Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence stock prices of metal subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, focusing on the effects of the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio. A quantitative approach was used, relying on secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020–2024 period. Data were collected through literature review and document analysis. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 12 companies out of 34 issuers after applying specific criteria. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices in the metal subsector. Furthermore, the Debt to Equity Ratio shows a more dominant influence, highlighting that leverage is an important factor in determining stock value for companies in the metal and mineral subsector. These results emphasize that liquidity and capital structure play a crucial role in market valuation.

Abstract

Mapping Global Research The phenomenon of quiet quitting describes employee behavior in which individuals continue to perform their formal duties while psychologically and emotionally disengaging from the organization. This issue has become more prominent in the post–COVID-19 era, alongside the growing awareness of work-life balance and mental well-being. This study aims to map global research trends and directions related to quiet quitting through a bibliometric analysis of publications indexed in the Scopus database for the 2020–2024 period using the VOSviewer and Biblioshiny tools. The results reveal a significant increase in publications since 2022, highlighting three dominant themes: employee engagement and burnout, work-life balance and mental health, as well as leadership and organizational culture. These findings enrich the Human Resource Management (HRM) literature related to employee engagement and provide insights for developing adaptive HR strategies aligned with evolving work values and modern organizational culture. Keywords: Quiet quitting, bibliometric analysis, employee engagement, work life balance, human resource management.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has significantly transformed modern marketing strategies, particularly in the utilization of consumer data, message personalization, and digital platform–based interactions. However, this evolution also raises complex ethical challenges related to privacy protection and the establishment of consumer trust. This study aims to map the development and research trends concerning ethics, privacy, and trust within the context of digital marketing through a bibliometric mapping approach. Data were collected from the Scopus database covering publications between 2013 and 2025 and analyzed using VOSviewer and Biblioshiny software. The analysis revealed four main research clusters: (1) ethics and social responsibility in digital marketing, (2) data privacy and information security, (3) consumer trust and loyalty, and (4) digital technology implementation in marketing strategies. The findings highlight that the success of digital marketing is not solely driven by technological innovation but also by how organizations uphold ethical principles and protect privacy to foster consumer trust. This study contributes to the growing body of digital marketing literature and offers practical insights for developing sustainable and integrity-oriented marketing strategies. Keywords: Bibliometric Mapping, Digital Marketing Ethics, Data Privacy, Consumer Trust, Online Marketing.

Abstract

This research examines the development of digital marketing scholarship through a bibliometric approach to identify collaboration patterns, dominant themes, and potential research opportunities. Data were collected from Google Scholar using Harzing’s Publish or Perish and analyzed with VOSviewer to map the evolution of digital marketing studies in recent years. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of coal shipping activities on the social and economic conditions of communities in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan. The increasing intensity of coal maritime transport in this region follows the rapid growth of the export-oriented mining industry. However, this development not only contributes to the local economy but also triggers various social dynamics within coastal areas and communities along the shipping routes. This research adopts a qualitative approach through field research methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and direct observation of 40 respondents, consisting of coastal residents, fishermen, port workers, and local government officials. Eighteen respondents were fishermen, nine respondents were coastal community members, six respondents were port workers, and seven respondents were local government officials. The data were analyzed descriptively to examine the relationship between the intensity of shipping activities and changes in the socio-economic structure of local communities. The findings indicate that coal shipping activities have generated positive economic impacts, such as increased employment opportunities and income levels, but have also led to several social issues, including environmental degradation, land conflicts, and a decline in coastal community well-being. Therefore, sustainable maritime management policies are required to ensure that the economic benefits gained from coal shipping do not compromise social welfare and environmental preservation in Berau Regency.

Abstract

The rapid digitalization of financial systems has amplified exposure to cyber risks, posing substantial threats to institutional performance and systemic stability. This study investigates how Cyber Risk Management (CRM) strengthens Financial System Resilience (FSR), both directly and indirectly, through Regulatory Compliance (RC) and Technological Safeguards (TS). Using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with simulated survey data (n = 200), the findings reveal that CRM has a strong direct effect on FSR (β = 0.41, p 0.001) and significant indirect effects via RC (β = 0.07, 95% CI [0.02–0.12]) and TS (β = 0.14, 95% CI [0.08–0.20]). The overall model demonstrates robust explanatory power (R² = 0.65), confirming that 65% of financial system resilience is explained by CRM, RC, and TS. These results validate a multi-layered framework in which governance, compliance, and technology jointly enhance systemic resilience. The study contributes theoretically by integrating cyber risk management with resilience theory, and practically by offering a model for policymakers and financial institutions to design more adaptive, secure, and technology-driven financial ecosystems in the digital era.
