. Data were collected from two second-grade English teachers at SMA Negeri 15 Muaro Jambi through interviews and observations. Data analysis from this study used the theory of Miles and Huberman (1994), which consists of three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study found that teachers used three methods to teach analytical exposition text: game usage before learning, the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) Method, and the Jigsaw Method. Both methods were applied in a collaborative approach by forming several groups of students. In the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method, the teacher gave an issue to a group of students, who later understood the problem and came up with several opinions related to the problem. Finally, they would develop their opinions in the text. The jigsaw method focused more on understanding the material related to the concept of analytical exposition text, where the teacher created cooperative learning to form a complete understanding of the material being studied
