Abstract

Abstrack The objective of this study was to determine how much influence the provision of credit to the development of small industries in Makassar. to prove the hypothesis will be analyzed using inferential statistics is the correlation coefficient.The study concluded that (1) The relationship between the provision of credit to small industries is very large and positive, it is seen in the results of the calculation of correlation coefficient reached 0.96. (2) according to the results of the calculation coefficient of determination is very large, reaching 0.9314 or 93.14% and 6.86% influenced by other variables that are unknown. This hypothesis author in Chapter previously proved in accordance with the calculated statistical analysis method used. Key Word : Provision Of Credit, Small Industries, Banks  AbstrakPenelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh pemberian kredit terhadap perkembangan industri kecil di Makassar. untuk membuktikan hipotesis akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik inferensial yaitu koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Hubungan antara pemberian kredit terhadap industri kecil sangat besar dan positif, hal ini dilihat pada hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi yang mencapai 0,96. (2) sesuai hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi sangat besar yaitu mencapai 0,9314 atau 93,14% dan 6,86% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diketahui. Hal ini hipotesis yang diajukan penulis pada Bab sebelumnya terbukti sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan metode analisis statistika yang dipergunakan. Kata Kunci : Pemberian Kredit, Industri Kecil, Bank

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze and to know the influence of organizational culture and leadership behavior toward water management performance in unit installation of PDAM Kota Makassar and to know which variable is the biggest influence to water management performance in unit installation of PDAM Kota Makassar. This study took a sample determined by the census method of the population studied is the number of Employees of Unit Installation IV PDAM Kota Makassar as many as 40 people. The data obtained from the empirical approach are analyzed quantitatively by using simple regression (multiple regression), which is calculated using software (SPSS). The results of research indicate that (1) organizational culture in high category (82,50%) (2) organizational behavior in supporting category (80.00%). The magnitude of the models predictive power is given by the coefficient of determination symbolized by R2 (R-Square) = 0.611 indicating that the model has a prediction power of 0.611 or about 61.1%. Variations in the rise and fall of employee performance can be explained by the model or influenced by organizational culture variables, and leadership behaviors, while the remaining 38.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the analytical model.

Abstract

Abstrack The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of land, labor and capital affects the increase proxies onion and the extent of the relationship of land, labor and capital in improving onion production in Bonto Lojong district. Ulu Ere District. Bantaeng.Analisis data using linear regression method in addition to conducting descriptive analysis. The study concluded that the relationship 2.Korelasi or four variables considered (acreage, use of fertilizers, medicines and frequency extension) on the production of onion in Bonto Lojong Bantaeng very strong. 3. Together the four variables considered (acreage, use of fertilizers, medicines and frequency extension) have real and significant influence on the production of onion in Bonto Lojong Bantaeng at 99% confidence level. Keywords: Production Levels, Farming, Red Onion Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh luas lahan, tenaga kerja dan modal mempengaruhi peningkatan proksi bawang merah serta sejauhmana hubungan luas lahan, tenaga kerja dan modal dalam meningkatkan produksi bawang merah di Desa Bonto Lojong Kec. Ulu Ere Kab. Bantaeng.Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier disamping melakukan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa 2.Korelasi atau hubungan keempat variabel yang diperhatikan (luas areal, penggunaan pupuk, obat-obatan dan frekuensi penyuluhan) terhadap produksi bawang merah di Desa Bonto Lojong Kabupaten Bantaeng sangat kuat. 3.                Secara bersama-sama keempat variabel yang diperhatikan (luas areal, penggunaan pupuk, obat-obatan dan frekuensi penyuluhan) mempunyai pengaruh secara nyata dan signifikan terhadap produksi bawang merah di Desa Bonto Lojong Kabupaten Bantaeng pada tingkat kepercayaan 99 %. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Produksi, Usaha Tani, Bawang Merah,

Abstract

The objective of this research is "To know how effective and pest control service (Pest control) applied by Company and CV. Putra Jaya Mandiri Makassar, controlling pest completely through the application of integrated pest control (IPM) ". Population in this research is the object of research which become target to get and collect data.Jadi become Population in this research is CV. Putra Jaya Mandiri Makassar. The determination of this sample aims to express appropriately the general characteristics of the population and for investigation. The number of samples in this study were 105 people. The method of analysis used is multiple regression.After the authors describe the problems that exist, it can be concluded that the implementation of Pest Control through the application of integrated pest (IPM) is quite effective and able to eradicate pests completely and efficiently without polluting and causing health hazards on the use of chemicals.
