Abstract

Nowadays, the challenge of modern human resources is to retain potential talent to stay in the organization to build a strong organizational engagement and then achieve the organization's objective. The talent market has changed and the intention to leave employees is increasing in the organization. This study aims to prove and analyze the correlation between employee resilience, intervening by resilience, and moderating by authentic leadership on employee intention to leave the organization. Based on the correlation indicates talent management can apply a strategy to manage talent retain and achieve the organization's objective. Based on empirical data study the phenomenon that in the last 2 years 21 members of the leave organization was a critical issue to be analyzed and proving why the phenomenon raised and how to improve in the organization. This phenomenon researcher put two way perfective because employee and organization representative shall have a balance portion to be measure and analyze. The reference from the previous research can be found in the international journal, however, this research was subjective to an object of the specific organization with the limitation of external factors from outside the organization exclude for example job opportunities outside the organization, and personal factors from them employee itself notified as gaps in this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-leadership, work ability, dan burnout terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kinerja pengajar di lembaga bimbingan belajar di Surabaya. Self-leadership berfokus pada pengaruh individu terhadap dirinya sendiri untuk mencapai kinerja optimal, sedangkan work ability mencakup kemampuan fisik, mental, dan keterampilan dalam pekerjaan. Burnout yang diukur melalui kelelahan emosional, depersonalisasi, dan penurunan capaian pribadi, dapat mempengaruhi OCB dan kinerja pengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengajar di lembaga bimbingan belajar di Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-leadership dan work ability memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB dan kinerja pengajar, sementara burnout terbukti mengurangi kinerja pengajar. Selain itu, OCB ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pengajar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pengajar dan pentingnya manajemen diri serta kondisi lingkungan kerja dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to map the literature on stagflation, fintech lending, and financial resilience in relation to Return on Assets (ROA) in the Indonesian banking sector, and to propose an ARDL-based research agenda for further development. Using a descriptive-quantitative approach, the bibliometric analysis employs tools such as Publish or Perish and VOSviewer to systematically map both global and domestic scientific publications. This analysis identifies key research trends, thematic linkages, and scholarly collaborations concerning macroeconomic stress, digital disruption, and banking performance. The study integrates bibliometric insights with ARDL-based econometric findings to examine both short- and long-term effects. Unlike previous studies that focus solely on partial variable relationships, this research provides a more holistic perspective by combining literature mapping with empirical modeling. The bibliometric analysis reveals three primary clusters: (1) Fintech Lending, which emphasizes the growth of digital financial services, with a focus on regulation and financial inclusion in the post-COVID-19 era; (2) Macroeconomic Dynamics, which explores stagflation, inflation, and GDP, with ARDL modeling applied for long-term analysis; and (3) Bank Profitability, which examines ROA, credit risk, and liquidity, highlighting the importance of banking resilience. While stagflation and ARDL are less frequently explored in current research, they remain critical in macroeconomic discussions. By combining fintech, financial stability, and macroeconomic factors, this study presents a valuable research direction, particularly for emerging economies like Indonesia.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of the relationship between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure and stock price crash risk (SPCR) in Indonesia’s food and beverage industry, focusing on emerging markets. Using a descriptive-quantitative approach, we analyzed 1,000 publications from Crossref (2019–2025) with Publish or Perish and VOSviewer to identify trends, influential authors, and thematic clusters. Results indicate a robust academic focus, with a high citation impact (h-index: 42; 7.11 citations per paper). Keyword co-occurrence and co-citation analysis reveal three major clusters: (1) ESG’s influence on market dynamics, (2) SPCR mitigation strategies, and (3) challenges unique to emerging markets. Network visualizations demonstrate strong linkages between ESG transparency and reduced stock volatility, while temporal overlays show an evolution from crisis-driven studies to sustainability-oriented frameworks. The study contributes original insights as one of the first bibliometric reviews in this niche, highlighting ESG disclosure as a critical tool for risk management in volatile markets. Practical implications suggest that firms and policymakers should adopt standardized ESG reporting to enhance investor confidence and financial stability. Future research should address fragmentation in co-authorship networks and expand sectoral/geographic coverage to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration between finance, governance, and sustainability scholars.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to explore research trends on Green Accounting, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and financial performance in the context of firm value within Indonesia's energy sector. Utilizing data from 1,000 peer-reviewed articles (2019–2025) sourced from Crossref, the analysis employs Publish or Perish and VOSviewer to map publication trends, thematic clusters, and citation networks. The findings reveal three dominant clusters: (1). Red Cluster (Major): Green Accounting and CSR linked to governance and sustainability, (2). Green Cluster (Major): empirical studies on financial performance and firm value, and (3). Blue Cluster (Minor): emerging themes like green investment and ESG integration. The study highlights inconsistent findings in the literature, such as the mixed impact of Green Accounting on firm value and the mediating role of profitability. By identifying gaps—such as limited sector-specific studies and the need for longitudinal analyses—this research provides a foundation for future inquiries. The practical implications emphasize the strategic alignment of sustainability practices with financial goals, while recommendations call for interdisciplinary approaches and policy-driven frameworks to enhance ESG adoption in Indonesia’s energy sector.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of digital transformation, human resource (HR) management, and marketing strategies in driving Indonesia’s economic growth in the digital industrial era using a bibliometric approach. Adopting the PRISMA method, 198 indexed articles (2016–2025) were systematically selected. Data were analyzed via VOSviewer to map publication trends, keyword linkages, and key contributors. Results reveal a significant surge in publications (peaking at 50 articles in 2023), with three dominant clusters: (1) synergy between HR and organizational strategy, (2) digital marketing as a catalyst for business transformation, and (3) technological infrastructure as an enabler. Universitas Pamulang and marketing-focused journals emerged as top contributors. The study concludes that digital transformation, HR, and marketing are intrinsically interconnected in accelerating Indonesia’s economic growth, necessitating holistic policy integration for optimal impact.

