Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah infeksi granulomatosa kronik yang sangat menular yang diakibatkan bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Hingga kini TB masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang sangat tinggi di dunia dengan menempatkan Indonesia menjadi urutan ketiga kejadian TB di seluruh penjuru dunia pada tahun 2019. Upaya penegakan diagnosis pada pasien TB tidak hanya dilakukan dengan pemeriksaan Ziehl-Nelseen, namun juga dapat dilakukan dengan metode lain salah satunya dengan metode baru yang akurat yaitu dengan pemeriksaan TCM menggunakan alat GeneXpert. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara hasil pemeriksaan Mycobacterium tuberculosis metode TCM dan Mikroskopik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasi laboratorium dengan menggunakan rancangan deskriptif dan dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Jongaya Makassar dengan jumlah sampel 24 pasien tersangka tuberculosis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdeteksi satu hasil positif dari pemeriksaan TCM dan Mikroskopik, sehingga pemeriksaan kedua metode ini ditemukan adanya hubungan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara pemeriksaan metode TCM dan Mikroskopik bagi pasien terduga tuberkulosis.

Abstract

Implementation of Electronic Budget Implementation Monitoring (e-MPA) in Improving Financial Reporting Accountability at the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. This study aims to determine the role of the application of e-MPA in increasing accountability at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province.This type of research is this type of research is a qualitative research in the interpretive paradigm with an empirical phenomenological approach. The research subjects were 3 informants namely PPK, e-MPA operators and accounting staff. Data collection techniques namely from interviews, documentation and data analysis.The results of this study indicate that the role of e-MPA as an accounting information system that integrates the process of data collection, planning, implementation, monitoring, controlling and evaluating the implementation of website-based programs and budgets has been applied in the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province in accordance with the provisions of PMA No. 74 of 2014 and the e-MPA system are also able to increase accountability because the e-MPA is very helpful in providing financial information in a timely, complete, accurate and reliable manner.

Abstract

This Research aims to determine the effectiveness of the internal control system against receivables on RSUP Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo based on operational standards and procedures as well as the rules for managing BLU receivables. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data in this study are primary data. While the data source of this research is a questionnaire. The population in this study were 7 fields related to the management of accounts receivable at RSUP Dr Wahidin Sudirohusodo. The technique used in sampling was judgment technique with a total of 42 people. The results of research indicate that the internal control system of receivables at RSUP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo has been carried out in accordance with Operational Standards and Procedures but not yet in accordance with the rules for managing receivables BLU because the risk assessment component still has weaknesses in the internal control system of receivables due to inconsistencies found in the classification of the settlement of receivables. . The internal control system is a component of the controlling environment; risk assessment; control activities; information and communication; and supervision and monitoring fall into the quite effective category. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis management control system berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas OPD pada kantor Inspektorat Kota Makassar. (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengawasan Inspektorat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas OPD pada kantor Inspektorat Kota Makassar. (3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis kompetensi individu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas OPD pada kantor Inspektorat Kota Makassar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 39 aparatur pada Inspektorat Kota Makassar. Data analisis dengan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23.00. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Management control system, pengawasan Inspektorat dan kompetensi individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas OPD pada kantor Inspektorat Kota Makassar.

Abstract

The process of making student cards at SMA Mahaputra Tello Makassar is currently still using third party services in this case printing. In the process, the TU staff provides data to the printer and then waits for a month for the printing process. This is very ineffective because of the long build time. This Community Service aims to provide training for the staff of SMA Maha Putra Tello Makassar so that they can make desktop-based student cards. Later it helps facilitate staff in making student cards. The application of desktop-based student card making applications at SMA Maha Putra Tello Makassar is very much needed and can help the work of TU staff in making student cards and provide benefits to the school in this case reducing the cost of making student cards.

Abstract

Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) play a crucial role in identifying suspicious activities on computer networks. However, a major challenge in developing machine learning-based IDS is the issue of class imbalance, where attacks—being minority classes—are often overlooked by classification models. This study aims to construct an intrusion detection system based on the Random Forest algorithm integrated with the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to address this problem. The NSL-KDD dataset is used for evaluation, with the data split into 80% for training and 30% for testing. Experiments include Random Forest-based feature selection and performance evaluation using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results show that the Random Forest–SMOTE combination achieves an accuracy of 99.78%, precision of 99.70%, recall of 99.88%, and an F1-score of 99.79%. The confusion matrix indicates a very low rate of false positives and false negatives. Additionally, selecting the most influential features such as src_bytes and dst_bytes improves model efficiency. Thus, the integration of Random Forest and SMOTE proves to be effective in enhancing detection sensitivity toward attacks without compromising model precision. This approach offers a significant contribution to the development of adaptive, accurate, and deployable IDS in real-world network environments.

