Abstract

Compensation money handed over by new residents to old residents of official residences in Langsa City as well as handover transactions for official residences have caused problems related to the status of the contract and ownership rights which occurred after payment of a sum of money which was also recognized as compensation money. Through a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, this research aims to determine the status of contracts, compensation money and ownership rights for official residences in Langsa City from a muamalat fiqh perspective. This research reveals that an official residence transaction that is recognized as a sale and purchase agreement is a false sale and purchase agreement because the old occupant as a seller is not the owner of the official residence as al-mabi' so the status of ownership of the official residence does not transfer to the buyer, but remains ownership. National Police. Furthermore, handing over compensation money is not appropriate because it is contrary to the concept of al-ta'widh, causing the transfer of assets from the party giving compensation money to be illegal to own and not permissible to use.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan upaya Guru PAI dalam mengatasi kesulitan membaca Al-Qur'an pada siswa Kelas XI di SMA Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumenta Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru PAI memilih metode pembelajaran yang tepat, menggunakan media yang bervariasi, telaten dalam mengajar siswa, memberikan tugas kokurikuler, peringatan, dan motivasi kepada siswa yang kesulitan. Saran bagi guru PAI adalah untuk menjadi profesional dalam bidangnya dan menunjukkan hasil yang baik dalam mengajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang digunakan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam dan holistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memanfaatkan berbagai strategi, seperti memberikan teladan, membiasakan perilaku baik, dan memberikan penghargaan untuk memperkuat akhlak siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keberhasilan pembinaan akhlak tidak hanya bergantung pada peran guru, tetapi juga memerlukan kerjasama antara keluarga, sekolah, dan masyarakat. Pembinaan akhlak yang efektif akan menciptakan siswa dengan kepribadian yang baik dan siap menghadapi tantangan kehidupan modern. Dengan demikian, pembinaan akhlak di sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk generasi muda yang bermoral dan berakhlak mulia.

Abstract

Technological advancements have catalyzed the emergence of the digital economy, where digital platforms, leveraging internet access, can penetrate multiple regions and accrue substantial profits unrestricted by national jurisdictions. This scenario presents advantages and convenience but simultaneously challenges a country's tax sovereignty. The traditional tax system, predicated on a company's physical presence for tax liability, finds itself ill-equipped to handle the digital domain's nuances. This research seeks to explore the potential and hurdles in implementing digital taxes in Indonesia, delving into the government's regulatory efforts within the framework of Society 5.0. From an academic standpoint, digital taxes illustrate the disruption in tax collection due to the absence of a tangible company presence. Thus, this study also aims to investigate the determination of tax sovereignty in the context of digital taxation, aspiring to enrich scholarly discourse. Employing a normative juridical approach, this study scrutinizes legal norms and rules while considering empirical facts from the field. The findings indicate that while the introduction of digital taxes in Indonesia holds significant promise and faces considerable challenges, governmental action to update and streamline digital tax regulations is imperative. Furthermore, the principles underlying digital tax proposals, such as Pillar One, require reinforcement to enhance their effective implementation.DOI: https://doi.org/10.22304/pjih.v11n1.a7