Abstract

This research aims to mIdentifying and analyzing collaboration between MSMEs and the blue economy to realize sustainable development in the coastal areas of East Kalimantan.The research was conducted in several regencies in East Kalimantan, namely Balikpapan, Paser, Bontang, Kutai Kartanegara, and East Kutai. These regions were selected because they have significant maritime-based economic activity. Data collection was conducted over a two-month period. This study used a qualitative approach to explore the perceptions, experiences, and views of MSMEs regarding collaboration with the blue economy. The results of this study demonstrate the role ofCollaboration between MSMEs and the blue economy concept not only positively impacts the well-being of coastal communities but also serves as a strategic step towards achieving sustainable development. Strengthening collaboration between MSMEs and the blue economy can become a driving force for sustainable development.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of micromanagement practices by Generation Z (Zoomers) on employees from the Baby Boomer generation at PT XYZ, a company specializing in maritime shipping services. The research focuses on the responses of Baby Boomer employees, particularly in relation to their physical and mental well-being. Data for the study were gathered through surveys and interviews involving employees from both generational cohorts. The findings indicate that micromanagement practices implemented by Zoomers can significantly contribute to physical and mental health challenges among Baby Boomer employees

Abstract

Beberapa publikasi ilmiah terkait blue economy telah dilakukan; penerapan blue economy pada sektor pariwisata sebagai upaya untuk mengadopsi strategi yang lebih berorientasi pada keberlanjutan dalam rangka mempromosikan blue economy untuk meningkatkan investasi dalam inovasi berkelanjutan, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai tren penelitian yang telah dipublikasikan tentang topik blue economy pada periode 2013-2024. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengidentifikasi jumlah jurnal dengan menggunakan software Harzing’s Publish or Perish, serta analisis bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 500 publikasi dengan 3749 sitasi dan 340.82 sitasi/tahun yang membahas tentang blue economy. Terdapat lima klaster utama berdasarkan hasil analisis bibliometrik. Artikel ini juga memberikan informasi terkait topik penelitian yang belum banyak dilakukan sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pemangku kepentingan yang mungkin memerlukannya untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

One of the things that can improve performance is employee job satisfaction. This study investigates the effect of employee empowerment and work engagement on employee satisfaction. It also investigates whether employee satisfaction is a good mediator. This study conducted a survey on employees at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya. Using saturated sampling method, 66 employees were surveyed. The data was then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The findings show that employee empowerment and work engagement contribute positively to employee satisfaction. The study also proved that employee satisfaction mediates the relationship between employee empowerment and work engagement on employee performance. This study contributes to understanding employee behavior using the framework of employee satisfaction and employee performance at Tritya Eye Clinic Surabaya, which can also be applied to other general companies.