Abstract

The Tafsir An-Nur by T.M. Hasbi As-Siddieqy (d. 1975) is one of the popular tafsir works in Indonesia. When interpreting the meaning of "wasilah" in Q.S. Al-Maidah [5]: 35, Hasbi tends to show a spirit of purification. However, the interpretation and historical context of this interpretation have not been widely analyzed. This article examines Hasbi's interpretation and its historical context by conducting a literature study of Tafsir An-Nur supported by various relevant literature. It is argued that Hasbi's interpretation in his tafsir is heavily influenced by certain contexts such as the scholarly and methodological context of tafsir, as well as the socio-cultural-religious conditions of his time. The results of this study reveal that Hasbi's interpretation of tawasul in this verse means drawing closer to Allah through good deeds and fear of Him. This interpretation differs from other mufassirs who interpret tawasul through the intermediary of pious people who are either still alive or have passed away. Furthermore, according to Hasbi, such tawasul was never practised by the Companions, whether during the life of the Prophet (PBUH) or after his death, either at the grave or elsewhere. According to him, such tawasul is not found in authentic evidence (dalil ma'tsur) and is only found in weak hadiths. Hasbi bases his interpretation on the opinions of jurists such as Imam Mālik, Abū Hanīfah, and asy-Syāfi’i. Using Hans-Georg Gadamer's hermeneutic theory, it is revealed that Hasbi's spirit of purification of religious understanding and practice, Hasbi's scholarly basis in the field of jurisprudence, and the tafsir methodology applied are some factors that contribute to influencing his interpretation.Abstrak: Tafsir An-Nur karya T.M. Hasbi As-Siddieqy (w. 1975) merupakan salah satu karya tafsir yang populer di Indonesia. Ketika menafsirkan makna wasilah dalam Q.S. Al-Maidah [5]: 35, Hasbi cenderung menunjukkan semangat purifikasi (pemurnian). Namun, penafsiran dan konteks historis dari penafsiran ini belum banyak dianalisis. Artikel ini mengkaji penafsiran Hasbi tersebut dan konteks historisnya, dengan melakukan studi literatur terhadap Tafsir An-Nur yang didukung oleh berbagai literatur yang relevan. Didasarkan pada argumen bahwa penafsiran Hasbi dalam tafsirnya sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks-konteks tertentu seperti konteks keilmuan dan metodologi tafsir, serta kondisi sosial-budaya-keagamaan pada masanya. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa penafsiran Hasbi tentang tawasul dalam ayat tersebut berarti mendekatkan diri kepada Allah melalui perbuatan baik dan rasa takut kepada-Nya. Penafsiran ini berbeda dengan mufasir lain yang menafsirkan tawasul melalui perantara orang-orang saleh yang masih hidup atau yang sudah meninggal. Lebih lanjut menurut Hasbi, tawasul semacam seperti itu tidak pernah dilakukan oleh Sahabat, baik semasa Nabi Saw masih hidup maupun sesudah wafat, ketika berada di kubur maupun di tempat lain. Menurutnya, tawasul semacam ini tidak terdapat dalam dalil yang ma’tsūr, dan hanya terdapat dalam hadis-hadis lemah. Hasbi mendasarkan penafsirannya ini pada pendapat ulama fikih seperti Imam Mālik, Abū Hanīfah, dan asy-Syāfi’i. Dengan menggunakan teori hermeneutika Hans-Georg Gadamer, terungkap bahwa semangat pemurnian Hasbi terhadap pemahaman dan praktik keagamaan, basis keilmuan Hasbi di bidang fikih, dan metodologi tafsir yang diterapkan adalah beberapa faktor yang bekonstribusi dalam mempengaruhi penafsirannya tersebut.

Abstract

Flood prediction is crucial for effective disaster management, yet it remains a complex challenge due to the nonlinear nature of meteorological processes. This study develops and evaluates a novel hybrid model that integrates Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks and Transformer attention mechanisms to enhance predictive accuracy for rainfall-based flood forecasting. Using extensive Australian weather data collected from 49 stations over a decade (2007-2017), the model incorporates comprehensive feature engineering, including derived meteorological indicators, rolling statistical measures, and temporal lag features. The hybrid LSTM-Transformer architecture achieved superior precision (77.69%) and high accuracy (84.57%) compared to a Random Forest baseline model. Confusion matrix analysis illustrated the hybrid model’s strength in reducing false alarms, indicating a conservative yet highly reliable predictive performance. Feature correlation analysis revealed important relationships among temperature, humidity, pressure, and rainfall, highlighting the complexity of meteorological interactions. The findings demonstrate the effectiveness of integrating sequential and global temporal modeling for flood prediction, providing valuable guidance for operational forecasting systems and disaster preparedness strategies. This research contributes significantly to existing flood forecasting methodologies and suggests promising directions for future enhancements.

Abstract

The millennial generation has a strategic role in developing leadership in the digital era, especially in student organizations such as the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IMM) of Mataram City. However, digital leadership skills are still a challenge for many students due to a lack of understanding of the use of technology in leadership. This community service activity aims to improve the digital leadership capacity of IMM Mataram City members through counselling, practice and interactive methods. This activity was attended by 16 IMM Mataram City members who actively participated in the entire training series. The activity results showed that participants gave an excellent assessment of the activity's benefits, the material's quality, and the interaction with the presenters. The satisfaction survey noted that participants felt more prepared to face the challenges of leadership in the digital era and were able to apply new skills in their organizations. These findings indicate that the activity contributed to forming an IMM Mataram City that is innovative, adaptive, and ready to face future digital leadership challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to identify Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah An-Nahdliyyah efforts to inculcate the values through Islamic religious education. This study used qualitative research by conducting research in Madrasah. The method of data collection is through observations, interviews and taking strong approaches to students, while data analysis using the Miles and Huberman method shows that in qualitative analysis, it is done interactively and continuously, especially by reducing, displaying data and counting, plotting or verifying. The results of this study indicate that the inculcation of the values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama’ah An-Nahdliyyah is achieved through Islamic religious education materials, while attempting to inculcate the attitudes of tawasut, tawazun, tasammuh and amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar. They are students with good morals, tolerance, humanity, humility, and interaction in daily life.