Abstract

Over-the-Top (OTT) is a form of information technology innovation that is growing very rapidly, including in Indonesia as one of the largest OTT market country. OTT can earn income from users in Indonesia, while the right to tax this income cannot be imposed in Indonesia because OTT generally operates across national borders and does not have a permanent establishment in Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to consider income tax arrangements for OTT operating in Indonesia to provide legal certainty. This paper focuses on discussing the positive legal provisions of Income Tax that apply to OTT operating in Indonesia and the implementation of each of these regulations in the current era of economic digitalization. The author uses a normative juridical research method with a qualitative research approach. Based on this research, it is known that the provision of Income Tax for OTT does not yet exist, therefore the Government of Indonesia needs to design a national tax law that is able to accommodate income tax for OTT.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of the tahsin method in improving the mastery of makharijul huruf (pronunciation of Arabic letters) and Quran reading skills among students at Vuttisatvitayanuson School, Krabi Province, Thailand. The background of this research focuses on the difficulties students face in pronouncing makharijul huruf, which affects the quality of their Quran recitation. The objectives of this study are to identify the students' Quran reading abilities, analyze the implementation of the tahsin method in the learning process, and evaluate its impact on improving the pronunciation of makharijul huruf and the correct application of tajwid rules. This research employs a qualitative approach with a narrative design, where data is collected through interviews and direct observations. Data analysis techniques include data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The findings indicate that the implementation of the tahsin method has a positive effect on the pronunciation of makharijul huruf and the correct application of tajwid rules. Furthermore, tahsin learning also plays a role in the development of students' character, such as discipline, responsibility, patience, and attention to detail. Teachers play a key role in providing correct recitation examples and guiding students in improving their reading. The findings suggest that the tahsin method not only enhances the quality of Quran recitation but also contributes positively to the formation of students' moral character, which is highly relevant in the educational context of non-Arab countries like Thailand.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the skills of listening and reading Arabic texts possessed by female students at the Islamic boarding school have an influence on their ability to write Arabic. After the researchers conducted quantitative research, using data collection techniques in the form of tests, observation and documentation. The results obtained were that the influence of listening skills on writing had a calculated r value (0.513) greater than r table (with a value of 0.216) with a significance of 5%, so it was stated that listening skills had a medium level influence on writing skills. Meanwhile, regarding the influence of reading skills on writing, it is stated that rcount (with a value of 0.385) is slightly greater than rtable (with a value of 0.216) with a significance of 5%, so it is stated that writing skills have a weak level of influence on writing skills.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of human beings in the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy with a qualitative approach to literature study. Based on a literature review, the main findings show that education in Islam has a holistic goal, which includes intellectual, moral, and spiritual development. Al-Farabi and Al-Ghazali's thought emphasizes the importance of balancing worldly and ukhrawi knowledge, as well as moral development as an integral part of education. The study also identifies the relevance of classical thought in the context of modern education and evaluates how these theories can be applied in current Islamic educational practices. The implications of this research include the application of Islamic educational philosophy to form individuals who are not only intelligent, but also have noble character.

Abstract

Unpad is a university that has the status of a State University with Legal Basis (PTN BH) that applies the Public Service Agency Financial Management pattern (PK BLU) or PTN Legal Entity. Unpad obtained the mandate to increase autonomy to become a Legal Entity PTN. Unpad revenue sourced from the State Budget is used to fund operational costs, lecturer costs, education personnel costs, investment costs and development costs. Budget funding issued to be allocated to various financing, one of which is mentioned in Article 5 letter d of Government Regulation No. 26 of 2015 concerning Forms and Mechanisms of Funding for Legal Entity State Universities and is used for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure for the implementation of the tridharma of Higher Education in the form of operational service vehicles.  There are several visible problems related to operational vehicles owned by Universitas Padjadjaran that are not suitable for use. Padjadjaran University's operational service vehicles are one example of goods owned by Unpad that need to be maintained and maintained. Since the beginning of its procurement, official vehicles owned by Padjadjaran University are used to support the smooth creation of good mobility in the Padjadjaran University campus environment

Abstract

This article aims to provide historical information on the development of nahwu science from classical times at the beginning of the emergence of Islam to modern times in the 5.0 era. The 5.0 era refers to the development of information and communication technology that changes the learning paradigm significantly. This research uses historical analysis methods and literature studies to collect data about the history of science and its development until the modern era. The results of this research are expected to provide in-depth insight into the history of science and its development accompanied by examples of learning systems and methods such as the Tanya Zaid chatbot system, Arruz Applications, and electrical methods in learning the era of society 5.0. This will help develop more effective and relevant learning methods to meet the increasingly complex learning needs of science and technology that continues to evolve.تهدف هذه المقالة لتقديم المعلومات التاريخية عن تطور علم النحو  من العصور الكلاسيكية في بداية ظهو الإسلام إلى العصر الحديث في عصر الخامسة. يشير عصر 5.0 إلى تطوير تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات التي تغير نموذج التعلم بشكل كبير. يستخدم هذا البحث أساليب التحليل التاريخي ودراسات الأدبيات لجمع البيانات حول تاريخ العلم وتطوره حتى العصر الحديث. ونتائج هذا البحث نظرة متعمقة في تاريخ العلوم وتطورها مع أمثلة الأنظمة وأساليب التعلم مثل نظام روبوتات الدردشة إسأل زيد وتطبيقات أروز والأساليب الكهربائية في تعلم عصر المجتمع 5.0. وسيساعد ذلك على تطوير طريقات التعلمية أكثر فعالية وملاءمة لتلبية احتياجات التعلم المتزايدة التعقيد للعلوم والتكنولوجيا التي تستمر في التطور.
